Good location. Appreciate the fresh towels every day

Was not aware that the pool was only available in summer.

Heat pump in one of the rooms is not working.

Staff were great. Triple room was ok for 1 adult 2 kids would have been a bit cramped for 3 adults.

We stayed in a standard type room. Enjoyed the spa on one of the nights. It was set at a good temperature and there are two available. They have to be booked which I think is nice because you can enjoy a bit of privacy. Location is fine. Located next to a lot of the other hotels/motels. Heat pump was great. We used this often. Great daily cleaning service in our room. We also used the TV often with all Sky Sport options available.

The single bed in our room was not as comfortable as the double.

Comfortable and clean, great value for money and all the facilities I needed for a safe and comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff, great location with a bar and meals onsite.

There was an issue in the washing area, There should be regulations on using the machines. The lady was rude and talked bad when we removed her clothes out from the dryer-- its been a while the dryer was done and off! We want to use the dyer too.. and her clothes was been left inside and the machine is off already but she thought/claimed that we removed her clothes unfinished 🙄.. My friend needs to removed her clothes out from the machine between drying which is unfair for she already paid for it. The pool is not functioning too. Kids expecting that they can swim on it.

Our family had not been feeling well, and it was great to check in promptly and relax in a warm comfortable room. Didnt try dinner or breakfast at the hotel, however, will try next time. Kids enjoyed the bath.

Location and convenience

The room itself was okay, but there were no bathroom slippers provided. No drinking water was provided either, which I believe should be a basic amenity, especially for guests staying overnight. Overall, the stay was not as comfortable as we had expected, and these small things would have made a big difference. 😬

The location was quite good just across the road from Lake Taupo. The price was good.

The rooms were small and the bathrooms were tiny and extremely cold especially if visiting in winter.

The location, the views and the staff were great. Good value for money for a basic studio room. Room size was pretty good too.

The bed was uncomfortable and had indents were people had laid, was really dusty underneath the beds. The shower door was mouldy but everything else was clean and tidy.

I like my stay it was warm and cozy once the heat pump was on obviously it was pretty cold due to weather but very cozy when u had been in there for a few minutes bed was good clean

The only thing that I did notice was when most rooms were occupied being the one above me for example I could actually hear them going to the toilet like as if they were in the next room that’s how much u could hear them up stairs now other then that everything was good

The where good hosts clean tidy room no lake view too far out from town and no facilities in room other then a kettle and little fridge the rate $was good

We were in the process of moving so were a small convoy of a moving truck and a car. I knew that Lakeland Resort had lots of parking so it was perfect. The room was exactly what we needed. Comfortable bed, great towels, a hot shower and close to our favourite restaurant (Mole and Chicken) and waterfront Bar (Two Mile Bay Sailing Club).

No kitchen facilities like microwave ,stove to heat /cook food ,single bed was broken ,sheets didnt smell nice ,feeling itchy all the time we stayed ,breakfast facility too expensive..had to do takeway

Bathroom very cold needs heater for winter months. Towels felt cold and damp due to Bathroom been very cold Bed was ok but could do with replacement.

The staff who work there were absolutely fantastic. The beds were super comfy had the best nights sleep.

Single beds for kids are ok, but was too small for me. My feel were outside of the bed and I didn't have good sleep.

Easy check in, friendly staff and great location.

Unfortunately came across a white tail spider in our room and had a lot of ants, had to ask for some fly spray. And just a few minor cleanliness things, but im also very pedantic.

We like this place, great location & parking. Close to a beautiful walkway & really good cafe by the water. Also a short drive from the town. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were great. We've stayed before in an upstairs studio & it was ideal.

There were a number of rooms being renovated and I think that the one we were in will definitely be one of the next ones as it felt like it needed it. It was a downstairs one & not as nice as the upstairs one we had last time. The toilet seat needed replacing.
