Nothing was a lovely stay

Czysty apartament w dogodnej lokalizacji. Całkiem blisko do dworca kolejowego i całkiem blisko do centrum miasta. Blisko również do sklepów i restauracji. Sympatyczny personel. Cenowo bardzo przystępnie. Polecamy :)

Zentral in Liverpool, 10 Minuten von den Docks, dem Busbahnhof und dem Bahnhof. Ganze Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, sehr freundliches Personal, sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Auch für längere Aufenthalte gut geeignet.

Gepäckaufbewahrung kostenpflichtig über Stasher in einem Schließfach ist unnötig kompliziert.

Location was great for what we wanted. The appartment was clean and had a nice bath. Nice balcony too, to sit out.

The pent house was lovely. Wide spaces and everything you need. A home from home. The outdoor area was large and had some great views 👌

Not so much didn't like but it was noticeable that certain repairs and upgrades needed done. Bath plug fell apart, bits of wood wobbly and some missing on door frames.

Extra Charge on check out,booked Stay City Duke St and paid via Booking com,when i was leaving staff member said there was a balance owed,I questioned this and was told Booking.com dont charge full amount when booked.This is news to me,disappointed with this as have stayed here many times before.

Convenience, two bathrooms 2 bedrooms,

Paying for locked luggage as one hr early, went to cafe next door, could have been advised cafe near enough to take our luggage with us for a snack for an hour.

The apartment was spacious and airy and not cluttered with ornaments. We were only able to stay in Liverpool for 2 nights and it was easy just to put our cases down and head out to the nearby Beatles attractions. 2 bathrooms were an unexpected bonus!

Todo estuvo bien. En todo caso tener que pagar por poder dejar las maletas. Se guardan en un locker, lo que también añade seguridad

Location was very good

Apartment was not ready at 3 pm due to previous guests. That was not the real reason the were behind schedule and are blaming the guests 🤔 Further more a lot was damaged in the apartment, the kitchen and bathroom. Besides that it was no that well cleaned.

Per lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora,anche se cliente devo pagare. Bagno in appartamento poco pratico,non ci sono ganci per asciugamani e vestiti,la doccia non é regolabile in altezza ed é fissa rendendo difficoltoso per chi ha dei problemi.

The apartment was absolutely perfect it truly felt like a home away from home. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and every member of the staff we met was helpful and genuinely kind. We didn't hear a single sound either, it was a wonderfully quiet place to stay.

Localização, limpeza e recepção. Estávamos em 3 e fomos surpreendidos c um apartamento no 4 andar c 3 quartos e 3 banheiros pela recepcionista Susy. Maravilhoso!!! Todos os utensílios de cozinha ã disposição!

Todo muy bien. Ya me he quedado en varios Staycity en Europa y siempre están muy bien. Tuve la suerte que me hicieron un upgrade y me dieron un apartamento mejor. La amabilidad del personal destaca por encima de todo.

Good location,well equipped and we were able to cater for ourselves when needed.

Shower and washbasin outlets were blocked. We cleared/cleaned them. Otherwise the apartment was clean! Parking is at the back of the building and was a little tricky to find.

I arrived on my arrival day to find that the lift was out of order, we were staying in the 4th floor and my daughter is a wheelchair user. Hotel advertises as an accessible hotel surely this should be a given that on their website site a notice that the lift was out of order should have been advertised . How did they expect people with disabilities to access the upper floors and apparently the lift was out of order for months, just not good enough, we were left stranded at 20:30 at night with nowhere to stay with two kids and all the hotel could offer was you won’t be charged, and no help with alternative accommodation, the guy on the desk tried his best I actually felt sorry for him he was also left down by the hotel, and left to take all the flak. Just to add also not a single contact made by the hotel the next day or since our trip if we got sorted with an alternative, not an ounce of concern. Only a refusal to foot any of our extra costs, and even then they went through booking.com who were very helpful in the follow up.

The apt was hot and smelt. The fridge smelt and didn’t work, the dishwasher smelt inside of stagnant water and didn’t work..it turned in but no water

Lift wasnt working we was on the 3rd floor could have been informed before arrival Communication after leaving was bad, We left earpods and phoned 6 times and never gave the same answer Since found earpods are bow in Ireland. Was told on 3 occasions manager would call me the next day, never did

Good space for the money. Big fridge. Good restaurants near by and easy walking access to the water front and tourist attractions.

