Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The staff were great and helpful. The rooms were large and great for families. However, the sofas are worn out, the door and tiles in the bathroom are worn etc. Not good, not bad. Parking was included and close to the hotel.
The price. Way too expensive for what you get. Also, no breakfast included. Rooms were okay, but significant signs of wear.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The location is right on the marina, close to bars and restaurants. It's about a 20 minute walk from the old town, same to the nearest beach. The pool was cleaned every day, so were the rooms, with fresh tolls provided.
The Wifi wasn't perfect, but it was usable.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Die Lage ist Top! Das Bett war super, immer frisch bezogen, sehr bequem! Man kann vieles in Lagos unternehmen: Kajak-Tripp zu Ponto Piedale, Ausflüge zum Benagil und vieles vieles mehr. Lagos ist eine sehr schöne, lebendige Stadt.
Wenig Informationen vom Hotel, was man alles unternehmen kann. Man erkundet alles selber. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Informationen vom Hotel gewünscht.

For a 4 start property, there was no one to help with a luggage. The rooms looked dated and had no shampoo or conditioner in it. The number of pool towel given is equal to number of person staying; they wouldn't give extra ( not sure what is the logic behind it) In reality it felt more like a 2.5 -3 star property than 4

The coffee machine was a pain to use, we had to ask the reception to help when we got a pod stuck. Some instructions would have been helpful, but that’s maybe just me.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Die Lage an der Marina ist ruhig und sauber. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und gemütlich. Lokale, Ausflugssnbieter, ein Strand ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir mussten nachträglich noch um eine Nacht verlängern und dafür aber das Zimmer wechseln. Uns wurde versichert, dass man sich bemüht vom Housekeeping und zu priorisieren, damit wir unser Zimmer früher beziehen können, dass hat dann aber nicht wirklich funktioniert. Das Frühstück kann man extra dazu buchen. Es war in Ordnung aber etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre schön.

Attention pour les personnes allergiques , il y a une odeur insupportable dans tout l hôtel ( peut être les produits de ménages ? ) . On a demandé à changer de chambre , impossible , ok on est en août mais pas un geste , pas un mot rien … La cuisine et les meubles sont vieux , la tv est minuscule … 1600 euros la semaine avec à ce prix une chambre avec vue sur un rond point ! Les transats de la piscine sentent l urine et la moitié sont défectueux . Le personnel est limite à part les gens du bar qui eux sont très sympathiques mais tout le reste c’est une catastrophe . Vraiment beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est .

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026De kamers waren erg ruim en hadden alle benodigdheden waardoor we ook in de kamer konden ontbijten en lunchen. Het zwembad was super fijn: was genoeg plek om te liggen, handdoeken kon je elke dag ophalen om op te liggen en het zwembad had een fijne temperatuur.
Dat we weer naar huis moesten :(

Stellenweise war das Personal unfreundlich insbesondere im Restaurant und an der Bar. Das Frühstück war ungenießbar deswegen habe ich mir dann in meinem Zimmer selber etwas gemacht. Auch das Lunch in der Bar im Swimmingpool war ungenießbar. Zudem wurden die Seitentüren schon immer um 10 Uhr am Abend geschlossen so dass man von der Marina aus nur über einen Umweg zum Haupteingang gelangen konnte. Hier war wenig Verständnis bei den Personen an der Rezeption, geschweige denn der Wille hier einen Vorstoß zu starten um die Türen in den Seitenflügeln länger offen zu lassen. Auch war es auf dem Balkon sehr laut das Zimmer lag in der Nähe einer Baustelle und man konnte die Abende gar nicht genießen. Bzw ich habe mich dann in das Zimmer zurückgezogen und die Türen zugemacht damit es leise war. Der Fitnesscenter Bereich war nur durch Extrazahlung zu benutzen auch das ist ungewöhnlich für ein Hotel in dieser Klassenordnung. Am schlimmsten war jedoch das unfreundliche Personal an der Bar und die Uneinsichtigkeit über die schlechten frühstücks- und mittags sowie Abend speisen.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Uitstekende bedden met ook 2 kussens wat ik toch een mooie bonus vind. Ook de locatie is uitstekend. Het hotel is gelegen naast de haven waar je verschillende mogelijkheden hebt om te onbijten, dineren of iets te drinken. Je zit ook op minder dan een kilometer van de oude stad van Lagos en van een groot en relatief rustig strand. We hadden het hotel ook een beetje gekozen op basis van de locatie en dit was een schot in de roos, maar ook al de rest viel uitstekend mee.
Er waren enkel nog kamers beschikbaar met "landzicht" toen we boekten en dit geeft dan wel een saai uitzicht vanop het terras. De familiekamers zijn ook met zetelbedden die je niet snel terug kan omvormen tot een zetel waardoor je eigenlijk bij een verblijf met 4 personen wel een goede zitplaats mist in de hotelkamer zelf, maar omdat we toch voornamelijk excursies hebben gedaan en niet al te veel in het hotel zelf aanwezig waren, heeft ons dit niet echt gestoord. Het ontbijt vond ik ook aan de dure kant voor het aanbod dat ze geven.

