Bed sofa was terrible , was not able to sleep , the communication with staff was not god

There were lots of fauls with this apartment. I have emailed customer service two and phoned them once to express our disappointed and they haven't even bothered to acknowledge, let alone reply!!! It was a two bedroomed apartment, only had one bathroom, that was ensuite to one of the bedrooms. Therefore other three guests had to access bedroom to gain access to the only bathroom in the apartment. We chatted to other guests, where there was less of them staying and they had one ensuite and one main bathroom! Also 4 mirrors instead of our 1. It'll take you time to find an electrical socket there, as they were hidden behind bedside tables. One bedroom had a hideous wardrobe (had no hangers!) In it, and one side of the was inaccessible just due to the wardrobe!

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. Al nostro arrivo il letto per i ragazzi non era preparato: abbiamo dovuto cercare le lenzuola e rifarlo da soli. Inoltre, il materasso è risultato molto scomodo. La moquette presentava alcune inquietanti macchie rosse e il personale è stato praticamente inesistente per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Nonostante fossimo al primo piano, la stanza disponeva solo di mezze finestre poste in alto, rendendola poco luminosa. Infine, le stoviglie a disposizione non erano sufficienti per quattro persone.

Not very much to be honest.

Someones sick on pillows and bedding. Beds not been changed. Blocked shower. Flooded apartment. Blocked sink. Dirty baby wipes down side of couch. Room smelled of sick. List could go on. Cheek to take a safety deposit off you for damages..

Das Apartmenthaus ist zentral gelegen. Man kann von dort Liverpool gut fußläufig erkunden. Die Straße, an der das Haus liegt ist nicht stark befahren. Mit dem Türcode kamen wir ohne Probleme hinein. Das Apartment war groß, die Betten waren gut, auch die Dusche war sehr gut. Das Auto haben wir in einem Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe abgestellt. Das Parken vor dem Apartmenthaus kostet viel, hier kann man nur ganz kurz stehen zum Ein- und Ausladen, wenn einer beim Auto bleibt, da streng kontrolliert wird.

Service ist nicht vorhanden. Wir waren fünf Personen und es gab nur vier Sitzgelegenheiten. Meine Anfrage wurde nie beantwortet. Die Einrichtung ist nicht praktisch. Sessel statt Stühlen, Kochecke viel zu klein. Für fünf Personen kann man da nichts zubereiten. Es war ok, zum selbst Frühstück machen, aber mehr nicht. Sauberkeit war auch nicht top. Teppich sehr fleckig, Fenster verdreckt. In beiden Badezimmer lief das Wasser in den Waschbecken kaum ab. Auch das wurde während unseren drei Tagen Aufenthalt nicht behoben. Wir hatten Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und direkt vor den Fenstern waren die lauten Klimageräte angebracht, so dass wir kaum Fenster öffnen konnten. Für drei Tage war es ok, aber mit Mängeln.

Said it was for 8 adults, gave details for 8 adults but only slept 7 there was no 8th bed.

The property was clean and easy to access on arrival, they answer to all message I sent and were very helpful, also are key card didn’t work one of the night and it was resolved in 5 minutes. Very impressed with my stay.

One thing I didn’t like about the property was the double bed is two singles pushed together, which during the night kept parting, But other than that it was great.

We got switched to a sister accommodation due to an over booking error so did not actually stay at this chosen place.

It wasn’t the original property we booked due to a maintenance issue they moved us. It was a mid week break with the family so being right next to lively nightlife meant music until 3am which wasn’t ideal.

Great stay, roomy and good location

Not a lot of cooking items which made it hard to make food.

It is in the city centre and conveniently located in relation to main attractions.

I booked it because it offered 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. When we arrived, one bathroom was sealed off. I called the staff and they gave the distinct impression that the issue was that the door had been damaged by the previous guest (which made no sense, because the handle was hanging by a thread yet the door was sealed shut). They assured me the door would be repaired the following day, with the clear implicating that thereafter we would have access to the bathroom. So our party of 5 had to use one bathroom for the night and, to top it off, the toilet didn’t flush readily. Their answer to that was that there were toilets available to all and sundry on the ground floor (our flat was on the 3rd floor) and we should use those. The following day when the door repairman came, he expressed shock that we were led to believe the inaccessible bathroom was usable. He said it was well known that it was out of order and it had been sealed shut so that not even cleaning staff could access it. So, the broken door handle was never the issue. To their credit, though, they moved us to another flat the following day and that one was much better. It had working bathrooms, which was a big improvement.

