Could bring my dog, close to the lake walkway, quiet.

The spa Pool area could do with an overhaul.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super gut. Direkt am See, direkt am Fahrrad / Fußweg.. man kann zu Fuss zum Hot Water Beach schlendern oder auch zu einigen näheren Restaurants. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Auch der Pool und Whirlpool hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Easy access to everything we needed. Parking was well laid out. Rooms are large, clean and had all that was needed.

We loved the location and the room had everything we could want for our 2-night stay. It was so lovely to be able to stay with our dog. The room was clean, and comfortable and the air con unit was brilliant.

This motel is located just steps from the lake shore path. The studio rooms are quite spacious and comfortable and even have a kitchenette that would make it easy to prepare meals if you are staying for a longer period.

Overall good. The rooms were nice and clean, and both the bathrooms were good. Spa, pool, and kids playing area is okay. Easy access to lake. We chose this place because they allow pets.

Rooms are small, not enough space to maneuver. one of the single beds placement upstairs is a health and safety hazard. It is placed in a tight spot. Chances are you may hit your head against the wall if you wake up suddenly in the night without paying attention. The booking says partial lake view, but dont go with that. Our room wasn't even my booking said partial lake view. Finally, there is only one heat pump on the top of the wall. This only heats up the upstairs area but not the downstairs. So you will feel a bit colder if you are sleeping downstairs.

Was concerned when we realised that this was a dog friendly motel that their might be noise. But luckily no noise was heard. I wouldn't book again for the fact that it was a mezzanine floor for the second bedroom.. Too noise and having a bed in the lounge felt quite strange. Given the layout of the rooms

Very spacious and comfortable, and we love that we’re able to have our dog with us, which is a huge bonus! It’s peaceful, quiet, and such a lovely place to stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful too.

The unit had everything you needed but was generally lacking maintenance. The owners are new and said they are gradually improving the facilities so hopefully it will be even better in the future.

pretty good motel, nice space with bed slightly separated and lounge area in room, well maintained, provide a small kitchenette which is also vhelpful, vclose to the lake and walking dist from town centre. Good for couples

The heating tended to make the upstairs very hot whilst the downstairs remained cool.

Clean & tidy, good facilities (kids enjoyed the pool & spa even in winter), great spot right by the lake and great to bring the dog!

Units are a bit old style.

There was more than enough room for a family of four, and our dog as well was catered for at the last minute. We appreciated this.

Room was a little dated but clean and well presented. 2X bathrooms with spa bath was appreciated with a heated pool warm enough for a quick swim on 10deg day. 2x tvs which we had sky on and we were able to utilise the google tv. Early check in of 1.5hours coz our room was cleaned and ready on our unexpected early arrival was an added bonus and no issue from Management. Loved the kitchenette complete with microwave and a two ring cook top.

A secondary heat source on bottom level in another area would be nice. Being winter and heat rising the upstairs was very warm, tho downstairs was harder to feel the warmth. Very good heat pump tho!

This was a great hotel to bring our dog to, it was in good condition. The room was warm with a good heat pump, electric blankets on the bed, clean bedding. The loft room was great division for the two teens I had with me. The kitchen had everything you needed, to be self sufficient if you wanted, cook top, fridge, all utensils and cookware. The new supermarket and shopping complex is not far away. The receptionist was friendly.

The heated pool is too cool for middle of winter so we didn't use it. The spa pool was not working when we went to hop in it was luke warm, they had been having issues with it. There was no running hot water for the spa bath in the room, not sure why, we tried multiple times but never any running hot water. For a winter get away the heated water elements would have been a great touch and part of the reason for choosing this hotel, so that was disappointing. but overall a good hotel to stay at.

The kitchen cupboards are to high and I couldn’t reach the crockery.

The location is amazing We were a late check in after travelling from the far north and due to weather needed to stay over in Taupo the motel managed to accommodate us last minute and we were grateful for this. As it has been a very long day travelling with a pet and a neurodiverse child.

We had an upstairs studio the stairs to our room was difficult to navigate with our luggage as it was very narrow. The room appeared to be clean however we had moved the couch to retrieve our keys and it was very dirty behind and beneath the couch.

Beds aren't great, springy and creaky. Bedding and pillows are substandard. terrible insulation for colder months.

The location was great. The rooms were nice clean amd generally comfortable. The kids loved the mezzanine.

The only thing was mattress on the double bed were a bit off like they lacked stuffing or something amd whilst i love a firm bed this femt odd.

自炊するには少し室内のキッチンが狭め。 所々に、クモの巣が出現していた。
