Good size room, really good air con. Netflix was a bonus! Comfy beds, clean rooms. Bed sheets clean and extra pillows. Breakfast was ok, though the coffee machine wasn't on. Staff friendly, especially the bell boy. All round good value and would stay again.

Only thing missing in the room was a mini fridge for drinks, otherwise I would give it 4 stars. We also paid extra for a late check out, and they rang us at 9.30am and at 10.30am asking what time we were leaving, which was irritating as were trying to sleep. But those are minor things.

Good breakfast selection, very good coffee. Simple taxi arrangement. Courteous staff. Good restaurant menu.

Need to add yogurt to the breakfast menu. Prepayment policy was inconvenient. No other hotel required prepayment during our nine day tour. As foreign tourists we would have preferred bottled water over RO water provided by the hotel.

Wij hadden een kamer in het nieuwe gebouw en waren aangenaam verrast. De kamer zag er mooi en modern uit. Fijn bed. Ontbijt was ook prima, met voldoende keus. Bediening hielp ons met koffie en er werd speciaal een.omelet geregeld.

Veel vieze vingers op balkondeuren, spiegels en douchewand.

The location is good and the staff were helpful generally.

We were disappointed with the Astoria hotel. The room was a bit scruffy and not particularly clean. The safe didn't work. There was quite a lot of noise from the rest of the hotel, including a really annoying door lock alarm which kept going off and was not quickly sorted by the hotel maintenance people.

The room is spacious but personally, I feel it is not worth the price they offered.

The new Annex building is very good and has very good rooms with a small balcony. Breakfast, although not too varied, was good. Location is good as it is in the city but not in a congested area.

The rooms at the old building are no good. Those rooms are small and the bathroom is too bad and stinking. Do not opt for the Delux rooms as they are in the old building.

Parking - was on the other side of the hotel.Their own premises but had to keep crossing back and forth everytime to get stuff from the car. They provide valet parking but to get small things back from the car was a little cumbersome especially the day we checked it, as it was raining pretty heavily

Exorbitantly high cost of food with low taste and quality. Water bottles being charged 3 times of print price (clear violation of all govt rules).

Breakfast is not good and fresh. Dinner is not fresh. Better to avoid eating food there. No heartfelt touch in the hotel.

Location was good. Staffs are very friendly. Extra bed that we ordered was placed even before we checked in. Buffet breakfast is just fine.

There are two hotels Astoria & Astoria-2.0 next to each other, but both are tagged as Astoria hotel. Astoria-2.0 is newly hotel while other is pretty old. Room photos in booking.com site shows both pictures in mixed manner, that gave an impression that its all the same and rooms are new and clean. But we were allocated rooms in old hotel, which is not at all worth the amount paid. A clear indication about they are two different old & new hotels (Ex: IBIS / NOVOTEL) with completely different lobby/room setup will be helpful to decide where it is worth the money or not.

Location is very near and central to the city and restaurant guys were quite professional and humane. Though they helped with late checkout etc, it was not smooth and also feel value for money could have been better.. Anyways hope things will be fixed..

Some of the attitude of some staff, economics was overpowering hospitality.. Middle level managers need better training and it has to also reflect on training junior house keeping staff... Hospitality was missing... Could be better!

Location is great. Bfast was included in the price I paid. Bfast options was good and service was good Comes with car park and valet parking drivers. Rooms were neat and clean. Bathroom was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Spl mention to front desk manager Rajesh, for making our stay comfortable ... I can definitely recommend this one

The room was clean and well maintained.

Restaurant was located at the opposite side of the hotel, and we had to cross the road with small children which was very difficult. Breakfast had limited options, and they were not re-filling the food. Only 3 staffs were managing a big restaurant, and we had to wait for long time for the food. We ordered the dinner at 9:30pm, and restaurant managed total us that it will served in 20mins, but the room service didn't show up till we made the 3rd call, and it reached at 10:30pm. Overall we are dissatisfied with the hotel, and won't recommend. Staffs seems to be inexperienced.

Lack of basic facilities like hand wash, locker and fridge in a deluxe room. There was incomplete segregation in bathroom so water was everywhere in the bathroom.
