Lovely room. Lovely breakfast.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, perfekt und sauber ausgestattet, sehr freundlicher Empfang und super Frühstück

Alles war perfekt

Our room was very comfortable, the breakfasts were lovely and the position of Ebor Lodge is perfect for being by the prom.

Was welcomed by Nice gent. Shown to our room. Exceptionally clean and bright. Everything you need for overnight stay. Breakfast was lovely. And huge choice. Will be going back.

Host was friendly and helpful and informative.

All to my liking .

It’s was on the sea front and at the quieter end of eastbound so perfect for us

The location and free parking nearby were a bonus but we really appreciated the nice welcome and the great breakfast.

Camera grande accogliente e pulita.

Could not fault, breakfast was excellent, there was no parking, but the street parking was plentiful and free, had no problem getting parked. Room was excellent, had room 3 with the sea view and balcony, weather was good, so enjoyed sitting out early in the morning, and late at night. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend, will be my first choice if I am in Eastbourne again.

Nothing

Super freundliche Gastgeber. Alles liebevoll eingerichtet.

Achtung: Kein Fahrstuhl!

Everything was perfect except the kettle needed an urgent descale. Just that one thing spoilt perfection.

Breakfast, location, friendly staff

We loved our stay, the hosts were extremely welcoming, the room had all the amenities we needed and the breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend

Friendly hosts. Clean and comfortable room/facilities. Great breakfast.

There was nothing, but would have a concern if parking wasn't available on road free of charge as it is currently.

Host very friendly & attentive. Room clean, plenty of storage, great view. Breakfast was a show stopper! Huge selection.

Stairs.

Great location with friendly host. Room was spacious and comfortable with all facilities catered for. Breakfast had a great selection and was delicious.

Nichts!

This is a lovely, comfortable bed & breakfast in a great location - opposite the seafront! The breakfast was especially good!

We really enjoyed staying at Ebor Lodge. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed being across the beach. I would definitely stay again.

It was a bit further from the center of the city, but it is perfect for quite stay, free parking option on a street was available. Lovely home surrounding. Very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast!

Comfortable room, very clean room and was looked after very well. There was a good range of food on offer at breakfast

Thanks for a lovely stay

staff, room, breakfast

Always look forward to the breakfast. Great choice on offer using good quality produce.

Nothing to not like.

Lovely room great breakfast and very friendly and helpful

We stayed at Ebor Lodge last year for the airshow and loved it so much that we returned again this year. We stayed in Room 3, which has a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea — the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the view. The room is lovely, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The highlight, as always, was the outstanding breakfast — beautifully prepared, plentiful and absolutely delicious. Ebor Lodge is a real gem, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Highly recommended!

Flexible and easy check in, very clean and comfortable room. The owners were kind enough to send on an item I left behind at checkout. Would happily use again if in the area.

No issues

Easy to find on the beach front. Host is very welcoming. Room was cosy, tidy and clean with good facilities. Superb breakfast!

Nothing!

Heel goed ontbijt, fijne schone kamer, goede gastheer, prima ligging.

Alles in detail netjes en goed

De kamers zijn niet ruim bemeten

The comfort and quality of the room. Superb breakfast, beautifully presented.

Fantastisch ontbijt! Heel vriendelijke gastheer.

Breakfast excellent good choice of food, fresh fruit or other cold options also available. Made to feel welcome when arrived .room was cleaned daily and topped up.

Nothing really

very nice room with sea view.

Very welcoming Clean and well equipt Breakfast very good

I absolutely loved my room - number 4 (I'm 5' 6") but it would have been a squeeze in the bathroom for a very tall person

Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast.

Tolle Lage. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung.

Location

We loved everything about Ebor Lodge, our hosts were amazing, so friendly & helpful, the location perfect was right by the seafront at the quieter end of the seafront, free parking available on roadside, two lovely restaurant/bars across the road. The room was spotless, lovely modern & clean bathroom with soap, shampoo, flannels, cotton buds, cotton wool pads etc, lovely large soft towels. Very comfy bed & two fans supplied as was hot evenings whilst we stayed there. Breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, plenty of choice, juice, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cakes & you chose one option for a cooked breakfast with toast, tea & coffee.

