No ventilation, the toaster was partially faulty, and the air con doesn't seem to be working.

There was no natural light. Only 1 window in living room and looked out to bins.

Spacious and clean, had everything we needed.

Loads of space for the 4 of us, and a great central location, particularly if you are interested in the nightlife, although because of this it could potentially be a bit noisy. Good facilities and the bathrooms were very nice.

Because of the location, I think the apartment may often used by hen/stag parties, and there was a little bit of wear and tear, but not enough to worry is.

We loved everything about this apartment: loads of space, a big seating area, a nice kitchen table. The beds are so comfortable, and the air-con in the living room and downstairs bedroom was lovely.

The TV, surround sound, and air-con in two rooms were all broken. The TV came on, but we couldn't adjust the channels or change the volume. There were wires sticking out from under the TV but not connected to anything. We had plans for a film night with munchies, but unfortunately, that couldn't go ahead as the TV wouldn't work.

Rooms very dark. Not enough light and bulbs not bright enough Worn in places that don't show on pictures. .High deposit taken so worried about it being returned but in the end not an issue. Had trouble getting in as the wi fi and door codes crashed. Managed to contact help.

Curtains were hanging off so we’re unable to be closed meaning street lights were shining through all night.

Had to call multiple times to get a code to enter the building. If we were not tech savy this would have been a disaster. Strong smell of weed in the building also.

Fantastic apartment . Location fantastic . Tea coffee and milk in apartment was a bonus. Everything you need , even a dish washer . Room clean. . Tv romote was missing rang the number and within 10 mins a lasy came to check. Would definitely stay here again. Yes there is music you can hear. But your next to a pub and pubs close by. We just put ear plugs in and was fine.

Pull out bed not comfy. So just slept on settee which was. . Also lighting not good if your putting makeup on. Bit dim .

Location is perfect and unreal value for money

Probably couldn't be helped and part of staying in these types of facilities but the Guests in the room next door were very loud. The noise from every move of a chair etc from the room upstairs came through the ceiling.

It was large, plenty of space, everything you need for self catering holiday. Good area and very quiet

No usb ports had to buy a plug. Found the shower very slippery

No real complaints, but disappointed that extra checkout only gave 1 hour as normally you would get a minimum of 2 in my experience of hotel stays.

Location excellent, numerous restaurants and pubs in area. Close to Liverpool Central for trains. Great pedestrian streets in area with shopping. Two great and new bathrooms, both bedrooms were large and main room was spacious for dining, relaxing, and kitchen area.

Several windows could not be fully closed so you heard some street noise late.

Service issues inside apartment made it very hard to make contact however this is a minor issue and does not take away from the fact that the apartment was amazing.

Couldn’t get into the apartment straight away due to the padlock but the staff came straight away to help us out and were very lovely

Thr apartment itself was in a great location for shops but right next door to a disco that went on until 4am! So we didn't get any sleep which is very disappointing.

Marks over the walls , only two forks in an apartment that sleeps 4. Rubbish in bottom of wardrobe, exit door to apartment wouldn’t open twice

We were upgraded to the penthouse which was absolutely amazing and an absolute game changer for the whole stay, so thank you! The rooms are massive (two floors), it’s a crazy central location, the beds are comfy, there are en suites in every room!! The apartment itself is amazing.

There are a couple of things that don’t work in the penthouse: - the built in bluetooth speakers across the ceilings, the jets in the bath, the fan provided in one bedroom (it worked but not well- all fans given were very very dusty), the air conditioning unit outside two of the bedrooms, the cold taps, the wifi!! It also wasn’t necessarily the cleanest- there’s build up of limescale/dirt round some of the taps, which made them not great to drink out of or wash with. A lot of the wallpaper was peeling off, and the carpet wasn’t very clean at all. There’s no clear fire exit / emergency exit in the penthouse - including windows that don’t open and a door leading to a roof that also doesn’t open. This was a bit of a concern - if there was a fire in the lower half of the suite then the guests upstairs have no escape, not even windows. There was also no cold water at all. Yes, the taps work and can run cold, but for a maximum 10 seconds before going back warm. All water had to be filled up in jugs and kept in the fridge which wasn’t ideal. The wifi also didn’t work on second floor of penthouse, and there was only one toilet roll per en suite, very very small amount of washing up liquid, 2 washing up tablets and maybe 3 bin bags. Unfortunately, for 4 of us this wasn’t enough for two full days, especially when there’s a kitchen to be eaten in. There’s also no cleaning products - so it was impossible to wipe down tops etc which might not be ideal for families with small kids.

