Das Hotel ist viel teurer geworden, allgemein haben die Preise in Palma stark angezogen, das ist nicht gut, da der Service und Ausstattung gleich geblieben ist. Das Hotel hat keinen Pool und eine Miniterrasse, kein Balkon und man zahlt für ein 4Sterne Boutique Hotel 350€ ohne Frühstück die Nacht!!!

A wonderful, modern and beautiful hotel located in the historic part of the city. The reception area is especially stylish and welcoming. We were able to walk to several important sights and really enjoyed exploring the city on foot. However, keep in mind that many places are closed on Sundays, including the Banys Àrabs and some churches in Palma de Mallorca, so we couldn’t visit as many attractions as planned. Still, we had a lovely time walking around and really enjoyed the city.

Despite the high price, there was no complimentary water in the room, which was quite inconvenient, especially in the very hot weather and with limited shops nearby. Parking in the city centre can also be challenging, so this is something to consider if you are travelling by car. One other small issue was the glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom, which made taking a shower slightly uncomfortable when travelling with children, as the person in the bathroom could be seen from the bedroom. Overall, however, we had a very good experience and would definitely consider coming back. We did not travel by car, which made things easier for us.

The beds and pillows were a little firm for our family but that’s just a preference and could be great for others!

Super central location but also very very clam street. We got an upgrade and it was a nice surprise with the jacuzzi right in the room :)) The hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful, the room was super spacious and clean and we enjoyed our stay a lot!

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione, in pieno centro, vicino alla cattedrale. La stanza è ben rifinita con un ottimo arredamento. Apprezzati i set di cortesia.

Anche se abbiamo prenotato 3 mesi prima, ci è stata assegnata la camera n.1 che si trovava vicino alla reception e all’area preparazione colazioni e di fronte all’ascensore. Purtroppo la camera è risultata rumorosa sia nel pomeriggio ma sopratutto nelle prime ore del mattino.

Très joli hôtel joliment rénové situé en plein centre dans les vieilles et étroites rues de Palma. Belle chambre. Bonne literie. Très bons petits déjeuners. Personnel aimable et réactif lors des échanges écrits et sur place.

RAS. Par contre si vous venez en voiture, hôtel pas très facile à trouver. Ensuite mettre sa voiture au grand parking (30 € la journée).

Excelente alojamiento de 20 habitaciones. El personal es lo más destacable, un 10 desde la recepción a las camareras de Piso a los muy moderna renovación. En el 2008. Hoy está a punto de realizar nuevas reformas al menos en instalaciones o mobiliario excelentísimo lugar y ubicación en su relación calidad precio

De locatie aan de rand van het centrum. Plezierig balkonnetje. Spa met hammam, sauna en jacuzzi. Oorspronkelijke bouw mooi gerestaureerd mét oude muren nog zichtbaar.

Air conditioning could have been better in the room

This boutique hotel in the heart of the Old Town was absolutely perfect. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, with a lovely rooftop overlooking the harbour and cathedral, it’s also within easy walking distance of the main square, cathedral, and beach. Everything was so wonderful that, after driving around the island, we decided to change our final day’s accommodation and come back here for another night. We were so happy with that decision—and were incredibly touched when the hotel staff surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and delicious macarons. Such a thoughtful gesture! Thank you for making our stay so special. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the island and would love to stay here again!

In the first room, the toilet seat and tap were not fixed properly, and the basin drain kept getting blocked.

The location was perfect, close enough to the heart of Palma Old Town and yet peaceful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I loved the bedroom and the huge comfortable bed.

The shower drains very slowly and I had to roll up a towel to stop the water flooding out into the rest of the bathroom

A very nice stay at this Hotel. The Junior Suit was great with a very nice atmosphere. Spa Area small but very nicely done! A bit pricey but you get what you pay! Same as on the photos presented at booking.com!

The location is a bit too quiet. Not many opportunities to eat near the Hotel, but a 10min walk and you are in the more touristic area of Palma with plenty of shops. Overall it was good for sleeping, because of no noise from outside.