The sheets for the sofa bed (which wasn't made up and we had to ask at reception where the sheets were as we weren't told and couldn't find them) were stained, but had clearly been washed, but not ideal. Up lots of stairs (without a lift option). Receptionist wasn't very helpful and almost rude. Room wasn't ready, despite being advised we could check in from 3pm the room wasn't ready until after 4pm Didn't use the parking as didn't think it would be suitable for our car (being large and low).

It was a nice spacious apartment. The sofa beds were easy and I liked the fact the stuff for them when was nearly packed in bags ready to use. The nespresso machine was a bonus plus other tea n coffee bits. Location was brilliant. It is quite hot in the apartment, the fan was a bonus. Amazing Italian bakery next door but 1, a must go!

We were on the first floor & the bar underneath was loud until it closed…nice looking bar though. We popped in for a wee before being able to check in. The car park is not on duke street which was not clear on booking.com or on the confirmation. Gutted we didn’t get a balcony but maybe we didn’t book a big enough room.

Fabulous location with parking underground. Easy walking distance to the city, Chinatown, the Docks and of course the Cavern Club.

We booked what we thought was the other staycity sight near the docks where we've stayed before but booking.com booked us this one. It wasn't great for us but I must say the staff were so friendly and helpful

The apartment was really dusty , one bathroom door wouldn't shut the frame was broken. It didn't have a fresh just cleaned feeling like the other stay city.there was no snacks or bar like the other staycity. The noise from the street was really bad and it was a Sunday night so I'd imagine with the bars nearby a Friday and Saturday would be even worse. Then noisy of the bottle bins being emptied at 5am woke me after hardly sleeping all night . Will make sure we definitely book the other sight next time.

Lift not working, only told when arrived. Was on 5th floor but was moved, thank you. Towels had make up stains on them. Requested new towels, had to ask twice. New ones, not much better. They are washed but stains on them. Clean towels is a must for me.Tv must be of the WiFi as it keeps breaking up, lossing signal, Not great when you have an 8 year old. 2nd bedroom is small and no place for your clothes. Booked in again next year but I’m going to cancel it and try somewhere new.

Unfortunately our room was on the 5th floor and the lift was out of order. The postcode for the car park is not listed on the website and differs from that of the apartments - it would also be helpful to note on the website that parking is to be paid for in addition to the price of accommodation

The location was perfect, really close to lovely restaurants, and shopping. Lovely apartment, clean, and beds were really comfortable.

It had a balcony and was in the centre of Liverpool, flat was spacious and had a well equipped kitchen

The internal temperature of the building was very high, the lifts didn’t work and the doors to lift maintenance were all left open. We had kids with us and it was uncomfortable to sleep in and it was dangerous as these doors were left open with just a strap across to stop people going in. It felt as though there was a fire in middle of the building generating the heat. We were aware there was no aircon but this was a different level of heat.

There’s nothing negative to say! When we checked in we were offered an upgrade due to the lift being out of order (I think). New apartment was on 5th floor but reception said we could keep our original booking if we wanted (it was on a lower floor). We went with the upgrade and were delighted with it….. stairs were a small price to pay😁

Very dated rooms, heavily scuffed paintwork and clearly been used as a smoking room with lingering stale smoke odour

UHT milk in fridge, nice coffee but cheap tea. Having to pay to store luggage as we arrived early - having travelled a long distance.

We were upgraded on arrival to the penthouse and had a fabulous stay! Thank you! Such a handy and central location as well.

Nice modern, clean apartments in a very central location.

I was unable to book a parking space for my stay. This is done by a third party who said they had no availability for our stay, however I did see spaces in the car park. Rooms were very hot and stuffy although fans were provided in all rooms, the windows wouldn’t stay open and just blew shut. Could have been doing with a coffee table in the living room, the room was plenty big enough to accommodate one. Also a lamp would have been nice in the living room for nighttime rather than using the overhead light.

Location was great. Apartment was lovely and staff were nice/helpful. We enjoyed having a balcony, especially as the weather was so nice. Would recommend to family and friends.

This is my second time staying here because of the location the facilities and cleanliness. We also had a fan which we were grateful for in the hot weather. I’ll stay again when I’m in Liverpool

The only issue was that the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on.

We had the most amazing time we got upgraded to a penthouse which made our experience even more amazing. Beds were unbelievablely comfortable and rooms were so clean . Location was fantastic and staff were so nice. Will definitely be returning.

Lack of air con, room was very warm. Lift was also out of order, carrying bags to the third floor for a one night stay wasn't too difficult but for less fit guests staying for longer this might be an issue. Staff did offer to carry baggage up to the room.
