We stay at this hotel every month. This last stay we were disappointed with the room service. The room was not cleaned and made up as requested . The toilet handle was broken and the shower drain was clogged. The water would pool at your feet and overflow. We returned late to the room. The front desk was accommodating and offered a new room. My wife is receiving cancer treatment and had fallen asleep exhausted. So we stayed in the room.

Grote kamer met aparte slaapkamer. Keuken met alle voorzieningen. Fijn zwembad en een goed ontbijt.

Bedbank in de kamer. Om te slapen heb je een topdek matras nodig. Anders voel je de veren.

Staff provided more sheets/towels upon request.

Very small rooms. Wobbly furniture. Dirty pool. Picture on booking.com misrepresented room type. Staff did not come to repair TV issue.

Front desk receptionist Angel was exceptional! He was very polite and professional. The facility was clean and homey.

The water temperature in the shower could have been warmer.

The property is extremely large and the signage was great to help locate areas you needed to get to. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and the room was pretty clean. Breakfast was really good and the breakfast staff are very helpful and attentive.

There was no body wash in the shower. There was also no garbage bags in any of the garbage bins. The phone wasn't working properly as when I tried to call front desk it was constantly busy. I thought check out was automatically done however I was informed I had to go to the front desk. When I get to the front all she does is ask me for my room and she goes into the computer for like 5 seconds, Then says your receipt was sent to your email. She didn't inquire about my stay and if every thing was ok.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and very helpful.

Air conditioner unit in room was so loud you couldn't sleep. The cleaning staff is lazy they didn't put shower curtains up, didn't clean one of the rooms.

The room itself was nice and spacious. I would go back just would check the room before it’s too late.

Soon as I checked in , a child vomited in the pool so I couldn’t enjoy that part. Also, there was NO LIGHTING in my bathing area AT ALL! I was told once maintenance come in they would fix it and I’m pregnant so I could have fell.

Llegué a eso de las 1 de las madrugada, la puerta estaba cerrada, duraron mas de 30 minutos para abrir la puerta y recibirnos en el loby, aparentemente está dormida la chica del staff, le pregunté si se había dormido, me contestó de manera grocera, y nos hizo esperar algunos 20 minutos más para hacernos el check in

the bed was shot it was crest in the middle sloping down onto my side of bed. the mattress was beyond its usable life

Camera prenotata per 2 adulti tle due bambini, al nostro arrivo non era pronto il divano letto ma lo abbiamo dovuto fare noi. Anche alla domanda del perché la camera non era pronta ad accoglierci, ci è stato risposto che questa era la normalità per loro. Devo ammettere che è la prima volta che non mi sento un "ospite" del residence. Si che non è gratis, quindi se uno prenota per 4 persone, si aspetta una camera pronta per 4 persone. Peccato...

Variety of breakfast options.

HVAC programmed for 78F at breakfast area. Too warm and stuffy; staff could not address the issue to maintain the area at a comfortable temperature. Bathroom not well lit. Bulbs need to be changed. Lady at check in on Friday afternoon (July 17, 2026) was completely unprofessional, indifferent, and dismissive. She provided in-person information as if she worked at a low-tier call center.

One of the elevators did not work the entire weekend.

45 mins waiting for my room.. employee at front desk appeared to be upset and management was not responding appropriately. A family of six also had to wait for 2 rooms

Fine but too many restrictions too many lock doors. It’s an indoor pool. They should’ve kept the windows open. At least it’s too hot.

The manger was very rude to his employer infront of me. He stated in a very rude tone to this adult male make this your late coffee. I arrived at 330 pm and my room wasn't ready. I pull out bed in the living area smelled like urine. So we can't sleep on it. The life guard at the pool was rude to the kids, screaming at them and mind you their parents were present.

Bed smelled like urine. The life guard was rude to my guest. The staff is very unprofessional. The manager is rude to his employees. It was not worth 340 dollars for the night.

It was in the middle of everything we were doing

Everything was amazing! The room was great, the amenities were great and so was the location! The staff was also fantastic minus the lifeguard. She was not friendly at all and acted like she didn’t want to be there.

We requested to change the date which was offered on the original booking. We sent 2 messages and phoned twice and got booking to message them. Just ignored us. So didn’t get a room unless we paid for another stay. Jeremy is clearly a bad manager and needs to sort himself and his team out.

1:30 am evacuation of the building. Due to sprinkler system malfunction is what we were told. Not good when fire department has issues resetting the system multiple times. We were out of the building for over an hour and a half. By the time we got back to the room we couldn’t get back to sleep. Also. The smell in the room. Was of heavy Indian cuisine. Very strong smelling. Every time we’d enter the room.

I love the location and the facility it very nice and this is my second time maybe I will bring my dog next time

The ice machine wasn't working but the stay was great they brought me ice and had the maintenance man come look at it

I stayed here to celebrate my daughters first birthday. My family and I stayed for the weekend and it was such a nice stay! My daughter loved the breakfast and the pool the most.

Where to start… The lady at reception was rude, didn’t know anything, we asked for recommendations for food and she did not know, even though we found an Italian close by, she recommended applebys! We had to ask 3 times for linen even though booking the day prior for 3 people, but also housekeeping had finished so no one to get the linen easily. The pool is ONLY open in the afternoon to evening, so do t expect a morning swim, but it’s so heavily chlorinated it is not nice. Best thing was the check out…

Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and varied. The support staff in the dining room were very helpful and congenial without being intrusive. Great way to start the day. Our room was very comfortable. It was designed well so that sleepers could be separated from someone working in the living area. Great kitchen for a small apartment. Bed comfortable. The facility looked brand new even though the renovation took place several years ago. EVERYONE on the staff was wonderfully helpful and kind and cheerful. The diverse staff and residents was most welcome.

The hours for the pool could have been longer.

Our first night, we were disturbed by the incessant, piercing flashing light of the fire alarm.

The hours of the pool closing at10pm on the wall but the staff stop lifeguarding at 9pm. Maybe you should change the sign or get staff on board with the hours of your property.also turn the heat up at least to 78 degrees in the in pool area.It is cold when you get out. .Check out time on the back of the door say 12pm check out time. But staff said the day staff said check out time is 11am. Again change the sign on the back of the door in the room or get staff on board with the property rule & check out times .Times for pit outside wasn't addressed when I arrive. The amenities.times the property wasn't addressed had to ask about it. Didn't know you had a pit outside thought it was part of the landscape.
