Posizione un po' defilata rispetto al centro, ma vicinissima al centro commerciale più grande della città. Camera piuttosto ampia e colazione super.

Sono stato solo una notte, niente da segnalare.

Central location, friendly staff and very good breakfast choice

Location was near a mall and within walking distance. Receptionist was very polite and friendly and welcomed us upon arrival. Also provided clear directions when asked! Room was spacious and very worth for the price. Bed was comfortable too

Flooring's laminate was peeling off, towels were not the cleanest

This was a really welcoming place to stay the staff were so lovely friendly and helpful. It is extremely clean too. The cleanest hotel I have stayed at so far in Java. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well here. I also liked the proximity to everything I needed including a huge mall and lots of places to eat.

The place itself just walking distance to local attractions.

The air conditioner not sufficient cool the room. Hotand feel uncomfortable throughout night. Adding to that, my room facing main road and it still busy beyond midnight.

The staff here are hard to beat . I stayed for about one month , and all the staff here always gave 10 of 10 efforts to provide me the best service and hospitality experience possible.

Ik hebt een splinter nieuwe anwb koffer gewicht tester veeloren in de kamer,aangegeven , maar zij hebben het niks aangedaan,twrwijl ik juist op vertrek dag juist nodig hat.Toen gad ik een nieuwe gekocht in Tunjungan Plaza. Dat was mijn tegengevalde ervaring. !!!

Horrible condition, reno was skin deep, room falling apart with uneven floor, stray cables etc. Worst of all the AC failed and the manager just said it’s being fixed and tried to deliver a cake for service recovery (?) I could not sleep or keep my temper. Given 1 free night voucher but who would want to stay at such a hotel again???? Inna is supposed to be Indonesia’s state hotel company. What a disgrace!!

I stayed in Grand Inna Tunjungan for a couple days. It worth the price although the building is quite old but theres some renovation to make sure its still compete with the other hotels. What i loved most is the location in the city center, easy to find. The breakfast is good but i find it there is no creativity because the menu its quite the same everytime i had the breakfast. The pastries i find it for some its delicious but for some its quite hard to chew. When the first time i arrived i like the ambiance even there is some section who still have renovation. I give a 5 star for the hospitality from the staff they are very kind and helpful. The hotel also clean. The room its quite spacious but the glass window cant contain the noise from the road especially in the middle of the night. Overall i enjoyed my time while i stayed in Grand Inna Tunjungan I hope they can improve next time i came

strategic location close to malls and cafes, friendly service, and of course the rooms are clean. For my next trip, maybe I will visit again and recommend the Grand Inna Hotel to my family and friends.

I had an extraordinary experience staying here! The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean, and the lobby was spacious and pleasantly fragrant. From the moment I walked in, it didn’t feel like the Inna Hotel I used to know — everything is now much cleaner and more well-organized. The location is also very strategic, making it convenient for getting around. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

The accommodations were clean and nice, but above all, the breakfast was varied and delicious. I recommend including breakfast.

Location was good, plenty of places to explore nearby, shops, restaurants. Staff was welcoming, professional and helping. Room was pretty spacious. Small and dirty swimming pool.

There were mosquitos in the room which didn't allow us to sleep at all on first night. Although later they took care of it using a spray, but apparently 1 night wasted completely. A very serious concern was that there were bats moving around in the swimming pool, touching the water every now and then. I asked for a quiet room which they gave on the back side of the hotel but apparently there was a disco club nearby and the music blasted till 4 AM. Not good if you are a light sleeper like me. Would not recommend.

Everything was superb, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The location was perfect, close to the biggest mall and heritage buildings

The noise from the street was so loud as the soundproofing in the room needs to be adjusted.

Beautiful hotel and nice staff

The staff is the most pleasant on Surabaya. The place is comfy and quiet. They have large room even for standard room, the water is clean and refreshing. The place is near the Tunjungan Plaza Mall, have a public road connecting to TP mall, also the hotel is near Circle K if you need a snack or anything, also near public park / green park, if you want to hangout or just do running outdoor. Anyway it’s the best place to spend the holiday in Surabaya

Was fine for the price, but the room had a mold smell, and the carpet was covered in stains. Was clean though and the bed was clean and super comfortable. Staff were very nice. Area around is okay, mall is nice, but not much around besides that.

- The hotel location is very strategic in the middle of Surabaya. - Spacious and aesthetic rooms - Parking lot, free and quite spacious - I left something behind and the management informed me and sent it to my home address.

- I got room No. 525 with city views (as requested) but unexpectedly it seemed like my room had no soundproofing so I couldn't rest/sleep all night because of the noise of the highway and even the sound of motorbikes on the road kept roaring and the sound of their exhausts was deafening! - The shower water couldn't flow fast enough and was even slow to just fill the bath tap. - The towels no longer looked comfortable, worn and stiff.

The area, it’s in the middle of the city and very close to the mall and many restaurants.

The bedsheets and pillow covers are very dirty and smelly. The shampoo is mostly just water 🙆🏻‍♀️. The hotel lobby looks like 4 stars hotel, but the room and the service just like 2 stars hotel. The restaurant need to learn how to serve foods and how to serve customers better. We had dinner there and they gave us a very cold chicken satay 🤦🏼‍♂️ and they didn’t give us napkins. They were in rush to push us to pay. Just because they were about to close so they think we deserve their bad service smh and none of them told us that they were about to close. Next time you guys better tell to your customers if you’re about to close than give bad service and bad foods to your customer. The breakfast foods also all cold, even the porridge also cold

Great room, nice, clean, big and comfy. The staffs are amazing and friendly. Very reccomend hotel. The location is quite strategic, near Tunjungan Plaza. Lot of restaurants. The AC is also cold. I dont have any complaints to this hotel. Thank you.

I really liked this hotel , rooms are clean , comfortable , good facilities , staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was amazing I overate! The hotel's prime location in the heart of the city, makes it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

It is worth it to stay at this hotel. A good ppace, the hotel staff and the security are very polite, helpful and nice. The room is clean and neat. I have no complaints with everything here. Thank you for giving us a good experience and services.
