Fantastic pool area and day time entertainment.

We didn't like the food I really think the food suited more eastern European people. We found the breakfast very oiley and not a great selection. I was delighted we didn't go full board as it would have been a waste of money. Our room wasn't pleasant as it had a lot of damp patches really ugly. I didn't bring it up with reception as there English wasn't great. I did take photos but don't know how to upload them here. Our check in time was 2pm but didn't get a room till 3pm not a good start. After saying all this the hotel was lovely and would go back it's just the room was bad condition.

El personal de limpieza muy atento El desayuno súper completo, el personal del desayuno, muy poco atentos , había una Sra joven quejándose a los gritos , malas palabras incluidas , que realmente nos hicieron sentir incómodos, uno va de vacaciones y obviamente el personal no puede quejarse del trabajo que damos los huéspedes porque gracias a que hay huéspedes ella tiene trabajo . Después atendió de la misma, horrible forma el bar de la piscina. La habitación que nos tocó, familiar, súper cómoda aunque le falta algo de mantenimiento.

El horario del desayuno era hasta 10. 30 pero empezaban a levantar las cosas 10.20

Vi fikk ikke beskjed om at drikkene ved middagen kostet penger. Vi hadde halv pensjon så middag var inkludert, men fikk vite siste dagen at vi hadde 40€ verdt med drikker fra middager

Das Hotel hat eine klasse Ausrichtung zum Meer. Wir hatten eines der besten Zimmer oben im Hotel und einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Das Essen war sehr gut und es gab glutenfreie Alternativen, auch wenn es nicht viele waren. Der Pool ist wirklich herausragend. Es gibt kostenfreie Handtücher für den Pool oder den Strand. Die Laufwege sind völlig in Ordnung und nicht zu weit.

In unserem Zimmer gab es einen teilweise relativ starken Chlorgeruch. Wenn man ins Zimmer reinkam war er wirklich sehr stark, aber irgendwann hat man diesen nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Im Bad gibt es mehrere Stellen die geschimmelt haben. Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nicht wirklich gut abgelaufen und der Duschstrahl ist nicht gerade stark. Obwohl wir ganz oben waren, war es teilweise trotzdem sehr hellhörig. Wenn man weiter unten liegende Zimmer hat, wird das definitiv zum Problem werden. Steckdosen sind leider sehr merkwürdig verteilt. In Bettnähe gab es keine. Beim Abendessen wird gewünscht, dass Herren eine lange Hose tragen. Abseits davon, dass ich Kleiderordnung im Hotel absolut schwachsinnig empfinde, ist es völlig an der Realität vorbei, dass man den Gästen vorschreibt, in einem nicht klimatisierten Essensaal bei 36 Grad eine lange Hose tragen zu müssen. Der größte Minuspunkt ist der Service. Bereits als wir ankamen, drängelte sich ein anderes Paar, was bereits im Hotel war, vor und das wurde auch gesehen und trotzdem ignoriert. Abseits davon wurde dem Paar vor uns ein Begrüßungsgetränk angeboten und bei uns vorerst vergessen. Allgemein war es eine eher kühle Grundstimmung. Uns wurde dann gesagt, dass wir ein kostenfreies Upgrade erhalten würden. Wir hatten lediglich ein einfaches Zimmer mit vollem Meerblick gebucht und wurden dann in eine „Suite“ verfrachtet, welche ganz unten zur Straßenseite war. Diese Suite war extrem unpersönlich, dunkel und sehr ungemütlich. Wir fühlten uns absolut unwohl. Als wir dann fragten, ob wir einfach ein normales Zimmer zur Meerseite haben könnten, so wie wir es auch gebucht hatten, wurde uns etwas pampig entgegnet aber letzten Endes zugestimmt. Wir bekamen dann das Zimmer im oberen Bereich. Man hatte schnell das Gefühl, dass wir einfach irgendwohin verfrachtet werden sollten, damit das tolle Zimmer für jemand anderen frei bleiben konnte.

Leider gibt es keinen direkten Strand-Zugang und die Liegen müssen extra um 15€ pro Tag reserviert werden. Im Vergleich zu anderen All-Inclusive-Hotels, waren sehr viele Getränke und Speißen nicht inkludiert.

La colazione poco varia,cena molto etnica,la paella secondo me,dovrebbe essere un piatto fisso essendo in Spagna. Da migliorare la selezione dei menù,molto di tendenza orientale.

Everyone on the staff is exceptionally kind and professional. The hotel is impeccably clean, the food is delicious, and the views of the Atlantic Ocean are absolutely magnificent.

Finom ételek voltak, viszont a levesek, gyümölcsök elég egyhangúak voltak. Tetszett a lift ami levitt a parkolóig, illetve a mini konyha is nagyon tetszett ami a szobahoz tartozott. Szintén tetszett az óriási szoba es Balkon.

