Der Pool ist super und die Lage ebenfalls. Das Personal ist wirklich entzückend.

Es hat von der Decke getropft. Die Klimaanlage ging nicht vernünftig, sodass wir die ganze Nacht bei fast 25 Grad geschwitzt haben. Es gab kleine schabenartige Tiere im Bad, die schnell weghuschten, wenn nachts das Licht angemacht wurde. Das Frühstück war zwar üppig, es war aber alles ziemlich unappetitlich.

Rooms are old and dusty, checkin and checkout is super slow, I was leaving early am and they promised to prepare a breakfast bag to go and they didn’t. Above all, THEY REFUSED TO SEND ME A RECEIPT of my payment, while booking.com policy clearly states they should have. Unbelievable.

Very disappointed! 3-4 days before check in, i requested directly to official number aryaduta, i am on planning to celebrate birthday of my hubby. I req for mirror art and cake, and the admin said noted. But the fact, none of the req well prepared, i asked to do it today but they refused as well, the wording also totally wrong. The towel is very smell and bad shape. Paid for 1.6mio for nothing. Please recheck your promise and service.

The location is central. Overall the hotel is strategically located and the staff are polite and helpful.

Breakfast was okay but menu seems to be the same.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Wide variety of food at breakfast. Comfy room.

There was a big wedding going on which meant we were not able to access the pool due to the number of children in there and we were not aware this was happening. Breakfast was busy and chaotic because of this which meant these people at the wedding were pushing in for priority when we were trying to get served and moving us out the way. Not the hotels fault but hugely impacted our experience

Room was very comfortable with a large comfy bed and lots of space. Great view over the pool and good clean bathroom.

Nous avons passe quune seule nuit. Très bonne literie, belle chambre spacieuse, personnel très souriant.

Les draps présentaient des tâches et la nappe de la table du petit déjeuner était sale également Un effort est à faire sur la blanchisserie pour que cela soit parfait

Het oogt luxe maar is wel een beetje gedateerd als je goed oplet. Grote schone kamers. Zwembad is prettig en prima gym. Het personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam.

Het eten is matig. We hadden een buffet maar het vlees van de plaat was heel vet en dun. Zelfde nacht allemaal nog diarree. Douchekraan moest in onderhoud. Ging snacht vanzelf aan en maakte een harde monotoon geluid.

Top hotel in hartje Medan. Pluspunt waren de connected rooms, goede bedden, fijne zwembad, het restaurant (heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt) en de vriendelijke service.

For example, the washroom door in the room I stayed in could not be locked. I informed someone at the reception on the morning of the 18th, but when I returned to the room, the issue had still not been resolved. Secondly, the service timeline for food orders could be better managed. After 10 PM, while I was relaxing near the pool, I ordered a club sandwich and was informed that it would take around 20 minutes. However, it was only served after more than an hour, and only after I reminded one of the kitchen staff. Lastly, I would like to suggest having a separate or dedicated space for spa services, especially for foot massages. This could provide guests with a more comfortable and relaxing experience. I hope this feedback is taken positively, as I genuinely enjoyed my stay and believe these improvements would further enhance the overall guest experience.

Pool was fantastic - and available through into the evening. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice and a variety of places to sit. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had a good atmosphere. This is a hotel which serves beer (not all do!). It is a short walk to the colonial street where there are restaurants.

Breakfast dishes could be labelled better for vegetarians.

Good sized room, good bathroom, huge choice at breakfast - like ridiculously huge choice. Good location, 10 / 15 min walk from shopping centre. They suffered a bit when we arrived as one of the power cuts that Medan is known happened - this seemed to cause a little confusion and I would have hoped they would have smoother plans in place for when this happens being as its a regular occurence. Friendly and helpful staff though. Good pool and functional gym with everything you might need in it. Helpful with bag storage until we could access our rooms due to delays caused by power cut.....

The food is quite good. But some food are running out & they takes time to refill it (like bakso, lontong & shredded chicken for porridge). Need improvement in this! Also we can't ask hot latte/cappucino for free (only black coffee)

Flot poolområde. Godt indrettede værelser.

Meget larmende og dårligt fungerende aircondition. En dårlig lugt på gangene og værelserne. Plettet sengetøj og snavsede borde til morgenbuffeten. Meget langsom servering, da vi bestilte nogle drikkevarer om aftenen. OBS: der står man gerne må bade i bikini i poolen, men ingen gjorde det (alle havde halve ærmer/bukser på).

De douche was lekker warm en de massage was heerlijk

Wij hadden een non smoking room gereserveerd maar bij aankomst bleek deze niet beschikbaar en kregen we een smoking room die sterk stonk naar rook zelfs na een extra schoonmaak. Bovendien lag er een lege condoom pakje onder het bed.

Personeel was erg aardig, maar ook lax. Ze waren met veel en daardoor voelde niemand verantwoordelijkheid. Drankje bestellen aan het zwembad duurde 45 minuten, inmiddels regende het en kregen we Joey op onze kamer. Ook in de badkamer zaten in het putje lange zwarte haren, ik ben blond. Op de gang heeft heel ons verblijf restjes eten gestaan

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und sehr lecker.

Betten waren unbequem, im Flur stand ca 1,5 Tage ein Teller mit Essen rum 😣 was sehr unappetitlich war.

had a wonderful stay at Aryaduta. the location was perfect for sightseeing, right in the heart of the city centre. the staff was incredibly welcoming (sherlyn, adit, naysilla) and accommodating from the moment we checked in.

Excellent service, interesting and stylish decoration, spacious and perfectly functional. Price is a bit high but I'd still say value for money. Great location with access to many locations easily.

I really enjoyed my dining experience at Aryaduta. the food was delicious, the atmosphere was comfortable and clean, and the service was excellent. Mr. Etha Zebua was especially friendly, attentive, and always made sure that guests were well taken care of. overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the great service made the visit even more memorable. highly recommended🤩

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Loch im Handtuch sowie nicht nachgefüllter Seife im Spender, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten, die schnell erledigt werden...

Spacious room for two people, with a large comfortable bed and quality bed linen. The welcome fruit basket was a lovely touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Do not miss the buffet breakfast — there are so many delicious choices covering all types of breakfast foods. My favourites were Lontong Sayur and Nasi Gemuk, both Indonesian dishes, although there was plenty more to explore. The coffee was excellent, and the cakes were delicious too. Sit through the back of the dining room, as there are great views over the city.

The water temperature in the shower could have been a little hotter.

Easily the best hotel ive stayed in. The STAFF are the greatest, starting with aldi, parlan until all the housekeeping, the smile is always on there faces and they make you feel welcomed. All the managers are very friendly, either the resturant managers or the reception managers. Great team, Great Staff and a great hotel. ~besho

It was a good surprise and as travel around there will many more surprises too. Ambience good .Good attempt to be Indonesian but was worth.Room near the lift or alright. It took time understand. Rooms were spacious and clean . Housekeeping good . The restaurant breakfast was monotonous - menu never changed -lontong / nasi goreng/mee…/fruits and desserts not worthy

Allas alueella polttaminen ei ollut mukavaa. Kävellen meneminen esim syömään oli todella hankalaa kun ei ollut kunnollisia kävelyteitä. Vaarallista jopa. Lähellä ei ollut ruokakauppoja.

The hotel was located near the big malls and shops it was a good location to stay. The rooms are very big and comfortable the shower was very big and very powerful and the air conditioning was cold and quiet. . I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to medan