The staff were all fantastic, so helpful, professional and efficient. The hotel is a mixture of old and new, which works very well. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The toiletries provided are very high quality. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The bar is small but well stocked and prices are very reasonable. All in all, the hotel is perfect.

We liked everything.

Insonorisation : un couple s'est disputé dans une chambre à côté et nous avons tout entendu. Sinon, l'hôtel est très calme.

Staff were amazingly helpful & kind as we arrived late after leaving an awful experience in another hotel. The room was wonderful, huge, clean, luxury feel. The breakfast was lovely with a great great coffee. The view from the roof was UNBELIEVABLE! 5 minute walk to the cathedral through the winding streets, 20 mins to the beach. Excellent location. Spa was lovely and relaxing. Catalina was exceptionally helpful, kind & professional.

Staff, room and location was great.

I staid on the ground floor, and the noise isolation was near zero. Everything happening at the lobby or corridor was heard loud to my room. Woke up to some loud bangs in the middle of the night etc. Those who value quietness, this (or ar least the room i stayed in) is not the place. Otherwise room, staff and everything else was good.

Sehr zentral zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen, trotzdem ruhig gelegenes Hotel, uns persönlich fehlte am ende der Balkon, auf der Terrasse hatten wir einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Kathedrale. Sonst war alles gut.

We stayed here for a short break and the hotel is in a perfect location in Palma if you want to be nearby to all of the history. Staff were all great, very friendly. Room had AC which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The spa

Central location, very strong air conditioning .

Context: My room was on the half level (just a few steps above the concierge), and on the same level as the hotel cafe, so the experience could be different for those staying on other floors. It was very difficult to rest well because in the room we could constantly hear sounds of dishes being cleared or clanged (not intentionally of course) from the cafe. The building also has very poor sound proofing, and we constantly heard the sound of the plumbing (perhaps when those in the floor above?) flush the toilet. Sometimes when there is a group of people checking in or just having a conversation in the lobby we could also hear is quite loudly. Second, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I think it was because of the quality of the sheets, and just an uncomfortable bed. Together with all the sounds over 2 nights both my husband and I slept very poorly. Third, the attitude of one of the hotel staff left much to be desired. When I informed him that we were having trouble resting and to change room, he was dismissive and told me that the sounds are inevitable and by law people can do whatever they want and make noise until 11pm so there is nothing he can do, which I thought missed the point. He said there were no rooms available which I understand but i think the whole experience could have been better if he adopted a more customer friendly attitude.

Presenza di formiche nel bagno. La luce del corridoio penetra sotto la porta e illumina la stanza. Camera non insonorizzata. Nelle ore notturne si sentiva parlare e ridere, era il ragazzo alla reception a telefono con voce alta, di notte verso le 2.15 in pigiama sono stato costretto ad uscire dalla mia stanza e a chiedere di abbassare la voce, alla fine non abbiamo più dormito.

Loved the central location. Lovely rooms with very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Very attractive hotel and we had a lovely view of a church tower and cypress trees. Very effective air-conditioning. Online check-in made our late arrival much easier. Staff charming and helpful.

Didn’t affect our stay in any way but there was a large TV mounted on the wall which which rather spoiled the attractiveness of the room. It would have been nice to have more free bottled water. And perhaps a coffee machine rather than instant.

Das saubere Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem großen Bad. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten in der Altstadt, nahe der Kathedrale. Von der kleinen Dachterrasse hat man, besonders abends, einen tollen Ausblick. Das Frühstück war gut.

Wir waren in der unteren Etage; dort hörte man ab dem frühen Morgen Geräusche aus dem Frühstücksbereich.

The room was beautiful and modern. The location of the hotel is amazing. Spa was peaceful and spotless. The parking garage is located close to the hotel but it can be tricky to reach if you're relying on Google Maps. Parking is charged separately per night. Considering the price, it would be nice if valet parking service were offered.

Location. Decor cleanliness

The location was excellent. Although in the old town's narrow winding streets it was very easy to get to. Close to the the cathedral and the arab baths. The bed was super comfortable and the view of the convent was great. We also heard the nuns singing one mornig. The staff were really accomodating, especially Paco who was really nice and exceedingly helpful.

