Çaalışanlar çok kibar ve yaklaşımları çok içten. Müşteri memnuniyeti için her imkanı sunuyorlar. Tesisin gelir elde etmek için değil, misafirleri memnun etmek üzere bir anlayışı var. Tesise gece yarısı, sabaha karşı vardık. Kahvaltı ile ağırladılar ve erken check-in yapıp odamızı hemen ayarladılar. Çıkış günü ise geç check-out ile tüm gün otel ve imkanlarından faydalanmamızı sağladılar. Öğlen 12 de odamızı boşalttığımız halde akşam yemeğinden evvel bize ayrı bir oda açıp, duş almamızı sağladılar. Resepsiyonda görev yapan Ali Bey, Abdelrahman Bey ve Fahmy Bey'e ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Aquapark, deniz, eğlence imkanları çok iyiydi. Çocuklarımla birlikte mutlu ve beklentilerimizin ötesinde hizmet aldığımızı belirtmek isterim.

La struttura è bellissima tutta curata il personale gentilissimo anche se noi avevamo difficoltà con l’inglese. Nonostante tutto si sono resi sempre disponibili e cordiali. Tutti tutti.

The service was outstanding, the beach was beautiful, and the pools and aqua park were amazing. All the restaurants offered delicious food with great variety. Tesis temiz, personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Deniz ve sahil kum, sahilden denize giriş olduğu için çocuklu aileler için tavsiye ederim. Şezlong bulma problemi yok, sahilde ve havuz kenarında içecek servisi gayet iyi. Açık büfe restoranda da servis ve mutfak personeli yardımcı ve hızlı. Ayrıca alakart restoranlar çeşitli ve lezzetli. Rezervasyon yapabilirseniz akşam yemekleri açık büfe restorandan daha sakin ve lezzetli oluyor.

Tesis oldukça büyük, odanız arkalarda olursa plaj ve restoranlara epey yürümeniz gerek. Eşimin ayak bileğinde sorun vardı, yürümede sıkıntı çekiyordu, doluluk nedeniyle yakın bir yere alamadılar ve tesislere ulaşımda güçlük çektik. Açık büfe restoranda özellikle et yemeği tek çeşit, çok seçenek yok. Plaj bölümünde otelin dışından işletme temsilcileri tarafından meyve suyu, tekne turu, masaj vb satışı nedeniyle sürekli rahatsız edilebiliyorsunuz. Otelin buna bir çare bulması iyi olur.

Le restaurant principal propose toujours les mêmes repas mais possibilités de réserver dans les restaurants avec des spécialités différentes rattrape !

Temizlik çok iyi seviyede. Güzel karşılama ve check-in işlemi. Personelin ilgisi yüksekti. Her gün mesajla konaklamanız nasıl geçtiğini ve bir şeye ihtiyacınız olup olmadığını soruyorlar. Üç farklı Ala Carte restoranını deneyimledik, servis kalitesi iyi fakat yemekler beklentimizi karşılamadı. Asya ve İtalyan hariç açık büfede aynı yemekler vardı. Açık büfe yemek çeşitleri yeterliydi ve lezzetlidir. Denizi ve plajı temiz, mercan ve balıkları seyretmek için şnorkelle dalışa uygun ve dalgasızdır. Çocuklar havuz ve Aqua parktan memnun kaldılar.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Royal Makadi! The resort is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and our room was clean and comfortable. The pools and beach were lovely, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing. Deuxième fois que nous venons au resort … 8 ans après … et toujours aussi bien voire encore mieux que dans nos souvenirs. Tout est parfait : les restaurants en réservation illimitée et sans surcoût pour la plupart, le petit-déjeuner fabuleux (mention spéciale au boulanger qui chaque matin me faisait spécialement cuire les petits pains locaux), le buffet du midi et du soir extraordinaire, une salle de sport bien équipée qui permet de passer un peu de temps au frais tout en se dépensant énergiquement, des piscines super (attention aux coups de soleil en nageant), nous avons assez peu profiter de la plage mais avons fait du Snorkeling (sur la gauche après le resort en allant vers les autres hôtels) avec des coraux magiques (quelles couleurs extraordinaires !). Nous avons profiter une fois des toboggans c’est sympa aussi. Bref en un mot : génial 👍 🥳

