La vista

El desayuno es muy bueno, pero no te avisan cuál es el que incluye el paquete. Me gustó la vista, la comodidad de las habitaciones y de todas las instalaciones, así como la playa.

La comida y la cena del restaurante no son buenas, solo el desayuno. Me gustaría que fuera menos costoso.

La ubicación y el personal super amable siempre pendientes de apoyar con todas las preguntas

The bed was lumpy and uneven. We had soar backs every day because of it. We could not get a good nights sleep. Tossed and turned all night.

El lugar es muy bonito, tiene un ambiente fresco y peculiar, la alberca es amplia, la playa y el centro de la ciudad estan cerca y me encanto la vista de mi cuarto.

Para personas de la tercera edad tiene un exceso de escalones para subir y bajar a todos lados.

We loved out stay, I wish that the restuarant was a bit better, but overall it was great. If pizza would be offered later, that would have been amazing.

Super clean, well maintained area and the hotel itself. Not even a single sign of being in humidity, no smell, no mold.

Me encantó desde que llegamos cómo te reciben. De la habitación que nos tocó, que tiene vista al mar, una decoración increíble, todo muy mexicano. El diseño de la habitación con jacuzzi y las camitas individuales para los pequeños, el mobiliario de madera tallada, el baño con tina. La alberca preciosa pensando en todas las edades. Los camastros super cómodos. El acceso a la Playa. Y también que hay restaurantes cerca. Y la maravillosa gente. Todo increíble.

Un pequeño detalle... Probablemente pase en cualquier lugar, y a veces hasta no nos damos cuenta. PERO lamentablemente no es lo que uno quisiera ver: vimos a una mosca poniendo larvas en la ventana por dentro de la habitación.

Todo es muy acogedor, personal muy amable.

La propiedad es realmente HERMOSA! Hace mucho no estaba en un hotel tan bello!

La comida la vdd no está tan buena y está carisisisisismo!! Los meseros se tardan muuuchoooo en atenderte donde sea que estés.. aunque sean amables algunos y otros son neutrales pero parece que lo hacen de mala manera, hay muchos insectos en todos lados!! En mi cuarto un día me desperté con uno caminándome mientras dormía, también vi cucharas y hormigas todo el tiempo! El agua de la regadera es tibia pero nunca calienta

Las instalaciones se ven viejas y descuidadas, al menos en la habitación donde me quede, los colchones se sienten mucho los resortes

I absolutely love this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful and the service is fantastic. The food and drinks are excellent and the rooms and the grounds are lovely. Every time we go to Zihua we stay here and it never disappoints. I highly recommend this place.

One day there was an extremely large party at the pool and the pool area really wasn't kept clean at all during that day. Otherwise it is always clean.

Everything is very nice here.. we are soooo enjoying our time in Zihuatanejo. Highly recommend Aura del Mar for those of you who like nice rooms with views of the ocean and a great staff at the hotel and restaurant.

Breakfast was very good. Location was central to most things. Very quiet.

The billing system was not explained to us when we arrived. We added gratuities, then when our bill came, the hotel added more gratuities without our knowledge. Very confusing, but we only knew this just before leaving for the airport so no time to adjust the bills.

The staff are best, of course location it’s amazing , easy walk into town.I would always choose this hotel. And until you stay here, you won’t know what I’m talking about. Lol you won’t find anything better.

There isn’t anything that I don’t like about this hotel, if you have mobility issues then yes this is not the hotel for you, but I think that’s everywhere in Playa Madera and there are stairs up and down to the beach and to your room no elevators

La piscina está bien cuidada. El jacuzzi de la habitación está en buen estado y mantenimiento, solamente que el hidromasaje tiraba agua del botón.

Los precios del restaurante podrían ser más accesibles. Encontré una botellita de alcohol abierta entre la hamaca.

- Great location (between La Ropa and downtown) -Clean facilities -Nice pool

- Rooms are in need of TLC. -Not all Rooms have a great ocean view and the biggest issue I have is that they advertise a beautiful ocean view in the booking.com pictures BUT this is not the room you will get most likely!! - Some of the staff (at breakfast) were litterally asking for tips. We don’t mind tipping and we do tip but i don’t like being asked!!!

El lugar es simplemente perfecto. Tranquilo, cercano a todo lo que quería hacer, limpio, bello, amplio, cómodo. La atención es de 10, la comida es buenísima.

The staff at the hotel is the very best! The hotel and pool is comfortable and it is always alive because it has an excellent restaurant right on the beach. The beach access is great.

They stir sticks in the bar are still plastic. They need to change them to bamboo. Overall there is nothing to change. Perhaps an organized ride to and from the airport since there are many of us on the same flights.

Beautiful and clean rooms. All the staff were amazing! The location was perfect and close to the beaches, Centro, and many restaurants nearby to choose from.

There are stairs, so if that's a problem for you, it might not be best suited place. Although I guess you could ask for a room closer to the ground level??

