No había jabón para el cuerpo, secadora y plancha checar esos detalles, además no pude conocer el spa estaba cerrado solo era por cita me hubiese gustado verlos personalmente y me animarán a tomar un tratamiento, hace falta nos sugieran mejores lugares para comer aledaños al hotel la mayoría muy mal servicio y alimentos caros sin sabor donde pudimos ver sobre todo en esta temporada decembrinas dificilmente pudimos encontrar un lugar agradable solo casí enfrente del hotel una plaza donde hay 3 restaurantes de comida oriental muy buen lugar, excelente servicio y precios justos.

Reviewed Sep 24, 2025Cuarto y hotel en general limpios, bien cuidados. No tiene estacionamiento, hay opciones para dejar el auto cerca a $200 x noche dejando las llaves con valet de hotel. Desayuno incluido pero muy basico, pan, fruta, jugo, leche. Atienden muy bien. Cama y regadera muy bien. Hotel holístico, si tus creencias no se alinean con asuntos de energias, meditaciones, etc, yo buscaría otro lugar. Me di cuenta ya tarde.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2024The most important asset is the awesome multicultural caring kindness staff of professional diverse personnel.. at the spa area, the neatness , organized environment and mostly the ancestral wisdom of the wonderful well trained spa team is miraculously an adequate healing investment, valuing a lot the team of Lorena, Luis & Paulina, that truly enjoy and have passion in each patient. At the valet area each welcoming smile is super appreciated. Mr. M needs a Safely luggage cart to prevent hitting his head, mostly being the head house of a sick wife. The reception team is super courteous, polite, gentle & respectful. The Concierge Christian goes the extra mile also booking tours to have safety activities and tours, to be picked up at the hotel location. Dona M. Does a great job having a super clean organized resting and dining area. The owner her son and all the hotel team do the best to pay attention to each small detail: accessible for moving around. Lovely welcoming environment inspiring healthy joyful spirit and happiness when servicing with caring respect, beauty, neatness standards and a lovely heart to serve with authentic caring 🙏 safety, accountability, responsibility, training to heal the inner child and SOUL. My room was LOVE ❤️ & I treated myself with lots of authentic healthy ❤️ that I super appreciate. Excellent customer service 🙏

El desayuno es demasiado sencillo, creo que podrían mejorar en aspectos como panadería. Por lo demás , el personal muy atento y amables...

Reviewed Mar 13, 2023Solo nos quedamos una noche, escogimos este hotel por la ubicación, contaba con estacionamiento e incluía desayuno y al ser un hotel holístico, consideramos era un hotel tranquilo y la opción perfecta para descansar. El estacionamiento tiene uno costo adicional de $200 por noche, el desayuno solo es americano, al viajar con niños buscábamos una opción de desayuno bufet. Y no pudimos dormir en toda la noche, en varias habitaciones cercanas a la nuestra, los huéspedes no dejaban de gritar y azotar puertas, dejaron de hacerlo a las 4 am que marcamos a recepción para quejarnos del escándalo.

Reviewed May 16, 2022He estado varias veces en el hotel y el cambio de administración es una tragedia, personal indiferente, salvo para venderte tratamientos de spa, nos tuvieron 48 minutos esperando recibir la habitación, pusieron solo un jabón de manos, no pusieron jabón de baño ni shampoo, no hay cepillo o bomba de baño, quitaron los dispensadores de L’occitane y dan ahora jabón bastante corriente que deja la piel de las manos reseca. No le dan mantenimiento al aire acondicionado, hab comprensión, no sirve el aire acondicionado, no enfría, no la acepten, precio muy alto para la calidad de hospedaje, recomiendo buscar una mejor opción. Es triste ver cómo ha caído la calidad del servicio, lugar bonito pero ni siquiera limpian el mobiliario de Recepción, la mesa negra llena de polvo y los baños del lobby con mal olor, realmente lamentable, dudo mucho regresar.

The sheets were dirty and the room furniture was really old. I changed hotels the second night to Casa Santiago Hotel. Still in the same location but way better!

Íbamos a descansar a un spa y resultó un despertador que ni en casa ocurre eso en domingo. El resto muy bien bonito cuarto, buen spa, amable personal pero si piensa acudir pregunté si h Habrá grupo o muchas personas porque en donde montaron el desayuno y la cena da a todos los cuartos y se escucha como si estuvieran dentro del suyo

Reviewed Sep 23, 2016Overall we were really impressed with this hotel. Super central location, great value for the quality of room and tasteful decor. We stayed over a long weekend and our room was peacefully located and we hear no noise from the live concerts taking place a few blocks away.The only complaint we had was the TV remote didn't really work and the a/c was a bit noisy. They did try to fix it however it needed a new part which couldn't be ordered due to the long weekend. Otherwise we would return here again.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2013It is a beautifull hotel very convinient ir you want to walk around the downtown area, it is very clean, on the down side it is an old contruction so the rooms are very noisy, you can hear everything that is going on outside your room. The beds are not comfortable and the y creak when you move. The hotel personal are very nice and attentive.
