Reviewed Aug 2, 2026We booked 2 double room suites, meaning we had 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, 2 bathroom suites and they were both next to each other. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were clean and functional. There was a good sized fridge in each suite and a microwave for simple foods. If you needed a cooker, one was provided on the ground floor. A kettle could be collected free of charge from reception for the duration of your stay and post and pans for cooking could be borrowed for use and return if you were using the kitchen area. There was a laundrette area to wash and dry clothes. The gym across the car park gave very preferential rates, there is great free parking on site as long as you complete the weekly form, and there are walks, restaurants, shops etc all within a quick walk/drive The people staffing reception went above and beyond to be helpful and answered all of our questions without hesitation. The AC was a great relief after a day being a tourist in the Niagara Peninsula and GTA.
There was no plates, bowls or cutlery available, we were told in advance, and as we were travelling internationally, took the decision to buy paper/plastic locally. we bought the smallest packs we could and didn't waste much, but having a basic set to reuse would have been nice. Each double room had it's own TV, and each one had access to different channels

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026We had a very pleasant stay. Although this is a student residence during the academic year, it works really well as a hotel in the summer. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the entire building was very quiet, allowing us to get a great night’s sleep. The location was also very convenient for us, making it easy to get where we needed to go. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and we would happily stay here again.

While the room was okay, the housekeeping could be improved (some details were missed). There was no water fountain available for guests to refill bottles.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026I am used to spacious rooms, showers, grounds, and perfect quiet. This place had all I needed in those regards. Reception was friendly and covered 24hrs. It was unfortunate that I did not know that a kettle and cups was available at reception as the apartment had a kitchen without those items.

Our toilet was flushing almost the whole time. The tank pump needs replaced. We had to "fix" it throughout our stay, multiple times. I forgot to to tell the property about it when we checked out. It was rm 115.

Pleasant, professional, and friendly staff during both check-in and checkout. There are several electric vehicle chargers right in front of the property.
No real negative points, just that there isn't much in the surrounding area, especially on foot. A car is mandatory, but that’s just to find something for the negatives box. I would come back here.

It would be nice if it were possible to leave luggage somewhere for a few hours after checkout. Also, travelers should be aware that there is no breakfast, coffee, kitchen utensils, etc. The Center is helpful in making this clear, but travelers should remember. :)

The decor of the rooms is basic, but everything is super clean, and the beds are comfortable, and the shower is great. There is a full size fridge and a microwave. There is lots of convenient parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this again.

Pour aller à Toronto, l'autoroute est très embouteillée sur certaines heures.

After travelling for a whole day with two children under 3, we just got to bed at 3AM to be woken up at 8AM by someone screwing a screwdriver into our wall. I was severely underslept and the noise scared my children awake. It was unsafe to drive with that little of sleep.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025When I went to the property it look a lot different from the pictures, I call that false advertisement. The rooms and inside the space , look like a college dorm. On the website it shows a hotel room?? But nevertheless it was clean, communication with front desk staff was excellent.. But you guys need to take down those fake pictures and let your customers really know what they are renting. Cause at the end of the day my credit card was charged and I didn’t get what I payed for!