Allez chipotons un peu : la qualité du wifi est médiocre en extérieur (mais super dans les chambres). En vrai rien d’autre

الاستقبال الحسن من الموظفين خصوصا مستر عمرو. اتأخرنا في التسكين قليلا ولكن ذلك لأن الفندق كان fully booked. الموظفين والعاملين في الفندق جميعا بلا استثناء بشوشين وودودين ومحترمين ويقدمون المساعدة في كل الاوقات حتى في اوقات الذروة كانوا يتميزون بالتفاني في إرضاءنا. المطعم اكثر من رائع من حيث تيست الأكل وتفاني الشيفات وخصوصا شيف أشرف وباقي الشيفات والموظفين في المطعم جميعا سرعة واحترافية واهتمام طول الوقت . وشيف مطعم elia ايضاً . المطعم يوميا به ركن اطفال وركن هيلثي وركن شرقي وكله بجودة عالية جدا. المسابح كبيرة ومتنوعة في العمق والأكوا جميلة وعمال الأكوا مجتهدين وبشوشين.

رغم ان كل شيء في الفندق رائع إلا ان الغرف قديمة الى حد ما وتحتاج للتحديث . كما ان مساحات الغرف القياسية من اصغر مساحات الغرف في الغردقة وفي مجموعة صن رايز فهي 33 م فقط. ولكن ذلك لا يمنع انها كانت دائما نظيفة والروم سيرفيس محترفين ومهذبين. النقطة السلبية الاخرى في المطعم هي القهوة الحبوب المستخدمة ليست بجودة عالية وطعمها سيئ.

This is my ninth time staying at this hotel. From the very first time I walked in, I felt like I was entering my second home. ❤️ From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel comfortable and welcomed. You are greeted with a refreshing drink, and if the rooms are available, they arrange an early check-in. They also let us see the room before we settle in, so if we have any concerns or requests, they can be addressed immediately without wasting any of our precious vacation time. I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Amr, the Front Desk Manager, for his cooperation and support from the moment we arrived. He always goes above and beyond for us and for every guest, together with the entire reception team, to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. What I especially appreciate is that their care doesn’t stop once you receive your room. Every day, they contact us via WhatsApp to make sure everything is okay, that we have everything we need, and that there are no issues at all. And they always do it with a genuine smile that never leaves their faces. ❤️ Thank you so much to the entire reception team for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. And when it comes to the food, the restaurants, the quality, and the variety, honestly, words cannot express how grateful and impressed I am. This is especially important to me because I have some health-related digestive issues that make my digestive system quite sensitive. Any problem with food quality or preparation could potentially turn into a serious issue for me and ruin my entire vacation. Before I talk about the food and the restaurants, I would especially like to thank Chef Ashraf, the Executive Chef, who makes sure every single day that I have suitable food options, that everything is going well with me health-wise, and that any special dietary request I may have is taken care of.

There is just one small thing I noticed this year. We found two small cockroaches, one in my room and one in the children’s room. We contacted the hotel, and they apologized to us very much and sent a team to spray the rooms. I completely understand that this is beyond their control, especially because the hotel has so many green areas. However, I just wanted to bring it to their attention and ask if there could be any solutions or preventive measures in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Royal Makadi. The first thing that stood out was how clean everything was, from the rooms to the common areas, which made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. The food deserves special mention. There was a great variety on offer, and everything tasted delicious. It was easy to find something for everyone in the family at every meal. The aqua park was a huge hit and provided endless fun, especially for the kids. The beach was equally impressive, with a beautiful reef right there for snorkeling, which was one of the highlights of the trip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. My only real criticism is the family room. While it had two bedrooms, the overall size felt quite small for a family, and we found ourselves wishing there was a bit more space to spread out and move around comfortably. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with excellent food, fantastic facilities, and lovely staff. A little more room in the family accommodation would make it close to perfect. We'd happily return.

