Minden! Az egész hotel gyönyörű. A szobánk hatalmas volt, mindennel felszerelve. A teraszon lévő jacuzzi is sokat hozzáadott az élményhez. A személyzet elképesztően kedves. Minden, de tényleg minden szuper volt.

Erg mooie ruime kamer met een eigen bad op het balkon. Heel erg mooi uitzicht, prachtig zwembad. Fijn dat ik gebruik kon maken van de gym bij een hotel naast Aquasense.

Ontbijt was heel erg aziatisch, niet veel keus als westers ontbijt. Ik had verwacht dat er vanuit het hotel veel activiteiten konden worden geboekt, maar dat viel tegen want je moest zelf dan vaak nog het vervoer regelen. Dat is erg duur als je geen auto hebt.

房間香香的,空間很大,有一個小的泡澡池,小朋友喜歡.地理位子還不錯,附近有沙灘,公園,便利商店,吃飯的地方也都很近.往北往南跑都算是一個不錯的中間點.

可惜的是早餐變化性比較少一點

Estrema rigidità delle regole oltre la logica: arrivati alle 12/00, stanza non ancora pronta…dopo pranzo ci hanno chiamato per dire che la stanza era pronta ma che non potevano dare le chiavi prima delle 14 senza pagare un supplemento ; la colazione non è per niente internazionale

Staff didn’t really interact enough, also we had a typhoon during our stay, yes it restricted some functionality of the hotel which is to be expected however, when guests are restricted to the hotel, little things like having hot and cold drinks on all day would help soften these restrictions

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great, with several restaurants within walking distance. We absolutely loved having a private hot tub on the terrace of our room. It was also a lovely touch that different bath salts were available in the lobby to use with the hot tub. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and understanding throughout our stay. We accidentally lost the laundry room key, and although we still have no idea how it managed to disappear in such a short time, the staff were very kind about it and didn’t make it into a big issue, which we really appreciated. Thank you!

中華朝食も美味しく、オーシャンビューのとおり、ホテルからの眺めも良く子連れでもプールもたのしめました。

洗濯機が時間予約制で、乾燥が終わり次第鍵を返しにいかなければならなかったため、夜中から開始で次の予約が朝までないのなら、返却朝でも大丈夫にしてもらえると助かると思った。乾燥にどれくらいかかるかわからなくて 沖縄旅行で遊び疲れて、時間厳守で夜中、分からない時間を待つのは少々大変でした。

全てにおいて最高でした。

台風のせいなのか誤った情報が多かった。電話がなかなかつながらない。

La camera è ampissima e dotata di ogni comfort, compresa la vasca idromassaggio sul balcone; c'è un piccolo shop interno per le necessità o per qualche souvenir; le piscine esterne danno un bell'effetto visivo e garantiscono il relax.

Il ristorante è a buffet per tutti i pasti e si trovano sostanzialmente sempre le stesse pietanze, inoltre il costo della cena è assolutamente eccessivo per un buffet che non propone nulla di diverso nella qualità e nella quantità. Il divano sul balcone aveva alcune macchie, niente di sconvolgente, ma per un hotel di quel calibro è un peccato.

​Location: Onna Village (Onna-mura) is truly one of the most beautiful areas in Okinawa. ​Arrival & Check-in: Very smooth arrival. Luggage (suitcases, backpacks) was handled immediately upon arrival at the entrance. The parking area is covered and shaded, avoiding direct sunlight. ​Front Desk: The reception staff was very helpful, attentive, and explained everything clearly. ​Luggage Service: All bags were delivered directly to the room as expected. ​Cleanliness: Room, bathroom, and toilet were clean and free of visible dust. ​Balcony & Terrace: Very spacious. The daybed/sofa and the private outdoor jacuzzi on the balcony were highlights. ​Pool: The swimming pool is huge with a wonderful scenic view. ​Dining: The Chinese restaurant offers decent taste for breakfast and dinner.

Value for Money & Pricing: The rate during the peak summer holiday season is extremely high. Given the hardware issues and lack of luxury amenities, the price-to-value ratio feels off. It simply did not feel worth the high cost. ​Outdated Room Tech & AC: The room technology feels dated for a 5-star resort. The air conditioner felt weak—even set at 19°C, the room stayed warm and uncomfortable overnight. The Toshiba TV also felt like a cheap standard model. ​Terrace Furniture: The balcony has a sofa, but lacks a standard table and chairs. ​Toilet & Plumbing: The installed toilet (INAX) feels low-end (closer to a 1–2 star standard). It lacks automatic lid opening/closing and auto-flush features compared to TOTO or Panasonic luxury models. Water temperature control was slow, and eco-settings felt outdated. ​Bathroom Issues: There was a subtle unpleasant odor in the bathroom. While the Hansgrohe shower fixture is a quality brand, the hand shower head does not fit properly into the wall bracket, making it unstable and prone to falling down. It took a very long time to get hot water, and the control unit was unintuitive to operate. ​Pool Water Temperature: The pool water was very warm (almost like an onsen), offering little refreshment on a hot day. ​Food Variety: While the Chinese restaurant tastes good, the menu repeats and lacks a true "wow" factor compared to high-end Chinese cuisine (e.g., in Ginza). ​Laundry Facilities: There is no private washing machine in the room despite ample space in the entryway. The resort only has 5 shared washer/dryer units which require early reservation.

