Da wir erst 2 Uhr nacht ankamen, konnten wir immer noch einchecken, dass war sehr praktisch da die Kommunikation mit auch supper war. Zimmer einfach aber schön für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Wer es gerne im alten englischen flair hat, ist hier genau richtig :) Nach den Check out konnten wir mühelos unser Gepäck noch bei der Reception stehen lassen.

It had minimal amenities but had everything you need for a night or two.

Been here before. Rooms large. Beds comfortable. Nice shower in the room. Shared toilet close by and never met anybody else using it. I was in basement but with plenty of light from window. Very good value for money. Staff very helpful and I purchased a breakfast token for 2 mornings to eat at the restaurant on other side of square on the front. A very pleasant full English breakfast.

The location is superb. We had a lovely room with a balcony in a beautiful Victoria house converted into a hotel Many of the original finishing were still there. High ceilings, ornate plaster work. We had a view of the waterfront. Friendly staff.

I know the building is very old and extremely difficult to keep up to modern standards but a bit better cleaning of the skirting boards would help.

Room was very basic - small, no hairdryer, sachets of shower gel/shampoo. It was basically just somewhere to sleep. Not worth the money, we wouldn't stay here again.

We were on the top floor which was 4 flights of stairs. Not a problem for us but anyone with mobility issues would struggle.

Bathroom sliding door was hanging off at the bottom. Easy fix. Wasn’t really a issue just a observation

There was no fridge in the room. There was no hair dryer and no toothpaste. The windows are old so they make some noise with the wind.

Very run down. Paid a lot of money for a room that was letting the air in through rattling windows during a stormy night, and for a promised breakfast of which there was no sign at 07.15, and a promised full English breakfast at a cafe opposite that did not open until after 08.00, which was too late for us.

I'm sorry I didn't catch his name but receptionist was a brilliant help in every respect. Really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us when we had a problem with our car. Went to extra lengths to help us and wouldn't accept payment, suggested we give to housekeeping staff, which we did. Apart from that the place is in great location and really clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the seafront, with a wide range of restaurants and bars right nearby. You can even see the sea from the bedroom window, and it's not far from both the train station and the city center.

Only a single chair in the family room. Because it's an old building, noise carries easily—we could clearly hear people walking on the floor above and talking in the corridors. To make matters worse, the loose windows rattled incessantly in the wind, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The staff were not particularly welcoming, while not outright rude, they lacked warmth and friendly customer service.

The room could have had some more toiletries like toothpaste as we had forgotten to bring it and arriving late and having kids I couldn't go out and get some. More shampoo and conditioner too please!

Camera bella e spaziosa (anche se nel piano sotterraneo con scale per raggiungerla) , posizione centralissima si arriva in 2 minuti al mare , 10 minuti in centro , 15 minuti al pier ma gia sul lungomare sottostante si trovano diversi locali dove si può cenare, zona tranquilla la sera, parcheggio tutto sommato comodo (anche se un pò caro) Brighton ci è piaciuta molto, adatta sia alla vita nottura che alle famiglie in quanto ci sono molte attività da fare.

Die Lage ist toll. Direkt neben dem großen Aussichtsturm i360. Die Zimmer sind für zwei Sterne ok. Man sollte den britischen Charme lieben. Personal super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Kurze Wege in die City, über die Straße und man ist direkt an der Promenade

Parkplatz kostet in der Tiefgarage für 12 Stunden 23£

Perfect location. Our room was on the top floor 5th or 6th - I lost count! No lift but help was offered with our bags. Attractive regency square near the seafront and a view of the sea if you crane your neck! Comfortable beds. The shower is tiny but adequate. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value.

First impression walking into the Reception room...a desk in a huge room which was full of all sorts! Friendly enough. Just had me a little worried until we reached our lovely room!

Tout simplement parfait à trois personnes dans la chambre familiale supérieure avec mini réfrigérateur, lits et oreillers très confortables et chambre spacieuse et confortable. Très central pour visiter Brighton pas loin des Lanes, des restaurants et commerces. Surtout équipe très professionnelle sympathique et conviviale!

Everyone was so helpful. Anything was never any trouble or problem. The room was comfortable and to my liking thus the reason I always stay there when I visit Brighton year after year. It feels like an away home. See you again soon

Only not having anything to complain about

Begrüßung, trotz wenig Platz Zimmer mit allem was man braucht.

Parkplätze; absolute Katastrophe. Keine Möglichkeit für Sonderkonditionen bei der TG direkt vor der Tür. Keine Klimaanlage. Im Hotel selbst Keine Bar oder ähnliches. Beim Frühstück gab es Sonderkonditione mit dem Restaurant gegenüber.

Tv with no remote, the amount of stairs it took to get to the room, the size of the shower, the cleanliness of the shower, no bedside tables, all the sockets were too far from the bed, the amount of shower gel provided.

Friendly staff, great location could not have gotten a better deal for the price would happily stay again

My fault for booking cheaper room without bath, but I found it rather inconvenient. I did that once before in this hotel, I shouy have remembered. Other times I stayed there in nice room with bath, same price but not in mid summer!

Good location - a short walk from Western Road, Churchill Square and the seafront. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean.

The single room was tiny with next to no storage space. The bed wasn't comfortable and the price per night was massively inflated due to events in the city. There's no breakfast facility.

What a great hotel to find for a night away to see Fatboy Slim on the beach!! Amazing location and easy to find too. Opposite i360 and the old pier. Reception staff were amazing and welcoming, answered all my questions about the hotel and were so friendly. The room was a brand new refit and the bed was so comfy I didn't want to check out. Bathroom was immaculately clean and decor was contemporary which fits with Brighton's ambience. Definitely coming back (booked in again for Moby this weekend)
