Hotel eccellente. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto sfruttare a fondo i vari servizi come piscina e palestra perché siamo rimasti solo una notte e il mattino successivo siamo ripartiti alle tre del mattino. Sono stati però gentilissimi nel prepararci un box con quattro brioche come colazione

Outre le fait d'être bien situé au centre de Medan, à proximité du quartier historique, cet hôtel luxueux, offre un remarquable buffet de petit déjeuner, les plus gigantesque que nous ayons vu lors de notre séjour d'un mois à Sumatra. Nous avons également apprécié sa piscine, le confort des chambres, la qualité de la connexion wifi et l'amabilité du personnel.

Établissement bien situé Personnel tres accueillant à la conciergerie mais moins agréable à la reception.La disponible de la chambre à 14h est un.peu longue lorsque nous arrivons d un tres long voyage!

Das war alles super. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist besonders gut und erwähnenswert.

Im Pool haben auch mit geschlossenen Augen die Augen gebrannt. Vermutlich war sehr viel Chemie im Wasser.

Overall the hotel was excellent. The staff were superb and so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The bed and pillows were very comfortable for a great sleep. The only negatives were that the room was a little tired and needs an upgrade with regards to decoration and bathroom was outdated also better curtains to block out the light. Although they cover the window and are blackout the sunlight bleeds all around them and makes the room very light. The breakfast choice was excellent and was a fantastic start to my day. Fruit, cereal, pastries, eggs, hot local options and an array of juices.

The hotel receptionist watched a woman cut in line and proceeded to serve that woman instead of telling her to go back.

I have been staying at your hotel every year for many years now. I feel at home there. Staff are friendly, breakfast is good, rooms are clean, Hotel ambient is very pleasant. The Bandrex provided in the evening is a very nice personal touch.

Noisy in the room from road traffic. Would be a plus if room window glass can be changed to a thicker one to isolate the traffic noises.

Very comfortable hotel, good air conditioning, hot showers with excellent amenities, and a good breakfast. The staff were outstanding, always smiling and ready to help. Location was central. The free afternoon tea was a wonderful touch.

Breakfast had a sameness about it, And it seemed chaotic. Not much can be done i fear, because it is such a big hotel. And for such a big hotel, the pool and its surrounds are way too small.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Hätte normalerweise eine bessere verdient, wären im Badezimmer keine Schimmelflecken.

The guest who stay up past midnight and walk along the hallway with loud noises especially on the weekends. The buffet can be chaos

Good combination of Asian south east Asian and everything orderly managed bakery section is good. Awesome varieties and value for money.

Ontbijt was heel goed en gevarieerd. We zijn niet anders gewend, hebben reeds meerdere keren bij Santika gelogeerd zowel in Sunietsrabaja als Ambon.

Central location, great if you’re attending an event at the convention center. Decent quality hotel by Medan standards. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and the water pressure was good. There was a variety of options for breakfast - mostly local options.

The location is unbeatable- easy walk to several attractions and malls, also next to a park with a walking track. The breakfast was great and the room comfortable. The hotel was also excellent at communicating with me to book airport transfers and a late check out.

The pool could use some love- it does the job but it is looking tired

The area it was in. Central and convenient.

1. Our bags didn’t arrive in the room for over after an hour or so. Apparently they had come to send the bags and we weren’t in the room. Funny coz we just arrived and took the lift immediately to our room. Finally they said that they overlooked the bag and didn’t realise it actually. I dont appreciate excuses. Just find the bag and get me the bag. 2. Requested for soap top up in my room: never got it. 3. The spa could do better by providing nice smells and spa music. The massages were good but the ambience failed.

During my previous stay in Nov 2024, When requested for extra blanket because we were cold as the Aircon in the room can't be completely turned off (when it was set to off, still oozing cold air out of the central Aircon duct), they want to charge us for extra blanket. During my recent stay in March 2025, when requested for a face towel, they said it was not included in my Deluxe room and wanted me to pay for it. Only upon insistent, they provided it to me. Over the years, I have stayed with Santika at least 5 or 6 times. Recently, it is not very service orientated, for little things that make our stay more comfortable, they want us to pay for it. This is starting to become ridiculous. If it continues this way, I would consider changing my stay in future.

Checked in at 20.00 WIB after traveling from Malacca to KL, continued on to the flight to Kualanamu Medan, smooth check in, got a suprise cake from Santika management for my 46th birthday on 26th May 🥰🥰🥰, clean room, good food and good variety, although not yet like the Hayamwuruk Jakarta premiere, but now it's different from 7 years ago Staying here now is happier because it's free to upgrade to deluxe room view according to request pool view corner 722, nice to enjoy because there are 4 mineral waters bottles every day, only the towels are quite dirty and thin, it's time to rejuvenate, plus the shower is not yet a rain shower, as satisfying as a bath at Santika Premiere, my favorite at Premiere Santika Hayamwuruk in Jakarta, which is the best, but always recommended for the service of the morning staff at the 3rd floor who are alert and friendly... Thank you Santika Premier Dyadra Medan for your service 🙏🙏🙏 we will be back for sure for celebrate my wife 51st birthday on this Januari and we hope get the best suprise and free upgrade the best room for us 😊