Central location, air con, spacious living area, nice bathroom and en suite. Good value for money.

Description said coffee machine and there wasnt one, for that reason we wouldve brought coffee with us. Kitchen area very small - if were staying longer and wanted to cook meals - definitely not bog enough for that or enough equipment etc. Windows wouldnt close.

No idea, we weren’t able to stay because we didn’t receive an access code to the building.

Everything. We weren’t sent an access code for the building so couldn’t get in. Had to find and pay for another property on the day. Epics phones went unanswered, and no reply from their chat or from emails. A joke and a scam.

There was a nasty stain on the sofa bed mattress. It needs changing.

Clean and tidy

When I arrived the code to open my room didn’t work. I had to wait 20 minutes for staff to come let us in. When we got into the room the cooker hood had fallen of the wall.

My family and I enjoyed the property. I would always recommend it to people.

It was in a fantastic location couldn't of been better my sister flew from Dublin and the connection from there to apartment was brilliant, we are already thinking of booking again it was that good thankypu Epic apartment for an absolutely EPIC stay

Our code for the door didn't work - a staff member said they would re-set it - we tried to get back in at 11:30pm at night and it still wouldn't work, we were left to sit on the doorstep until another guest eventually let us in. We had no bathroom towels on check in had to go ask a maid on the floor for some - the sink plug was stuck in so we had to clean our teeth in the kitchen sink - the toilet was very hard to flush - the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and thin

Excellent accommodation, we had a very large group staying and no one had a bad word to say about the accommodation. Very central for anyone who would like to be in walking distance of all the local bars and restaurants.

One key card per room was a little difficult to manage as everyone needed it at different times, but we made it works.

Good location to where we were going out, tea bags, coffee and milk sachets provided, as well as shower gel.

This was for a hen doo and we purposely paid extra for an early check in to decorate the room quickly before the bride arrived. Instead the bride arrived to cleaners still cleaning and hoovers going round, as they hadn't had the heads up about the early check in. They were also eating strawberries whilst working which they left in the apartment after. This apartment is also right by a nightclub and loud music and vibrations can be heard in the apartment til 3am - might be worth warning people if they want to sleep before 3am. One of the rooms (the 2 king size beds with ensuite one) had 2 strips as curtains (if you can even call them that), so all the light came in and we were awake early at 7am too. The sofa bed didn't have the right bedding or a sheet, however this was provided when asked. There was a rotting dishwasher that was brown and smelt like someone had died in there.

Had no sleep due to police cars blue light up and down the street , lads staying up all night next door , they spent all night coming and going would not recommend staying here to noisy, studio cold shower in the morning, bathroom soaking wet after using shower , creaky bed

Location was perfect , main bed was very comfortable . . The apartment was very clean and well equipped. No noise :) Apart from the couple of small negatives we had a great 2 night stay at the Epic and would book again at the right price . Tea coffee milk and sugar are supplied , also Iron ironing board and hairdryer .

The sofa bed was awful , very uncomfortable the mattress was very thin so we could feel the frame underneath. The lighting in the room was very bad . Also we could not get in the main door with the key code . Luckily we got a number for the main door from another guest that was staying for the weekend .

The temperature of the room was set at 30° and the aircon turns off at midnight, so woke up sweating. There’s no front desk so no one to speak to, also the tap water doesn’t go cold so had to buy bottled water.

Badkamer. Centrale ligging in de stad.

Ondanks dat de badkamer e.d. schoon was, kwam de bank en vloer niet schoon over. Was wat groezelig. In het weekend verandert de buurt in een uitgaansplek voor vrijgezellenfeesten, dus veel rumoer. Ook in het appartementencomplex kunnen grote groepen intrekken. Boek dus een ander hotel als je hier niet van houdt. Ik zou dit daarom niet meer boeken.

Nice comfortable and roomy apartment in an excellent central location.

The noise from other young male guests on our floor in the middle of the night and the early hours. Banging on doors and shouting over and over. I appreciate that it's a party street and it was the day of the Grand National but we won't be returning to Epic for this reason.

Very modern flat with new furniture and appliances. Comfortable beds. Very good location. The place is spotless. We loved staying there.

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Good location for the M&S Bank Arena. The shower was great! The communication before the stay was also great. Standar checkout at 11am was nice.

Check in at 3pm is crazy late in the day to be considered an overnight stay especially when there’s nowhere to store luggage before you can get into the room. It’s located around quite a few bars which you could hear until about 1am. Couldn’t get Netflix to work.
