Everything

Very central and has secure parking on site and 24 hr reception . The room was actually a spacious flat!

Nothing

Excellent apartment in a great location! Staff really friendly and helpful. Thank you!

All great

Great location, the room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and nicely designed. It was very comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay.

The only downside was the noise from the boiler, which was quite noticeable at night!

Didn't have the breakfast . All over was good

Bedding and sheets were not clean ' they smelled body odour. I was not able to use the pillows and used my jacket to cover it because of the smell . Please improve hygiene because everything else were excellent. Thanks

Perfect location! Brilliant stay

The location was very central. Perfect fir what we wanted.

The sofa

Beautiful appartment in an excellent location. Highly recommended

Excellent location and very friendly helpful staff

Arrived very late after an 8 hour drive and there was no bedding in the apartment for the put up bed that I had requested. The toilet was also very dirty and had faeces still in it.

The location.

If you open the window to get some air the noise from the pedestrian was loud, the put fan, but an A/C was more appropriate. Also one of the rooms must be a twin beds.

Amazing place to stay such welcoming friendly staff apartment was amazing and immaculate

todo muy bueno

baño un poco chico

Spacious , clean , comfortable bed and pillows

Nothing

central, clean, spacious. Great staff.

The location was great. The apartment was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable.

The sofa was uncomfortable to sit on. The extractor fans in both bathrooms didn't work. The biggest downside is the parking at the premises is almost impossible to find even with a sat nav. The rubbish bin lid was broken so always open. With a little tlc these apartments could be really nice. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Central, quiet and excellent facilities

Nice apartment, very well located; perfect to visit Liverpool but also quiet for a relaxing weekend. The staff is really outstanding: very nice, friendly and ready to help

The apartment would need some refurbishment, particularly the bathroom (ventilation system should be fixed, as there no windows).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. I really enjoyed my experience and would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay.

Nothing

Central Location in lively part of town. Very close to museums and main attractions. Nice and spacious apartment with all amenities, including laundry. Very friendly and helpful staff. Certainly a place to return.

The appt was lovely and clean, great location

We had no hot water at any point during our stay. This was brought to the attention of the staff as soon as we realised and again at checkout.

Convenient that there was a washing machine in the apartment. Nice bathrooms and nice living room.

Location in shipping street, very deserted in the evening. Very limited cutlery (just 4 pieces of everything) and kitchen equipment (1 pot and 1 pan). The double beds were way too small for 2 people, they were only slightly wider than a regular ones person bed.

Great location right in the centre of Liverpool. Close to the docks and the major attractions. Car park right underneath, easy access to the hotel reception. Comfortable room with good facilities.

Nothing really, we got what we expected.

Although I'd been told The Cove provided "apartments" I wasn't expecting the room layout I got - literally a one bed apartment, above the Liverpool ONE centre. Brilliant central location, easy to park, get to and work from. Friendly staff and great facilities (i.e. the size and appointment of the room).

We had a great stay at Cove Paradise Street. The apartment had fantastic city views and the location was perfect, right in the heart of Liverpool and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We were very happy with our stay.

Nothing significant – we were very happy with the property and our stay.

The stuff are friendly and helpful

Everything from Jack greeting us on reception to the location and the safety of the secure door and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in

Nothing all was good

Everything, perfect location and everything you need

Not a thing, all perfect

Staff super friendly, upgraded us to a 2 bed apartment, facilities excellent and location excellent

Everything perfect

Central location, loads of space in apartment and well equipped

Go location

Was a bit nosey earlier hours. But not a problem, you could shut the window

Great location and clean

Location is great, and rooms are spacious and have an equipped kitchen (sometimes things are missing though - i know this because i've been here a couple times and sometimes had to go down to ask reception). Wifi is decent and there is always at least one person at reception.

Bed bugs in the room during my latest stay. Furthermore, sheets were dirty, no ac (sweltering on hot days), and bathroom flush is weak (sometimes dirty water rises back up). I've been here a couple times and its a shame because it has declined in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Excellent location, friendly staff on arrival Apartments are spacious

Nothing it was all good

Excellent location, nice clean spacious apartment. Staff very friendly. Normally stay in a hotel but this was way better, much more space and flexibility, home away from home

Apartment was a little stuffy, eventually ok with windows open but then noisy due to central location. Not that much of an issue. Would definitely stay there again.

Spacious apartments and location. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great central location, modern spacious interior.

Great location and very modern with all you need for a comfortable stay.

The price was a bit steep.

Friendly , professional staff. Excellent location.

Room decoration was a little tired. Layout was good and we had everything we needed. A freshen up would have boosted the score.

Os funcionários sao muito acessíveis e simpáticos.A casa é recente,limpa e muito confortável e a localização central.

Very clean and has everything you need for a stay in the centre of the city. Safe and easy to access.

I Cant express enough how the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful, before and during our stay. Absolutely amazing. The facilities were great, things in the kitchen to get you started and you may need. Excellent full sized fridge. Love that they provided an iron, large far and hairdryer. Washing machine and dryer was fabulous, and two washing pods. Great location. Parking and access to the apartments were really easy to navigate round.

Great welcome from Jack at reception. Very comfortable, clean apartment, well equipped and really good beds.

It was a little warm (but it was during the 5th UK heatwave, it was a little too warm everywhere!).

Lovely staff

Cleanliness was sub standard, best in the room was awful

Great location

A little warm through the night

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was everything I hoped for.

Great location, clean, friendly staff & homely feel.

The place was very clean and comfortable the staff were amazing and the property was close to a lot of tourist attractions and public transport.

The sofa in the sitting room was visibly dirty and when the bathroom in one of the bedrooms was used for pooping it would make the bedroom smell bad so they should install a fan in the bathroom to help the bedroom not smell bad.