Todo!!! La ubicación perfecta. El centro pero sin ruido, entre las calles acogedoras con el ambiente buenísimo. Me gustaría destacar especialmente al personal: gente maravillosa, increíblemente amable y siempre atenta a cualquier necesidad

The staff where helpful and friendly, the room was very spacious, in excellent repair and very clean. We were very happy with breakfast and the roof terrace was comfortable.

The mattress was a little firm for me but apart from that all was very nice.

Die Lage ist perfekt, in der Nähe der Cathedrale und mitten in der Altstadt. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht in Plama, haben daher keine Zusatzoptionen im Haus genutzt. Aber fein ist die Rooftop Bar, man hat einen großartigen Ausblick.

Our first floor bedroom was unfortunately very dark with no sun at any stage - other side of the building I am sure would have been nicer.. Towels are pretty old- would benefit from some new ones .

La ubicación.

No se pueden vender habitaciones donde no se puede dormir, junto al desayunador, con ruido de la puerta de la calle y de la sala de desayuno desde primerisima hora de la mañana. A un hotel se va a DORMIR, no es NEGOCIABLE ni acceptable el que no se pueda dormir por el ruido . Tanto BOOKING como el hotel saben que NO se puede comercializar esas habitaciones, el verbo de vender habitaciones donde NO se puede dormir es lo más parecido a un engaño. Cueste lo que cueste y en este caso encima el coste fue muy elevado., la calidad de las toallas son propias de un hostal o albergue como la calidad del sueño que se puede tener allí. Muy triste porque el personal es muy amable y a ubicación excelente.

Bei uns hat es massiv ins zimmer reingeregnet im sofabereich. Bei dieser Preisklasse hätten wir erwartet das es eine Entschädigung gibt in irgendeiner Form. Wir hatten es nämlich übergeben damit dir Möbel nicht kaputt gehen.

This was a gorgeous, intimate setting. The staff were very attentive. Location was perfect, close to the main sites but far enough off the main roads to be very quiet.

Mycket härligt och luftigt stort fint rum. Kul design! Frukosten var bra och hade allt jag önskade. Personalen i Receptionen var trevliga och hjälpsamma!

Tolle Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Großes ruhiges sauberes Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett. Dachterasse mit tollem Ausblick allerdings ein bisschen unkonfortabell von den Sitzmöglichkeiten. Keine Bar , Getränke müssen telefonisch bestellt werden mit dem Telefon am Fahrstuhl. Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl allerdings sehr kleiner Frühstücksraum.

Wir haben in der ersten Etage gewohnt, dort war auch der Frühstücksraum. Die Türen waren leider nicht sehr dicht,, ab 6:30 Uhr hat man Geräusche aus dem Frühstücksraum gehört, Klappern und Vorbereitung. Es war wirklich schwierig, da die Türen nicht dicht abgeschlossen haben, und man immer wach wurde, wenn Nachbarn ihr Zimmer betreten und die Türen geschlossen haben. Das war sehr laut. Aber das war das einzige was mich gestört hat. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr schön.

- No tenía disponible aire acondicionado y fue un día que hacía mucha calor. El argumento es que habían de cambiar el funcionamiento de la bomba de calor a frío. Un hotel de su categoría tendría que tener alternativas para ese caso. Por ej. Ventilador en la habitación. - el uso del spa debería estar pautado coo un lugar de descanso y silencio, algunos clientes no han respetado estás consignas. Es un espacio pequeño por lo que no pude disfrutar de mi objetivo. - En el lavabo, a mí llegada, encontré pelos de otra persona por lo que no estaba bien limpio.

Aire acondicionado.no funciona porque la dirección considera que todavía no es tiempo y no se ha cambiado no sé qué programa. ( Lo dicho en recepcion ante nuestra queja)Muy difícil dormir en una habitación abuhardillada con días de calor. En que parte de su publicidad especifica eso? .. La habitación es lo bastante cara para que no se incluya He intentado poner una queja a través de su web pero el mensaje no me lo deja enviar El baño huele mal El hotel huele a cloro o algo similar No volveremos
