Tunnage Square Apartments by EPIC - Liverpool ONE

I liked that the apartment was central to all visitor attractions. The beds were so comfy. Furnishings were good.

It stated that toiletries were supplied but there was actually only a small round bar of soap. The dishwasher didn't work. There was no toilet brush. No cleaning cloth, tea towel or washing up liquid in the kitchen. If these small negatives are sorted out then the apartment would be ideal.

It was a good size to accommodate 5 people at a good price

We were left without tea towels, there were no bath mats, the sink in the bathroom was tiny and overflowed when trying to use for a wash and you used more toilet paper to mop up afterwards, there was no mirror in the bedroom. It was very noisy at night with passing vehicles and people till late at night.

It's the second time we've stayed here and again everything was perfect

Room needs to TLC doing to it, the fridge had no shelves the door to the freezer part was not there, didn’t provide any tea towels or enough toilet paper for 3 people for 3 nights. Pots provided were limited and were dirty. The door was missing from the living room.

Location was good. Beds were comfy. Kitchen seemed suitable for use but we only used the kettle to make hot drinks.

Had to make a couple of calls before we could gain entry. Unpleasant smell in entranceway throughout the stay. Missing towel which was reported but not rectified as promised. Empty toiletries bottles in shower. Some areas looked tired, carpet lifting at door frame, picture frame cracked, hob not clean.

You couldn’t check in till the exact time unless you paid extra which means you are hanging about with cases. No plug in kitchen sink

Lovely apartment. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony.

Needed some tea towels. Opposite a strip come but was no bother. Lift doors were playing up on Saturday night and I m a wheelchair user . Bouncer from club helped me to get up to apartment by using the lift.

The apartment was lovely, a good size and spotlessly clean. The location was excellent, as just around the corner from the bus stop to and from the airport. Also just a few minutes walk from Liverpool One and Albert Docks.

We had to contact the office to request some shower gel/shampoo as the bottles in the shower were empty. They seemed to have scrimped on costs by limiting these, but also a small amount of toilet roll, a small amount of watered down washing up liquid and no tea towels. There was a light at the end of the walk in shower and it was hanging from its fixture, exposing the wiring. I contacted the office and this was repaired quickly. But it was definitely something that should have been picked up on by maintenance/cleaning as it was a safety hazard. The main hallway and lift area has a really bad smell that was consistent throughout our stay. Thankfully it was only in these areas.

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, die Küche war gut ausgestattet.

Das Schlafsofa war katastrophal, dort konnte man kaum drauf schlafen, es war durchgelegen und sehr unbequem. Das Schlafsofa war nicht vorbereitet. Im Bad fehlte Klopapier und eine Klobürste.

Siamo stati abbandonati a noi stessi, la doccia aveva il flessibile del soffione che perdeva, due delle tre chiavi per accedere all'appartamento non funzionavano. Il gestore, nonostante le nostre segnalazioni non si è mai fatto sentire ne vedere.Stessa cosa per lo staff di booking, ancora aspettiamo la risposta. La struttura al dire il vero era completa di tutto, pulita , un bagno con una doccia meravigliosa. Se tutto fosse andato liscio la recensione sarebbe molto positiva . Ma purtroppo non è andato tutto liscio

Die Lage ist super. Nahe der Stadt und nahe der Bold street wo ganz tolle Pubs sind und man einfach abends noch gut weggehen kann.

Die Couch hat es eigentlich hinter sich. Nicht nur das sie halb zusammenbricht, die Sauberkeit lässt auch wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Die Bilder sind offensichtlich aus wesentlich besseren Zeiten. Ansonsten war es ok

Het was een verzorgd appartement. Met alle dingen die je nodig hebt om een comfortabel verblijft te hebben voor een goede prijs.

Slaapbank was krap voor 2 personen en als je groter bent dan 1m75 is het niet ideaal. Dus ideaal voor 4 personen, krap voor 5.

Convenient location. Checking in and collecting the key via the key box was really easy. There's a lift.

