Courtyard by Marriott Yonkers Westchester County

We were pleased with all aspects of the hotel except the food service. $6 for a muffin, $10 for a latte. This was Yonkers not the Waldorf. Otherwise it was good value and excellent facilities.

Die Lage ist nicht berauschend. Dazu während meines Aufenthaltes extreme Lärmbelästigung (Zimmerpartys), welche nach mehrmaliger Intervention gegen 3 Uhr früh erst endeten. Speziell die Nacht Managerin war nicht sehr bemüht zu helfen. Würde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

I love the convience of the location, it was close every where we intend to visit. Close to local rerestaurant, liquor store and the venue for tge program we attended.

The times for room cleaning were inconvenient. we called twice in the morning to have our room cleaned and it took several hours after for someone to come. When someone came we were showering at 3 in the afternoon after waiting all morning so our room could not get cleaned. We asked if it could be cleaned later and was told it could not be. Room was not cleaned the entire stay.

The employee who checked us in was very nice, even tho because of our flight we checked in at 11pm. The room was very clean and the beds are soooo comfortable.

The hotel was spotless. The staff were very accommodating and helpful when we arrived a little early. Very central location.

The General manager has a nasty attitude towards me. Treated me like I was her worker. Most front desk employees had a nasty attitude too. I mean it is not really that hard to treat customers with respect. Also, the walking aisles has no AC barely any air was felt; stagnant humid air was all I could breathe. You guys need to fix your elevator it makes clicking sound it needs some oil change or someone is going to die. There was a woman. At around fifty years old around 200 pounds white short hair with glasses. She was staring at my private parts making facial expressions of astonishment, if she need a man she should find one , such a pervert and I felt sexually harassed and assaulted

Housekeeping staff was fantastic! All the staff that we encounter were very nice and helpful.

My only complaint was that the pool was not open. It was closed 2 years ago but the website is still showing that it has one. One of main reason we choose this hotel.

I book for for the 12th and upon arrival at the location ,I was told that the reservation was for a different day,, I tried to explain but the froth desk didnt want to adjust so i had to stay at another sister marriott hotel and had to pay for the other hotel

The pool was not in service

The room design and furniture was soothing when entering the room. Due to parking issues and carrying bags,the room made up for the hassle

The parking situation after hours is behind the hotel and you have to hike a bit to the front entrance.

The location is perfect for us near our family. The rooms and the beds are very comfortable

Would love more than a jug of fruit water free in the lobby. I know they have a Starbucks but I don’t like their expensive coffee.

They offer a sofa bed and make it seem that an adult is able to sleep in it, when in actuality it is a toddler sized bed. The mattress was also missing from that sofa bed and one had to be placed there after we called. There was no offer for another room or any accommodation due to this situation.

My experience with the property driving in it was clean

I did have one problem with the bathroom. It did not smell very well and I speak to someone at the front desk about it. It smelled like pee.

The rooms were more than I expected. Soon as I got in the lobby the fragrance of the place captivated me. Rooms were emaculate and loved the sofa.

****NOT A MARRIOTT PROPERTY*****NOT A MARRIOTT PROPERTY** DO NOT STAY HERE! UNETHICAL AND NO COMMUNICATION. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!!!!! I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Yonkers early in December 2025. However, this is what I learned. This hotel is not owned by the Marriot. A group bought by the name form Marriott and are not held up to the standards of the brand. You think you are staying at a Marriott, but your not. This particular group owns approximately 25 locations of different hotel names but is NOT A MARRIOTT. LOST JACKET: I left the hotel and realized I left my jacket in the room, so I called and spoke to Jackie who is also the front desk manager. She said they have the jacket and to just come pick it up. Since I was already 1hr into my drive across the country, she said they can mail it to me if I pay the postage. Long story short, I paid for the non-refundable UPS postage ($33) and was expecting the jacket to be shipped. After no return phone call after at least 30 tries', I decided to call the General Manger of the property. I left two messages with him explaining the whole situation, and he did not return my calls. I believe Jackie kept the jacket and I'm out of my $33 UPS postage and still have not received a call back from Jackie or the General Manager. SPARE YOURSELF THE HEARTACH AND FIND A MORE ETHICAL PLACE TO STAY. Hope this helps
