A great location close to every thing and love it for that. Rooms on the city side are big but dated.

Centrally located near the vibrant pedestrian streets. The atmosphere is dated and can be musty. Put on th AC to clear the air a bit. The rooms are spacious Service is nice. There is no noise. There is a complimentary drink in the bar. The value is good being in a central location. It has a busy atmosphere around the hotel but quiet in the room.

1.服務人員親切，飯店的員工訓練非常得好，值得嘉許！ 2.我預定的是海景房（在10樓）可以看到鼓浪嶼，景色非常的美。 3.房間附的白桃茶包和伯爵紅茶茶包很好喝，剛入住的第一天還有迎賓水果，很棒。 4.拖鞋很好穿很舒服。

1.水壓較小，洗起來不太舒服。洗髮水洗完頭髮十分乾燥，還好有附潤髮乳，可以緩和。 2.房間的熱脹冷縮有點嚴重，白天開冷氣的時候會一直聽到金屬熱脹冷縮的聲音，有點恐怖。 3.隔音不太好，鄰近房間開關門的聲音蠻大聲的，而且房間會感受到震動。 4.浴室太過老舊，淋浴間的木頭門框和洗手台的木頭支架都有腐爛的情況，有點危險… 5.搭乘電梯的時候會一直有震動的感覺，蠻可怕的。

Very professional, comfortable and spacious. They had a coffee maker - french press in the room (and coffee), and this was perfect. Great space if you need to work. Very attentive staff and excellent breakfast with a view.

The hotel features a distinctive design, with artwork and decorative elements that reflect local culture and heritage, giving the property a unique character. The sea-view rooms on the higher floors offer spectacular views and are a highlight of the stay. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near Zhongshan Road and the ferry terminal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The front desk staff are attentive and provide friendly, efficient service. The buffet breakfast offers a good variety of local specialties as well as Chinese and Western dishes, ensuring a satisfying selection for different preferences.

The location is good, close to the pedestrian area and with a nice view of Gulangyu Island.

The hotel is a bit outdated, the food at the restaurant wasn't remarkable and it was noisy during the night because of the parties on the boats/pier.

Nice room design but, these days, a bit dated (very early 2000s). Bed was larger and comfortable and view was great.

Some of the aspects of the room were very odd. Including the bathroom setup (it’s large but has a really heavy glass door that is annoying to push open). There is a little sliding door into the closet area that makes it easy to grab a bathrobe but doesn’t otherwise make sense. The tea kettle has a very short power cord. If you wanna plug it in, it has to be all the way at the side of the table and you can see where people have maybe misjudged the distance and spilled boiling water against the wall because it’s slightly discoloured.

The facilities, rooms cleanliness are superb. Toilet is smart toilet, got heater some more. The scenarery is superb and curtain is complete dark, offer exceptional sleep. Only thing is the room is too dark, it will be good if there's options for the guest to turn on more lights especially when wanna work at night in the room.

室內沙發及桌椅太大，佔用空間。浴室位置有點尷尬。感覺難以排水氣。

飯店人員的服務態度都非常好，櫃檯小姐很有耐心介紹，打掃的付姊姊每天都有進來打掃而且打掃的非常乾淨，還有幫忙補東西換毛巾，住起來非常舒適；飯店的位置超級好的，不管去哪個景點都方便，對面就是碼頭，旁邊就是中山路步行街，真的是非常好的住宿體驗。

隔音稍稍有點不好，就是聽得到一點點窸窣的聲音。

如果要说一个小小的建议，就是退房高峰期只有一位员工，导致等待时间有点长。除此之外，整体体验非常满意！

Great view from the room, but that wasn't a surprise and it was paid for. The view is the reason I chose the hotel, together with a reasonable expectation from a hotel marketed as a 5-start one. The dinner food was also tasty and inexpensive.

