It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful. There is even a rooftop pool with a great view. Close to everything that we needed

Estuvimos en una habitación con vistas a La Marina (importante coger esta opción porque el otro lado del edificio da a una estación de autobuses) Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo para hacer turismo y actividades/excursiones en el mar pero lejos de ruido del otro lado de La Marina. Genial el tener la estación ahí mismo para la llegada des el aeropuerto o para hacer excursiones a zonas cercanas. Camas muy cómodas y habitaciones muy silenciosas. Desayuno muy rico. Vistas inmejorables. Personal muy agradable. Estuvimos dudando entre este hotel y el Lagos Avenida (justo al lado) y finalmente decidimos éste y qué buena elección!! La ubicación es la misma pero el otro mucho más caro sin nada extra. Supongo que será solo alguna diferencien la decoración o algo a dique por el precio no compensa. Lo dicho, de 10!

Hotel ao lado da Marina e da estação rodoviária. Muito limpo, novo, confortável e com uma varanda muito agradável para um hotel no litoral. O quarto contém diversas utilidades como copos, taças, cafeteira com café de cortesia, varal na varanda. Gostamos muito da estadia e recomendo muito.

The staff we so friendly when we arrived very attentive to help with our parking and other stuff. The location is perfect and the sun loungers and pool fab bank hol weekend and not busy at all - would highly recommended. I would say more a couple hotel.

La amplitud, comodidad y detalles que tenía la.habitacion. súper silenciosa, ubicación cerca pero con la suficiente distancia para no escuchar ruidos. Sin duda un hotel súper recomendable si te quedas en Lagos. El trato del personal estupendo y parking pagando (precio razonable) al lado.

Parcheggio per auto un po' stretto

Hotel nuevo, moderno, limpio y con habitaciones muy cómodas. Buen desayuno, de calidad y con variedad. Fruta natural de buena calidad. Las habitaciones que dan a la marina tienen vistas muy buenas y a pesar del tráfico están muy bien insonorizadas. Merece la pena pagar un poco más porque las habitaciones que dan a la parte de atras tienen vistas a la estación de autobuses. Destaca por la limpieza y funcionalifdad. Muy buena situación en la marina a 5-10 minutos del centro de Lagos.

El precio: a pesar de que Agosto es temporada alta el precio es elevado.

Bel hôtel standard qui fait le job. Nous avions quitté un hôtel typique pour celui-ci donc notre impression n'a pas été la même mais le séjour a été très bien quand même. Heureusement il est situé un peu en retrait du centre ville, devant une rue à forte circulation mais l'isolation phonique est top. Le personnel très sympathique et la piscine sur le toit fort agréable en fin de journée au retour des visites. Petit déjeuner standard pas plus...

Hôtel sans trop de charme mais très propre. Stationnement payant sur le parking à côté de l'hôtel. Ne surtout pas oublier de payer la police vérifie sans cesse.....

El Hotel provee un excelente desayuno, tiene una buena piscina y una fantástica ubicación frente a la gran marina de Lagos. El hotel tiene solo dos plazas de estacionamiento en su frente y cuenta con estacionamiento público con parquímetro en el terreno del lado por 6 Euros diarios en temporada alta, pero debe pagarse a las 9:00 am.

Las almohadas un poco altas y no muy mullidas. El servicio de bar no funciona y tampoco su restaurant, salvo para el desayuno, pero hay una gran oferta de restaurantes de gran calidad en las cercanías del hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Marina Rio Hotel. The hotel was very comfortable, spacious, spotless, and in an excellent location. I honestly have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. Although I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel or use the swimming pool, I visited the rooftop terrace and the view over the marina is absolutely beautiful. I truly loved my stay and would be happy to come back.

Honestly, nothing! Everything exceeded my expectations. If I had to mention something, I would only say that I wish the price had been a little lower, but the experience was absolutely worth it.

The hotel had nice views of the Marina from our balcony. We arrived by bus and the hotel was very conveniently located right next to the bus stop. It was a short walk into the old town where there were plenty of restaurants. Also it was not far from Praia de Sao Roque which can be accessed by a small boat near the entrance to old town.

