バーベキューレストランの朝食バイキングに、しゃぶしゃぶがあって、しゃぶしゃぶも、ほかの料理もとても美味しく大満足でした♡

連泊の際、ベッドメイキングをカットすると1000円の商品券をいただけたのですが、アメニティやタオルの交換はあったものの、使ったグラスなどもそのままで、かと言って、自分で洗う様な洗剤もスポンジもなく、どうしたら良いのか、わからなかった。 問い合わせをしたら、グラス片付けや交換もなく自身で洗うのにも、洗剤とスポンジを購入しなければならなかった。最初の説明で、ベッドメイキングをカットする話をする際、もう少し説明をした方が良いと思いました。 また、近くのビーチに歩いて行く際、道路に出て、ビーチハウスが、何の標記もないので、わかりずらかった。もう少し、案内標記があった方が良いと思いました。

수영장시설이 깨끗하고 안전요원이 있어 아이와도 안전하게 이용가능하여 좋았고 드링크프리도 잘 이용했습니다. 숙박시설도 깨끗하고 어메니티도 잘 되어있었습니다. 비용이 저렴하진 않지만 다음에 또 이용하고 싶습니다^^

급하게 잡은 예약이라 가성비가 좋은편은 아니였음.

食事会場が非常に混んでた。食器や料理も無くて、スタッフに声かけたが、対応があまり良くなかった。

朝食の洋食は種類も少ないしおいしく無い、和食は最高でした

部屋が広く、フリードリンクもあるし、何といっても朝食願王めちゃくちゃ美味しいです。

ANNEX棟に宿泊したのですが、ANNEX棟用の駐車場が少なく、夜になると隣のコンド棟の方に停めなくてはならずその点が残念。

ベビー連れの人はみんなここに泊まるべし！というくらい、ベビー用のアメニティが充実。離乳食も毎回好みの柔らかさで出してくれて、すごく助かりました。 個人的には朝からしゃぶしゃぶ等温かいものが食べれるのは、胃腸が冷えがちなホテルステイにとても嬉しいものでした。 娘の誕生日で、お部屋にケーキプレートを届けていただく手配をしましたが、とても美味しくおかわりしたいくらいでした（笑）お値段以上だったと思います！数日前までよ予約が必要ですが、お誕生日の方はぜひ。 洗濯機と除湿機があるので、洗濯をすることができ、持ち物も、帰ってからの負担も減りました！

プールから上がって室内を通って部屋に戻るが、デリカフェのエリアが寒すぎて、風邪をひきそうでした。

Super grosse Zimmer, Meerblick , sehr freundliches Personal. Besonders der französische Kellner hat uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben.

Zu viele Kinder. Unser Kind war auch dabei , aber ist 28. Pool war überfüllt mit Kinder . Strand war nicht schön. Wir sind zum Moon Beach gelaufen .

部屋がとにかく広い！マンションのような広さ！

朝ごはんバイキングは席数が少なめの為、待ち時間があるのは後の予定も崩れるので残念でしたが、ご飯は美味しかったです！

The room we stayed in the condotel is spacious and comfortable. There was almost no small disturbance or noise coming from equipments or fittings and well insulated from neighbours. The room is clean.

The gym is too small and the Japanese restaurant is too crowded with long queues in the morning for breakfast. The location is not the most convenient but the expectation of staying at such location should be set properly before choosing this. If you drive then convenience will not be a problem

Большое просторное кондо. Очень чистое и уютное. До моря пять минут по лестнице. В квартире есть все что нужно, включая стиральную машину. Через день отель устраивал салют.

There is no beach club and you have to cross a road to go to the beach without any facilities.

予約時点で名前を間違えられており、チェックインに時間がかかった点

Jeg likte veldig godt hvor store rommene var. Noe rart hadde skjedd med bookingen vår, men personalet lagde en fin løsning og barna fikk til slutt eget rom. Høflig og serviceinnstilt personale som fortjener mye ros. Det er veldig mange småbarnsfamilier på hotellet, det kan være lurt å vite det om man ikke vil dele bassenget med veldig mange babyer og små barn. Vi og tenåringene våre synes de var nydelige, så ikke noe problem for oss.

