All good Comfortable room Good location for restaurants etc although mostly shut on a Sunday Easy parking and good breakfast
The room was clean and the room temperature was very confortable.
They refused to give a comforter for the pull out couch. The "blanket" was actually mistaken by another staff member for a towel.
Everything!
Nothing!
Great location! Walking distance to all Bricktown area features. Free parking over by Skinny Slim’s Bar (nice lil spot).
Customer service was great at both the front desk and with valet parking experience (parking is a 3rd party, not Hyatt), and we appreciated the complimentary water in the lobby. Room air conditioning was definitely struggling with the heat and would not cool the room overnight until almost time to wake up. Breakfast was one of the worst at any hotel I've ever stayed at, and I travel a good bit. The eggs were incredibly dry and overcooked, sausage links were extremely soft (like they were boiled) and had a odd flavor, and everything we tried was barely warm. We only ate breakfast the first morning and went somewhere else the other days. The city sewage runs directly in front of the property and has a strong stench that is noticeable not only outside but also in the hotel lobby and our room. Our room was on the front side of the hotel, and we could really hear the traffic overnight on the street below. I'm a World of Hyatt member and appreciated the great redemption value on points at this property and would stay here again if that valuation continues, but otherwise we will look for a different hotel next time we visit OKC.
The stay was very seamless. The hotel is a great area for entertainment and easy to access.
Todo perfecto
Very nice hotel. I liked the modern vibe and the location was great, just a short walk to the canal. Room was clean with a separate living area with sofa bed.
Great location, everything was clean and modern.
My only complaint was the reception staff. They were all miserable and monotone. Not one cracked a smile or actually looked like they enjoyed their job. A warm welcome makes all the difference, the housekeeping staff on the other hand were lovely, they all had a smile on their faces and greeted everyone.
They overbooked so instead of getting two queen beds like we reserved, we got a king bed and a couch. The room had mold on and around the air conditioning vent. It was within walking distance from Bricktown, but not so close that you were in the craziness of it all.
It was clean and the staff were really nice.
It was a great location.
Staff was courteous and professional. We liked the location to be able to walk to bricktown restaurants and also downtown attractions. The rooms were nice.
We went to get a family member set up in college dorm so the location was perfect! The property very well maintained and beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and friendly - valet service was very convenient. The rooms were beautiful and cozy.
Ivan was friendly and helpful
Our stay was just average, but there are no clear parking directions, and the breakfast serving area is too confined and was hot.
We were traveling from Nebraska and an archery tournament back to Texas and this stop in Oklahoma City was very needed. The hotel was wonderful, the staff were so very helpful and caring, we had such a comfortable stay even though it was a very short one. The room was exactly the right size for the three of us. The service was wonderful. We look forward to staying again!
Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel’s location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The staff was one of the highlights of our visit—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. There were a few downsides. The area outside the hotel had a pretty unpleasant smell, which wasn’t the best first impression. The elevators and hallways were also uncomfortably hot, and our room struggled to stay cool during the day, only really becoming comfortable after the sun went down. Despite those issues, the great location and outstanding customer service made for an enjoyable stay.
Hyatt Place Bricktown was an awesome property. Friendly service, rooms were immaculate. We were only there one night, but we would stay again next time we're in OKC. A very quiet and serene atmosphere. I got what I paid for and more. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of options.
Good location, convenient to walk to Bricktown riverwalk. Nice breakfast with cold water and apples in the lobby. Nice rooms with extra nice showers.
Not as great as the service from other Hyatt properties. But the building, rooms and common areas was very clean and tidy as expected. And it was very nice being in the heart of bricktown. Walking distance to everything!
Very clean
Our room would not stay cool
Great location to Bricktown and downtown area, within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile!!!
I loved how friendly the staff was as far as valet and the front desk.
The room was not very clean. Bathroom and bed looked as if it was not thoroughly clean. The bed was very uncomfortable.
Very polite and always with a smile!
Not at all what I would have expected from Hyatt. The customer service was ho hum. The fitness center was lacking. The staff was unresponsive.