Third floor rooms without elevator was very difficult , some building closed corridors with temporary white walls was also not good

- Chambre agréable - buffet varié, change chaque jour — mention spéciale pour les restaurants Prida et Bedouin - Personnel adorable : merci à Valeria (guest experience), Aziz (réception, parle français), Mohamed (piscine) et Ahmed (spa) pour leur gentillesse et professionnalisme. - Piscines variées et chauffées - Animations en journée et en soirée par l'entertainment team - Ambiance familiale très agréable, bien différente du Xanadu juste à côté (ambiance bien plus Las Vegas). J'insiste sur le personnel avec qui nous avons communiqué et discuté, qui ont été d'une grande humanité et un bon service ! Quand on sait que certains travaillent sans jour de repos pendant plusieurs semaines et que peu de clients les remercient ou disent bonjour en retour (clientèle globalement très individualiste et malpolie).

- Chambre au bâtiment 12, juste à côté des travaux, malgré nos demandes en amont pour être proches de la piscine et loin du chantier. - Décoration de chambre et gâteau promis pour mon anniversaire non honorés (soucis de communication entre les membres du staff) — il a fallu réclamer pour que ce soit réglé, le service s'est ensuite nettement amélioré sur le reste du séjour. - Wifi peu fiable dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel, TV connectée mais sans accès Internet réel (seulement 3 chaînes françaises d'informations). - Hôtel orienté principalement vers une clientèle allemande et russe : le personnel parle bien allemand mais beaucoup moins anglais, y compris au téléphone pour la réception liée à la chambre - Cuisine pensée pour les goûts allemands (plats salés, gras), desserts assez décevants pour un palais français, et pas de vraies sucreries au splash bar pour le goûter - Personnel du salon de beauté qui insiste beaucoup pour obtenir des pourboires - Piscine fermée à 3 reprises sur la semaine (minimum 3h à chaque fois) à cause du comportement d'autres clients (bébés qui vomissent dans la piscine pour les grands alors qu'il y a 3 piscines faites pour les petits). - Salon de beauté cher pour la qualité : 100€ (négociés!) pour un soin du visage bâclé, un vernis qui s'écaille dès le lendemain, soin du dos fait en 5min chrono. - Pharmacie de l'hôtel chère (10€ le Doliprane) et de qualité douteuse -- éviter d'y acheter sa crème solaire. - Gros point noir : Traitement inégal entre hommes et femmes au niveau du service (attente plus longue, personnel moins réactif envers moi, stéréotype de l'homme qui paie, à qui on parle en premier) Au global, plusieurs petits détails qui manquent de finition pour un hôtel classé 5 étoiles.

On a positive note, the air conditioning performed excellently throughout the resort. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The animation team also deserves recognition, particularly Moussa, whose friendly personality and enthusiasm made the activities genuinely enjoyable. The Asian restaurant and Chemichuri restaurant were outstanding and easily the culinary highlights of the stay, offering a far better dining experience than the main buffet

I was extremely disappointed as the property is noticeably outdated, and its facilities do not reflect the premium rates being charged. The biggest letdown was undoubtedly the food. I stayed for 4 nights and it genuinely felt as though I was eating the same meals every day. The dishes lacked flavor, offered very little variety, and quickly became repetitive. Although the hotel advertises themed dinners such as German, Mexican, and Egyptian nights, this is misleading. In reality, the buffet remains almost identical from one day to the next, with only one or two dishes changed to match the advertised theme. The greatest disappointment was the so-called Seafood Night. We were encouraged by the staff to wait for it, describing it as one of the best dining experiences with a wide selection of seafood. Unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. The shrimp did not taste fresh, the seafood selection was extremely limited, and much of the buffet consisted of grilled chicken, stuffed vine leaves, and many other dishes unrelated to a seafood-themed dinner. It was, without question, one of the most disappointing meals of the entire stay. I have stayed at several other Sunrise properties, where the main buffet was consistently of such high quality that I never felt the need to reserve the à la carte restaurants. At this hotel, however, the buffet was so underwhelming that the à la carte restaurants became the only enjoyable dining option. The service was also inconsistent. On my first evening, at only 11:00 p.m., I ordered a simple mojito made with lemon, mint, and soda, only to be told that it was unavailable because they had already run out of the necessary ingredients. It was difficult to understand how such a basic drink could be unavailable so early in the evening. Likewise, at the pool snack bar, when I requested a menu, I was simply told to ask the chef preparing the pizzas what food was available instead of being provided with a proper menu.