Litt for få som snakker engelsk godt nok til at man kan ha gode samtaler. For eksempel var det ikke så enkelt å få hjelp med restaurantbookinger. Mye informasjon mangler også på engelsk, men alle prøver så godt de kan og er fryktelig imøtekommende. Vi bestilte for øvrig snorkletur med guide og det var litt synd at guiden med ansvar for sikkerheten vår ikke kunne engelsk.

不満とまではいかないが、朝食の品数が少なかったり、一部設備が劣化しているところがあったが気にならないと言えば気にならない

The condo hotel was amazing and the rooms incredibly spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The only negative is the breakfast which wasn’t nice at all.

プールではタオルや浮き輪のレンタルがあったり、ご飯が美味しかったり、部屋は綺麗で大満足。

ホテルで開催されている縁日が有料なのが、ここもサービスだったら嬉しかった〜っ。 あとは、朝食が混みすぎていて、観光への時間がロスしてしまったこと。

Sehr großes Zimmer. Alles war sauber. Bequeme Betten. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Mit einem Auto hat man eine tolle Ausgangslage für die Insel.

Der Hotelflur hat etwas muffig gerochen.

Non è stato possibile prenotare un taxi grande per 4 persone ci è stato riferito che dovevamo prenotarlo 3 giorni prima della partenza. Inoltre non c’è una buona areazione nel ristorante giù di The orange infatti puzza ed essendo vicino la reception tutti gli odori li senti appena entri in hotel, davvero sgradevole

陽台望出去一望無際的海景，令人難以忘懷，另外可以步行到公眾海灘，一家人有一個深刻的體驗，房間非常闊落，空調很舒服，有一張L型大梳化，整體感覺良好

泊車位置比較較遠，要步行大約5分鐘才到酒店，但都可以接受。

The location

The internet would now work in my room, I informed reception 4 times but nothing happened. Also there is no internet whatsoever in the public areas. We had to go to the Sheraton near by to use their free internet.

Neljän hengen huoneemme sijaitsi Annex- rakennuksen 10. kerroksessa. Tilava huoneisto, jossa jokaiselle oma leveä vuode. Pyykinpesukoneesta plussaa. Huoneistossa tilava parveke kauniilla merinäköalalla. Hyvä länsimaalainen buffet-aamupala toisessa rakennukssessa, jonne kuljetus golf-autolla tai lyhyt matka kävellen. Annex-rakennuksen ylimmän kerroksen ravintolassa loistava lihavalikoima. Kiva uima-allas samassa kerroksessa ulkotilassa. Vuokra-autolle löytyi joka pääivä parkkipaikka. Voisin tulla tänne uudelleen. Suosittelen myös lähistöllä sijaitsevaa OCEAN Resort and Steak -ravintolaa. Mahtava kokemus!

Il tempo. Purtroppo non è colpa loro, ma dateci un occhio per via del periodo delle piogge. Ci vorrebbe una piscina interna per sopperire a queste situazioni.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The vegan breakfasts, which had to be arranged well in advance, were both delicious and satisfying.

The lack of vegan menu items and the inflexibility of the staff to accommodate meal requests unless given several days' advance notice. With the rise in demand for plant-based food and menus around the world—including in Japan—there is clearly a gap in the service package.

Spacious and clean. Well maintained. It had everything you’d need. It has a sound bar and washer/drier, the coffee machine a welcome addition. The rooftop pool is has loungers. There is a beach across the road you can swim at on high tide. You can walk to alternative restaurants although The Orange provides a lovely dinner option.

