Die verschiedenen Pool , das Abendessen war wirklich außergewöhnlich.Die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Der Zimmer die ich bekommen habe, der Kleiderschrank war kaputt, ins Bad die Sauberkeit war fraglich, es war kleines Details die nicht in Ordnung waren für die Preis Verhältnisse.

Wonderful retro-style hotel with a great position and breathtaking views. Beautiful bays and lagoons entice hikers to explore the coastline. There are many beaches near the hotel, some of which are very secluded but suitable for swimming and snorkeling. Professional personnel and great Balearic-style cuisine. Iberian pork, potted young lamb, and a great assortment of seafood, to name a few. Excellent selection of wines. Breakfast also offers a diverse and delicious selection. We had half board and were pleased.

The location was perfect close to calm coves perfect for snorkeling. The rooms were spacious and clean good breakfast. The main pools were immaculate and there was always enough sun loungers. The restaurant served good quality meals. The hotel itself is pretty rustic but this is quite charming and sets it apart from all the modern hotels. Cala Fornells is also close to the beautiful Sant Elm and Dragonera area and perfect if you want to visit Soller, Valdemossa and Deia. The hustle and bustle of Peguera is a 20-30min walk away. We recommend hiring a car and the hotel offers free parking.

The pool bar lacks some small snacks such as club sandwiches, fries so you don’t have to go to the restaurant for every meal. Since there is no other option close by this turns out quite costly for a family of four. Our toilet had some noise issues but this was solved by the hotel within one day. The carpets in the hallways could use a deep clean or replacement.

There was a gentleman that worked the top floor restaurant that couldn’t have been more attentive! He was brilliant.

Everything. Someone NEEDS to go back and re star * this place as it’s one of the worst places we have ever stayed and we honestly have had better experiences staying in a Travelodge than at this place! Just wow! It’s worse than any 3* hotel! It simply cannot be a 5 star!

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich. Die Aussicht ist Traumhaft und auch die naturnahe Gestaltung des Außenbereichs ist toll. Es ist nicht überlaufen und wenn man Ruhe möchte findet man diese Dort. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Frühstück war lecker.

Es entspricht keinem 5-Sterne standard. Besonders der Service nicht. Wir hatten stellenweise das Gefühl das man Lustlos abgefertigt wurde. Es ist ein solider 3-4 Sterne Service. Manche der abgelegenen Pools waren ziemlich schmutzig. Das Mobiliar ist tatsächlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das Abendessen ist okay aber wieder - keine 5 -Sterne! Zimmerausstattung ist auch nur okay- der TV z.b. in die Jahre gekommen kein smart TV. Man erwartet einfach einen anderen Standard.

Unfreundliches Personal, sehr veraltetes Hotel. Entspricht nicht einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Sehr veraltete Möbel im gesamten Hotel, es wurde schon lange nichts mehr erneuert bzw renoviert. Bis auf dem Hauptpool waren auch die Pools nicht einladend. Kein Safe im Zimmer.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr verschlafen. Wie in einem Märchen. Super Lage

Es fehlen einfach nur Kleinigkeiten. Zb wäre eine Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer von Vorteil. Aber wie gesagt, nur Kleinigkeiten. Die Rezeptions Damen sind sehr resolut. Könnten freundlicher sein.

Es gab kaum Wasserdruck in den Bädern. das Wasser war extrem heiß und dauerte ewig bis man unter die Dusche gehen konnte. Die Decke des Bads war voller Schimmel.

Location, food and peacefulness. Access to multiple pools across the hillside was a bonus. Often alone at a pool in August.

I would say it was more rustic/traditional than dated but definitely needs a little bit of TLC in some places. Tea and coffee in the room would have been nice.

The views were amazing, staff was amazing. Had dinner at the restaurant and Santi was our waiter. He was spectacular made the whole experience perfect. All the food tasted very fresh and was delicious. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk. The only downside is everything around the hotel closes around 9pm just so you can plan around that. Will definitely be planning another trip here.

Staff were excellent and responded quickly when the aircon leaked water into the room. They also were vey helpful when I experienced a medical issue. The hotel was very nice and food in the hotel very good, overall a very enjoyable stay

Pour un 5 étoiles l accueil n est pas à la hauteur En dehors du personnel dans le restaurant et au p’tit dej où le personnel était très bien À l accueil à l arrivé comme au départ pas un mot. Nous sommes rester 15jours dans l hôtel et au départ pas un mot pour nous demander comment s est passé notre séjour etc.. Bref un grand défaut d accueil . Dommage pour un 5 étoiles .