This was a great hotel in a very good area. There was a severe storm while we were staying there (not quite a tornado but close in my west coast opinion), and we felt very safe in the hotel. Our only complaints were that their laundry facilities were broken and we needed them, and we weren’t told about the pretty expensive parking fees before we arrived.
The staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean and beautiful. Breakfast was great also, much better then expected from a hotel.
Nice Hotel, very nice employees! Super Helpful, and great stay!
Great valet service by Lo F.!!
Hotel is in a convenient location to restaurants in Bricktown, downtown, and major highways. Room was modern, large, and clean. Hotel common space and outdoor areas were also modern and clean. Definitely recommend!
I loved the complimentary breakfast. I also loved the comfort of the beds! The patio area out back was very relaxing. Loved that the pool area had towels in a cabinet in the same indoor area.
I didn't like that the hallways were all hot. It felt like no a/c was on. I didn't like that the bathroom door to our room wasn't on track so it couldn't lock. The remote wouldn't turn the TV on. The refrigerator in the room took 24 hrs to get cold. I didn't like that the "bartender" was rude. No manners. Kept leaving the bar area so we missed her several times. The patio fireplace wasn't on and wouldn't light. The pool area had about 4 awesome JBL speakers but no music on or way to connect.
Great valet staff.
Great location, nice clean quiet room, welcoming staff, good complimentary breakfast, excellent walking and activities neighborhood.
Our room was HOT, the thermostat said 77 degrees, so I turned the cool setting down left for 3 hours and came back, and it was still 76 degrees in the room.
When I asked the front desk about it, I was told the maintenance people were not available and offered me a box fan, didn't even offer another room with working AC, WILL NOT stay at Hyatt again!
Came for the WCWS. The hotel staff were really nice and helpful. Gave us all the info we asked for. The beds were super comfortable. Clean hotel with a great location. Scooters available about 50 feet from hotel which was fun. Price was great and would definitely stay again.
Comfy beds!
Not outdoor pool
This hotel is located in the Bricktown area and it’s a very quaint trendy neighborhood with a cool vibe. There are lots of restaurants easily within walking distance. The hotel is very fresh and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Parking is across the street or you can valet. Their app is very user-friendly to request your vehicle and park. The hotel is also close proximity to downtown and other activities within Oklahoma City. Special shout out to Nachelle and AXA at the front desk. Maria & Mike in the bar & to the housekeeping staff.
Great experience. Very helpful check in and friendly staff. Very accessible to everything downtown. Parked the car and walked everywhere. It was great!
We were there for the 2026 Softball College World Series. It is a very clean hotel with an excellent breakfast in the morning. Centrally located to Bricktown and a very walkable location for all that is there. My only issue was with the Gym within the Hotel. The cardio equipment needed to be fixed and serviced. Other Hyatts that I have been recently have had more equipment within and it made it better.
What a great location for a Hotel. Hyatt Place is in the heart of the Brick district and is walking distance to all the restaurants and clubs.
Everything
Nothing
Very clean hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff. I even left something at the hotel and they went above and beyond to help package it up and send it back.
Loved it! Especially since the reason we traveled 4 hrs to OK City was a concert that suddenly got postponed 3 hrs before Doors opened. So we spent the time at the hotel with your wonderful staff. Lo and Morgan (valets), Exa (sp?) and Aquila at reception, and Maria at the bar....all so friendly and helpful! Room clean and comfortable. Will stay again!
Our family had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt in Bricktown for graduation weekend! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location to enjoy everything around OKC. The breakfast each morning was excellent and made the stay even better. A very special thank you to front desk team members Axa and Aqueelah — they were absolutely outstanding throughout our entire stay. Both were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our family feel welcomed and taken care of during such an important celebration weekend. Their customer service truly stood out and made the experience memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Oklahoma City, especially for special occasions!
Sammie was an awesome valet today! I’ve had some mean experiences with them and she has made me look at them differently from this day forward. She has a wonderful smile and you often don’t get that from valets in my experience! She’s awesome and she deserves to hear so! Even gave me some music recommendations. 10/10.