There was nothing to not like.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wurden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

We've stayed at Ebor Lodge many times as it is just the perfect place for our requirements. Just out of town, so quiet. Ample free on street parking. Fabulously appointed, spotlessly clean room and breakfast that sets the bar for guest house breakfasts.

Alles. Sehr viele nützliche Details im Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel.

Rien

Good facilities, nice breakfast and a friendly host

Friendly & helpful greeting. Breakfast was excellent and service very good. The attention to room details. feel the owners really care about what they are providing. Lounge area a nice homely space, and beautiful basement patio area.

Nothing.

Beautiful room, really well thought out. Free parking outside and great location just across from beach. Nice and quiet at night, but close to main town.

Can’t fault

Perfect host. Excellent location. Great breakfast.

The shower kept going cold.

As good as you could have

The place really surprised me with cleanliness, the cleanest place I ever been. Lots of choices of breakfast. Room cosy. The person who greeted us, I guess owner, was very friendly and helpful. Everything very beautiful outside and inside and location just perfect

Loved our balcony room - great place to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was lovely.

Very good value for money. A really lovely place, clean, good location. It had everything I needed.

I thought it was great. Maybe the option for a later check in if needed, but this may already be offered on a case by case basis.

Location is the property was perfect for us. The road is fairly busy but we were aware of that having visited Eastbourne before Great walks to harbour and to cliffs East bus journey to Beachy Head Breakfast was great and host was very helpful

Would rather the host didn’t come into the room to make up beds etc during our visit, but that’s personal preference

Excellent value for money. Clean, had everything I needed, would stay again.

Nothing

Immaculate B&B, everything thought about, beautifully decorated, confortable bed. Excellent breakfast

The cooked breakfast was lovely and hot and well cooked. The cold buffet offered a great selection from cereal to fruit and yoghurt. The bed was comfy and the tea making facilities in my room was good. There was a cooler in the room as well which is good for the hot months.

The only niggle I had was that every time I wanted to sit on the toilet I had to close the blinds as the toilet could be seen clearly from the houses at the back of the lodge. And the same with the shower cubicle. The lodge was quite a long way from the pier and main shopping centre.

The breakfast was great lots to chose

Everything was amazing! David was very welcoming. The room was comfortable and exceptionally clean, the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice B&B. Comfortable compact room with sll the essentials. Friendly staff and phenomenal breakfast.

Staff were excellent and helpful

Excellent breakfast Very pleasant room Good value for money

Lovely room and lovely service.

The property was very clean and the just offered lots of extras.

The location was a little further from the town than expected.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Schönes Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstück!

Lovely

Our room was lovely, and had a balcony overlooking the sea front. The accommodation was tastefully presented and there was an exceptional choice for breakfast. I will certainly be going there again.

Main road traffic was a bit noisy.

Vriendelijke gastheer. Zeer verzorgd ontbijt met persoonlijke service. Heel erg begaan en behulpzaam.

A warm welcome , excellent hosts , very comfortable clean beds and an amazing cooked breakfast, other options are available. We always have a great stay and would highly recommend.

Room was spacious and clean, nice little table and chairs to sit on. Mini fridge and nice complimentary tray of biscuits and drinks on offer and water. Breakfast was fantastic, lots to choose from. Free parking just across the road! Host was welcoming.

nothing , all good

They were paying attention to small details.

The only thing I did not like was the late check in.

Great position, lovely breakfast, Room was great and everything I was expecting. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Nothing

The owner was polite, welcoming and efficient. My stay was so comfortable..the building was across some grass and there was the sea. So for me it was a perfect location. I found the bed comfortable and the room suited to my needs. The owner takes care of the place with pride. In the future I might book the same room because I slept well and felt safe : ) most other guests were quiet and gentle so I would definitely say my stay was peaceful and calm.

I enjoyed my stay.

The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable, the host welcoming, breakfast fresh and tasty. Everything you need including a little fridge, plenty of storage space and a kettle with tea, coffee, biscuits, water. It's a great cosy place close to the beach, and a short walk to the highstreet, a much better choice than a big noisy hotel.

Nothing much to improve but a proper coffee machine and body lotion would be a nice extra.

convenient for the coast

👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
