Hotel is impressive and very reasonably priced; check in was friendly and efficient, room pleasant and very spacious; a short walk to three large malls and Gubeng railway station.

Couldn't be happier for a week long work trip where I had to work in the room half the time. Huge room, bed and desk and good view. Central location next door to malls but off the busiest roads with better air by the river. For me no point in paying twice the price elsewhere just for more recent decor.

La camera (forse per la scelta "fumatori") puzzava e anche molto, le finestre non erano apribili e la moquette, macchiata, ha assorbito evidentemente anni di fumo. Il bagno non ha l acqua potabile e la doccia era una vasca sporca/macchiata chiusa con una tenda il letto non era dei più puliti il wc perdeva le tende strappate il filo del phon era ricoperto da uno spesso strato di polvere nera l odore di fumo era persistente e fastidioso (sono stato in altre camere per fumatori e non ho mai sentito quel livello di puzza, la palestra in realtà attrezzata da l'impressione di una vecchia struttura anni 80 con macchine datate e anche qui la moquette La piscina è non molto grande ma essendo pubblica è gremita durante tutto l'arco della giornata. Le finestre non si aprono ma comunque il fiume vicino solleva spesso miasmi poco piacevoli

The bathroom was in terrible condition, very rundown.

A grand Hotel with enormous rooms. The shower is hot and the bed is soft. For a few days we enjoyed the feeling of luxury and comfort. Great location if you like shopping and food

In die Jahre gekommenen Hotel, muss mal ganz toll gewesen sein. Grundrenovierung erforderlich. Die Reinigungskräfte sind genauso schlecht wie in Deutschland

Das Hotel war gut organisiert und hat einen schicken Eingangsbereich.

Das bad war eher dreckig zb viele Haare und sehr viel Kalk. Die Einrichtung insgesamt war ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen.

De vloerbedekking in de slaapkamer was niet schoon. De wc was niet schoon.

Il est situé proche d’un centre commercial Ave beaucoup de commodities et proche de la gare.

Cet établissement n’est pas du tout un 4 étoiles. J’avais vu que les photos qu’il était un peu défraîchi. Mais je ne m’attendais pas à recevoir une chambre sale : elle ne semblait pas à avoir été lavée avant notre arrivée. De nombreux cheveux coincés dans la moquette, des poils dans la salle de bain et des draps sales ! Nous avons demander à changer les draps et passé l’aspirateur ce qui a été fait. Mais cela devrait être fait avant notre arrivée, pas sur demande ! La piscine ne correspond pas à la photo. Et les massages du spa n’étaient pas de très bonne qualité. L’équipe a cependant été réactive et serviable. Nous leur avons fait part de nos remarques et ils nous ont proposé un petit déjeuner offert et une laverie.

And down the loddy I had tea and chicken sandwich 🥪 I used my card and at first your staff not sure, and I was in a rush so I paid cash ... Later that day she came and found me to give back the cash..... I am amazed. Thank you for the honestly. Appreciated

Very thing was good

We waren onder de indruk van de ruime kamer, met aparte zitgedeelte. Erg fijn, we hebben er zeker gebreuik van gemaakt. De service van het personeel was uitstekend. Ook de ligging is prima,, naast een shopping mall waar je goed kan eten en winkelen.

Совсем не понравился отель. Понятно, что старый, но можно же его содержать в чистоте, стены помыть, ковры почистить. Грязно. Вода в номере горячая чёрная! Еле течет в душе лейка. На 3й день только стала нормальной. Кондиционер очень шумный. В комнате будто сыро. Ложилась спать и замерзала от влажной постели. Интернет видеозвонки в зуме не тянет. Пользовалась мобильным интернетом. Лампа над чайником горела постоянно, сломался выключатель. На просьбу починить, просто выкрутили её, и свет не включался теперь во всей комнате. С моём номере была дверь в соседний номер, что мне казалось небезопасно, так как я путешествую одна. Номер выходил на улицу и было очень шумно, не спала все 3 ночи. Не рекомендую совсем этот отель! Переехала в Kokoon hotel а этой же ценовой категории, там было чисто, красиво, с кондиционером проблема, но лучше вариант.

The room was very good we had twins room, each bed was big enought, wider then most twins beds, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent, the best we ever had in our journey in Indonesia.

The only thing we didn't like was in breakfast the staffs were try to took out plate before we left the table. Just little bit not comfortable.

A wonderful and affordable hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They have tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries. The hallways on the floors are carpeted, so you can barely hear people walking or carrying suitcases. The staff is attentive. Special thanks to the girl at the reception, Tirta Adelista, she really helped us out. We couldn't buy a train ticket. She completed all the paperwork, bought it, and printed it out, even though that wasn't part of her job description. The hotel is in a great location, off the busy street, and has its own entrance to a large shopping mall. If we return to Surabaya, we'll definitely choose this hotel.

Chambre très désuète, moquette sale, serviettes qui sentent le tabac froid. On s’est fait réveillés 2 matins par le téléphone pour nous demander notre linge à laver alors que nous n’avions rien demandé. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien fourni mais pas bon. Au final le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon, j’aurais préféré payer un peu plus et pour un hôtel qui respecte ses standings, ou bien moins cher pour une guesthouse simple.

Room service was not that good. No coffee pats, sometimes the towels where smelly. The swimming pool was all the time in use by schools.

The stuff was very kind. The room was big and the bed was quite good. We had non smoking room.

The bathroom needs a remodeling and there were some hairs still in the shower and on the bathroom floor.

Huge rooms. Great price. Clean. Old world charm...And it's dark history which explains the huge room hahahahaha.

It's dark history too? Amenities can be run down but I love it still because it shows an old world charm stuck in time.

The location is so central, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My experience at the Dauni spa which is the on-site spa was fantastic

The rooms are old, we were given a smoking room and there were cigarette burns and marks everywhere (carpet, bin) and the toilet is clogged. Marks are everywhere on the wall, vent, air conditioning etc. We ended up getting a complimentary upgrade to Deluxe Suite non-smoking which was finally meeting my standards The main lift is also a bit scary as they shut quite quickly and not very sensitive in the opening.

Room is amazing. I'd book this hotel every time in Surabaya. Better than most hotels around the area. Amazing value for the price. You get a massive room with 3 separate sections. Bed comes with 4 pillows and daily house keeping. AC is great. The bed is comfortable, but could use a mattress topper to make it more soft. There are 3 massive malls within walking distance.

WiFi is not usable. 7mbps. Gym is not very pleasant (I had a look and never went there after that) I'm pretty sure soap and shampoo are literally the same but in different colours. The restaurant below is ridiculously expensive.
