El alojamiento es comodo, esta bien ubicado y esta limpio. El desayuno es buffet y tienes muchas opciones y esta muy bueno todo. La cena, en su restaurante, extraordinaria. El personal es muy atento y amable

Uno de los dias no podiamos desayunar porque teniamos una excursion que iniciaba de madrugada asi que pedimos, por favor, que a ver si nos podían preparar algo para llevar de desayunar. Fueron muy amables y nos dijeron que si. La sorpresa fue que el desayuno para llevar consistió en una manzana, dos rebanadas de pan y dos bollos pequeños industriales. Muy lejos de las expectativas de un hotel 4 estrellas

Beautiful room and a good value for money.

The only downside was the pillows, which were too thick and uncomfortable. I ended up having to sleep without a pillow.

Zentral in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gelegen, Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück wirklich außergewöhnlich reichhaltig - für jeden Geschmack (westlich sowie asiatisch) was dabei.

早餐好吃死了！吃撑了，也是大落地窗，好看的 特别喜欢布艺的挂画，但是打印的装饰

市区的有点贵，三百多，不过是星级的，也可以了，有伴手礼商店就更好了

La chambre était grande avec une vue imprenable sur la ville. Les lits sont très grands et confortables. Les petit-déjeuners bénéficient d'un large choix. Un excellent choix !

L'hôtel est un peu bruyant et la climatisation sentait l'humidité

La chambre est grande et propre, le personnel est très sympathique et serviable, l’hôtel est proche de la gare. Et surtout le petit déjeuner ! Je n’ai jamais vu autant de choix, il y en a pour tous les goûts, et en quantité impressionnante

The breakfast was good with many choices but insufficient labels and informatiuon on the various buffet items, especially as the majority was Asian dishes.

Very very clean, and provided cleaning service and 4 bottles of water daily. AC and hot water worked well and bed was comfortable. Wonderful buffet breakfast with lots of variety, offering a great chance to try lots of different Indonesia cuisines (both food and drink). Enjoyed the pool during the heat of the day. Lobby was also a place to spread out a little more and relax as needed. Strong, fast wi-fi. Generally quiet; we stayed on a higher floor, so the noise from the street traffic did not bother us. The staff were all very friendly and professional and a joy to see each day. Indomaret and Alfamart close by if you wanted a less expensive, late night drink or snack.

It is a little far from things, but thankfully Grab’s were plentiful. The street it is on has 4 highly trafficked lanes, so crossing can be treacherous, but we eventually discovered a crosswalk w/ a red light on demand about a block down, which helped.

- La salle de bain est petite. - Le petit déjeuner est varié mais tous les plats chaud sont froid sauf ceux fait à la minute (exemple: nasi goreng, soupe de nouilles). Et le café n'est pas toujours bon, parfois que de l'eau. - La réponse personnelle par WhatsApp est très longue. On est arrivé tard que prévu. Aucune réponse pour savoir la disponibilité de notre chambre ou non. - La distribution de l'eau minérale est limité. Il n'y a pas la distribution de l'eau minérale dans le couloir. Il faut acheter l'eau minérale au supermarché. - Pas assez de restaurants autour d'hotel. Mais proche du supermarché et à la gare. - l'hôtel est bruyant car la saison des vacances. - 4ème étoile mais on est un peu déçu pour notre séjour.

This hotel has been my home away from home for some years - it is very conveniently located close to Airlangga University and Gubeng Station. The area is nice, with convenient shops and cafes nearby and the buzz of Tunjungan Plaza, etc. not too far off. What REALLY makes this hotel stand out though is its staff. To say that everyone working there is always friendly and accommodating is an understatement. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr Irzam in particular: Today, I checked out and went to the airport with not much of a time cushion before my flight. Having arrived there, I discovered that I had forgotten my passport at the Hotel. I am not sure HOW he did it, but Mr Irzam personally raced my passport to the airport in less than 30 minutes and enabled me to take my flight; it was a near miracle. If I wasn't already, Santika Gubeng would have earned themselves a lifelong customer!

The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly

Hotel staff friendly, room was clean, neat and tidy. Breakfast a lot of variety.

Door room I follow the instruction on key card but still difficult to open. After few time tried. Atlast went to reception they change the new key card.

Great breakfast including ginger tea and several other drinks in addition to the usual tea and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle to the train station

Мне нужен был отель на несколько часов между поездом и экскурсией, в близости от ж/д станции. Не задумываясь выбрала Santika, так как с сетью была знакома. И не ошиблась: это предсказуемое качество и комфорт. Просторные чистые номера, отличный матрас, помогающий персонал. Отель, в котором можно расслабиться как на отдыхе, так и в деловой поездке. Вид из номера прекрасен панорамой на город.

La gentillesse du personnel et sa disponibilité (m’aide volontiers à réserver des billets pour le speed boat direction les Îles Karimunjawa car ma carte bancaire ne fonctionne pas). L’emplacement (à 10 minutes en Grab de l’artère principale de Surabaya), la propreté de la chambre, sa bonne insonorisation ainsi que la belle vue sur la ville

Room no. 1917..the A/C is not cold, when I was staying at 1710 the A/C was excellent. One of the pillow case, had a lipstick..when they are doing the laundry...they don't washed it good.

One of the jajanan Pasar has a small stone inside the ketan/ rice....I guess the kitchen stuff didn't clean it very well. I told the staff about it, but she didn't tell the Mgr about it cause I saw that she just thrown out everything to the garbage without showing it to the Mgr first

Un très bel Hôtel, pas loin de la gare , ils peuvent vous emmener à la gare si vous prévenez . Le petit déjeuner est un grand buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est très agréable.

Mooie grote schone kamer. Ik denk als het druk is dat je wel lang moet wachten op de lift.

Kamer was ruim met een goed bed en het personeel was heel Erg vriendelijk. Hotel is vlak bij het treinstation.