El hotel tiene muchas piscinas , muy limpio y tiene vistas hermosas , la comida muy buena , personal muy amable . Puedes ir a la cala andando .

Me gustó todo y estaba consiente de la ubicación eso lo que buscamos con vistas y estar cerca de la playa , es cierto y no es una crítica que necesitas transporte si quieres ir a cualquier otra lugar .

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich ruhig. Zur kleinen Bucht sind es ca. 5 min. (ca. 100 Stiegen). Man hat eine grandiose Aussicht zum Meer und zur Bucht. Nach Paguera benötigt man zu Fuß ca. 20-25 min. Das angeschlossene Restaurant bietet eine hervorragende Qualität und ein tolles Service. Außergewöhnlich ist, dass auch mittags bei der Pool-Bar die gesamte Abendkarte angeboten wird. Die Preise sind eher gehoben.

Das in der näheren Umgebung keine Bars vorhanden sind.

Die Lage ist ein Traum, durch den Zugang direkt vom Hotel zur Bucht, ist auch ein kurzer Abstecher zum Meer immer möglich. Die Bucht ist klein aber wunderschön. Das Hotel erstreckt sich über viele Ebenen und bietet so viel Privatsphäre und immer genügend Liegemöglichkeiten. Allerdings sollte man fit genug sein um immer wieder einige Treppen zurückzulegen, für uns war das aber kein Problem.

Essen serviert. Auswahl vielfältig abwechslungsreich. Super Küche .Es gibt immer verschiedene Gänge zum wählen.

The quality and selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was exceptional. The many outdoor relaxation, sunbathing and pool areas were fantastic and the close proximity to the beach was a real bonus.

The lighting in the room could have been better.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sowohl im Innen- als auch im Aussenbereich erneuerungsbedürftig, dadurch leider wenig Charm.

Schönes Buffet beim Frühstück. Eierspeisen konnten separat bestellt werden. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Das Nachtessen war super. 4-Gang Menu mit jeweils 2-3 Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Das Badezimmer war grosszügig bemessen. Nur die Raumbreite von ca. 85 cm der Toilette war etwas eng bemessen. Die fünf Pools sind auf verschiedenen Etagen platziert. Für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung kann das Treppensteigen zu einer Herausforderung werden.

Great location and close to the most beautiful secluded beaches and near a hiking path. Great view from the room and restaurants. Food was really good. Staff were friendly but there was some miscommunications.

Wifi was not great at all, only into the lobby area. Beds were not as comfortable as I would expect for a 5 star hotel. There were dead bugs in the washroom. The shampoo completely distorted my hair so I only showered once while staying here… not great for a 5 star…. Hotel staff told me it would be okay to swap my breakfast for a bottle of cava since I was leaving the hotel before breakfast opens and they agreed but then I was charged for the bottle of cava and was not able to receive breakfast. Big rip off and misleading…

Die Lage des Hotels An den Felsen von Cala Fornells ist unfassbar schön. Die in mehrere Terrassen ausgebaute u. bepflanzte Parkanlage mit ausreichend Liegen und Ruhezonen und Pools ermöglicht optimales Relaxen, und das meist mit Blick aufs Meer. Als weiteres bemerkenswert sind die Mitarbeiter, die engagiert und sehr freundlich die Gäste bewirten. Im hauseigenen Restaurant auf der Terrasse wird empfehlenswerte internationale Küche angeboten. Das Angebot der Weinkarte allerdings ist dürftig und präsentiert in keiner Weise die hervorragenden Weine dieser Insel.

Die Zimmer sind großzügig, jedoch habe ich eine komfortable und zeitgemäße Ausstattung sehr vermisst. Das Frühstück rangiert im Preis Leistungsverhältnis in der unteren Kategorie und das in Räumlichkeiten, die an sich für eine gute Morgenlaune sorgen. Sehr schade. Einige Apartments benötigen einer Aufstieg mit über 50 Stufen durch den Park; für Gehbehinderte ein k.o. Kriterium. Außerordentlich geärgert hat mich die Tatsache, dass die Zimmerpreise während meiner Anwesenheit mit bis zu 400 € pro Woche reduziert angeboten wurden, und das zu derselben Reisezeit .