The hotel was good, food and staff were great. The pool view was nice and there was a beach right across the hotel

El mejor hotel q estuvimos de todo Japón. La habitación increíble de grande y equipada. Todo nuevo y moderno. Baño genial, jacuzzi, piscinas, la TV todo! Camas muy cómodas. AC silencioso.

No le pongo un 10 por el desayuno, era un buffet de estilo chino y japonés y no había opciones occidentales, además de ser muy repetitivo. Por favor añadan opciones occidentales y sería perfecto 🙏🏻

Un hotel excelent, cu servicii foarte bune,.personal super amabil si implicat. Camerele foarte mari, cu o zona de piscina foarte frumoasa.

客室のジャグジーや屋外プールなど、海に行けなくても楽しめる点が多くあった。

接客や清掃サービスの質があまり高くなかった。 丁寧で気持ちのよい接客をされる方が居る一方で、主にフロントの方などの愛想が良くなく、清掃も血で汚れたシーツに交換され、ゴミ箱の中以外のゴミはほとんど回収してくれなかった。

It would be great if Aquasense could offer more meals for vegetarian.

適度なリゾート感が楽しめる。夕方からのプールサイドでのサックス演奏とっても良かったです｡

壁と天井、床が薄い! 同室内のリビングとトイレでの音、上の階や隣の階の椅子が、床をこする音などめちゃくちゃ響きます。あと、他の内装に比べて客室トイレの設備がちょっと簡素すぎる。タンクレスや便座オート開閉、自動で流れるモードなどなく、タンク式の自分で捻って流すタイプです。あと、カーテンも自動で開閉できたらなおよし。

Il bar fuori la piscina era ancora chiuso nel periodo in cui siamo andati noi difficile comunicare con lo staff che parlava davvero pochissimo inglese, abbiamo dovuto fare un complaint e ci abbiamo messo più di mezz’ora per riuscire a spiegare la situazione tramite i vari traduttori Avevo indicato che eravamo in viaggio di nozze ma non ci hanno fatto trovare neanche un’amenities in camera, solo dopo il complaint ci hanno regalato una bottiglia Trovo assurdo dover pagare il sapone per il bucato in un hotel 5 stelle Tramite loro non si possono prenotare attività e quelle poche sul sito dell’hotel non prevedono il pick up della struttura, cosa non positiva visto che si trova in una zona abbastanza isolata e non tutti hanno le macchine Noi abbiamo pagato metà prezzo tramite offerte, ma non vale assolutamente secondo me il prezzo pieno

The property was great and clean. Location was good too.

Need better signage to tell everyone the hotel is behind the other hotel and down from the golf course…confusing to find the 1st time then easy afterwards.

Der Strand ist nicht gut aufbereitet also kein direkter Zugang zum Strand und keine schöne Strandpromenade. Kein Pool zum schwimmen. Wer Strand und schwimmen will lieber Sheraton buchen

住宿空間大，氛圍還不錯

大廳迎賓飲料供應時間太短，且品相普通，以住宿價格來看，還有很大的進步空間。 這次訂了2間房連住2晚（不同樓層），一間冰箱有放4瓶飲料（但只有第一天有，第二天沒），另外一間沒有飲料，差別對待的感覺很不好。

You will need a car in order to enjoy this hotel and its location. Most of the tourists will drive in Onna so that is not an issue. Car park is free and there were plenty in late May. It was only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town where you can find many F&B restaurants and convenient shops, parking was mostly free too. The big room with ocean view was amazing. We stayed in Aquasense for 3 nights and it was easy to drive to the American Village and the Aquarium.

The magnificent view

Eine wirklich tolle und luxuriöse Unterkunft bei einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und umfangreich. Das gesamte Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Fußläufig gibt es einige Restaurants und Cafés in der Stadt, falls man nicht im Hotel essen möchte.

6階に泊まったが海も綺麗に見えて、部屋もとてもおしゃれで綺麗だった、ディナーのレストランもうまい

朝食時海外女性スタッフの人が席まで案内してくれたが朝食詳しい説明もなく、席に着いたと思ったら他の人が座ってるいる席に案内されたり少しスタッフ教育がいきとどいていないのかなと思いました

The room was very spacious and clean! Great selection of outdoor seating etc.

The drink selection on the outside bar was very limited and was very hard to get because there wasn’t a permanent staff member on the bar which meant you had to ask a lifeguard to then ask for bar staff which seemed silly. The drinks were quite overpriced and I recommend getting your own alcohol and sitting on your balcony 😂

The hot tub and bath salts were lovely, and the staff were helpful. Most importantly we had specific dietary requirements (halal and gluten free) and the breakfast team accommodated this very generously after detailed discussions in advance of our arrival (contact them and explain your needs). The kitchen made up special plates for us each morning that were different each day, very tasty and filling. The room was huge and very clean, and there was a lovely view over the ocean with a great sunset view. The brown sugar lattes from the machine in the lobby in the evenings were also very nice, as was the butterfly pea tea provided in the rooms. Free parking

Great stuff, comfort and clean rooms, very good food.

It's not exactly that we didn't like it, but the pools are very shallow, so something for future guest to take note of.