Camere davvero molto ampie, ben organizzate e con una pulizia curata nei minimi dettagli. La piscina è bellissima, un vero valore aggiunto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione.
Il sistema di aria condizionata, difficilmente regolabile, ed abbastanza rumoroso. I due letti singoli anziché il matrimoniale, nonostante fossimo nella suite.

Prachtig gelegen aan de haven, heerlijk zwembad, fijn ruim appartement, iedere dag schone handdoeken maar vooral de vriendelijkheid van het personeel was uitzonderlijk! Felt like a 2 or 3 star grade. The restaurant and bar had limited options and staff were miserable and uninterested. No shampoo and conditioner in bathroom, nothing in the fridge to welcome us, (not even a bottle of water) Not the standard I was expecting for my one summer holiday of the year. Very disappointing

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The location was fantastic, lovely walk along the marina over into the old town. The size of the one bedroom apartment were fantastic, so spacious. Cleaners in everyday making beds and fresh towels. Staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival and during the stay. Baby cots and baby baths all provided by the staff which was super helpful when travelling with young babies and children.
The paving/ bricks around the pool area need to relayed as very uneven. It was dangerous with children around the pool. Not much atmosphere around the pool area, a little bit of background music would have made a big difference. A little bit of entertainment would have been nice also for children as there was a lot of young families. The breakfast was probably one of the worst breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel, selection extremely bad & the food that was on offer wasn’t nice. Thankfully we didn’t have it included so only paid for one day. I have never had to pay extra to use a hotel gym before, in my opinion I think it should be included in your stay as it is part of the facilities. €10 per person every time you want to use the gym!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Great location at the marina, nice pool. We liked the big balcony and large apartment with decent kitchen equipment. Near restaurants, old town and supermarket. Also not far from Algarve Watersports (if you’re keen on going surfing)

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Great location in the marina with an easy walk to town. Pool was very much enjoyed by the kids. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.
The room we stayed in was quite dated and the showers drains didn’t function well. The room could have used a deep clean.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026La nostra stanza era un bilocale molto spazioso all’interno della struttura principale. La struttura è curata, sono presenti piscine, bar, ristorante, parcheggio privato e vari servizi a pagamento. La stanza viene pulita quotidianamente. Vicina al centro che si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata.
La pulizia della cucina e delle poltrone sul terrazzo poteva essere migliorata.

For a 4* hotel with a kitchen, I would have expected a starter pack, bread, tea, coffee, biscuits, milk and water. Water was supplied.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026De ligging van het complex bij de haven en stad, het ruime appartement, de goede bedden en het vriendelijke personeel.
We huurden een superior appartement, maar het onderhoud was niet erg goed. Bij klachten hierover werd er wel snel gereageerd. Verder was het zwembad erg druk en wat verouderd. Ook werd er ondanks waarschuwingsbordjes niets gedaan tegen handdoekje leggen bij het zwembad. Daardoor hadden we helaas vaak geen ligbedje.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Perfekte Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal 24/7. Poollandschaft war ein Traum. Kostenloses Parken direkt vor dem Hotel. Tägliche Reinigung. Wir wohnten in einem Appartment im EG mit Blick zum Pool und konnten eine große Terrasse genießen. Einmalig.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage ür Ausflüge, für Strandtage und für abendliches Bummeln in der Altstadt. Das Appartement war sehr groß, alles war sauber, die Betten waren super bequem und am Pool gab es immer freie Liegen. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen.
