Very central. About 13 min walk to Javits Centre which was important for the first 3 days of my stay. Nice room with super comfortable bed. All the staff really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

היינו אצלם שבוע. פעמיים לא ניקו את החדר. באחת הפעמים זה היה בגלל ששני עובדים נאלצו לסיים את יום העבודה מוקדם. התלוננו ביום למחרת, אז הם התנצלו ואמרו שידאגו שינקו את החדר באותו היום.

הודעתי מראש למלון שזו פעם ראשונה שאני מגיעה לניו יורק לכבוד יום הולדתי ה-60 וביקשתי לקבל חדר בקומה גבוהה. קיבלתי חדר בקומה 20 ולהפתעתי, המתינה לי בחדר שקית עם חטיפים מתוקים ומלוחים וכרטיס ברכה ליום הולדתי עם שובר בשווי 10$ למימוש במלון. כיוון שהמזגן הרעיש החליפו לנו חדר, לבקשת בעלי. בנוסף, כל חדר זכאי להזמין בבר או במסעדה של המלון בשווי 25 $. ובנוסף ישנן הטבות של כרטיסים חינם למוזיאון הטבע, חצי שעה רכיבה על אופניים וכו׳. מיקום המלון מצוין והצוות מאוד שירותי.

It was a good property with decent rooms

First and foremost, the staff. The staff gave me an accessible room which is typically less expensive than the regular room that I booked. I ask for the change and they did, but the manager was like “this is the biggest room in the property” as if he was doing a favor for me (?) Second, location is not safe. It is close to the bus terminal and weed shops. I’d rather choose AC hotel near this one next time. Lastly, the housekeeper didn’t even prepared new towels after cleaning. I had to call the reception twice to get the towels at midnight when I came back from a bus tour.

Todo estuvo excelente, lo unico fue una persona del aseo que no tenia buena actitud y cara pero de resto todo excelente. La ubicación la mejor, es le mejor sitio para conocer New York, hay metro cerca, comidas, tiendas, de todo. El aseo es muy bueno, el bono que dan es genial para los desayunos, hay agua disponible y es algo muy útil. Tambien demasiado util que guarden las maletas el dia del vuelo, para poder seguir recorriendo comodo y disfrutar al máximo el viaje.

Seria bueno tener un horno microhondas en la habitacion. y que dejen mas café para los colombianos que amamos el cafe. No tengo mas objeciones.

De las 2 camas, la que toca pared como que hacía pendiente en ese lado y era algo incómoda. Igual rotando periódicamente colchón se “desgastarían” uniformemente.

בחדר לא היתה תאורה מספיקה אין ארון ומספיק מקום לבגדים וציוד אישי והיינו עם 6 מזוודות המקלחון פתוח ללא דלת או סגירה כלשהי כך שהמים הרטיבו את הרצפה מעבר לחלל המקלחון וגם לא היה מגב לגרוף אותם

Habitación bien equipada. Eché en falta más enchufes en la habitación. Estaba todo muy limpio. Con la estancia te incluye 25 dólares diarios para consumir en el bar de la recepción.

No tenía armarios pero si había una cómoda y una barra para poder perchar la ropa. El baño al no tener mampara cerrada, se ponía el suelo perdido de agua cuando te duchabas y la puerta del baño era corredera. Algo que no me gustó y me parece antihigiénico, es que no ponían bolsa de basura en las papeleras. La habitación no me pareció tan grande para 30m2, pero para lo que hay en NY está bien.

The rooms are big

There was a non-stop protest going on outside with honking and banging and whistles and the staff was so incredibly rude when I asked about it. Also it’s next to a parole office. I booked 16 nights in this hotel so it was pretty disappointing.

Bathroom was small. Had requested clean towels and trash to be taken out but had to remind the front desk when it wasn’t done.

The hotel’s location is perfect. You can get a comfortable and peaceful night’s sleep, with no noise at all. The cleanliness is excellent. I’ve already made another reservation for September.

The bathroom doors are sliding doors and have gaps, which is a major downside. It’s not a problem if you’re staying alone, but if you’re traveling with family or friends, there is very little privacy and you can see the person inside the bathroom.

Me realizaron un cargo de 562usd a mi tarjeta, al llamar me dijeron que espere 14 días hábiles que lo reintegraban, espere y no me devolvieron nada. Al llamar para quejarme me dicen que ellos no realizaron ningún cobro, que hicieron un cobro tipo depósito que debería descontarse en el check out (mentira porque en un principio la primera vez que llamé me dijeron que fue un cobro por error que iban a devolverme), que me contacte con mi banco porque no era un problema de ellos. Y lo peor de todos? El hotel pretende que no te enojes, al quejarme porque me estaban estafando la manager muy maleducada me cortó. No vayan a este hotel ya hay varios comentarios en Google de robos!!!!

The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, making the arrival very convenient. The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to Times Square and nearby attractions. The complimentary $25 voucher was also a pleasant surprise and a nice added benefit that enhanced the overall stay.

There wasn’t much to complain about. The only minor issue was that the check-in area felt a little cramped and congested.

O hotel é moderno e muito limpo. A localização também é ótima, fica perto de tudo. A cama era bem confortável, a internet ótima, o ar condicionado estava funcionando perfeitamente. Os funcionários são atenciosos e ganhamos um crédito de 25$ por dia para utilizar no quiosque do hotel.

Eu gostei de tudo, não tenho do que reclamar.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and excellent overall. We only stayed for one night, and our experience was good. However, when we booked online, the room information said there was a microwave, but there was no microwave in the room. There was also no closet, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The stand shower is not good allover the water when you take a shower no curtains or slide door. The bathroom door is not locked because it's sliding door. As

Due to my father's emergency hospitalization, we had to return to our country without being able to stay at the hotel. When we contacted the hotel, they were very helpful in arranging a free refund. You can be sure that we will go back to the same hotel for our next holiday.

The room was central and close to many great locations. The room was spacious and clean staff were lovely. Also as a solo woman I felt very safe.

The only thing I would change necessarily would be the timings of the housekeeping. I was on the z 7th floor and maybe that was the reason why however they would come at 9am or before knocking to ask for housekeeping. This I found was just an awkward time where I’d either be getting ready or getting up. Also the food from restaurant was very average.

Plusieurs points à améliorer : - Les chambres sont un peu petites pour 4 personnes. - Nous avions une chambre communicante avec des voisins bruyants, ce qui a rendu les nuits difficiles. - L’éclairage était médiocre, surtout le soir, on avait du mal à voir dans la chambre. - La femme de ménage passait très tôt le matin, ce qui a perturbé notre repos. -Le dernier jour, j’ai demandé à une réceptionniste de m’aider avec ma valise, et elle m’a répondu avec une remarque déplacée et un ton très désagréable. L’emplacement méritait une meilleure expérience globale.

Staff was extremely kind and informative. Location is great - especially if traveling from jersey, its an easy trip from the lincoln tunnel and back through it. The facility is awesome - you get a $25 daily credit for their cafe/restaurant (it does not roll over if not used so use it that day). Also! Use the app "spothero" to RESERVE a parking spot in a garage the day you book your hotel because they fill up VERY VERY QUICKLY

Elevators were a pain in the behind at some points in the day but we just recognized when they were busy and would just go different times.
