Lay out of the building, lack of overnight staff. The worst was cleanliness. The bathroom was filled with black mold, both shower doors fell off the track each time. Track was disgustingly gross with mold. We all refused to take a shower on day two waiting until we left for next hotel.

The bathroom was amazing and the shower was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable.

We were on the ground floor close to reception so you could hear footsteps and people in reception.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Property was bright, clean and comfortable. It was in a great location. Easy to walk to from the train and coach bus station with our luggage. Big bedrooms and large bathroom. Spacious kitchen and living room. Hosts Mary and her husband were great!

Young woman at front desk was not friendly. We asked how to get more coffee for our room and she just said “we don’t have any” and didn’t offer any help to get more. Similarly we asked for the code to get in and she just turned a sign around with the code. Didn’t say a word. Certainly not overly helpful or friendly. Was glad that she wasn’t our first contact when we arrived! Also, we found the apartment a bit chilly. It had been raining and autumn weather was definitely upon us.

Couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work the first day. (The router didn’t even show up as option to connect the first day, not to mention the long, complicated password.) We were finally able to connect the morning we were leaving. The staff didn’t seem very happy to be there.

Bathroom (and room in general) was tiny. The shower drained way too slow, if i had showers any more than 5 minutes it would have overflowed. The shower head also pointed out past the shower door, so it was impossible to keep the floor dry when turning on and getting in. Also, when i requested service to my room, all that was done was my bed was made. Sheets/pillowcases were not replaced, nothing was thrown out, and nothing was wiped down.

L'hotel è in realtà una pensione che andrebbe rimodernata. Il bagno era molto basic, con il rubinetto della doccia degli anni '70, gli asciugamani erano bucati, c'erano tracce di muffa sui battiscopa anche in camera. Il prezzo è troppo alto per ciò che offre.

Die Nähe zu allem in der Stadt. Als vegetarier habe ich auch schnell gewisse restaurants gefunden die eine Vegetarische option bieten konnten.

Die ersten 24 Stunden waren nicht so angenehm da der Gestank aus den Wasser abläufte sehr stark in das Zimmer ein grossen Einfluss hatten. Man hat uns dann am 2. Tag ein anderes Zimmer gegeben.

camera quadrupla molto piccola, anche se il bagno era spazioso. troppo rumoroso, l’insonorizzazione era pari a zero infatti abbiamo sentito rumori tutta la notte non solo da fuori ma soprattutto dalle camere vicine. inoltre, avendo dimenticato un oggetto nella camera dopo il check out ho scritto immediatamente per farmelo rispedire (ovviamente a spese mie) e ho ottenuto risposta solo tre giorni dopo dopo varie sollecitazioni dicendo che non avevano trovato niente nella camera quando questo non è possibile.

Posso solo parlare della camera che ci è stata assegnata dato che non posso pensare che le altre possano essere così per cui direi che non mi è piaciuto proprio nulla.

Stanza in pessime condizioni (ribadisco che posso parlare solo per quella che ho visto e non voglio credere che le altre siano a quel livello)… finestra che non si chiudeva, puzza di muffa e presenza di insetti tipici degli ambienti umidi, dormito (non proprio) una notte e scappati al mattino nonostante avessimo pagato per 3 notti ma meglio perdere i soldi che la serenità in vacanza. Ad onor del vero la ragazza si era resa disponibile a cambiarci stanza ma non volevamo correre rischi. Colpa mia aver scelto un posto del genere pensando che prezzo alto si portasse dietro della qualità.

The location couldn’t be beat, and the staff were all very nice and accommodating. I interacted with 4 different staff members, one over the phone and in person; the rest just in person. They all did their best to make my stay a positive experience. Examples include answering some of my questions about check-in and luggage storage, contacting a reputable cab company for me when I wanted to venture out of the city to Moran’s one night, letting me borrow an umbrella without my even asking one day, letting me store and heat up leftover food from a restaurant when I didn’t want to waste it, and giving advice and recommendations for stuff to do and places to eat when I could get a free moment to explore. I would definitely stay here again! Oh and the water pressure was better than at most hotels I have stayed in.

Not much to dislike. The room was very small, but I kinda expected that, and it was cozy. Nowhere in the shower for a girl to stash all her bath toiletries, but I managed pretty easily. No room for a closet or armoire, so you’ll be using a small clothing rack and mostly your suitcase; this was fine by me. Be sure to take a picture of the door code and wi-fi stuff since there’s no one there before 9 am or after 9 pm, and you can’t use your key to get into the building.

This accomodation is a Hidden Gem within the heart of Galway City. 1 minute to Eyre Square and absolutley fantastic place to stay.

Great location, room and ensuite spotlessly clean. No noise from the streets even though we were so near the city centre. Excellent location for shops, bars and restaurants. Car park is about a 6 or 7 minute walk. Highly recommend staying here.

Very convenient location and young lady on reception was very helpful, explaining places to visit and walks around the city. Tea and coffee in the room also appreciated.

The property was kept clean and tidy. It was in a great location. Everything was in walking distance. The staff was exceptional. They were kind and funny. And if we had an issue they were right there. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The windows. It was hard to open the windows. But we are just girls so we probably didn’t know how to work them or the air con.

I was grateful to be able to to leave my suitcase until it was time to catch my train back to Dublin.

So clean, friendly staff, and excellent location , nothing was a problem.. will definitely stay there again

Our first room had a view of the roof of the courtyard, so it was nice that they agreed to change our room to the street side for the following nights. Ok

Great property right in the middle of town, couldn’t get more central. Receptionist was super helpful and friendly. Comfy bed, good size room and AC was great.

The bathroom door doesn’t fully cover the opening so you have to be super comfortable with your roommate! Also the shower screen wasn’t wide enough either so the bathroom got soaked every time you had a shower. Not the end of the world but probably something to fix!
