Unstable WiFi connection

Our stay at Conrad Xiamen exceeded our expectations. Beyond the excellent location and stunning views, what impressed us most was the attention to detail and consistency of service. Arrival and check-in were seamless, the room was immaculate, and the thoughtful decoration and cake made our stay feel especially personalised. Even the smaller touches stood out — quality toiletries, mouth rinse, dental amenities and bath products were thoughtfully prepared. Breakfast was enjoyable with good coffee, and service throughout was warm and attentive. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa, returning for a second treatment during our stay. The therapists were professional and skilful, and the overall experience was relaxing and of consistently good quality. Dinner at 鹭城轩 (Lucheng) was another highlight. While priced on the higher tier, the food quality, presentation and attentive service exceeded our expectations and made it well worth the price. True luxury is often found in the details, and Conrad Xiamen delivered them exceptionally well. A memorable stay that felt genuinely worth what we paid — we would gladly return.

The entire staff is exceptionally accommodating and consistently attentive. ​Immaculate Cleanliness: A special shout-out to the very attentive housekeeping staff, who kept our room in pristine condition every single day with absolute care and warmth. ​Outstanding Dining Experience: The food is of top-tier quality. We were thrilled every day by the fantastic international dishes and the live cooking stations. ​Fantastic Swimming Pool: The pool area is a true highlight—wonderfully maintained, crystal clear, and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. ​An absolute five-star experience at the Conrad Xiamen.There are very few hotels of this exceptional caliber, and we loved it so much that we even extended our stay by two extra nights!

Breakfast was excellent because the chef Eric catered for our Halal meal. He prepared breakfast as per our Muslim rules. View from the breakfast lounge was fantastic

Mold in the shower, for that price we were deeply disappointed, after we ask for another room, they offered us to pay 80€ plus per night. Windows dirty so you can’t enjoy the view. No outside pool. The Sky Restaurant with Michelin Star was a disaster, staff didn’t spoke english and took orders wrongly, extremely expensive for poor quality, absolutely nothing special.

原本安排入住的房間一進去就電燈故障 還會發出不明噪音 有給我們換新房間 但浴室花灑會滴水 浴缸的電動窗簾會自動降下（人在房間 離浴缸很遠）wifi連接一直出問題 房價那麼高 這樣的品質令人難以接受

Great view and easy access to some sightseeing attractions. Breakfast is excellent.

The surroundings are very built up and the hotel does not have any outdoor space. The club lounge offers very little food compared with other five-star hotels. My husband finds the indoor heated pool a bit cold.

The staff at check-in tried to up-sell us to purchases larger rooms. She was quite pushy and felt was trying to get money out of us.

The room was smelly , and the floor and sofa a lot of dust … not recommended… air conditioner not functioning properly, the room was hot during afternoon time …terrible stay I ever had !

We started for 4 nights, we like the room with stunning sea view, good hotel location, great indoor swimming pool and sauna facilities. Also, there is a shopping mall nearby.

The interior design and workmanship of Conrad Xiamen is not as good as Waldorf Astoria Xiamen. Also, the quality of the breakfast ciuod be better.

The personnel’s are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that we don’t like is sometimes you can smell cigarettes smoke in the elevators.

No one could speak English, stuffy air in the room, lack of international food in the breakfast restaurant, terrible SPA, overall very overpriced.

Breakfast was so-so. Plenty to choose from but the breads and pastries were all tasteless and stale. fresh crispy breads and pastries would have changed the dynamic of the breakfast experience. Egg station served precooked rubbery fried eggs.

The ocean and bay view from the room is fabulous. The bedroom and the washroom are large. It is clean and quiet. The executive room includes the free dining and drinking on the Executive Lounge, which is a bonus.

The corner room has a triangular layout while I prefer more square. The room availability is low so I’ll recommend to book in advance. The details in the room need to be improved, like the cleanliness of the glass and the damage in the corner of the ceiling.

Large empty lobby, cold atmosphere, maybe jazz or band in the evening with more accessible bar, entertainment for warmer atmosphere.

Excellent location, perfect for a family, and kind staff. The best part is the floor to ceiling windows with an excellent view.

At the start our room's air conditioning unit did not work, it took awhile for the staff to respond. At the end they took care of us. Staff were very kind and helpful

The view from the hotel was really excellent! We stayed sea view room, so we cloud see sunrise.It was so beautiful and gorgeous. When we arrived and left the hotel, the staff on the first floor were very kind and gentle to us. The lounge staff whose name were Gloria and Iar were also very nice to us.

海側の部屋に泊まりましたが、景色が最高でした。施設もきれいで楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

Die Lage des Hotels und die schönen Aussichten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ist nicht weit zum Strand. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Restaurants.

厦大附近 不错

Unser Aufenthalt im Conrad Hotel dauerte nicht so lange, aber wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Staff ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und gross mit einer super Aussicht. Einzig schade ,dass mit so einer großartigen Aussicht die Fensterscheiben nicht so sauber sind. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

很棒的美景，很豪華～

海が見下ろせる眺めと種類豊富な朝食が美味しかったです。スタッフがとても気さくで親切でしたハウスキーピングの方も笑顔で挨拶してくれ嬉しかったです。 残念だったのは、朝起きたら電源のブレーカーが落ちていて人を呼んだ事です。携帯電話の充電もできておらず、少し困りました。またお風呂の水漏れが結構あり、濡れないように工夫して入りました。

The check in took more then 40 minute, The counter lady was playing with phone in the meantime. Very unpleasant check in I ever had ! But the other employees are very friendly and helpful , especially thanks Chris and Roy .

