Clean & the jacuzzi tubs. I had a flickering light and they moved me to a different room immediately. I also asked for late check out and was happily granted that.

The pool for small children is excellent

When there is a large crowd in the hotel they should extend the breakfast hours by maybe 30 minutes. We could never get served before they closed it up even if we were in line.

I didn’t like having to wait because their systems went down so they were doing everything by hand. Also my husband was upset because I HATE elevators so we went down the back stairs of the parking garage and came out the alley it wasn’t until later I found the hotel had an alley entrance with our room key and it wasn’t until we checked out that I found the front stairs of the parking garage

We paid $6.00 for a bootle of smart water which was a little crazy.

Location was close to the bricktown canal. We were able to walk and enjoy the restaurants and canal tour.

The site included parking which was $30 more but once we got there, we had to pay again for parking. The breakfast was terrible, everything was watered down and tasted terrible. SUGGESTION....to be able to tune into station on the tv/radio of the baseball game so you can hear everything that's going on when watching from your room!

Ligging is prima in Bricktown. Verder is het gewoon een plek om te overnachten, niet echt iets bijzonders.

Inchecken was problematisch en vervelend. Sfeerloos. Zwembad was weinig aantrekkelijk. Erg matige prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

I keep my wedding ring on my bracelet and know FOR SURE I dropped it there in my room. I called the hotel about an hour after we left driving towards home. Left a message. Then called and called and called for 2 days. Got put on hold, hung up on, or they just don't answer. I sent an email to the generic manager email, twice, got nothing. The maid look me in my eyes as I left the room and didn't respond to my good morning... guess my ring of 20 years is gone.

The hotel location is fantastic. Easy distance for the Bricktown area and our room overlooked the Chickasaw baseball park

Kwamen iets over 9 bij het ontbijt en dat was al afgelopen, Ontbijt tot 9 uur is wel heel kort. ( is misschien wel gezegd en niet goed gehoord door me zelf maar dan nog is 9:00 echt aan de vroege kant)

Shower wasnt very good because the water diverter wasnt working properly and most of the water continued to pour out of faucet

I didn't realize the ballfield was directly behind. Not bad until fireworks went off and startled us all. Room said suite and I thought that meant larger than a motel room but it was not. Very comfortable but small for $400 bucks

Great location for the KWS concert we were going to, easily within walking distance. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. What more could you ask for at an affordable price!

Would have liked free parking or at least just include it as part of the room charge. I hate paying for parking in Oklahoma!

We love Bricktown. Hampton Inn goes above and beyond to keep us safe. The hotel is modern and the hotel staff is always friendly.

Close to the baseball stadium

Spent 3 nights and house keeping never came to our room. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper

Check out was 12 noon. Had breakfast and returned to my room at 9 a.m. Had housekeeping open the door entirely while I was undressed. Then again at 9:30 a.m. my teenage daughter was getting dressed after her shower and the same housekeeper open the door for the second time all the way while my daughter was not dressed. I called the front desk after the first time. I was appalled this happened once but then twice!!!! When I told the housekeeper she needed to stop opening our door and that she will know when we are gone she put her hand in the air and told me to stop just stop talking. SERIOUSLY!!!!!! We still had two and half hours before check out! Then the manager offered to give us a free night with free parking to use within two years. I live eight hours away! I have no plans to return to Oklahoma City. What a way to remedy this awful situation!

Très bien placé dans Bricktown avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité (à pied) Très calme, notre chambre donnait sur le stade de baseball (sans match) Le Parking accessible depuis l’hôtel est très pratique ainsi que le parking checkin. Le petit déjeuner est conforme au standard de la chaîne Le personnel était accueillant

Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was OK, but have had better at Hampton Inns. Parking fee was expensive given that the area was not busy at all and most of the garage was empty.

Room was noisy. Could hear hallway and adjoining room noise, excessively for a hotel of this price range. Neighborhood was a little more sketchy than expected.

Check in from parking garage, had to call hotel to get them to open elevator to enter the hotel as we parked in next door garage thinking we could get from 4th floor parking to lobby, but elevator would not allow without a room key, hence we had no room key yet as we just arrived.

Paid for a upgraded room which others have whirlpool tubs and parking was weird but okay other then the 26.00 fee per day that should be added on you your room you paid an upgrade for. Been trying to get refund for my day I didnt stay. Booking.com wont help and the hotel cant do anything. Refund my 180.00 dollars please or ill keep leaving shitty reviews till im seen.

Fantastic location. We had a great corner room overlooking the ballpark. Staff was helpful, even during a tornado warning- helping to evacuate everyone to the basement level.