We liked everything. Good location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, cleanliness. We definitely recommend.

Superb property , great location , immaculately clean and very tastefully decorated rooms. Friendly staff and a fab weekend stay with friends.

Some of our party had Marina views , which was lovely and some the town view ., which directly faced the bus station so possibly, some screening or awning would offer a little privacy for guests in those rooms.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Herr am Empfang. Zentrale Lage. Einzig die durchgehenden Geräusche in der Nacht, wahrscheinlich der Klimaanlagen?, haben gestört. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Komme wieder.

Absolutely stunning rooms, exceptional breakfast offering and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious.

Our room didn’t have a proper shower just a shower head in a bath tub which I hate. Someone else might love that.

It’s a decent hotel with a fantastic location. Super convenient 10 min walk from train station. The hotel is clean and overlooks the Marina which is very convenient for boat tours and there are some restaurants there as well. It’s a 10 min walk to old town where most of the activities occur. Beware that it is also close to a Bus station so if you were in a left side or back room you would hear the big buses crank up in the morning. Luckily we had a room at the front of the hotel that overlooked the beautiful Marina. The location of the hotel is also close to a super cute coffee shop located 3-5 min walk behind hotel called Alex which we often enjoyed for coffee and breakfast.

Do not stay here if you sleep hot! The beds are 2 separate twin mattresses pushed together and are very hard mattresses like a Uni or college dorm room with a thin (probably foam) topper. Also, the sheets are terrible!! They are made out of a polyester blend and they are super hot! Also, hotel turned off AC on our floor outside the rooms in evenings. The outside corridor was super hot. The AC in the room worked, but only okay. We didn’t sleep well at all during the night as it combined for a very hot room. I spend 20 nights or so in European hotels per year and I’ve never had polyester sheets before. The hotels I stay in have 100% cotton sheets that make for a much more comfortable sleep!

The staff wasn’t very helpful. I asked for some basic cutlery and was informed that I had booked a standard twin room and kitchen amenities are not included as part of the hotel. Whilst I understand it is not necessarily part of the room facilities, there are clearly cutlery available at the hotel (there is a breakfast room next to reception), I feel the staff could have been more helpful.

Fantastisk beliggenhet i hjertet av Lagos, rett ved marinaen. Flere gode restauranter rett utenfor. 5 minutter gange til gamlebyen. Veldig hyggelig betjening som var behjelpelig med det meste. Rommet var rent og pent og ble vasket og ryddet hver dag. Bassenget var dessverre stengt under oppholdet, men dette ble kompensert

The breakfast, location, the employees, the super large bath towels, the common area, the view from our room, the balcony, the top floor open seating, having a clothes rack, the air conditioning, elevator and the small frig and coffee maker. The staff (from housekeeping, to the front desk and manager bend over backwards to make your holiday extraordinary. Wonderful place!

The police patrolling to hand out tickets. The parking is free on Sundays, but the rest of the week they try to give you a ticket. Next door to the hotel, in front of the hotel and across the street of the hotel are all traps. We watched two elderly men park and get out of their car. They both walked, with the aid of their cane’s, over to purchase a parking ticket to put in their car windshield. The police immediately went to the car and began processing a parking violation ticket. We watched as the two men returned to the car with their parking permit in their hand and an argument between them and the police officer erupted. The officer finally tore the violation up. How sneaky of the police officer! Those men did nothing wrong. BEWARE ALL PARKING HAS TO HAVE A PARKING PERMIT AND DO IT IMMEDIATELY!

es war sehr sauber, das Personal war unaufdringlich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage hat eigentlich 4,5 Sterne verdient (ich habe 4 gegeben) Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt und gleich in der Marina. Einzig Zimmer nach hinten raus zu einem Busbahnhof sind morgens schon früh laut.

Während unserem Aufenthalt wurde die Rooftopbar und das Schwimmbecken auf dem Dach saniert. War deshalb nicht nutzbar. Unser Pech, muss halt mal gemacht werden. Idee: entschädigt in dieser Zeit eure Gäste doch zum Beispiel mit einer Flasche Sekt oder Portwein auf dem Zimmer