this is our sixth visit there and we have enjoyed it a lot. the resort keeps improving and exceeding every year. All staff (at front desk, guest relations, animation, restaurants and bars) were great and doing their best to make the guests enjoy their stay. specials thanks to Mrs. Aya from the guest relations for helping us with a small conflict with another guest and she handled it perfectly. Thanks to Mr. Kimo from the animation for his help and work, our sons had a great time with all the entertainment. We are looking forward to our next vacation and visit.

This was our fifth visit to this hotel and it never fails to impress us. The facilities are amazing, the grounds so well kept and attractive, the food out of this world but the biggest asset are the beautiful friendly staff, they are a credit to the hotel and can't do enough for you with constant smiles on their faces. They really are the reason we keep returning.

Everything This is our second time In Sunrise Royal Makadi and we will definitely come again next summer. The staff is very welcoming and so polite, the pools and beach are outstanding, the food is exceptional, the animation team are so much fun and really nice and all the activities are really enjoyable

Nothing Maybe the rooms need to be a bit upgraded

From the moment you arrive at the resort, you are welcomed warmly and invited to take a seat while completing the check-in process. Refreshments are served, allowing you to relax instead of standing in a queue at reception, which is a lovely touch. Amr at the front desk was extremely welcoming and eager to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Upon arrival, we were also introduced to the Head Chef to discuss any dietary requirements, which demonstrated the resort's excellent attention to guest needs. The team member who truly went above and beyond was Fahmy from Guest Relations. Every morning, Fahmy would message us to check if there was anything we needed, followed by a phone call each evening to ensure everything had met our expectations and to ask if there was anything further he could do to improve our stay. Every request we made was acknowledged promptly and completed efficiently. His outstanding level of care and professionalism made a significant difference to our holiday. Other resorts could certainly learn from this resort's approach to customer service and guest hospitality. I have previously stayed at Rixos resorts in Egypt, but the service here was, without doubt, even better. There was also an excellent selection of complimentary activities available throughout the day, including archery, mini golf, table tennis, darts, billiards, and many more, ensuring there was always something to enjoy. I would highly recommend this resort and would happily return in the future.

Providing freshly opened bottled sparkling soft drinks in the à la carte restaurants would be appreciated, as on several occasions the drinks were flat. Introducing an Indian restaurant, similar to those available at Sentido resorts, would be a welcome addition and would appeal to many guests. Adding indoor recreational activities such as table tennis and foosball in the lobby bar area would be a great improvement. During the hottest parts of the day, it can be uncomfortable to participate in outdoor activities, so having more indoor entertainment options would enhance the overall guest experience.

Staff are super friendly, especial thannks to Abdulrahman in reception area, chef Elsaied in Italian restaurant (made especial food for my 6 years old son) and Kemo in animation team. Food is really good and variable especially in the dinner time. A lot of cuisine alacart restaurants but for me the best is the Italian (Basilico) restaurant. Average in house reef, not great but it's good to have within vicinity of the hotel.

Unfortunately, we noticed some bad behaviour from the guests towards the reef, some guests were feeding fish, trying to catch fish with a small net and collecting shell fish from the reef. The hotel have no clear instruction signs to how to deal with the reef. The rooms are slightly old but we'll maintained and very comfortable.

I like that your property is known for its quality, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction. I enjoy working in environments where high standards are important, and I believe I could contribute positively to your team.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally caring, friendly and always ready to help. The entire resort was spotlessly clean, with constant maintenance and improvements being carried out in a very discreet way, without disturbing the guests. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were excellent, and we would be happy to return in the future.

