Sapporo View Hotel Odori Park

The breakfast was excellent. Very near to bus stop and subway station

The convenient location, walking distance to nearest odori station exit 1. Helpful staff. Comfy beds. Quality facial moisturiser and cleanser provided.

The staff were welcoming, attentive and kind. The rooms were generous by Japanese standards and the locale worked too. Breakfast was a treat and the guests casual dining room was perfect for the one night we were too tired to explore elsewhere.

The breakfast buffet was great. Staff were kind and all cloud speak English. Even when I didn't ask for cleaning service, clean towels and new toiletries were delivered to my room.

Great location. Excellent buffet breakfast. Superb service. Rooms had a lot of storing space and comfortable. Would return. Stayed with my family for 4 nights in summer.

Nothing.

Great location and facilities

The hotel is very large and located in a pleasant neighborhood, within walking distance of central areas and entertainment spots. We really loved that the hotel offers drinks and cookies to guests throughout the day; it truly enhanced our trip experience.

Rooms comfortable and location was excellent. It was an easy walk to places of interest. Train station across the road. My husband loved the beer gardens across the road.

Airconditioning could be better, we struggled to get the room cool enough to sleep first night. 2nd night we left the window open.

Fijne locatie aan Odori Park. Je loopt in 15 minuten naat Stadscentrum of TV Tower

ruhige und komfortable Zimmer, unaufdringliches und freundliches Personal

Very helpful staff. Good location.

spacious room

only one laundry machine

The breakfast was quite enjoyable. The availability of a coffee and tea bar in the afternoon was certainly a welcome addition to our hotel experience. The room is spacious.

Good location

There’s a security concern—the lifts have no access control, so anyone can take the lift up to the guest room floors.

Comfortable and convenient for our first night in Japan after a long journey

Room was rather tight and breakfast was average

Tutto! Perfetto!

Výborná poloha ve středu města

Museli jsme čekat na snídani i když jsme přišli 6:30.

Proximity to the park and centrality to the City.

Coffee could be Better.

The service level of the staff, the morning breakfast and the evening lounge tea and snacks.

Nothing that I can think of. They just surpassed expectations on all aspects.

The location is superb and the rooms are comfortable and reasonably large for the setting. The hotel is right off of Odori park and it's a short walk to multiple subway lines, the streetcar, and JR trains.

Huoneessa oli hyvin tilaa. Hotellin lounge oli kiva. Aamupalan japanilainen munakas oli hyvää.

Kylpyhuone haisi tunkkaiselle.

Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Location, breakfast and hotel room.

Very clean.

Very pleasant environment. The daily afternoon lounge access was a great surprise and a lovely treat we look forward to every evening.

Near in Odori Park and Susukino St.

Good location

The hotel is getting on now, due for some new carpets and a Reno. Its an old hotel….Toothbrushes need to be softer

Good location for sightseeing and travel to other town

Nil

Breakfast was wonderful and full of varieties, including both Japanese and Western style foods. Although the hotel was full of guests, the arrangement at the breakfast was well organised. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is almost perfect. It is located opposite to the Odori park, good for morning runs and kids play. It is slightly a bit far from the central or tourist area, however, it provides some quietness environment.

Nothing really. If I need to say, the location is slightly out of the central area, which needs to walk a bit. Kids may feel tired easily.

Hotel is close to Tanukikoji Shopping Street, Breakfast is nice.

It was nice to have a wardrobe, drawers, a lot of flat surfaces to put things in or on. I asked for a quiet room and got it. Thanks! It was a nice touch to have guest lounge, with free treats, coffee, tea, juice.

The staff were especially kind and helpful, and the location was especially convenient. We enjoyed the free afternoon snacks and drinks in the lounge as well

It felt a little dated in areas

good size room

location easy access to many attractions and public subway transport.

Despite being older it kept its cleanliness to the standards. A tourist hotel with many varied guest groups.

Housekeeping could be better. No replacement of daily bottle water and cups are not cleaned for 3 consecutive days. We were staying on better rooms so simple standards are expected.

Excellent location next to Odori Park and very near shopping street. Hotel is nice and clean too!

Nothing
