The surprise deposit that was requested It was significantly higher than the price , supposedly for the minibar (which was filled with two evians and a fridge magnet for sale)… getting the remaining deposit released also takes multiple weeks…

Chambres spacieuses et grandes. Petit déjeuner très complet (mais très chère). Assez bonne localisation. Petit déjeuner offert suite à : odeur infecte de cigarette dans notre chambre + une vue décevante.

Odeur horrible de cigarette dans la chambre, pas possible d'en avoir une autre pour la 1ère nuit. Deuxième chambre: idem. Il a donc fallut attendre un 2ème changement de chambre pour enfin avoir une odeur normale dans la chambre. Les odeurs dans les couloirs sont atroces. La piscine est trop professionnelle (bonnet etc...). Je suis tombé malade après avoir mangé le petit déjeuner. Anglais très approximatif pour un 5 étoiles. Pas d'accès libre aux machines à laver.

Large size suite room for the whole family.

Robot delivery is not available at this hotel which is not convenient by today's standards. Self serve laundry service should be considered as more hotels are doing that. The location is good but not the best compared to the next two hotels being Tegoo and Millennium.

Excellent location near the harbor / overlooking the island / 5 minutes walking to the famous pedestrian street/ very good breakfast with lots of choices for Europeans and Asians as well / super comfy bed / big and nice kids playground- can only be used 1 time/ daily- for maximum 3h- very friendly staff trying their best to assist even if they can really understand English

Swimming pool water could be warmer and the doors kept closed as it’s pretty cold inside on rainy days

Nice room with a fantastic view over Gulangiu island. The shower has good pressure. The staff is shy but very helpful.

浴室的簾幕無法完全遮掩，馬桶沒有沖洗設備。

自助早餐及晚餐菜色豐富且新鮮美味。清潔工作人員湯桂英小姐很努力認真，把房間打掃的很乾淨。原本擔心住24樓每日外出電梯要等待很久，沒想到平均等待時間都不超過10秒，太厲害了，非常滿意。大廳很氣派，地點離鎮海路地鐵站很近，非常方便。行政酒廊也很棒，有時玩累了回來可以先上去吃水果、喝咖啡放鬆一下，家中長輩很喜歡。

Great views of Gulangyu, the rooms are large and well equipped. Restaurants are good.

It can get pretty busy with tour groups, you’ll want to get to breakfast early. Staff don’t speak anything but Mandarin though they are courteous and helpful.

早餐豐盛很喜歡。 3F新南軒港點餐廳出乎意料的美味，服務也好。 感謝房務主管耿紅艷的可愛毛巾小動物令人驚喜和18樓清潔人員黃小姐的溫馨關懷，很高興認識妳們。 門口幫忙打車的服務人員，感謝這幾天的協助。

入住時負責登記的櫃檯女士態度冷漠。我是遊客，支付的是現金，冷冷的告訴我押金一晚通常是$700, 飯店都是這樣的，而且我住3晚還要押更多，說的好像我每晚都會破壞一些房內的物件似的。最後收我押金$1200。 我之前住過上海，北京，深圳，前兩天住過鷺江賓館，都沒收押金。我人還住在這呢，難道會偷喝依雲礦泉水，打破燈泡，溜出飯店不告而別。對旅人來說內心很受傷，侮辱性極強。最後退房趕飛機時還要我等15-20分鐘，檢查房間。所以這是什麼待客之道？？？

早餐雖很多樣，但味道很一般，似乎與其它方面不匹配。 臨走要退房離開前，趕著搭高鐵時竟然進不去房間拿取行李，因為房門電池沒電，搞了許久差點趕不上高鐵時刻。

The honesty of the hotel, we left one bottle of wine and hp cable and surprised to receive one email fm the hotel informing us abt the found items, Really impressive.

choice of breakfast need to hv more selection - stayed there for 3 days and more or less the same dishes. Air cond too hot cannot adjust at all.

Central location. Staff are professional. My one bedroom apartment has 2 toilets !

Didn't take the breakfast, but the dim sum served on the third floor restaurant is good & delicious. The location is convenient. The concierge service is good & helpful.

The WiFi is weak & not stable.The flushing in the toilet was stuck many times.

I love the location of the hotel which is conveniently n easy to walk to the shopping areas at Dongshan Road. Also opposite of the hotel, u can walk at the esplanade of buildings lighted up during our stay for one night at the hotel. We have coffee at Starbucks n we have beer n some snacks at Commune which is like a pub n bistro just near the hotel. It’s a memorable stay at the Swiss Grand Hotel in Xiamen. I would gladly stay there again if I visit Xiamen again. Gladly would recommend the hotel to friends n relatives. Thanks!!!

Room was very spacious and the facilities were good. it was vey close to a good pedestrian shopping zone so there were lots to do.

Excellent location, beautiful harbor views, and friendly, helpful staff. I especially liked the café on the ground floor, which offers an excellent selection of coffees and cakes. I was particularly impressed with Minnie, who provided outstanding, personalized service with genuine cheerfulness and enthusiasm. She made a great effort to communicate with me in English. I highly recommend this hotel for both family and business stays, and I will definitely return.
