There wasn't a bar or cafe in the evening time.

Central location right by the water, shops, and Cathedral. Beautiful quiet hotel. Loved our stay. Would recommend asking front desk to call taxi’s as they know exact locations and are cheaper than Ubers.

Everything! The location and hotel was amazing. We had a surprising upgrade to our room which included a bath top with city views. The bed was super comfortable and clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Eine bessere Lage für die Besichtigung/Shopping in Palma ist kaum möglich. Frühstück sehr gut. Bett sehr gut.

Klimaanlage im Zimmer schlecht regulierbar (es war immer eiskalt, selbst bei Einstellung auf 23,5 Grad). Keine Hygienebeute und keine Kleenixtücher im Bad. Beim Frühstück wurde nur 1 Kaffee inklusive ( über 400€/Übernachtung!!), sehr laut durch Menschen auf der Strasse.

Very central and close to the cathedral although a little too touristy for my liking. Nice historic building.

Very noisy room - window looked out onto a busy street with the horse and carts literally outside the bedroom window. You had to have the shutters closed or people could look straight in. Terrible sleep - noise until about midnight then again from 7am. Also occasional noise throughout the night from the street.

Where do I begin? The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room service was excellent, the location was convenient, and they arranged transportation to nearby villages and the airport quickly and efficiently. This hotel offers exceptional value for money—honestly, it’s worth even more than what you pay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Shout out to Marco helped us since day one and the manager which unfortunately i didn’t get her name ❤️❤️ great people

Everything. Location was perfect. Property was beautiful and the reception was extremely helpful. Printed out bus schedules and helped me map out my activities for the day. Could have been one of the smoothest stays of my life. If I visit again I will absolutely stay here again. Breakfast was perfect and I feel like if I had asked for any kind of accommodation they would have gone out of their way to assist. Amazing service. Loved it.

Everything. I travelled with my daughters, arrived at night and the receptionist was very welcoming. And the interconnected rooms he offered as an upgrade to our booking was a top cherry at the cake. The location is amazing at the city center close to everything in almost 2-5 min.

This is such a beautiful property that is located in the heart of Palma. Everything about it is wonderful and would love to visit again.

Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel in top Lage. Ideales Hotel, um in Palma Urlaub zu machen. Mit dem sehr guten Frühstück im Innenhof startet der Tag schon nahezu perfekt! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

I really enjoyed my stay here very much. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the whole hotel has such a lovely feel to it — it is beautifully quiet and peaceful too. It is a fantastic boutique hotel right in the very heart of Palma’s charming Old Town. You have everything you need just steps away: lovely shops, cafes, and great restaurants all nearby. The staff were absolutely wonderful — so helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always ready to assist with anything you might need. It was truly an amazing experience — I loved it here and would definitely come back!

Superb boutique hotel which was perfectly located behind the Cathedral. The room was beautiful. comfortable, quiet AC, stunning views. Fabulous breakfast in the courtyard. All the staff were friendly and gave a personal touch. They managed my confusing booking after I added an extra night and we were able to stay in the same room.

Just a little issue with the coffee machine but this is really just a small detail which I believe they are sorting out anyway.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town and behind the stunning cathedral. The decor has been sympathetically restored combining modern with original features. All the luxury you require but with authenticity.

Staff did not speak good enough English in the breakfast area. I have food Allergies printed on a piece of paper and they always brought out things that you didnt ask for. The soap, shampoo, lotion all contained nuts which im allergic too.

El sistema de desayuno. Es un menú muy poco flexible. Nostros no comemos embutidos ni quesos al desayuno. Incluye una taza de café o te. Generalmente en los hoteles de este valor, el te o el café es ilimitado. Felicito a la chica Oksana por su amabilidad y su disposición.

We were delighted to be offered a room upgrade on arrival, a lovely touch that immediately made us feel valued as guests. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. Everything you need in Palma is right on your doorstep, making it easy to explore the city. There wasn’t a single thing I could fault. The whole experience was seamless from check-in to check-out. I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a standout place to stay in Palma.

Frukosten god MEN det var ingen buffé vilket betyder att man inte blev riktigt mätt, vattnet kostade pengar då detta inte ingick, även en extra kaffe fick man betala för, dyrt!

Wir wollten den letzten Abend vor der Rückreise mitten in Palma verbringen. Dafür eignet sich das Hotel perfekt, es ist absolut zentral gelegen, unmittelbarer neben der Kathedrale. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, da sind natürlich viele Touristen unterwegs, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es aber ruhig. Es gibt auch sicher noch ruhigere Zimmer zum Innenhof. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Insgesamt eine ganz klare Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder!

The hotel is a beautiful old building and couldn’t be more central. That said, there was virtually no noise from other rooms or the cathedral next door. We had a lovely terrace and could sit out there in relative privacy. And peace. The very large bed was extremely comfortable. The shower easy to use and excellent pressure.

I liked everything. That said, we didn’t have breakfast so I cannot comment on that.

Perfekte Lage direkt neben der Kathedrale und mit schönem Blick entlang des Königspalastes. Alles in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr schönes Haus, aufwendig zum Hotel umgestaltet. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht, was sich „ausgezahlt“ hat, da sich 10 m neben dem Hotel ein sehr schönes (und günstiges) Café befindet. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in keiner Weise! Ab 15 Uhr gibt es im Hotel nichts mehr. Kein Getränk nichts! Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Aufzug fährt so langsam, dass man lieber läuft. Auf dem WC im Aussenbereich stand frei sichtlich unter dem Waschbecken eine Rattenköderbox. Das hat uns schockiert. Am letzten Abend hatten wir im Bad eine Riesenkakerlake. Die Badtür ist rahmenlos und aus Glas. Jeder Laut ist dann um Zimmer aus dem Bad zu hören. Das ist schon sehr unangenehm. Der Preis für das ganze Drumherum ist echt eine Frechheit!

Das Zimmer war minimalistisch im Mallorca-Stil eingerichtet. Es fehlten jedoch ein Kleiderhaken im Zimmer und Handtuchhalter im Bad. Zimmer 15.