非常愉快的住宿體驗，不論是服務或是硬體設施都非常令人滿意，整體完全沒有任何可以挑剔的地方。

部屋がとても広くてキッチン付き（食器やカトラリー、鍋などはない）。室内にレンジもあり冷蔵庫も大きい。 目の前が真っ青な海！とってもリゾート感。朝は3か所あるレストランから選べるが、特に一階のOrangeのモーニングビュッフェが良かった！ スタッフが皆感じ良くて親切

室内プールがない。 ホテル内のショップもホテルの規模に対して小さい→でも品物は充実してる。 目の前はビーチだけど、ビーチに行くのに58号線を渡らねばならず、横断歩道もない。交通量が多いので子ども連れには危ないなと思った。

the room is incredibly spacious!! with four single comfortable beds that each members of my family can have good rest, balcony is also very big, wifi is fast. Multiple choices of restaurants for breakfast is definitely a plus.

Television has only japanese language and its soooo slow, we end up need to watch netflix on our little IPAD...

So worth the drive out of Naha (we rented a car) and the location is right next to the sea so you have that. Staff and facilities were great, including the pool access on 2nd floor and the rooftop pool. I will return to Okinawa and this hotel will be high on the list of options to stay at again! We also went into Naha or a ton just before it which was extremely lively and food options were vast, lots to do!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent was everything

滞在した部屋は高層階だったので眺めも良く、アメニティも充実していたし清潔感も良かったから大満足でした！

パジャマの場所が分かり難かったのとビーチハウスのデッキ部分がかなり痛んでいて踏み抜くかと思うほど撓んだのが怖かった。 入浴剤があればより良かったかも。

Las vistas al mar, la amplitud de la suite y la limpieza.

El personal no suele hablar inglés, los buffets de desayuno se llenan bastante pronto.

החדר היה גדול ומרווח, ענה על כל מה שרצינו מהחופשה הזאת , הבריכה בקומה 12 הייתה ממש נוחה , נעימה , גדולה, שקטה והצוות של המלון היו נעימים, שירותיים ונחמדים ממש

We liked the location of the hotel, the view from our room was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly especially Laurent at the breakfast. The hotel was very clean.

We were disappointed with the size of the pools and there weren't many sun loungers around the pool area either. When we tried to go to both of the pools we couldn't find anywhere to sit. When the sun is out everyone wants to go to the pool but there aren't enough sitting areas for the size of the hotel. You also need a car if you are staying at this hotel.

Grande chambre, lits confortables, balcon avec belle vue. Le bar de la piscine est inclus. La location de serviette et parasol pour la plage est également incluse. La plage est proche, il faut traverser une route mais c'est faisable.

Dommage que la plage juste en face de l'hôtel n'a pas de filet de protection contre les serpents de mer et méduses. On peut toujours aller sur la plage de l'hôtel voisin ou s'équiper de maillot intégral pour se baigner.

Tout était génial ! Le personnel est incroyable ! Les services proposés et données sont parfait ! Les parkings sont très bien et le personnels et réactifs ! Les petits déjeuners au global sont simple sauf celui du bbq (manque un peu de diversité ou d’équilibre entre le sucré et le salé). Piscines géniale !

Very spacious. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Facilities looked nice. Wish we booked more time there to enjoy everything on offer. The rooftop pool is enjoyable and gets enough heat from the sun. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Onna.

Très bon hôtel avec une magnifique vue, la chambre était spacieuse et confortable, le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Les restaurants sont variés et bon.

Maintenance work on the jacuzzi meant we couldn’t use it

The bathroom was to die for. The pyjama linen was so dreamy and the staff were very welcoming to English speakers and made everything very easy.

The double twin was great! However it would have been nice to have a king bed option or queen option, for similar size but without the separation between beds.

滿滿的渡假氛圍，房間寬敞舒適，五分鐘步道就到海灘，渡假村在海灘旁有提供飲料毛巾，可以一邊喝著冷飲，一邊看著恩納美麗的海灘，非常舒適愜意，游泳池有給小朋友玩的淺水池，甚至有一個室內玩沙的空間，非常貼心。早餐有西式日式兩個餐廳，以及外帶輕食，推薦體驗日式餐廳，很熱門，需要排隊，不過餐廳外游泳池休憩區，風景美麗