The only negative point was that small motorboats were passing through the area marked by buoys for swimming. They moved slowly and only a few times a day, but it was still worrying when children were swimming or snorkelling there, and even for adults using the area. For safety reasons, there should be a clearly marked boat corridor, and boats should not enter the designated swimming zone.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always smiling and ready to help. We truely received royal treatment. We especially loved the stunning view from the balcony and the easy access to the beach. Food was varied and delicious. The beach is sandy and amazing.We left feeling pampered, relaxed, and grateful for such an unforgettable experience thanks for everyone.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Royal Makadi Resort. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and facilities to the food and overall service. A special thanks to the reception team, who were always welcoming, professional, and eager to help. Their friendly attitude and attention to guests made a real difference and contributed greatly to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

One of the best hotel in Makadi. It’s not our first time to come and every time better than the last one. Special thanks for Mr. Amr and Abdelrahman from the reception they did all of the efforts to make our stay unforgettable. Sure we will come again soon.

Food was great, there are lots of varieties. The main restaurant is perfect and the snacks are also good. However, I didn’t like the ala carte restaurants. I tries three of them and they did not amaze me. The menus are very limited and the food is typical to what you will find in the main restaurants. The animation team is also good and they have a nice program for kids. This hotel is perfect for families with kids. I wish there were more kids activities and shows. My son loved them so much. The aqua and pools are nice, the sea is also sandy and very good. I also liked the keen staff, especially waiters in the restaurant and around the beach.

The rooms are very outdated, not suitable for a 5-star hotel. Although this will not ruin your stay, I expected expect better and more comfortable rooms. They are clean and the amenities are okay but the furniture and bathroom are not comfortable. I also didn’t like the fact that we have to reserve for the ala carte restaurants and attend exactly on time (not within your 90-minute slot), and at the end, the food is way below the average. Not worth this hassle. The main restaurant is 100/100, so no need for these ala carte restaurants. One very small but very important comment, this hotel is supposedly for families, so the shows (or at least most of them) should be suitable for kids. There was one show on Friday at the theatre where people were hitting each other violently and screaming which is not suitable for kids at all!!! By the way, 90% of the people who were watching this show that day were families with kids! I don’t know how no one commented or rejected this.

We were in June. There were few people and therefore there were always a lot of free sun beds. Excellent sandy beach and convenient access to the sea. Great evening shows, especially fireshows, you can't miss it.

The rooms are old, the furniture used to be very good, but now it looks very tired. Room cleaning is superficial, the windows have not been washed for a very long time. There are huge piles of dust in the corners. The food is delicious, but very monotonous, especially the poor breakfast. Children's room: active animation with children for 1-2 hours throughout the day, the rest of the time they just look after the children, my child always sat there and watched cartoons.

Having much fun with animation team Check in/out was so quick and reception team offered a great room with no extra charges “ thanks for Mr Amr , Abd el Rahman and Marwan” , they also did a daily follow up to ensure that we have a great stay. Food is delicious and restaurant staff make their best to make you happy Room is clean and tidy, thanks for room service Beach is wonderful, sandy and well organized

Binbir araştırma ve tereddütlerden sonra çok iyi bir tercih yaptığımızı anladık. 1 yaşın ki bebeğimizle acaba zor olur mu? diye kara kara düşünüyorduk ama beklentilerimizin üstünde bir otel ile karşılaştık. Çocuk havuzlarının sanki sahil gibi yürüyerek girilecek şekilde olması ve bebek masalarının her seferinde temizlenip kirlenmemesi için streç filme sarılması mükemmeldi. Bir çok otelin yorumlarında misafirlerin yemeklere alışamadıklarını okudum ve endişeleniyordum fakat gerek ana resteranda ki gerekse alacart (sınırsız) resteronlarda ki yemekler harikaydı 5 günde 3 kg aldım. Otelin temizliği, aqua park ve tesisler gayet iyiydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Görüğüm kadarıyla otel eski ama iyi bakım yapılarak güzel hale getirilmiş yine olsa yine aynı oteli tercih ederim fakat odamızda bulunan duş alanı bir kişi için bile küçüktü bir eksiklik olarak bunu söyleyebilirim.