Eléggé kopottak voltak a bútorok es a fürdőszoba. Volt a szobának egy furcsa dohos szaga, ami eléggé zavart minket

Personal en la recepción es excepcional. Vinimos con la reserva vía booking. Pero fue un error - en vez de reserva para 5 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños y un bebe), el hotel recibió la reserva solo para 3 personas (2 adultos y un solo niño). Al final nos dieron un upgrade gratuito! Sin palabras 👌Muchísimas gracias por vuestro atención. Vamos a recomendarlo a nuestros amigos!

La ubicación y la habitacion (esta última grande pero muy dejada de mobiliario, camas muy malas, te levantas con dolor de espalda porque son pésimas. Me gustó mucho el personal, hacen lo que pueden con los pocos que son.

Buffet una verdadera pena, ya había leído comentarios malos, pero en persona peor. Todos los días lo mismo en las comidas y cenas mal cocinado y baja calidad, el desayuno pasable y muy mejorable. Comida cena y desayuno de un hotel de 3 estrellas malo. Falta muchísimo personal en el restaurante, no dan a basto.

We liked everything - room was spacious and clean. Staff was amazing, very nice and helpful. Food was perfect - breakfast and dinner. Pool area was also very good-one of the rear hotels we stayed that u dont have to pay extra for Balinese beds. Also Amadores beach is amazing. We will be back.

It is not about the hotel, but road to and back from the beach is a little steep, we did not mind it, but maybe someome would consider it.

La sympathie du personnel. La diversité des plats proposés le matin et le soir. La proximité de la plage et de la mer. La propreté.

Ne pas avoir la possibilité d’avoir de l’eau plate à disposition gratuitement au repas du soir ( inadmissible !) Si vous êtes Français , la communication est difficile surtout si vous ne parlez ni Espagnol , ni anglais. D’avoir appris que l’eu de l’hôtel n’était pas potable 2 jours apres notre arrivée !

Das Essen hat unsere erwartungen nicht getroffen, zwar großes Auswahl an Produkten aber insgesamt geschmacklich ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Das Meiste wird einfach ohne Salz gekocht, Nudeln sind matchig. Das allerschlimmste aber, sind die vielen Gäste aus D, die morgens Reihenweise die die Liegen am Pool besetzten und Stundenlang unbesetzt bleiben, das nervt unheimlich und da sollte das Hotel etwas unternehmen.

The views from the hotel are amazing. The rooms were very spacious, the quality of the towels and linen was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The room cleaning service was exceptionally good. We only spoke to the reception staff twice, once on arrival and once when we left - but both occasions they were very friendly and efficient. Our overall impression was good but I don't think we would come back.

The restaurant was under staffed, and there was often a wait for the food to be replenished, the staff didn't look very happy either. The evening entertainment was mediocre. The top terrace pool area would benefit from a bit of background chill out music.

Mein 5-tägiger Aufenthalt im Gloria Palace Royal Hotel & Spa war absolut hervorragend, weshalb ich gerne die volle Punktzahl vergebe und das Hotel definitiv nochmals besuchen werde. Schon beim Empfang lief das Booking an der Rezeption absolut reibungslos und professionell ab. Ein besonderes Highlight im Rezeptionsbereich war die regelmässige Live-Musik: Ob Trompete oder E-Piano – es trat immer nur ein einzelner Musiker auf, was für eine sehr chillige und edle Atmosphäre sorgte. Die gesamte Anlage war zudem stets tadellos sauber, und die Reinigungskräfte waren ausserordentlich freundlich. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die clevere Baukonstruktion des Hotels, durch die eine erholsame, reine Stille herrschte. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön, auch wenn das Hotel durch seine Lage nicht permanent in der direkten Sonne liegt und die Balkone dadurch teils im Schatten liegen. Wer den Thalasso-Bereich nutzen möchte, sollte zudem wissen, dass dieser an die Zusatzkosten der Behandlungen gebunden ist. Ein absolutes Highlight war für mich das Abendessen im hoteleigenen Restaurant Kaia. Dort genoss ich nicht nur das exzellente Essen, sondern auch die herrliche Abendsonne. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Wonderful hotel! We really liked the infinity pool, and the view from the restaurant and our balcony. All the staff were very nice. One of us follows a strict gluten-free diet, and the restaurant staff went out of their way to show us everything she could choose from. They paid special attention to ensure she received a well-prepared meal of her choice. Thank you to the waiters and kitchen staff! We would go back anytime and highly recommend it to everyone.

Uno de los camareros que tenia gafitas era un poco clasista, si no eras extranjero con pinta de tener pasta directamente dejaba de ser amable, todos y todas las demás, incluidos los cocineros/as eran unos encantos.

Ubicación y vistas maravillosas al mar, buffet variado, limpieza y comodidad. Piscina impresionante y a destacar la amabilidad y el trato de todo el personal, gracias por hacer de estas vacaciones unos días increíbles!

