Super 8 by Wyndham Kapuskasing

Why was I charged $50 more than the week before. Was never shown the second bill - it was sent as an email.

Good

Room was noisy -could hear people above us and in the hall

Just went there for my son's graduation for the OPP

Close by to the event

Very clean

Price

Très bon petit déjeuner avec personnel courtois

Piscine et spa en rénovation Bruit fort de cognement la nuit ( probablement plus à cause d’un client que de la faute de l’établissement)

Absolutely amazing staff here! They were able to get me a room on very short notice for a very reasonable rate as well!

Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. It was quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. I hope the pool will be up and running for my next stay!

Excellent continental breakfast Courteous staff

Great rooms. Very clean. Efficient staff.

Hotel very noisy.

Breakfast wasn’t the best. We have had better. Not a great selection.

There was only sausage and no bacon as shown. Lots of people waiting for eggs and toaster. Juice machine was not working.

Meh,

overpriced, breakfast was crap, and staff wasn’t very helpful

Nothing

Courteous staff Good location Water slide and pool bonus

Nothing

Clean, more amenities than expected for a Super 8.

waffle maker wasn't cooking properly.

Only at a supper 8 would this happen Late for breakfast staff heated up some sausages for on bacon day Truck battery dead front desk came out to help me boost it Then maintenance came out Worked a long day Manager warmed up some milk to go with my instant soup

The room was spacious and clean. The pool was large enough and the kids had a great time in it. Breakfast was good. The partying seemed to shut down at 11 pm. The staff were courteous and friendly.

Great breakfast. Easy stairways to use.

Nothing bad to note.

Very clean

Poorly built, you can hear people walking and using the toilet in the room above you. If staying here I would recommend requesting the top floor.

Bed very comfortable and hot tub excellent. Clean and nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Nothing I can put my finger on!

the hotel is in a great spot just ouside town. very clean and staff was very friendly. A and W right beside so if your hungry.

Great food and service. Bed was very comfortable and it was clean

Rooms were exceptionally clean. Pillows, mattress, and bedding were so comfortable!

Very friendly,very clean

Overall very good

Exceptional staff, friendly and helpful.

Our room was really clean and comfortable. We had quick and friendly service at check in and check out. The breakfast was complimentary and made an early start easy.

Pool area was under construction, which is fine but office chairs and tape don’t really denote a proper work area. Carpet in room was heavily stained and certainly needs replacement.

Clean place

The room is very clean and welcoming The team were friendly and courteous

This was a great hotel and experience. Won't go wrong with this choice. The breakfast was great. Staff are inviting and friendly. Comfortable and clean.

I really liked the breakfast. The lady who was doing the breakfast was really friendly. Staff was very nice. Check in through the online process was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Excellent hotel, very clean, comfortable and modern. Excellent staff and good breakfast!

We were very satisfied with the room, courteous and friendly service, the breakfast was good & we enjoyed using the pool & fitness room

Great choice for business or travel stay. Excellent customer service. Rooms and facilities are clean and well maintained.

Clean sheets and pillows don’t smell like head. Pet friendly which is a must for us. Friendly and professional staff. Nice breakfast between 6 and 10. Overall great experience. Been using this facility every year for the past 5 years. Will be back next year

Happy to see everything was spotless! Very comfortable bed. Friendly personnel. The breakfast was very good and there was more to eat than a toast and a coffee.

Beautifully renovated very recently. Recommend it.

It was very clean! Very quiet and comfortable

Great staff, very accommodating to our needs, clean and spacious room

All good except the noise from about floor.

It was very easy to find. Check in was quick. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable

This is a regular hotel, but we had a good stay. The staff is friendly and the beds are comfortable. We booked it because it has a pool for my son. The pool was great for him, note: the slide is gone and it kind of looks like a construction zone where it used to be, but it did not bother us. Breakfast was fine, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles and then the regular cereal and toast. Overall, a little pricey but the pool sold us on this one.

We stopped during our way to Ottawa, it was great

The staff was exceptional. Always wanting to lend assistance. And very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Amenities were all serviceable especially pool and wonderful hot tub. Breakfast offered full menu and was delicious. And finally part that I most appreciated was a veterans parking stall..thank you from the bottom of my heart

Nice clean property

Very friendly and helpful staff. Answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. The pool was a bonus.

Great stay! Staff was very friendly and there was a hot counter breakfast available in the mornings. Forgot there was a pool otherwise I would’ve gone in!

King suite with bunk beds was awesome, my son absolutely loved having his own space. Pool was clean, hotel was clean, overall a great stay. Only knock is the area around the hotel, but that's just the nature of being on the 11 in Kap.

This hotel seemed quite well-cared for, clean and quiet

I was very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms.

Very cordial and professional staff

Great hotel

Room was clean, comfortable. Front desk was helpful and polite. The pool and hot tub were a bonus, pool area was quiet and clean. The breakfast which is a little better then a regular continental breakfast, also a bonus. All in all a decent stay.

It was fine. Could use some.updating. breakfast isnt great.

Great!

After a long drive, it was great to go into a nice, clean, fresh room. One look and you knew you didnt have to worry about anything. The pool and hot tub were great as well!

good stay...bit pricey for one night, but by far better than any of the other places I have stayed in the Kap

We hear people talking an screaming all night long, never go there again

very nice property with large extremely clean rooms and nice pool attention to details like the soaps and shampoos

a bit pricier than other hotels in the are but definitely worth it

Property was nice and well kept. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints. It's right on the highway going into town. Not really any place to walk to but everything is a close drive.

Great hotel. Nice pool, hot tub, good breakfast and a clean, tidy hotel with good sized rooms. The kids loved the bunk beds! There is s fridge, microwave, dove bath and body products. Breakfast included, baked beans, waffles, eggs (boiled or scrambled), instant oatmeal, cereal, breads and buns, muffins, coffee, tea and juice and sausages. There were also jams, peanut butter and cheese whiz packets (that was a new one for us). Pools slide had been removed, but it was still clean and nice. Shower right there to rinse off before and after the pool and bathrooms that can be used as a change area in the pool room too!

Always a great stay at Super 8 in Kapuskasing. Its updated, clean and the service is amazing!

After getting the help to get a room with bunk beds as they ordered us a one bedroom night other bed . So thanks to this group they fixed our stay To a king with bunk beds as we wanted so God is good

Not much to complain