- Food quality, variety and the way they serve and set their buffet up in main restaurant (Shahrzad) were not okay for me comparing with competitors hotels networks with same price. - Aqua is working only for 4 hours a day (10-12 & 15-17). - Family suites were not close to reception nor main resort activities, they were close only to aqua, would not be suitable for old people or the people who don’t like to walk during days specially summer days, no shuttle bus service was available, you could ask a golf car to take you from reception back to accommodation. - No elevators were available.

2 kez sharmda 1 kez marsa alamda resort tatili yaptım, burda ilk kez kaliyorum, 6 gunluk tatilimin son 2 gününü ishal ve bas agrisi ile geciriyorum, ucaga binecegim ve bu halde ne yapacağım diye düşünüyorum. 13 kisilik kalabalik bir grup olarak geldik, burayi secmemin sebebi fort arabesque in mercanlarina yakın olmasıydı, yüzerek veya yürüyerek o taraftan denize girilebilir deniyordu google yorumlarda ancak bunun büyük bir yanılgı olduğunu anladık.. plajin her 2 yanina da tekneler demirlemis ve iyi bir yüzücü ve misiri sadece mercan kesfi icin tercih eden bizlere bu iplerle çevrili yüzme alani tabii ki yetmedi.. ipleri yana dogru asmak istediğimizde tabii ki cankurtaranlarin duduklerine muhatap olduk.. kiyidan yürüyerek fort a gecmek istedigimizde de diger özel görevlileri izin vermedi.. yani mercan benim icin cok önemli diyorsanız kesinlikle fort arabesque öneririm. Sunrise da da mercan var ama cok daha az 4 5 öbek denilebilir ki fort arabesque in yaninda bu cok az ve derinde kalıyor. Neden zehirlendigim hakkinda hicbir fikrim yok.. cok şükür yanimizda ilaclar vardi ama Turkiyeye gidince acile gitmeyi düşünüyorum. Bloktaydik denize ve restorana uzaktik, golf arabalarina hic denk gelemedim ki ring sefer yaptiklarini düşünmüyorum.. bunun icin kolay bir çağırma sistemi olmali.. Plaj minderlerinin hijyeni hosuma gitmedi.. havuz etrafindaki sezlonglarda olan koruma/ruzgarlik plajda nedense yoktu ki 3 gun zaten aşırı ruzgar vardi.. plajda muziksiz alana otursak bu kez de son gun havuzda kopuk partisine ve gurultusune denk geldik.. plajda yapilan köpük partisinin köpükleri de rüzgarla denize ulaşıyor maalesef. Plaj bardakları maalesef kötü durumda ve plastik.. hastalik olmasa hepsini göz ardi edebilirdim mercan eksikligi disinda.. ama bir daha gelecegimi düşünmüyorum. Bu gibi hastalik durumunda da bir telafi olmasi gerektigini düşünüyorum sonucta paranla rezil oluyorsun..

Temizlik ve güleryüz üst düzeydeydi. Genel olarak bozuk ya da çalışmayan bir şey görmedim. Yemekler standart temiz malzemeler kaliteli ancak her yemek beğenilmeyebilir. Fakat herkes yiyecek bir şey bulabilir. Plaj kocaman genelde plaj tercih ediliyor. Kum ve yavaş derinleşiyor. İçinde resifler var. Yandaki diğer otelleri de gezebileceğiniz bir yürüyüş yolu var. Luxor gezisi ve Mahmya ada gezisi öneririm.

Resepsiyon tarafındaki yaklaşımı sevmedim demeyelim eksik buldum. Oda seçimi konusunda ya da isteklerimi net ifade etme konusunda sıkıntı yaşadım. Allahtan yöneticileri olaya müdahale etti. Diğer çalışanların tamamı güleryüzlü ve yardımsever ancak resepsiyonda çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü değiller. Ama genelde diğer otellerde de böyle. Güvenliğe dönüşüm için taksi plakası iletmekte bile zorlandım. Gece uyumadan sabah 8-9 gibi ulaşmama rağmen 2'ye kadar chekin için bekledim. Gidip sorduğumda anında kartımı verdiler ancak gel al diyebilirlerdi. Zaten haber vereceklerini de söylemişlerdi.

