The air conditioner wasn't working right, it was so hot during the nights. Elevators weren't working either. Pool had some leaves, but it was nice.

Nos dieron unas habitaciones que están en el acceso de un parking público que tiene una puerta abierta 24 horas, tuvimos sensación de inseguridad. La piscina también da a esa entrada tan extraña, y, además, si te bañaras, tendrías un aparato de aire industrial enorme al lado, vamos, cero apetecible. Además, el baño de la habitación estaba descuidado y la ducha es muy incómoda, se sale el agua por todos lados.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Location, location, location. The beds were comfortable there was a refrigerator. The hotel bar and lounge is beautiful. It’s a must to dine there. The bartender Jeremy was wonderful. The staff was accommodating and helped us clean the bathroom after we made a mess from a day at the beach and tracked sand into the bathroom, they helped us clean it up. They turned down the beds for us. Everything was wonderful. The casino is clean, not smoky. It’s a must stay.
I thought that the parking was free. We were told that they validate our parking so we can go in and out as many times as we need to, but you have to take the ticket to the front desk and then take the validated ticket to the parking garage attendant. When we checked out that’s when we were charged for the parking garage. I believe at a discounted rate, but I haven’t seen the receipt. The good thing is that there are elevators available. They have a modern parking garage can fit all types of cars. They also have extra parking offsite across the street open air parking garage.

Parking does not provide direct access to lobby, just to the casino, allowing you to get wet under rain, staff at the reception during checking did not even look at me, breakfast on Sunday starts at 7 and finishes at 10am, but the waiting line is so long that because the checkout is at 11, you need to check out before having any breakfast (so, we got breakfast outside) plus there is only one elevator to the rooms, and you need to wait long time at the check out time because the cleaning staff is using it. Finally, the password did not work. The only positive aspect of the hotel is the location. Recommending not going there. Definitively, I won't do it.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Todo: el servicio, la limpieza, la comodidad del cuarto, la ubicación, el desayuno es exquisito y variado y la amabilidad de todos los que allí laboran. La vista del balcón del cuarto qué nos tocó era hermosa.
En cuanto a la acera para ir al elevador debe ser un poco más ancha para las personas que usan silla de ruedas. La curva está algo estrecha. Estamos planificando volver con mi tía que está en silla de ruedas y eso sería un problema.

Recogían el cuarto pero no limpiaban como tal. Decía que cada tres días se hacia cambio de sabanas, etc pero estuve 5 días y no fue así. Recomiendo que pasen un paño y mapo todos los días en los cuartos.

El aire acondicionado no se puede manejar desde la habitación. Tienes que pedir a la recepción para que te lo regulen, pero tampoco pueden modificar mucho la temperatura. Pueden apagarlo si quieres.