L’emplacement est top, à deux pas d’une magnifique crique. L’hôtel est calme et reposant. Le choix de différentes piscines est agréable. Petit déjeuner bien garni.

Zimmer , keine Getränke, Gläser und kein Wasserkocher oder Kaffee Maschine. Bei einem 5 Sterne sollte Minibar gefüllt sein und es müsste Minimum ein Wasser Kocher haben

Wir hatten ein Apartment im hinteren Teil der Anlage mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, dafür ist es aber angenehm ruhig und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service beim Frühstück und das tägl. frische Obst haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels, umgeben von Buchten mit grünem Wasser, finden wir wunderschön. Wenn man hinter dem Hotel ein bisschen durch die Pampa läuft, findet man ebenfalls Buchten zum Schwimmen und genießen. Wir waren das zweite Mal dort und würden wiederkommen.

Man muss Treppe auf, Treppe ab durch die Anlage laufen, was mit Koffern mühsam ist. Für ältere Menschen nicht so günstig. Aber wenn man erst mal eingezogen ist, ist es prima.

We loved the hotel’s unique charm and old-world character. The staff were wonderful and made us feel so welcome, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and had a stunning sea-view balcony. The cove and the breakfast were unforgettable.

Some areas of the hotel are dated, and small details like the unused spaces could do with updating. The long driveway sometimes made taxi drop-offs awkward. None of these things spoiled our stay, but they stopped it feeling like a modern 5-star.

Die Beleuchtung im Bad war sehr schummrig

Sehr schöne Anlage, vor allem die vielen Pools und privaten Örtchen zur Erholung! Einzigartiges Hotel! Wir würden sofort wieder kommen, es gibt nichts was uns gefehlt hätte. Frühstück top, Balkon top, Zimmer top, riesen Badezimmer und Zimmer generell richtig toll! Parken ist am Hotel gratis möglich. Es gibt ein paar Buchten zum Baden direkt vor dem Hotel. Am Fußweg nach Peguera kann man sich die Wohnanlage Cala Fornells ansehen, richtig schön!

Der nahegelegene Ort Peguera ist leider völlig uncharmant, aber für einen kurzen Besuch am Abend für ein Essen ok.

Das Bad entspricht nicht mehr der Zeit, müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Liegen auf der Terrasse sind alt und unbequem entspricht nicht der 5* Kategorie!

Das Badezimmer hätte eine Renovierung nötig (Beleuchtung, Ablauf in der Dusche). Quietschendes Bettgestell. Ist heute kein 5 Sterne Hotel mehr.

Restaurant hat eine schöne Aussicht. Das Essen ist aber nur mittelmäßig

Alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und für den Preis würde ich das nicht nochmal buchen.

For travelers seeking a picturesque setting with attentive service and a genuine sense of place, this hotel represents an excellent choice. We will certainly return.

The only drawback we experienced was finding an insect in the padrón peppers. While unfortunate, it did not overshadow our overall positive impression of the hotel.

Sehr gute Lage,super schöne Bucht ein paar Stufen runter,viele kleine Ruhezonen mit nur ein paar Liegen sodass man wenn man möchte auch die Ruhe genießen kann,Essen sehr gut, ca 30min vom Flughafen entfernt

De lo bueno: el trato excelente de todo el personal, la ubicación excelente, servicios exteriores agradables, la calidad de comida en el restaurante es buena (también cuesta lo suyo).

Las habitaciones viejas, muebles viejos, puertas que se abren con dificultad, iluminación del baño parece una cárcel, olor a viejo, minibar inexistente , televisión sin ningún canal español, sin instrucciones en habitaciones, sin conexión con la recepción. En general, ha sido muy deprimente

Location was fantastic and we had great views of the beautiful green Calla Fornells bay from our balcony. Pool area was super well laid out with several terraces and small pools so everyone could have privacy. you could see the sea from all levels as well. Super clean snd spacious room with free water and soft drinks in mini bar much appreciated.

The pictures online does not do this place justice! Completely amazed when we arrived not only the views, but how large the resort is. if you’re a couple that like some privacy, there are multiple floors that the resort ownes for you to have not only private time but private time by the pool and other stunning views as there are many pools and various places on the property! I Absolutely would recommend I want to look to come back myself.

The only issues we had was in regards to getting picked up and dropped off by Taxis. The property sits on the top of the hill of a long drive, and some drivers were reluctant to go up, which made some things difficult.