Clean
Parking was a little expensive
I would like to give HIGH recognition to Ivan and Morgan (Valet), they were very professional and friendly. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!!
Solo trips aren’t always easy but with nice people it’s makes it all worthwhile!!! My overall stay was AMAZING but I’d be remiss if I didn’t note a key person I feel that jumpstarted my trip! The young lady Sammie, who was valet the day I checked in, had the most welcoming spirit!! She was very friendly and kind and was very patient with me!! I was having a hard time that morning but she was very sweet and understanding of my situation! She even was able to give me a few recommendations for some places to see about since I’m not familiar with the area. It’s not common to get great customer service especially early in the morning, but she exemplifies GREAT customer service and is very personable. 1000/10
I DID NOT like this property. Upon arrival, we discovered or tv didn’t work. Tries to use the room phone to call down to ask for maintenance or another room. Discovered the phone in our room didn’t work either. It was a very old phone from the looks of it. Went to front desk and was told you have to turn on tv manually and then sometimes the remote doesn’t work. Went back up ( to 5th floor) and turned tv on but no signal. Since I couldn’t call back down, went to lobby again and was told yeah, that’s happening in a lot of rooms and it was the cable service. Despite the tvs all working in the lobby area. When I asked for another room, I was promptly told there weren’t any. I am thankful I was only there for one night. Will not return or likely book with a Hyatt again.
All Of the above
The location was great for walking to restaurants and the concert venue. Staff was friendly and helpful. Accommodations were comfortable. Our blackout curtain needed repair, but we did not address it during our stay.
Ana was very helpful in texting me back immediately to confirm the room readiness and even helped me in getting my food delivery before I check-in. Being a globalist, she offered me option to either valet or self-parking and validated my parking too. Very hospitable environment and a nice hotel to stay. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to try breakfast but will definitely stay in my next trip here in the near future.
Staff, and room
Pool wasn’t open, coffee was weak, breakfast wasn’t very good, parking was expensive
We were staying at the hotel for a friend's wedding in town. There were two issues that could have easily led to a poor experience, but the hotel staff were extremely helpful in resolving. The first happened when we got to the room, we were unfortunately greeted by a very loud squeaking noise from the A/C unit. We reported the problem to the front desk on the way out to dinner. They said they would have maintenance look into it, but asked for contact information in case they needed to move us to another room. Luckily, by the time we returned, the problem had already been resolved! The second thing was that we were staying at the property with award points. However, a few days after returning home, I found that my credit card had still been charged. I called up the hotel number, and the lady who answered was able to resolve the problem within minutes. Both issues could have been deal-breakers, but the staff were able to resolve the problems we ran into quickly. If we're in OKC again in the future, I'll definitely come back!
I had an amazing experience, especially from the valet staff. They were very helpful, expedient, and professional. People that I would like to highlight are Bryce, Austin, Andrew, and Lo.
Valet was great! Super easy to deal with!
The good: Hotel is nice, room clean, as expected for Hyatt. They have mandatory quiet hours at night, so guests won't be disturbed. They have a great social area with a fire pit and seats, it was nice. Location was perfect for us, as we were attending an event in Bricktown, and it was walking distance (3-5 minutes, max) to the venue, and to a bunch of good restaurants, bars, and clubs. It's next to the police substation as well, so it felt pretty safe/secure. The not so good: Be aware, parking for the hotel is not free, you must check in, then use your room key to enter the parking lot, which then charges $33 per overnight parking if you self park, $43 per night if the valet drives it 25 feet across the street into the lot. And there's no where to park when you go to check in, or any other parking options provided.
Great Location to Bricktown area. Nice atmosphere with the staff and hotel. Room was very nice and better then expected. Great water pressure. Good value with amount of people in area for numerous events. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only information that I have is use the valet. Difference of cost between valet and self-park is $5.
Great location! Great staff! We stayed for 5 days and it was an overall great stay. Breakfast was always good. The valet drivers were super fast and always friendly. Front desk was very helpful!