All inclusive is not really all inclusive in this hotel.. in the snack bar, only menu items with a star are for free. Rest must be paid. Also, you cannot eat on the pool side, which is very uncomfortable

I liked the sun bathing areas and the two different pools. The sea wasn't too far away too.

The walk to the beach is down a hill, the footpath tiles can get slippy so had to take it easy in flip-flops!

Comportement bizarre d'une de vos personnels du restaurant qui nous a interdit de ramener des boissons a notre chambre que nous avons habitué toujours de le faire chez tous Hôtels "tout compris" dans le monde, en même temps elle l’autorise a d'autre personne , ace qui vraiment nous fait penser a ne pas revenir.

We booked this holiday for our two daughters who had a marvellous holiday and recommended that we should book our next holiday for this hotel.

We booked the hotel for our two daughters. We were quoted €1036 which converted to roughly £921 uk pounds. We were charged in pounds and ended up paying £1037 uk pounds which is not what we were quoted. The Hitel did not offer our daughter to pay in euros which I had instructed them to do so the hotel ended up cost in us an extra £119 due to what appears to be a very poor local exchange rate. Not happy about this.

I like the hotel, the spa ,food ,service I couldn't find anything wrong, I can't wait to go back next year,thank you for lovely holiday

Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin ! Idéal pour les enfants : L'hôtel est extrêmement kids friendly. Un immense merci en particulier à l'animateur du Kids Club qui est d'un professionnalisme exemplaire. Il fait un travail formidable et se donne au maximum pour remplir les journées des petits avec des activités au top. Les enfants ont adoré ! Le personnel : Un service irréprochable. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, accueillant et d'une grande gentillesse. Les chambres : Elles sont magnifiques, particulièrement spacieuses et confortables. Le vrai plus : elles bénéficient toutes d'une superbe vue, ce qui rend le réveil chaque matin magique. Nourriture : incroyable ! Buffet très varié !

Excellent location, great food, and fantastic value for money. The hotel even changes the buffet dinner menu regularly, so you’re not eating the same dishes every night. The staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and always willing to help. The property is conveniently located near public transport and just a short walk from the beach. As an added bonus, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

Piscina a sfioro sull'oceano davvero spettacolare ! La vista su Playa de Amadores impagabile. Dalla piscina si possono fare delle foto al tramonto davvero belle! Colazione buona e abbondante!

Mi è piaciuto tutto, nulla da dire. Unica nota, avrei preferito orari della SPA più ampi ( almeno fino alle 19:00) per poter godere più a lungo la giornata e terminarla con un ottimo relax.

Everything was fantastic. The infinity pool was amazing. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and would all greet you as you passed them. The guys running the entertainment at the pool were extremely upbeat and created a good atmosphere, but didn’t pressure anyone into joining in if they didn’t want to. There was also people coming around to advertise excursions, but didn’t pressure anyone into booking. The buffet was much better than hotels I’ve stayed in previously with a new dinner menu daily. The food actually tasted fresh and a lot of items were made to order, or cut / served fresh to you. The room was extremely spacious, which included a huge balcony, mini fridge and spacious wardrobe. Water was provided every day. Any food / drinks throughout the hotel could be put on your room card which I didn’t like the idea of at the start, but became very handy when at the pool without your phone. Very easy access to the beach and a spar right across the road. There was evening entertainment with the likes of ABBA and Michael Jackson tributes, as well as the classics

Die Lage war genial, von dort aus konnte man sehr vieles unternehmen, wie Spaziergänge machen, Laufen, Sport usw. Sehr gutes und grosszügiges Frühstück.

Lo que más nos gustó, nada más llegar al hotel, fue el caballero de la recepción. Un chico moreno MUY SIMPÁTICO Y CERCANO, que nos dió todas las prestaciones e indicaciones del hotel, con mucha amabilidad y cercanía. Luego, la habitación que nos tocó, la 1301, era FANTÁSTICA. El comedor, tanto en la cena como en el desayuno, estaba exquisito. Todo muy recomendable. Esperamos volver.

Das Hotel ist absolut top. Der Service ist großartig und das Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist super. Der Strand ist nach ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen, es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel hat ein umfangreiches Angebot an Unterhaltung. Das Buffet ist reichhaltig und gut. Auf eine Umfrage hin im Hotel selber, haben wir als einzigen Kritikpunkt fehlende Steckdosen am Bett bemängelt. Am Abend wurde uns ein Mehrfachstecker gebracht. Was für ein exzellenter Service!!! Großartig!

Ez egy tökéletes szállida. Álomszép helyen , csodás kilátással. Munden nagyon jó volt. Itt minden megvan amire szükség van. Étterem csodás, ételek finomak és óriási választék. Medence meseszép , wellness is fantasztikus. Ide még egész biztosan vissza jövünk. Amadores az egyik legszebb part, amit valaha láttam. Az erkély hatalmas és meseszép a kilátás.
