El hotel está muy bien , habitaciones cómodas, todo limpio,...muy buen desayuno, por la tarde ofrecen café, té, pastas....a los clientes, la piscina es tranquila , ...pero lo que destaca es el personal, es dificil encontrar un hotel en el que todo el mundo sea amable, mención especial para el gerente de recepción que al ver que no hablamos bien Inglés se desvivió para ayudarnos en todo y para una de las camareras del restaurante que nos atendió de una forma increíble cada día. Gracias.

This is well known hotel in madurai. The amenities are fantastic. Easy accessible to hotel. The hotel has restaurant and they provided free breakfast fast . We had a variety of break fast options. Restaurant staffs were very polite and their hospitality is highly remarkable. Especially the chef going around each table and checking with everyone about their taste and asking for their comments about food which greatly appreciated. Reception staff are highly professional and made us to check in easily. Rooms were sparkling. Room service available 24/7

They are reconstructing bar therefore alcoholic beverages available either in the restaurant or room service.

The rooms in 3rd floor are terrible. They are not arranged properly. many rooms do not have office table and chair. Our room had cockroaches.

Courteous staff but crumbling infrastructure. In summer, the AC was mostly not functional in the corridors and our initial room did not have AC. The staff addressed the situtation in an exemplary manner. The swimming pool was very inviting and energizing. Recommend staying here but be aware of the potential situations that can crop up.

Very neat and clean hotel. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was also very comfortable, specially the bathroom. Floor level drain straight under show area was a great idea.

Very good hotel. Wonderful service by the entire hotel, from the reception to the restaurant. Rooms were equipped with all essentials and was perfect. My Wife and me stayed at the Regency Madurai for 2 nites . The checkin process was easy and seamless. We had sent our id cards before hand, so that was good. The cleanliness of the room was upto the mark. The fruits which were kept in the room were not great. We did not have it. We asked for inroom service dinning, as we arrived quite late in the evening. There was a dieatary restriction which we follow, but we did not get what we had ordered. We also food the price to be a bit steap for a 4 star property. In the breakfast too, we did not find a selection of fresh juices or nuts or a more variety spread. However the overall breakfast experince was good. They could do some improvements in their breakfast spread. First Day they did meet our dietary restrictions in breakfast, however the next day of checkout the same was not adhered. We had informed also the second day however same was not communicated within the team. Overal we had a good experince at our stay at Regency Madurai.

We had an amazing stay at regency madurai. Everything was perfect. Will surely stay here the next time I visit madurai. Highly recommend for their courteous staff, room size, breakfast variety. The location is also peaceful and not get far off from meenakshi temple.

We had a wonderful stay at Regency GRT Hotel, Madurai. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and added to the overall pleasant experience. One gesture truly stood out. While checking out, we accidentally left our mobile charger in the room and realized it only after reaching home after 5 hours of travel. I called the hotel reception, and they informed me that the housekeeping team had found it. They promptly offered to courier it to us once we shared our address. To our surprise, the charger reached us the very next day. This level of honesty, care, and customer service is truly commendable. A big thank you to the entire GRT team for going the extra mile. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Dear GRT Regency staff, We stayed at your hotel from June 7th to June 19th. We had a fantastic stay at your place. Your hospitality from all the staff members made us feel at home. The variety of your cuisine is amazing. The executive Chef Thiru’s visit to our table everyday is exceptional. It gave a personal touch and made our stay even more pleasant. Managers Mr.Bala and Mr. Narayanaswamy checked with us everyday if we needed any additional services. I have to mention that when I got ill briefly, all the staff took care of me like a family member. Huge kudos to these staff: Arul, Meenakshi, Wasim, Vishnu, chef Pandi, Manivel and all the staff in the dining room. Thank you Mr. Bala and Mr. Narayanaswamy and Mr.Diwakar. Housekeeping- Manoth deserves special recognition for replenishing our room essentials and cleaning. Special recognition to Mr.Somnath and Ms. Anunima and other front desk staff for their exceptional customer service. The food could be better, especially condering the hotel is in Madurai, which is one of the state's most popular culinary destinations.

Very close to Meenakshi amman temple, a bit of drive can visit Azaghar temple & Pazhamuthircholai. Good spot for bangle shopping for girls. Breakfast was a spread with live station and ready to offer help staffs. Laundry services and friendly staffs

This was my first time staying at GRT, and it was truly an excellent experience. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and maintained to a very high standard. While the room rates may be slightly on the higher side, the quality of the stay makes it well worth the price. One of the highlights was the sumptuous breakfast buffet. After spending more than a week staying in different hotels with fairly similar breakfast offerings, GRT stood out with its wide variety of dishes and international-standard buffet selection. The quality, taste, and choices available made breakfast something to look forward to each morning. The hotel facilities were equally impressive. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was very clean and well-maintained. The water temperature was just right, making it comfortable and enjoyable for both children and adults. Overall, GRT exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, dining, and facilities. It is a hotel that delivers a premium experience and is definitely worth considering for anyone looking for a memorable stay.

One area for improvement would be transportation to the Meenakshi Temple. While the hotel staff were very helpful in arranging auto-rickshaws for us, the fares can be quite expensive, especially for families and groups. It would be a great value-added service if the hotel could provide a shuttle or transportation option to the temple for guests.

Regency Madurai is located in Madakulam Main Road, Vinayai Nagar, Madurai, Tamil Nadu 625003. We stayed in this great hotel only for a night while transiting from Kodaikanal to Chennai. I felt sad for staying here for only a night (on 20th April) as the hotel environment was so good to forget. We were in the room 214. The room was very spacious, neat & clean. The room had clean linen, electric kettle, adequate supply of drinking water, toiletries etc. Right from check-in till my check-out all services rendered to us including counter staff, room service, housekeeping, security staff were commendable. We felt very much homely in this hotel. This hotel is centrally located with easy access to important attractions such as Meenakshi temple, Thiruparankundram Muruga temple textile shops etc The hotel is said to contain 57 luxurious rooms. There is an outdoor pool and a fill fledged restaurant “Ahaaram “. The food quality in the restaurant is superb. To sum up the great hospitality extended by hotel team made our stay great & memorable. This hotel is definitely recommended for a safe and comfortable family stay in Madurai. This is in the group of “miss me not” hotels.