We requested a cot which wasn't there on arrival. I messaged about it late at night asking for one to be delivered the next day. The message was seen and they replied to let me know I'd get one the next day, but they didn't follow through and they ignored my follow up message. They are lucky me and my baby are ok with cosleeping otherwise I don't know what I was expected to do? There were no batteries in the remote and my request for them was ignored. I chose EPIC apartments because even though there's no reception it is advertised that there is access to staff - there is not. I bought my own batteries and then found the TV has no apps, only terrestrial TV and you can't cast from your phone because the TV uses a different WiFi to the guest WiFi you connect to (so bring a firestick if you intend to watch TV). Oven was dirty. No plug for the kitchen sink so it was difficult to wash up (I needed to was and sterilise baby items). It was quite noisy outside, though I did expect this.

Air conditioning was great

Living room floor really scuffed near sofa, cigarette burn mark on sofa, skirting board under TV area scuffed and needs repainting, duvet cover had a whole/small tear. It's opposite a gentleman's club, not ideal. We left a day early.

This place is a great base to see Liverpool. Our second time staying. Checked out at 11am today and booked again for next year travelling home on the train 😉 Love The Penthouse we stayed as 2 couples, everything you need for a few days break. Also 2 bathrooms which is great too.

Our main door code stopped working, resulting in us having to stand outside with our children trying to contact someone to grant us access

Posizione centrale e vicina alle aree di principale interesse della città, e servita benissimo dai mezzi pubblici e da ristoranti, pub e alimentari. Casa potenzialmente molte bella (anche se poi in alcuni dettagli ci sono alcuni difetti ad arredo ed altro), ma poco dopo il checkin sono emerse alcune problematiche che specifico in altre sezione. Doccia walk-in nei bagli con ottima potenza dell'acqua e piacevole, lavandini invece troppo piccoli e scomodi. I due letti matrimoniali molto comodi. Grande schermo tv in sala, e uno in una delle cue camere da letto (noi non lo abbiamo usato questo). Ampia terrazza esterna (roof terrace) che se il clima permette è piacevole (attenzione però ai tanti uccelli tra piccioni e gabbiani, e alle loro "dediche") che andrebbe però tenuta più pulita e decorosa.

Innanzitutto l'aria condizonata non era funzionante e infatti la casa aveva vari ventilatori presenti, non tutti però in perfetto stato e assai rumorosi: anbbiamo preso temperature alte nel nostro soggiorno, e quindi si è dovuti stare sia giorno, che notte sopratutto con il rumore dei ventilatori per non patire il caldo. Wi-FI con una gestione di accesso iniziale complicata e assai scomoda, che ci ha lasciato isolati nelle prime ore, e poi ha funzionato in maniera talvota discontinua. La cosa però più grave è che hanno sbagliato assegnazione appartamento, e ce ne hanno dato uno (che loro chiamano Mini Penthouse all'ultimo piano) pensato solamente per 4 persone, e non 5 ( noi 2 adulti e 3 minori) come da nostra prenotazione e pagamento. Ho passato le prime ora a messaggiare di questo con loro (che inizialmente hanno provato a negare e a non prendersi carico del loro evidente errore) e con l'assistenza Booking che si è attivata subito verso di loro con segnalazione. Alla fine, poco prima di mezzanotte, il cortese personale presente in loco è riuscito a portare le lenzuola mancanti per far dormire il figlio piu piccolo almeno sul divano (che però non era divano letto) e alcuni asciugamani in più. Per il resto ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con posate e piatti pensati solo per 4 persone. Preferendo alla fine restare li (sarebbero state solo due notti) e non doverci aggravare la giornata successiva anche con un cambio di appartamento che ci è stato tardivamente proposto, presso una struttura che ci avrebbe però richiesto uno spostamento con le tante valigie di 15 minuti a piedi.

The location is superb. 10 min walking to Mathew Street and Cavern Club, also 10 min walking to Albert Docks. It's really close to Liverpool Cathedral. Lots of markets and cafés nearby. Quiet and safe. The flat is spacious and has all the utensils we needed; the bathroom is nice, and the lift is a plus. Good for 4 people.

We chose the flat because of the location and the fact we wanted to have light meals there (breakfast, night snack). However, the kitchen and the machines need some maintenance. For example, the dishwasher drain was not working, and the parts seemed dirty. When we tried to use it, it got flooded... We washed the dishes manually...it was not a major problem as we weren't doing any heavy cooking. The cooktop wasn't working as expected. Maybe the frying pan was not adequate for the induction hob. A few other bits, such as the sofa bed not being so comfortable and a loose hinge in the wardrobe, gave us the impression of a lack of care from the owners. Nothing that had affected much of the experience, but I wonder if we wanted to have a proper cook or stay for longer.

