Posh Pads - Liverpool 1 - Apart-Hotel

The property is really central to everything, shops & bars. The apartments are really spacious and the beds are so comfortable. Will definitely be staying again. Staff were excellent, going over and above to help me & my son out to the taxis with all our bags as he was moving into halls as he is starting university. She was so helpful. Thank you

The beds were comfortable and the spacious living room was ideal for the four of us to gather and chat. Location couldn't be any better, central in the middle of everything. The basement car park was ideal.

The plug sockets in the second bedroom were either to the side of the bed which couldn't be moved or there was a double socket high inside the wardrobe. This meant I couldn't have a phone charging in the room to know the time in the middle of the night.

I've stayed here a few times before, perfect location, loads of space,

1st floor apartments on the front, even with the windows shut, sounds like outside is in your apartment so it's harder to get asleep from the noise.

Put in 2 bed with only 1 bathroom (nearly all other apartments had 2 bathrooms) Not great for our 25 year old son having to share. Very mouldy bath silicon. Poor state of windows and no secondary glazing so very noisy from street. Extremely hard mattresses. Had to ask for more towels as only supplied 2 sets. Maintenance man still in apartment when we arrived messing with a lock, however we did not check in earlier than allowed so why was he still in there? Will not be returning - called Posh Pads but offered very sparse, mediocre accommodation.

Exceeded my expectations. Member of staff on rwception was very professional and welcoming, excellent customer service. Accommodation was of a high standard, great location and all the facilities needed (and more).

Great location! Needed fans because the weather was quite hot! Fab location, but needed to keep the windows closed at night because it is in the centre of the city, so quite noisy! Staff were wonderful!

The location is excellent in terms of being g in the centre. The staff were lovely too.

The property is dated. It was posh maybe 20 years ago. It’s actually quite depressing when it comes to its decor. However, the worst thing was the noise. It was unbearable. Why on earth would you put a family with young children next to the bins and a ramp - so 5 am wake up every morning, twice by the bin lorries rolling the bins in and out and by the Landry huge metal crates pushed up and down the ramp. It wasn’t just a one off thing, it went on and on and on. And as I said - this happened two out of three nights. At night it’s no better too as neighbouring pubs and restaurants emptied their bottle bins up to a silly hours of the night. We were exhausted. The noise levels ruined our stay and our holidays. I am appalled and will never ever stay there again. Oh, forgot to mention - the apartment is boiling but you can’t really open the windows as then the place stinks of fired chicken and old oil smells coming from the restaurants.

They apartments are really run down. Hob didn't work, toilets flushed erratically, one of the lights in the shower had clearly had an electrical fire. Most of the windows didn't close properly (and weirdly all seem to be single glazed. But the biggest problem was the cleanliness. The floors were filthy. You could clearly see large patches of ketchup or something on the kitchen tile, but all through the carpets, your socks would turn black. Most of the crockery was dirty and some actually had chunks of old food on them. The lid on the pedal bin was broken.

The location is perfect! A couple of minutes walk to the docks, and right in town. So many places on the doorstep for drinks, food, coffee, essentials.

It is a little noisy due to the location. We travelled with our daughter, next time we will request a room higher up in the hotel. Not a criticism as we knew the location and have stayed many times. More of a suggestion if you’re travelling with small children

This was my 4th stay at Posh Pads and, based on previous stays, it was disappointing. The oven had not been cleaned, there were hairs on the floor of the ensuite, the balcony was littered with cigarette butts and it generally did not feel as lovely as it normally does. The Posh element seems to have gone.

Not clean enough. The temperature of the bedrooms was unbearably hot. I appreciate fitting AC is expensive but fans could be provided in each room.

Windows didn't close properly so you could hear street noise late at night, cupboard doors off hinges, safe was locked, beds uncomfortable and shower and bath floors had marks and stains.

There is no air conditioning in the apartments which meant it was very hard to sleep with the heat.

Spacious and centrally located. Comfortable bedrooms and modern bathrooms with decent showers and towels. Bonus having underground car park…although tight on space. Although no air con a fan was provided. Very friendly reception staff.

Kitchen though it had all the necessary appliances, did not have enough crockery so could never fill dishwasher. Very limited in terms of cooking equipment- no bowls/ dishes/trays for oven or microwave. Guess most people eat out? A dust pan and brush would have been useful for spillages. Couldn’t access drawers as inside wardrobe and insufficient space to open them. No plugs near a mirror so couldn’t reach with hairdryer and no surfaces in bedroom to use as a vanity unit. Entrance to underground car park scarily steep- 1st gear essential to exit!

The people. Everyone at reception were wonderful. Super helpful and kind.

No AC. It was really hot this week and it was stifling in the apartment but you couldn’t really open the windows because it was so loud outside. There was a bus stop right in front of hotel and three busy bars that kept everyone up.

The apartment was huge, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedroom. The weather was very warm and A/C would have been welcome. The staff however brought up a fan which made it more comfortable.

We stayed in Liverpool on the weekend of the heatwave, as there's no air con it was a little uncomfortable in the apartment, the staff put a fan in the room which was okay but just moved the hot air around.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The location was perfect for Albert Docks, Lime St Station, the shops & the Theatre.

Due to the hot weather & no air-conditioning, we had to sleep with the windows open. It was quite noisy, especially early morning with bin collections, traffic noise & seagulls!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Posh Pads. The apartment was extremely comfortable, very well equipped and spotlessly clean and in an excellent location, with affordable secure parking on site. In addition, the staff are extremely professional, friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Special thanks for all the help we received on our arrival on Monday, 13th July, around lunchtime re: access to the car park (sorry we don’t know the member of staff’s name). We will definitely not hesitate to return to Posh Pads and would recommend to family and friends.

We left a bottle of wine in the cooler but when we returned a little later to collect our luggage we were told the cleaners hadn't found it and the receptionist said he was unable to go up to the apartment and check if it was still there!

The location is absolutely perfect. The penthouse Apartment is stunning to.

There isnt airconditioning but large doors open onto a surround balcony which compensated.

Loved this Liverpool property with helpful staff and a great location. The common area was great for being together and the beds were comfortable. The bonus was the washing machine that cleaned up these travelers before embarking on the rest of our journey.

It was a lovely stay but above all the staff went above and beyond when checking us in (we were visiting for a concert) and they helped guide us to where we needed to be for our bus etc. lovely welcome

We stayed here for a night in June 2026 and were very impressed. Bonus is the onsite parking which was charged at £15 a day, which is good value for money in a central location such as this. Easy lift ride up to reception from parking to check in and keys. We stayed in a two room apartment which was very well decorated, clean and great beds. Really very well appointed and there is tea and coffee and little milk sachets in the apartment. Great Tesco and Asian supermarket just up the road. Staff on check in were very friendly and helpful. Would def recommend and the price point for 3 people for a night was superb!!!

Only bug bear is these security wire things on the windows and I think had we been there last week - it may have been pretty hot. No fans or aircons.