Conrad Xiamen provides awesome view of the ocean & the city and is conveniently located in vicinity of major tourist attractions (i.e. Xiamen U and a local temple are within walking distance). However despite its big price tag, many of its offerings may come as sheer disappointment if you are accustomed to what a global hotel chain franchise would ordinarily provide. For instance the rooms provide very poor sound proof (I stayed up all night listening to locals yelling and banging on their doors on my last night), room services are only provided via WeChat (a local messaging app) with limited menu choices (mostly local food), limited breakfast menu choices (again... mostly local food), no free wifi, and mediocre amenities. The staffs are nice, but are less seasoned in terms of making the guests feel welcomed and improvising. Moreover please note that most taxis will be reluctant to take you to the hotel due heavy traffic caused by poor road infrastructure of the area.

Relaxed weekend in Xiamen. Hotel is new and modern, service is great with highly trained staff. Hotel lobby is at 38th floor. Apart from that slight inconvinience, the room is big with nice bathroom, sitting area and walk-in robe. View is great, except for the fog at the weekend. Hotel has a shopping mall at the bottom and is near restaurants and bus stops. Breakfasts are great. Will definitely stay here again next time in Xiamen. Wifi was not that fast though.

대체로 깨끗했고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 주변관광지는 택시타고 10분정도 걸립니다. 체크인 할때 보니 방에서 담배 냄새가 나서 방 교체를 요청했었습니다. 장애인지원이라고 된 킹룸은 화장실에 문이 없어 좀 당황스러웠으나 이 부분도 방 교체를 요청하니 바꿔줬습니다.

Exceptional service right from checking in till checkout during our stay on 14 and 15 Jan., and special thanks to the customer service managers on the 38th floor and Alice on the 1st Floor. They really went the extra mile to make our Xiamen stay an ejoyable one. Will recommend this place also for the modern and comfortable room and good location.

Amazing views from room and lobby, and next to shopping mall for more food options. Spacious room with nice sitting area overlooking Gulangyu. Nice spread at breakfast with local and western options.

Received a warm welcome by all saff especially GRO Sirian who looked into every fine details of our stsy. Strategic location with beautiful sea view and famous Gu Lang Yu island, walking distance to Xiamen university and Nan Pu Tuo Si temple. Food is yumminicious in Lucheng restaurant by famois chef Yip on 39th floor and fabulous entertainment with live music by Filipino band in Coast bar on 54th floor, well managed by Mark and his friendly team. I had a wondeful 63rd birthday celebration in Conrad Xiamen, thanks to all staff that made it enjoyable and memorable!🙏😋

景觀很美，眺望鼓浪嶼、廈門大學，去廈門大學、沙坡尾非常近，旁邊是雲上廈門、emall商埸，櫃檯職員非常有禮貎，下次也會選擇再入住

The staff are always helpful and eager to please. The only hotel I would ever stay at in Xiamen.

Awesome room, view and an amazing swimming pool. Don’t know so much about Xiamen but my research indicated this hotel was the best for a night’s stay and I was very pleased with everything.

라운지 자유롭게 이용가능한 Executive room을 예약하고 갔는데 라운지 이용할려면 돈을 더 내야한다고해서국제전화로 확인을 하는등 몇시간을 황당하게 만들었어요 밤에는 어마한 바람소리(일반적인 바람소리 절대 아님) 때문에 3박을 두려움에 보냈구요 멋진 Sea view 를 원하고 예약을 했는데 흙탕물에 잿빛하늘이 우리의 기대를 무색하게 했습니다 청소하시는분은 서비스 커피캡슐을 잊고 채우지않거나 청소후에도 바닦에 머리카락과비닐이 남아있거나 사용중인 칫솔을 버려버리질 않나 ,, 밤에 해괴한 바람소리는 정말 그어느 해변가호텔에서도 겪어보지못한 경험이었어요 직원분들은 타호텔 직원분들만큼 친절했습니다 아직 때묻지않은 순수함이 있는 반면 세련된 응대와 체계적이고 빠른 시스템은 좀 부족했구요 라운지음식도 너무 빈곤이었어요,, 친구들과의 좋은 추억만 가지고 왔어요

여기 호텔 진짜 너무좋아요. 인생호텔입니다. 호텔스닷컴에서 업그레이드 해주셔서 감사합니다. 밤에는 구랑위 야경이 한눈에보여 너무 멋지고 낮에는 바다가 진심 너무예뻐요. 위치도 어딜가도 가깝고 좋네요. 문제는 호텔이 너무 좋아서 밖에 나가고 싶지 않다는게 문제에요. 그리구 침대 쿠션도 정말 최고였어요. 신혼집 침대매트리스보다 훨씬 좋아서 꿀잠잤답니다. 담번에 또 갈예정입니다. ^^

早餐食材不好：饺子是速冻的。 员工“较真”，不够灵活体贴。 床太软了。 整体来说，位置靠近南普陀，植物园和厦门大学，酒店房间宽敞，设施新，但是员工还需培训提升。

1. 海景房(雙床) 是側海景. 預定頁面沒有清楚說明, 有誤導。2. 第二天本來要換房沒有換, 1點多在前台要求清潔原來房間, 2點多回酒店沒有清潔, 再打電話要求清潔後外出,回來後沒有清潔, 只好叫外面工作的員工清潔。3. 大堂做啤酒節的小台, 突出地方跘倒家人, 家人因而感到不適。4. 個別女職員在前台辦理換房, 態度差, 與其他只工很大對比, 令人不滿。

It is a very good experience with this hotel.

Huge room and bathroom. Love the coffee machine in the room, I can enjoy my proper coffee when I wake up. The only thing I don't like is the check point in the front of lifts lobby. What's the point of that since you must use your room key card to access your floor and only.