It was nice and clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable, it had 2 bathrooms which was great overall it was value for money and would book again if I had a trip to Liverpool.

Didn't know that the parking was going to be a bit far away but the car park was good and secure. One other thing was the en suite toilet was really hard to flush that but overall was really good.

It was perfect for what we needed, all lovely and clean. Great for a group of pals to enjoy Liverpool!

We traveled as a family and deliberately chose an apartment with a kitchen so that we could prepare a quick pasta dinner for the children in the evening or have breakfast in the apartment. Unfortunately, the kitchen facilities were completely inadequate for this purpose. There was no way to make coffee, for example. Instead, we were offered instant coffee powder as an alternative. The kitchen had only one small pot and two lids, neither of which actually fit the pot. There was also no frying pan. In addition, one of the bedside/reading lamps was missing a light bulb. We reported this immediately, but the bulb was never replaced during our stay. And, rather surprisingly, there wasn’t even a toilet brush in the bathroom. Overall, we were very disappointed. If an apartment is advertised and booked specifically because it has a kitchen, we expect the basic kitchen equipment to actually be available and usable. For a family traveling with children, this was a significant inconvenience.

Location was excellent. Access was easy and smooth. Space was ample for what we needed. Good communication when needed, unfortunately no second bathroom, but got an extra hour on check in as a substitute.

We'd chosen this apartment as it had a kitchen, however there was 1 frying pan and no other pots, only a pizza tray and a very small oven tray. Not ideal for a family of 4, 2 kids that ideally a pot for some pasta would have pleased everyone!

The WiFi for the tv wouldn’t connect. I sent and phoned help desk numerous times and they did not bother to fix it and stopped replying. The room smelt musty. The floors were dirty. The shower didn’t work properly. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We couldn’t work the air conditioning and we struggled to pull out if it had a sofa bed. The little fella just slept on the sofa. One of the chairs in the lounge was a bit wobbly which could break any moment. But these are small issues we would Defo stay again.

Small bedroom in one of them, so warm, used the aircon which was a hole in the ceiling which made so much noise and uneasy to sleep resulting just switching it off which the apartment was so so hot then, not much sleep due to a fire alarm in someone’s apartment going off at 11am and standing outside in the rain until someone came to turn it off which made my 5 year old niece so unsettled however got resolved within 30 minutes.

A bit tired in places

The room was well furnished, and the kids loved the high ceilings and TV. My wife particularly liked the fragrance diffuser, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning was excellent, which is surprisingly rare in many hotels.

The check-in process was a bit overbearing. They wanted every personal detail imaginable, probably a little more than I was comfortable providing via email. They requested a driving licence, a selfie, and a deposit. It did put me off slightly and gave me the impression they've had problems in the past and have become overly cautious as a result.

The stay was very disappointing. We found a vape, balloons and laughing gas and debris in the room, and there was a ripped/unsafe item that added to our concerns. The fire alarm went off at around 10:30pm, waking all of our children, including our 9-year-old autistic child, who was very distressed and struggled to calm down. There was nobody available to properly explain what was happening or reassure us. Overall, we did not feel comfortable or safe during our stay.

Aun así nos costo que nos ayudaran a encontrar una alternativa , pues íbamos con un bebe. Al final , después de horas al tfno. conseguimos un alojamiento. Nos prometieron que nos abonarían la diferencia , pero la sorpresa es que no nos han ofrecido lo prometido, sino un importe muy inferior , y encima lo ofrecen en monedero booking . The apartment was very clean and easily accessible. A great location to visit all the attractions. When I did have to contact staff, it was very easy to do so and they were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We had booked a room with two separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, and a living area. When we arrived we had two double beds in one room, and one bathroom. We spoke to (remote) reception twice and were told that this was the room we had booked and we would have to call back to speak to the manager the next day. We were out all day so were unable to do so. No attempt has been made to resolve this issue.