Great location and quality hotel. Furniture in room was a little worn, but was fine. We didn't try breakfast, so not sure on that. Was a value hotel.
Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with visibly stained bedding, which is unacceptable and should have been identified prior to check-in. As a result, I requested a resolution so my children and I could settle into a clean and appropriate room. While I understand operational challenges, the handling of this situation was unnecessarily difficult. A simple room move could have been executed efficiently, especially given that guests were still actively checking in, despite being told the property was at full capacity. More concerning was the conduct of the front desk associate. I experienced unprofessional communication, including being spoken about in front of others and in front of my children in a manner that was inappropriate and disrespectful. This significantly escalated what should have been a straightforward service recovery. I want to be clear that I did not request compensation at the time. My expectation was simply a clean room and professional, respectful service. Instead, the experience caused unnecessary stress and discomfort for both myself and my children. Bed dirty. Showers moldy. Previous guest hairs, urine and else in the room. Many maintenance issues too.
Everything was amazing
No housekeeping clean the room
Great time, great location! And Lo and Bryce were awesome at valet!
Stayed one night at Hyatt Place Oklahoma City/Bricktown and it delivered exactly what we needed. Check-in was quick, the room was clean and quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was solid—good variety, fresh, and easy to grab and go. The pool area was well kept and a nice way to unwind, and the bar/lounge was relaxed with friendly service and plenty of seating. Great location for Bricktown, and a dependable choice.
Nice hotel. Valet was awesome - Brice was so helpful and kind. Great stay. Good value.
Let me start by saying, I once vowed never to stay at a Hyatt again after a bad experience in Houston. Due to a medical emergency with my granddaughter, I drove up to Oklahoma and stayed here due to the location and price. Plus, it was just ONE night and after spending the prior 36 hours in the hospital, I just wanted a few hours' sleep on a bed and a shower!!! During my sleep deprivation state, I booked a one-night stay and then called the hotel to see if I could get an early check in time. Aqueelah answered phone and she told me that any time after noon I could check in and there would not be a charge. (That was a nice surprise!) She also mentioned that she did not see my reservation. Since I made it with Expedia, I just assumed they had not sent it over yet and did not think it was an issue. I got there about 1pm and Aqueelah was behind the desk. She greeted me with a friendly smile and started to check me in. She then told me she still did not see my reservation. Confused, I showed her my confirmation from Expedia. Well, apparently sleep deprived, I made the reservation for a totally different date 3 weeks in the future. Aqueelah assured me we could get it resolved but I would have to call Expedia. When I called Expedia, they said I had booked a non-refundable rate, and the hotel would have to approve the change and/or refund. Well, Aqueelah was more than happy to assist me, and we also figured out it was even cheaper to just cancel that reservation rather than change it, and to just get a room directly with the hotel. She also graciously comped my parking for the few hours I was there. The room was nice and I enjoyed my brief stay. With such a positive experience, I will revoke my vow and will continue to give HYATT other tries. All thanks to Aqueelah's help and generosity to a sleep deprived Grandma!
Checking took 25 minutes, no benefits offered for guest of honor, was not even recognized. Breakfast ended early causing us to not have time to eat before our flight :( promised point to be added to account which never happened
Oscar the evening manager refused a couple of bottles of water for Hyatt Place members when we checked in. He was actually rude about it saying we weren't globalist members (Say What???). It wasn't so much the money $113 per night plus taxes plus the $30+ parking cost/night. He was definitely the worst Hyatt Place front desk manager that my wife and I ever encountered. By refusing us the bottled water, he single handily lost long term HP customers for good. The room was nice and so were the parking attendants. The breakfast there was poor. The oranges and bananas were in horrible condition. The scrambled eggs were not hot. The bacon was horrible compared with any bacon I've had at a Hyatt Place. The reason I stay at HP is the quality of breakfast. This breakfast was far from quality. Hyatt Place Top management needs to address these issues, especially with the worst mgr.ever, Oscar!!! I'll be giving my business to a better hotel chain for now on.