The kids area was filthy

The resort was very clean and tidy with nicely kept gardens. Our room (family room) was clean and tidy. The a/c worked well and the shower was great, the fridge was well stocked with drinks and these were replenished each day. There were places to eat by each of the pools and bars for drinks, plenty of toilet areas that were clean also. The sea is clear and great fish life to see, plenty of sunbeds and good shade, the pools were sufficiently warm to enjoy and the waterslides good. The staff are excellent and try hard to ensure you are happy, often they will remember your drinks or just simply your name which is nice. The food was varied.

Our room was a bit old fashioned and tired, nothing was broken but for example the outdoor chairs had been repainted/varnished when really it was probably time to replace (type of thing I do at home to try and get another year from the garden furniture). Myself and my son had upset stomachs during the stay, I had D&V, my wife and daughter weren’t affected, but I can only think it was due to food from the buffet, we only ate at the hotel and each picked different things. In the first few days we were pestered by sales people, this dropped off in latter stages but it was way too much in the first few days too the point were I reported it.

Amazing from start to finish ! The staff make this place so amazing and are fantastic but there was one guy who stood out this time and that was Alaa in the main restaurant and also the Asian ! Keep doing your job as good as you’re doing and you’ll go far ! Thank you also to all the staff 😊

Staff was super friendly they exceeded any other experience and even exceeded our expectations, they made our trip very baby friendly, they had everything available, food was exceptional - Abdelrahman Ghalab and Eslam Mousa at the reception was super nice and made everything smooth and easy and quick! Will repeat It for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly appreciated the warm hospitality from the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. A special mention goes to Mr. Sayed Hanafi at the reception, who was extremely professional and supportive. He helped us choose the best room that perfectly suited our needs, and his kindness made a great first impression. We would also like to thank all the restaurant staff, especially Chef Bahaa and Chef Mohamed, for their outstanding service and care. They always did their best to make sure we were satisfied, and whenever a dish we wanted was unavailable, they went above and beyond to arrange it for us. Overall, the staff’s dedication and genuine hospitality made our experience truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

Önceliği personele veriyorum asık suratlı tek personel görmedik desek yeridir,o sıcağın altında herkes işini severek yapıyor herkes yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor,hiçbir barda veya restaurantlar da sıra beklenmedik normalde böyle konseptlerde yemeğini ve içeceğini sen alırsın ama burda içeceğüni gelip soruyorlar bittikçe tazeliyorlar,diğer bir konu ise alakart restoranlar tam 8 tane var İtalya'nın dan meksikasına asya mutfağından deniz mahsullerine kadar,normalde belli bir konaklama gece sayısından sonra bir kereliğine mahsus yararlanma imkanı tanırlar bu otelde istersen her akşam farklı alakart restoranlarından faydalanabiliyor sun ekstra ücret yok ve inanılmaz lezzetli hepsi ,denizi son derece güzel Aquapark yeterli,odalar gayet iyi ,havuz ve deniz kenarındaki barlar son derece yeterli ,gün boyu atıştırmalık ne ararsan var , alkollü içecekler son derece yeterli,Türk kahvesine kadar düşünmüşler,gelelim otelin temizliğne yerde en ufak bir çöp bile görmedik bu kadar dikkat ediyorlar ,son olarak biz yanımıza 4 şişe snekkovucu getirdik mevsiminden midir bilemedik ama sivrisinek yoktu hiç yoktu hemde inanamadık ,özetleyecek olursak personelin kalitesi ,yemeklerinin lezzet ve çeşitliliği ve otelin genel temizliğine 5 yıldız verdik.

Olumsuz bir şeye rastlamadık hani illa bir şey demek gerekiyorsa odalarda hep spot ışık kullanılmış bir abajur olsa iyi olurdu gece lambası olarak günün yorgunluğunu atarken biraz loş bir ortam arıyor insan :)