Nothing they took payment was rude on the phone and antagonistic. Took payments and didnt allow us to stay

They allowed us to book and pay too the full payment and then said didnt have correct id this was only minutes layer and they said they wouldnt guve us a refund so myself and children haf made a payment used our last cash for a night away and then not allowed in or our money back.

Telefonischer Service war ungenau, unfreundlich und teilweise nicht verständlich. Türcode (Haustür) funktionierte am 2. Tag nicht mehr. Es gab keine Tel. Antwort auf unsere Beschwerde. Die Sprache war am Tel. teilweise unverständlich (zu schnell und mit Akzent oder Slang)

Location was fab, shop next door was open 24hrs..so dead handy. Plenty of space for everyone. (7 peolple) Clean and tidy. And lovely and modern. Comfortable beds. Lots of amenities near by and easy accessed.

Everything needed was there apart from a hairdryer even though it was stated there was one available at the apartment. But we made do without. There were no mirrors in any of the bedrooms or hall. Only in the 2 bathrooms. Which, when there are 7 people trying to get ready for an event is not easy. We had my sons graduation. The shower plug hole must have been blocked in one of the showers, as the shower tray filled up and over flowed slightly. So the floor was soaking, as its just a shower screen and not a shower door. Why do people not put doors on showers. Makes no sense as the place ends up soaking regardless of a blocked plug hole. But over all apart from these little things it was a great experience and location. Would defs stay again.

I liked the easiness and convenience of getting into the property and that the room was a good setup and yoh had everything you needed

The only thing that put me off was that the cleaners had been using old mops to clean the communal areas so the corridor and lift smelt of dirty damp water

Such a modern apartment and very well equipped. We had a few issues but that was quickly resolved by the staff there. Definitely will recommend this apartment to anyone and will book again if I visit Liverpool again.

Toilet did not flush but I used a kettle of water to flush! Only staying the one night so didn’t bother phoning to tell them. 3 o’clock check in is a little on the late side.

Location is the best thing about this property. The kitchen was enough for a breakfast and to keep some drinks in the fridge.

Very uncomfortable. I would not spend more then one night there. The mattress in the bedroom was way to soft, I felt like I was sinking the whole night. We were in 3 but the sofa bed was impossible to use. It was broke. The bathroom needs maintenance. The windows don’t open.

Very sleek and modern looking. Very easy to 'check in'. We really like the layout and a lot of the facilities and how the apartment was.

I thought it was an actual apartment, but it was more like apartment rooms in a hotel setting along a corridor. The lobby bits and corridors were very dark with dark painting which was not ideal for a visual impaired guest. We found a crisp packet behind the sofa bed, which was a bit ripped in places, showing it wasn't cleaned behind there.

There was awful smell of sewage in the apartment. The key wouldn’t work to let us in and we waited 2 hours for a member of staff to come help us get in.

Loved this place and will definitely stay again. Perfectly located with friendly staff. Nicely decorated with everything we could have needed. Also I loved that you could phone and speak to an actual person if needed. Super friendly and helpful.

Just a small thing. We had a slight problem with the key code to the building when we got back later. However, we had received a duplicate email addressed to someone else and we had their code so it worked out fine. Getting in to the room was ok though.

The location is great for nights out in Liverpool, but still quiet enough to sleep afterwards! The apartment was clean - apart from an abandoned pizza in a box on the sofa - but we're not nesh, so we just binned it and carried on. There was a kerfuffle with the keypad codes both for us and another party, but the mega-efficient James un-kerfuffled it in minutes...thanks James. The apartment had everything we needed and we will remember this place for future nights out in the city.

As mentioned, the faulty keypad code and second-hand pizza didn't get us off to a great start, but they were easily solved, so we didn't let them spoil our fun!

It was a hot few days but there was not much ventilation & couldn’t open the windows wider. Could do with a mirror in the bedroom, even a smallish one

Location was very good, close to all the relevant amenities (shops, restaurants, etc), and good access to transportation.

Checking in was a little bit lengthy - information on deposits could be provided in advance. Lack of facility to keep luggage pending departure.