The hotel is not providing the minimum facilities expected from such an accomodation: the air conditioning is not working properly during the day (the room temperature was 27 degrees Celsius during the day with the air-conditioning turned on max for hours), the internet is not working at all, I had to connect to cellular data during the entire stay and the curtains are not blackout (which really affected the sleep quality). Aside from this, the rooms are quite dated and the breakfast is basic (not bad, but also not great). Concerning the staff, the communication in English or French doesn't go very well, but they are kind and I guess they are doing their best. Also very relevant: there is a construction site next door and they start the noise at about 6:30-7:00 in the morning. This is not the Hotel's fault, but they could have informed us, at least.

這家英迪格根本不是五星級酒店。 因為設備裝潢非常非常老舊，房間內很多地方都老舊破損。電梯內裝醜又老舊，1樓公共廁所也老舊破損。裝潢選材也非五星級酒店會用的石材等高檔建材而是2星3星酒店的普通裝潢用料所以老舊的厲害。原本想訂五星級酒店讓自己開心，結果踩到地雷。心情很差。booking上放的照片都經過美化, 現場看根本不是這麼回事，且不能退訂，感覺被詐騙了。

地理位置很方便 離八市 中山步行街 地鐵站 鼓浪嶼回程碼頭都很近， 吹風機很好用 房間很大間

櫃檯小姐姐林小姐很親切，行為推薦景點還有交通方式～備品給得非常及時！河景房超級讚

Great location right next to historical Zhong Shan road with a direct view of Gulangyu Island from most rooms. Comfy beds. Good shower. High tech toilet with washlet. Good breakfast buffet. All the staff were very helpful.

The rooms could do with brighter lighting. Otherwise everything was pretty great.

The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of Gulangyu Island just across the water. The night lights are stunning and lovely sunset can be watched from room . Zhongshan Road is only a five-minute walk away, making it very convenient for getting around. We rented bikes right outside the hotel. By riding to the left side of the street (without crossing the road), you can cycle directly to Huandao Road and Baicheng Beach. It makes for a wonderful round trip of about two hours, with beautiful coastal views and a well-designed bike path that is easy and enjoyable to ride. (On our first day, we crossed the road by mistake and couldn’t get through.) The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the room service ladies are wonderful. I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Xiamen. The breakfast experience was also very enjoyable — the staff at the live noodle-cooking station were particularly kind, and the breakfast selection was delicious.

The decor is a little bit dark, though I like bright decor, it is mainly personal preference. the facilities show the time, however, still comfortable.

位置極佳，海景房將整個鼓浪嶼的景色盡收眼底，離中山路步行街，走路只要5分鐘的距離，非常方便，街對面就是和平碼頭，鷺江夜遊就在這個碼頭上船，另外去鼓浪嶼的輪渡碼頭 (居民專用) 及第一碼頭，東渡碼頭 (遊客使用)，酒店樓下都有巴士可達，去其他商圈 (萬象城，SM廣場) 也很方便。 酒店服務人員(不論前台或是住房服務人員) 都笑臉迎人，態度專業且親切，我們13層的住房服務員 Elena 王，認真負責，小姑娘每天都將房間打理得乾乾淨淨，對老人家照顧有加。 我們對這趟旅程住宿的部份，非常滿意。推薦給大家。

房間燈光對老人家來說不夠明亮，在整理行裝時，小件物品，不容易看清楚。

This hotel room has stunning ocean view. Also, the platform outside the restaurant on the 5th floor has a fantastic view. Breakfast was brilliant to provide local cuisines such as pork Zongzi, beef soup,tora,and seafood Shacha sauce noodle. Room was very comfortable. Staffs were accommodating and helpful. Location was next to Zhongshan Road and metro station "Zhongshan Road".

Perfect location to see Gulangyu Island and see the ferries that travel there. Short walk to Zhongshan Rd. My seaside 8th floor room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast selection was great. Overall, great place to stay. I will most definitely stay there again when in Xiamen.