When we arrived, they charged more money bcs we were 3 people and they didn’t even give a bigger room or an extra towel. It was annoying

Bellissimo hotel, tantissime scale ma nel verde magnifico che vi circonda. Vegetazione bellissima e molto molto curata, due Pappagalli simpaticissimi che vi saluteranno ogni giorno. Architettonicamente molto curato e interessante, un luogo autentico e sereno. Tartarughe giganti sulla spiaggia e altri animali a contorno. Personale molto cortese e disponibile, colazione ottima a la carta. Bottiglie d’acqua offerte ogni giorno. Anche il ristorante è molto buono. Posizione eccellente per andare in centro a piedi. L’hotel si trova su una delle spiagge più protette della zona e ha doppio accesso, dalla spiaggia (promenade che porta in centro) o dalla strada veicolare superiore. Disponibilità a preparare colazione senza glutine su richiesta anticipata!

Unica pecca (non considero le scale perché anche se possono essere problematiche per alcuni, sono inevitabili per l’orografia del terreno) ci vorrebbe più manutenzione delle jacuzzi private e di alcune tettoie e arieggiare le stanze prima dell’arrivo dei clienti perché in alcune (noi abbiamo cambiato stanza) c’è il rischio di trovare odore di umidità.

Magnifique hôtel !!! Très bel environnement, lieu parfaitement entretenu, déconnexion garantie lors de votre séjour ! Chambres spacieuses avec une vue superbe sur la baie ! Chambre très bien entretenue, et service de ménage à l'écoute et aux petits soin pour les clients. Restaurant et petit déjeuné très bon et varié. Personnel de la réception et de l'hôtel parfait. Parking très utile et abrité. Cadre global sublime , merci à toute l'équipe !! Réservez les yeux fermés !

Enjoyed our stay, great central location overlooking the water. Rooms are nice, pool was clean. It was slow season so we had hotel to our selves. Short walk to everything in town. Has nice beach access directly in front of hotel. Friendly staff. Laundromat a block away did a weeks worth of clothes for two people, same day for around $7. Great breakfast spot Bartolos in front of hotel. Would recommend for sure.

Que le restaurante con el que tiene convenio..bajo calidad y variedad..!! Comprendo que es temporada baja Pero si algo me gustó la anterior vez era que no salíamos del hotel ..me sentía en un todo incluído aunque tuviera costo adicional..

La ubicación del hotel es LA MEJOR, a unos metros del centro, a pie de playa. La vista de la habitación estaba increíble. El desayuno fue bueno. Considerar que se ve que el hotel ya tiene sus años y a las habitaciones se les nota, es decir no esperes un cuarto moderno y disfruta la amplitud y lo rústico.

Aunque todo se veía muy limpio, encontramos una cucaracha pequeña en el baño. Las escaleras para bajar a la alberca y la playa pueden ser muchas para personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad.

Muy buen servicio y atención de todo el personal, la habitación limpia y con todo ordenado, el acceso a playa cuidado, alberca limpia y con buen clima, el jacuzzi bien. Excelente ubicación y con estacionamiento. Buena señal de Internet en todas las instalaciones. Todas las instalaciones limpias y funcionando. Voy a regresar muy pronto, me gusta mucho este hotel. El gimnasio es básico pero bien equipado

El tobogán de la alberca tiene una curva mal diseñada porque al bajar golpea el cuerpo además muy resbaloso, hay que tener cuidado cuando l@s niñ@s se avientan. Solo algunas sugerencias que lo harían mejor de lo que ya está: Falta luz en la escalera para llegar a la habitación 2 y deben poner almohadas suaves. El aire acondicionado de la habitación da directo a las camas adicionales y no llega bien a la cama principal

La propiedad es perfecta, pero si no te gustan las escaleras no es para ti. La vista es espectacular sus empleados de lo mejor.

Beautiful hotel! Great location - minutes away from el centro and immediate beach access to Playa Madera. The pool area has been remodeled making it a great space to lounge around, and they have a fanstatic restaurant onsite with views of Zihua. Lastly, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The beachfront location and views across the bay were fabulous.

The facilities, the views and the location are excellent. There is a beautiful a boardwalk that takes you the centre, we walked back at midnight and felt super safe and close to the hotel. They were always accomodating to my requests and super friendly. Great breakfast too!

Wonderful stay, friendly staff and amenities!

Wow ! This hotel is really something special! Absolutely everyone goes out of their way to give you the best experience! The rooms are massive, the bed is like sleeping in a cloud, the pillows too… the property is beautiful and so so well kept ! Everything is spotlessly clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast and even when there is bad weather or a storm the Wi-Fi was perfect! There are turtles and parrots there too and the parrot actually waved goodbye to us on our last day !! The location is the best in zihaut , it was our first time in zihaut didn’t know really where is the best area to stay in but I can tell you now it’s right here ! Directly on the beach, 7 min walk into town where you can find really authentic and quality restaurants! There are lots of English channels on the tv, fresh bottled water every day, excellent aircon, amazing views The ladies that do the housekeeping, they don’t leave a stone unturned and the room was always pristine every day for us ! I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel and the staff that work there ! Thank ye all for working so hard to make our time there so perfect and enjoyable! We will definitely be back