The room I booked was not available, and they downgraded me without lowering the price. They closed the breakfast at 9am! There are other hotels close by that i will book next time.
Spacious room
I was under the impression breakfast was included. That was a disappointment. Also, the hallway had a strong presence of marijuana. My room smelled fine but when I walked out in the hall it the smell took my breath away.
The location was fine for what we were there for. The water pressure in the shower was good.
The room temperature was very hard to regulate. The TV didn't work and we got no assistance when asking for help. Also, a group was sitting in the outside seating area and they were being extremely loud and kept us awake well past 10:00 p.m. If the pool has to be vacated by a certain time, you would think outside courtyards in close proximity to people's rooms would have the same expectation.
Front desk staff and valet staff were great! The free breakfast and bar took it up a notch. Great location. Nice pool. Comfortable room and bed.
Prices in the bar/restaurant/ grab and go
Absolutely the Best Stay we have had. We were very impressed with the Valet, Ivan P husted every single time. He was friendly and efficient
I travel often and rely upon Hyatt brands for maintaining a higher bar of service than average, but my stay at the Hyatt Place Oklahoma City / Bricktown was one I will not forget soon. Starting with parking; fees were high and the gate was broken, although I was assured that because it's located near a police station, it's secure? Next morning, I discovered the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Then off to breakfast where I found my juice glass to be chipped and severely cracked and the coffee pot was empty. Is anyone in charge here?
The hotel is not only very close to several points of interest, like the baseball stadium, restaurants, and hunting & fishing stores, but also has plenty of nearby dining options. The area is safe, and the staff’s service is incredible. They not only gave me great tips, but their attention was so good that I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The breakfasts, while simple, offer more than other hotels with the same “included breakfast” benefit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, in a quiet, family-friendly area. You can walk to downtown in about 6–7 blocks, and it’s close to the city’s best museums. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, there’s a lot in front where you can pay per day to leave your car.
We stayed in this hotel in January and I never got around to writing a review but after staying in another Hyatt in Omaha, Nebraska, I had to share my experience. Hyatt needs to get with the program on updating their hotels! Our room looked like people had a raging party in it and no one cared to clean it up. The walls were scuffed and peeling. The bathroom had mold and the grout was disgusting. The elevators were gross. Outside the hotel stunk all 3 nights we were there. The only positives were the front desk staff and the ease to walk to restaurants downtown.
The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and I loved the inside of the hotel. The Valet guy Nicholas was awesome as well. 10/10 would recommend.
Everything was great
There was an outdoor seating area around a fireplace that was Beautiful, restraunts within walking distance and the breakfast was Amazing! Bricktown was lit up for Christmas and I stopped by on my walk back from dinner. There was free street parking from 6pm-6am, I paid $1/hour for the extra 2 hours I needed.
The room was very clean. The staff was professional and informative.
N/A
The staff was nice and the location was really good.
I did not like the misrepresentation of saying online that there are microwaves in the rooms because that's not true. The microwaves are in the hallway which is very inconvenient.
Location was perfect to The Criterion and restaurants and entertainment
The only complaint was we were on the third floor and we could hear everything going on outside people walking and talking cars driving by it was like the window was open :( the bar across the street we could hear the base and music inside The pull out bed the mattress was very thin and sleeping on springs very bad
This is my first time stayed at Hyatt Place Oklahoma City/ Bricktown, everything is over expected except the parking fee but totally understand the hotel is located at Downtown, just the charge is a little high. Other than that, I completely satisfy this hotel, friendly staff, clean room and have a nice bar and breakfast. Highly recommended and thank you!!!
Cole was amazing he was a very hard worker and got my car to keep in a timely manner couldn’t ask for better sevice
Perfect location for activities in and around Bricktown, an entertainment district in Oklahoma City.
Paid parking, my pet peeve when it comes to hotels.
The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and enjoy nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better.
Some areas could use minor updates to feel a bit more modern. There were also occasional noises at night, but nothing that significantly affected our stay.