The only issue I have is that ... I traveled with 2 young children . On arrival found that tvs had no remotes. Raises this and they promptly responded and said they would get some to us. Messaged every day to ask but no reply and no remotes. Not a problem for me but 2 young children after days out in the heat just wanted to chill in front of tv.

The apartment was well maintained and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rain showers were great.

The frying pan is pointless and there are no other pans to use to cook, making the kitchen pointless. Lots of baking trays tho. On the picture it shows outdoor dining table and chairs and deck hairs, these where not there. The out door space had a few metal chairs (extremely uncomfortable) which was disappointing as I had booked this for this reason, I was trying to create an out door dining evening but yeah got take out in a mood instead. Also, you are very close to someone's window when outside to the right, and with the glass enclosure it doesn't give much privacy at all. Had I paid full rate, I would not be happy

The location, decor and how comfortable it was

The only thing would be to put some lights on the outdoor terrace and maybe plants. It was pitch black at the night as the lights didn’t work outside

The location of this accommodation is excellent—very convenient. There is a supermarket nearby, and it’s easy to access transport and restaurants. Check-in was also smooth and easy

One issue is that the bathroom does not have a ventilation or exhaust system, so after showering the whole space becomes quite humid and stays damp for a while.

Easy access to building and room, great location just a 5 minute walk to Albert dock, M&S arena, shopping area, train station and bus station. We booked the penthouse apartment, beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean and stylish. Everything we needed to have a great stay in Liverpool.

la limpieza. La calefacción no funciono, por favor solucionar. La ventana del comedor que da a la terraza esta rota y entra mucho aire y frío. Es un problema. Igualmente la ventana de uno de los dormitorios tampoco cierra bien aunque no está rota como la del comedor. Hubo una pareja durmiendo en el rellano del cuarto piso durante todo el fin de semana. No hicieron nada, ni molestaron , pero la sensación de inseguridad es grande.

Issues accessing apartment. I received the code to enter the building and was told I would use the same code to get my key card from a lock box at my door. However there was no lockbox. From phoning Epic, they said the box had been broken and someone would be round to let us in. The Epic representative arrived within 10 mins and let us in to the room, but they could not provide us with a key as a new one needed to be made. We were forced to remain in our room for nearly 2 hours, delaying our plans for our one night stay in Liverpool.

The facilities were good especially the shower, and ut eas in a good location

Needs a touch up in some areas,oven tray had old food in also needs decent lighting infront of mirrors and lock box needs replacing as we spent 15mins looking for something that didn't exist 🫣

Vessan tuuletin piti ärsyttävän kovaa ääntä. Ruoanlaittoastioissa olisi hieman parantamisen varaa, esim. paistinpannu oli todella pieni.

Sheets were clean,rest of bedding were badly stained with body fluids etc.The pull out sofa bed was soiled badly which we could not use.The lounge & kitchen floor were dirty & sticky. Great location for bars,restaurants etc.unfortunately,outside noise interfered with sleep. We showed photographs of issues to management but have not received any formal apology or refund as yet?

Das dritte Bett (Schlafcouch) ist leider absolut nicht brauchbar. Die couch ist so dermaßen durchgelegen und verbraucht, dass es unmöglich ist darauf zu schlafen. Also hat uns schlicht weg ein Bett gefehlt. Auf Rückfrage habe ich leider keine sinnvolle Antworten erhalten und sich dem Problem angenommen hat sich auch niemand.

The property was outstanding, and the service we received from the hosts was impeccable! We left the key inside the apartment, and in less than 10 minutes, someone came to open the door for us! We felt very well looked after! The location was 10/10, and the apartment was gorgeous! well designed, cosy and clean! If we are coming back to Liverpool EPIC will be our choice without any doubt!

Great city centre location within short walk to shops, bars and various attractions. Albert Dock is close by and a grest area for spending the day or hopping onto a city tour bus. Apartment was very clean and modern with plenty of fresh clean towels provided. Would definitelybook again when visiting Liverpool, great value for money.
