Reviewed Sep 20, 2026The accommodation at Daffodil apartments was excellent. The one bedroom apartment was very spacious with lots of room to put our belongings. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were inviting and friendly. We would definitely stay here again as it was exceptional value for money.
The towels were fraying and could do with updating but that is a minor observation and would not put us off staying again.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Valued for money. This property is located on the well-known Riccarton road where, surrounded by various types of accommodation. The room is basic; we stayed here for only one night during the transit from CHC to AKL. Luckily, there is a convenience store, Night and Day, nearby.
A bit too old and needs a big renovation. We would recommend that the owner separate the wet and dry parts in the bathroom.

Needs a deep clean, not just your quick clean over between guests. I’m talking it needs a scrub on the blinds, on top of the plugs, in corners, on the shower rail etc. Also a public hair came off the blanket in the cupboard & onto the bed when I laid it out 🤮
