Bar wasn't open until late, breakfast was basically a buffet and the property wouldn't except cash for pop, candy, and etc

We stayed three nights over the 4th of July long weekend. I called a week before our stay to ask for a room that was not close to the street. Upon arrival, the original room that had been secured was occupied, and they had assigned us to a lower floor. After we saw the room (which was not inward facing) and complained, they upgraded us to a bigger room. This room was also not inward facing, but at that point I wasn't going to mention anything else and hoped for the best. It was indeed loud and my husband I did not get great sleep. To add insult to injury, when my husband went to look at the app to get his car from valet, it did not appear. The valet attendant was frantically looking for the keys and claimed that they were not left in the car, just not checked in the previous evening. My husband watched the attendant and never saw him grab any keys. In addition, when the attendant came back with the car, there were personal items missing off of his chain. We went to the front desk and asked for assistance in the matter; the woman was only halfway helpful after I let her know of my Hilton status (ridiculous). We were left to find the onsite supervisor of the valet ourselves and I had to ask for our valet bill to be comped. We were told we would be contacted after the fact, to no avail. I contacted Gracie Mann, Guest Service Supervisor, and left three messages over five days (the final message was to the front desk directly). When I finally received a call back, she claimed the number on her business card was not correct; yet her VM said her name. If you're going to lie, at least have a good way to cover it up. All to say, we won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend the place.

Conveniently located to several restaurants, within walking distance, easy access to the interstate, and the price was great for the quality of the immenities.

THE VALET WAS GREAT, FRIENDLY AND SPEEDY. THE ROOM SMELLED NICE, BED WAS COMFORTABLE, THE LOCATION WAS EXACTLY WAS I WANTED. IT WAS EASY TO DRIVE TO EASY TO WALK AROUND BRICKTOWN.

I DIDNT CARE FOR THE CONTENTIAL BREAKFAST. I WOULD GET A WAFFLE MACHINE!

The location is excellent except for the nightclubs across the street that bring crowds, noise and police late in the evening.

No breakfast, no on-site secure parking. There is a parking garage down the road but it is expensive ($40+ a day) and there is parking a few blocks from the hotel (but it is $50 a day). And, the valet parking i not secured. It is in the parking lot that is $50 a day and is open to the public. It is not secured parking. Also, they only clean your room every other day so you have to call the desk for extra towels and to have your trash emptied.

TV system had changed the day before and they were still learning about it. Very few channels were watchable in the room. Went down to pool. (Pool only, no hot tub.) Ended up not staying at the pool because there was something (?) floating all through the water and chunks of chlorine all over the bottom. Bleh.

I originally booked a room at the Hilton garden but they gave my room away. They said they were making it up to me by giving me a “better” room at the homewood suites. At the time I said “whatever, no sweat”. My daughter and I were here for a rowing competition, so as long as we can sleep, who cares right? They gave us room 1027. The room is situated in the building where it is on the Sheridan Ave side. There are night clubs on that side that play deafeningly loud music that shakes your room well past when I am writing this at 1:30 AM. It is impossible to sleep here. By far the worst experience I’ve had a Hilton honors member. If you are staying here, do not stay on the Sheridan street side of the building. Trying real hard not to think that they had someone else complain and they switched out my room…

Bed was a little uncomfortable, but the room was nice and clean.

Everyone from the Valet Attendants to the front desk personnel was very friendly. My mom forgot her phone charger, and a sweet lady, whose name I wish I knew, gave us a charger. I asked when her shift was over, but she said return it tomorrow when you check out. When I returned it, she was not there, but the staff knew who to return it to. Apparently, she has done this before. Her name started with an R.

There was another hotel that shared the elevator; in the elevator, there was a sign about happy hour and free cocktails. After my mom and I ordered our drinks, I found out the free drinks were for the guests in the adjoining hotel.

Jared, Darren and another tall gentleman were accommodating and very polite. They do a great job, even when it's really busy.

Overall, property was nice. Rooms were above average. Staff very friendly. Food (breakfast) was top shelf.

No on site parking! Valet service for $37 or walk a block to the ramp for $30. This should have been made clear on the booking site. We were traveling through OK and did not need to be downtown, so the added parking fee was a not so nice surprise. And the booking site said “free breakfast” which we found out was not true. The restaurant on site is not free. Staff ultimately comped our breakfast, which was a nice gesture.

What a gem! We booked the hotel pretty last minute because of the Championship Parade--I didn't expect to have as great a time as we did! Our kids LOVED the pool, and it was a such a delightful surprise to find yummy snacks and drinks in our room. The water pressure was great, the towels were fluffy and clean. We asked for extra blankets and got them within minutes! The lobby was decorated for the Thunder win, something totally not required but a big blessing to families and fans traveling in. They had fun Thunder apparel and merch available for purchase, as well. We ordered a few drinks from the main bar, and the area was so clean and comfortable! The bartender was friendly, as was the front desk staff. We had a 10/10 time, and would absolutely stay here again!

Roxanne at the front desk was wonderful - friendly and sincere. I also used the laundry facilities - clean.

Hotel and staff have all been excellent. From the breakfast to the large rooms to the great location and everything in between. Cam, Brayden, and Shiloh from valet have been extremely accommodating, friendly, and make it easy with the car every time. Will definitely be back!

Love staying at the Hilton Garden Inn/Homewood suites in Bricktown. Always clean and the employees are very friendly. Cam took care of me in the valet. He was awesome… And had red hair like me so that’s a plus. Lol. Roxanne was also awesome at the front desk. I booked on the Internet and it was actually oversold. She immediately called me and set me up for the other hotel. When I stay in OKC Bricktown, this is my choice hotel.

The location of this hotel was wonderful. They have a view of the Dogers Triple A team’s stadium right behind and plenty of places to eat down the street! Cameron with the valet team was amazing! He helped me with my luggage and was quick and efficient when it came to getting my car! Definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect location. Comfortable, clean interior. Front desk staff was helpful with recommendations for places to eat nearby. Room was clean and had everything a solo traveler could need. Cameron and the rest of the valet staff were quick, professional and made the check in and check out experience seamless. Will be staying here again when I come back to town.

Had an amazing stay. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I will absolutely be staying again. I have stayed multiple times in the past. I urge all of you to USE THE VALET! They are one of the reasons I keep coming back! Being able to leave your keys and car with someone is not something a lot of folks are comfortable with, these valet guys are the exception to 90% of valets. Absolutely stand up gentleman and shout out to Mr Landyn Johnson who is always helping me, look for him you if you pass through! Beds are comfortable, everything is clean are neat, valet being trustworthy, little snack bar at check in, everything is what you would expect from an upscale establishment such as this!

I didn't like the fact that it had a valet.Parking forty bucks breakfast was twenty.I paid a $120 for the room + $23 tax.
