Great location

Over flowing trash bins outside of hotel and in the parking garage. Folks are using the doggie waste bins as regular garbage. They seem to haven’t been dumped in a few days. Also, the leaving trash outside of the rooms. That needs to be picked up or not allowed at all. Unsanitary.

I think the price was very convenient especially for a last minute trip. The lobby was very spacious and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The area was very peaceful. So, if you're coming to relax you will be able to.

There were a few things that I was not too happy with. Regarding the bathroom it seemed as though it took a while for the hot water to turn hot, the bathroom vent was DUSTY. Very visibly dusty. The shower definitely had build up. The bathroom seemed to be "surfaced cleaned" instead of actually deep cleaned. I had to keep the bathroom door closed my entire stay because there was a urine smell that was very off putting. While I understand everything won't always be a 10/10 the things I listed can and should be addressed if someone is paying. Additionally, I was not made aware that the pool was unavailable until after I booked,

Convenient, simple Check-in & Check-out. Hot breakfast and staff supervising it TOP-NOTCH. Front desk ladies were less than friendly and welcoming BUT the gentleman named TRAVIS demonstrated professional and SUPERIOR 😎 Customer Service. Travis ROCKS at his job showing a real care and a sincere desire to help.

Being on a busy street, it's challenging making a left-hand turn onto Tuckahoe Road from the hotel. Front desk ladies are all lacking in hospitality and graciousness. Jenny, in particular, never even offers a smile and sadly gives off "attitude"; really quite scary.

Staff was friendly. Everything was sparkling clean. Bed was comfy. Chaise was comfy. Elevator was fast. Ledge above the sink is convenient. It's five minutes from Aunt & cousin's.

Ice machine broken on our floor. Breakfast ends too early for a weekend stay. TV options are limited. Too expensive

Dear Hotel Management, I am very disappointed with our recent family stay. The pool, which was a major reason we chose your hotel, was not working during our visit. We also experienced excessive noise from the guests next door late into the night. Despite asking them to quiet down, the situation continued until we ultimately had to call the police around 1:00 a.m. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of response after multiple emails and attempts to contact your staff. We paid for a comfortable stay with functioning amenities and reasonable service, and unfortunately, that is not what we received. Given these issues, I am requesting a refund or substantial partial refund. I would also appreciate a response from a manager regarding this complaint. I hope you will take our experience seriously and provide a reasonable resolution.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was peaceful, no loud noise which traveling with a baby was a plus. Also the staff was helpful and friendly.

The location to where we were going was good. It was a quick stay to visit friends and we lived an hour from there. To drive back late didn't make sense.

The pool was out of service and this was the main reason for booking here as others in the area also didn't have a pool ready.

I was surprised that I had to go back downstairs to get an extra blanket. I had been driving all day and already had my nightgown on. I had assumed that someone would bring it up to my room.

The location was good. The lobby was great.

The hotel had limited parking. The room we received was good. But the mirror was missing and the blind was broken. so we requested another room and we had to move our stuff out go down to the lobby and wait quite a while for a new room. They had no rooms with two queens which is what we paid for. The room we received was big but nasty. The floor was all stained and dirty. My feet got dirty. The couch and chair were filthy. And the ac unit made a weird whining sound all night long. We were also charged 150.00 for a deposit and that was not what booking.com said. The night manager told us that was the way it was and to take it up with booking.com. I have never had a bad experience at a Hampton inn And suites. They are usually very nice. I’m very disappointed and I will probably look for a different hotel brand after this experience.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at this establishment. I made a reservation for Friday and even called on Wednesday to confirm it. During that call, the front desk confirmed that my reservation was active and that the studio I selected would be available. Upon arrival, however, I was informed by the front desk staff that my room had been given to another guest without any prior notice or communication. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering that I had already paid the full amount for the reservation and did not receive the service I had booked. This situation completely ruined my father's birthday celebration, which was the reason for our stay. To make matters worse, the front desk staff showed little concern and were unwilling to provide a reasonable accommodation or solution to resolve the issue. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to honor a confirmed, prepaid reservation. I would appreciate having this matter reviewed and would like an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience and distress caused to my family.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish.

There was very little to dislike. Overall, my experience was excellent.

The carpet smelled bad, we were not able to sleep. The room temperature was hot and it was not easy to adjust the temperature.

Get rid of the rugs in the room snd get a better thermostat

The staff was polite and friendly. Room was clean and very spacious. It was so quiet, you couldn't tell the hotel had a lot of occupancy. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, a wide selection of food item.

What like about the properties is in a good location

Well, I didn’t like about the properties. The first room I was given at plaster peeling from the tub. Also, the sheets were dirty. Room had to be switched.

I recently completed my 22nd night at this property. In the morning I found a red warning notice on my vehicle stating that it was parked without authorization and that it would be towed if the issue occurred again. As a registered guest who provided my vehicle and license plate information at check-in, receiving a towing warning was both surprising and disappointing. I assume the notice was issued because I had plugged my hybrid vehicle into an exterior outlet to top off the battery overnight. My vehicle only gains about 35 miles of charge, representing approximately $3–$4 worth of electricity. If using that outlet was against hotel policy, I would have appreciated a conversation, phone call, or note from management. Instead, the first communication I received was a warning threatening to tow the vehicle of a paying guest. What concerns me most is the message this sends about how customer relationships are valued. During my 22 nights at the hotel, I paid for lodging, used the room's electricity, heating and cooling, lighting, internet, and other amenities. As a Diamond member, I accepted the complimentary water, snack, coffee, and breakfast that are part of the guest experience. Yet the issue that prompted a towing warning appears to have been a few dollars' worth of electricity. The financial value of my business over 22 nights was evidently outweighed by concern over a small amount of power usage. That is a disappointing business decision and one that has caused me to reconsider staying at your property. I am aware of the charging stations located behind the hotel. However, the combination of a flat access fee and per-kWh charges makes them impractical for simply topping off a hybrid vehicle. Other Hilton properties I visit provide guest-friendly charging options, and as a result, they have earned my repeat business. Unfortunately, after receiving a warning threatening to tow my authorized vehicle, I no longer feel comfortable staying at this hotel. No paying guest should have to worry about whether their vehicle may be towed while they are checked in and actively patronizing the property. It is unfortunate that after 22 nights of business, the value of that relationship appears to have been measured against a few dollars of electricity rather than the loyalty of a repeat customer.

Room was dated and smelled musty. AC/HVAC unit was extremely loud, and seemed to turn on and off every 4-5 minutes the entire stay. Room was large but poorly laid out - TV was on a side wall and you couldn't comfortably see it from the beds or couch. Couch looked like it was from the 1970's, tiled area near kitchen was sticky to walk on.