Superb location and facilities.

The need to use a sofa bed.

Good location. Pleasant staff.

The building is very tired and needs an upgrade to warrant the nightly charge. After showering, the water was slow to drain thus leaving unpleasant scum behind. Mould on grout. Tired fixtures and fittings. The lift was noisy and felt unreliable.

Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Great location. Clean, comfortable, spacious apartment.

Everything was fabulous.

The location of the property

The single entry door for big property. It should have different entry points leading to reception.

Great location, good parking, staff very helpful

Fab location and staff.

Great central location in centre of liverpool one, close to albert docks, lovely spacious apartments with cooking facilities, washing machine, comfy beds, reccomend staying here great value for money😊

Could of done with tv & dressing table with mirror in the bedroom

Smooth check in process and a free upgrade to a 2 bed apartment. Spacious accommodation with everything you need. Comfortable beds and pillows and 2 bathrooms for a 2 bed apartment is a bonus. Even had a washer if you were staying a few days...v handy

A bit hot and only 1 fan between 2 rooms. Windows open in the day but at night street noise stopped me opening the window. Not a major problem but a bit annoying

Ideal place to stay in Liverpool, surrounded by shops and restaurants, not far from the docks, parking available if required, a clean and spacious apartment.

Central location Spacious modern apartments with clean comfortable beds. Excellent friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing

Everything was excellent.

The vending machine in reception taking 15 pound is excessive and needs to be upgraded.

The location was great.

The room was a little tired. The plumbing especially the toilet needed attending to. The couch in the living room was so uncomfortable we could not sit on it and chose to go to bed to relax.

Apartment was huge! Perfect location and great directions to locate car park with ease!

The receptionist was more interested in playing scrabble on her phone than acknowledging guests wishing to check-in. Her male counterpart more than made up for her poor attitude and went out of his way to accommodate an area to change ahead of check-in.

Location is very central to everything you would want to see. Place is dog friendly for a fee

No water.. No air conditioning or climate control ..

Location was great and the beds were so comfy

We didn't like the random piano on the street that started at 10am, the apartment could do with some mirrors in the bedrooms by plugs but apart from that the apartment was excellent.

staff were really helpful and welcoming, rooms were spacious and amazing value for money

Perfect location in Liverpool

Nothing

Great location

Nothing at all apart from a cracked tile on the ensuite floor but no issue.

Excellent location, very quiet inside, good sized lounge area

Sofa not very comfortable, flat very hot but they did provide fans

Excellent service from reception desk staff. Very stylish and comfortable apartment. Perfect location - close to shops, restaurants and train station.

Kitchen tap was not working.

Lovely spacious well equipped apartment situated in the vibrant Liverpool one

Was nothing to dislike

Location and cleanliness

Too hot in the room. No aircon. Took 5 attempts to book parking and property charged more than link. Also even after boooking it I still received notifications asking me to book.

Comfortable, close to historic areas, bus station and shopping options.

Nothing

Everything was exceptional

Location is excellent

It was too hot and no A/C

Great location, friendly staff, well equipped and clean apartment.

We visited during a heatwave. The property had no air conditioning and the windows only opened a couple of inches. One bedroom had no opening windows at all. Duvets were extremely thick. They had provided a couple of fans but these weren’t sufficient. All doors weee fire doors so we had to use tables and fans to prop open the doors to get some air circulating. A shame as it would have been excellent.

To hot

Amazing location, comfy bed and great kitchenette

Exceptionally high bath, difficult to step out from the shower. More sockets needed… I couldn’t do my hair in front of a mirror.

Central location, spacious as it’s an apartment not a room, clean

Nothing

Need ac and it will be wonderful

Accommodation was in a great location, easy to find and super convenient parking. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Staff friendly, check in/out easy. We spent very little time here as were visiting for a gig, but would be a great place for a city break.

Good location, and secure parking

The heat in the room was unbearable, our children had room across hall which was not as bad and we ended up after absolutely no sleep going into their room. We spoke to reception and they could only offer us a fan, but it did nothing. There was no air con, the windows only open slightly and our room was just horrific. I appreciate it was warm time but the room was not suitable to be occupied in those conditions, and not really any concern from reception. As I said it was warm, however the room opposite was ok and you could actually sit and be ok, our apartment should in that sort of heat not be used.

It was big and spacious and had a little courtyard

I paid £40 extra for my medical assistant dog because apparently it has to be deep cleaned afterwards. My boy drinks his water and sometimes water will drip , so got my baby wipes out and I discovered that the floor was filthy 🤦‍♀️ so decided to wash all of the floors and they were black 🤦‍♀️ I didn’t want him lying on them or eating food from his bowl on the floor . When his ball went under the couch I had to move it a bit and there were chocolate wrappers , sweet wrappers and human hair 🤦‍♀️ it was filthy . I noticed more and more and no air con it was so hot we left a day early.

Great location & lovely rooms. Plenty of room with everything you need , comfortable beds!

The bathroom bin had not been empty and was full of the previous guests contents, not something we wanted to see or be around. On our way out to our evening plans I went and let the front desk know said no housekeeping was present so they gave us a spare bin bag to change ourselves! Did not even get an apology - I thought this was poor due to the fact we spent £160 for one night.

Situated in a great spot. Clean and staff friendly.

Location was spot on. Plenty of room in the apartment. Lovely and clean. Easy check-in and check-out with friendly staff. Felt safe.

That we couldn’t spend more time there! Could not fault it - will deffo book again!

Facilities Cleanliness Location

Location is fantastic. Accommodation is clean if sparsely kitted out. Reception staff this time were indifferent unlike the friendly welcome we usually get when we stay here.

Reception staff member was rather dismissive and not helpful.
