No microwave in room or available downstairs for guests to use. Breakfast offered is definitely nothing special. Eggs with ham were slightly runny/ undercooked & chicken sausage was cold. I mentioned the cold sausage to attendant & he just shook his head & smiled. I don’t think he spoke English.

I would have liked an open window in the evening rather than the air conditioner on all night. Also the toilets are too low for me. I had hip surgery a couple of months ago and it was difficult using the toilet.

Would prefer that toilets be adult height. The one in our room seemed very low. Some difficulty in seeing what options are available on TV.

Breakfast ok. They need more staff to make it be a little less "sticky" at the waffle area and restocking. The person tries, but it is a lot for one. Bathrooms small, our toilet kept plugging, it never had enough water in basin, plunging did not help. We told clerk on check out, said she would put a maintenance request in.

Their front desk girl at night, Sophia or or Sofia, was absolutely rude and disrespectful when trying to check in. The faces and remarks she made to a customer whom drove 12 hours straight thru, I was baffled, exhausted and blown away at how she acted. BEN, I think was the manager and was amazing and very professional when speaking to me over the phone while fixing the situation.

Reviewed Sep 25, 2025The room that we were given had mold in the shower and one of the large window blinds (two shades) didn't work. One shade was ripped from dog scratches and the one blind behind it was pinned up with clips. Rooms should also be set aside that are pet free for those who can't tolerate pet hair. I complained to the front desk and they said they would send someone right away to see about fixing the blind, no one ever showed up. Also don't book your stays through any source other than the hotel's reservation site or you will be given the worst rooms. Stayed at Hampton Inn in Rochester MN many times throughout the years and this was how we were treated. Won't be staying there again.
