Room was acceptable, roomy and clean.

The room itself was acceptable; however, the overall stay was disappointing because the hotel was undergoing significant renovations. The lobby, front desk, breakfast area, and other common facilities were messy, unattractive, and well below the standard expected from a SpringHill Suites property. Additionally, the advertised breakfast was not provided as expected. Instead, guests were served a microwaveable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, which was inconsistent with the breakfast presented at the time of booking. The renovation and its significant impact on the guest experience should have been clearly disclosed before the reservation was made. Customers deserve accurate information in advance so they can make an informed decision or select alternative accommodations. Had I known the extent of the disruption and the limited breakfast service, I would have chosen another hotel.

It was under construction and my daughters room how switched 3 times because each room Was nastier than the next .

False advertising of the breakfast paid resort fee but the pool was closed. It was humid and I was on the top floor

Me cobraron unos creditos que cuando hice check in me dijeron que no serian cargados a mi tarjeta. pero resulta que luego me cobraron 23 dolares por noche que son el supuesto credito por parte del hotel. Dben comunicar bien a los clientes que los creditos seran cargados a la tarjet al final.

Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

If I had known the hotel was under construction I wouldn't have stayed there. We were looking forward to checking in, eating and having a drink. Everything closed up. I ask for a room close to the elevator because my husband is handicapped. The first room they gave me was 607, that was a hike. Got in the room and there was a fowl smell of afrosheen that was very overpowering. Called down to check in and they put us in room 223. We slept comfortable.

Closeness to the eye center

Just about everything. With the renovation happening, the entry was not all the notable, parking was a joke and the initial room that was given to us was a mess - (air conditioning unit was torn apart, the room was hot and had a bad odor and the door would not open on the first two tries. The amount we paid was higher than if we booked directly with the hotel.. No one at the counter when we checked out, the breakfast was terrible (including location). I will NOT ever stay at this hotel again. I am shocked that this property is a SpringHill Suites. Lastly the pictures are NOT a real representation of this location.

Location was close to hospital

It was being remodeled - there was no front entrance & no signs to find the entrance or parking. The lobby was the old gym & the breakfast was served on a folding table in the office & consisted of dry pastries, yogurt, & bananas. The room was dark & the couch torn & frayed. Our friends had to change room as the air conditioner didnt work & was actually taken apart & laying on the floor when they entered. Finally we received an invoice in the morning from the hotel which was $35.00 cheaper than we payed Booking.com!

It was super close to the University of Miami hospital, staff is very friendly, they have a restaurant in site from 3-11,

The room and the carpet is out to date and smell.

Convenient location to the hospital. Room was comfortable and roomy. Staff was very helpful and the driver to take us to dinner was a real bonus.

At check-in, I was given a card that said I could use it to purchase up to $23 dollars worth of food at the bar. On my receipt I was charged for the food which didn’t equal $23. What was the purpose of the card if you turn around and charge me for it

I was overcharged! I am a Marriot Bonvoy member. The bill was over what I was quoted. I was also charged an extra $26 that they said was complimentary for dinner.

We found the breakfast to be very good! Such a wide variety, especially considering our dietary restrictions (my daughter and I being vegan/vegetarian). All staff (aside from hotel manager) were very courteous, helpful, and accommodating! Otherwise, our stay was most enjoyable. This was our family's second stay, and we hope the third exceeds the last!

Unfortunately, I did not like the feedback from the manager on duty for two nights of our stay; he was not considerate or hospitable. On one of the nights we had asked to combine our hotel credit, which we hadn't used during the time we were there. The manager denied it, and I truly think he could have been more flexible and used better discretion, especially knowing that we we were travelling with an old lady (my grand-aunt of 85 years) and my 3-year-old toddler. His reception was rather curt. The hotel location was OK... just a little drive from eateries. I think the cost of parking at the hotel garage was ridiculous!

The rooms was good air conditioning was loud. The signage for property could be better, uber had trouble finding it. Just a small sign on corner.

The front end staff could be friendlier especially when we had questions or when it was early in am. Told me it was safe to walk to hospital by myself at 0500 in am and didn’t give good direction. Totally sketchy area.

had a problem with the fact that there is no shuttle and there are no restaurants within walking distance. Also, my ice machine was broken for the whole stay which was five days. The bar was a nice area, but the food was not up to par, and they only had one lady working who was very friendly but very busy. Whenever you called the front desk, no one answered.

Stains on carpet and furniture. Several lights in room/bathroom did not work.

The room smelled of must and mold it affected my sleep and allergies. Not one USB plug available in the room. Even though the room look clean just walking into that smell made me feel very dirty.

The property smelled amazing when you walked in, but boy when you got on that elevator and to the rooms. The hallway stink, and the rooms stink. Don’t dare let them out you on the 4th floor

Unpleasant staff. Understaffed. Unclean - flies in breakfast, tea and other areas. “Breakfast” was appaling - watery eggs, porridge that resembled concrete, weird sausages - absolutely no effort is made. The food in the bar was also inedible. Tea making facilities frequently unavailable. Shuttle was dirty. There is little within walking distance except the hospital. And billing was questionable, the first time I have left a hotel not understanding what I had been billed for. Only stayed here due to needing to be near hospital however if I was in the same situation again I would choose a hotel further away from the hospital as this place is nasty.

Proper hotel en erg behulpzaam personeel. Ze hielpen ons erg gewillig met het afdrukken van papieren voor onze cruise. Zeer ruime kamers. Shuttle service naar de cruiseterminals was een aangenaam extraatje (niet gratis)

de airco op de kamer is door de zijmuur gemonteerd. Hierdoor komt erg veel rumoer de kamer binnen door de nabijgelegen snelweg en het overvliegende verkeer naar de luchthaven.

I really liked the location since it was nearby the University of Miami. My work was in this institution and I could reach it just by walking. I really enjoyed the breakfast because it included several options and were all very good even snacks that could be saved for later. The room was very comfortable, clean and a great design for me to work in my computer and eat comfortably. I would definitely stay again if I were to visit Miami again.

For some reason there was an alarm going off at times. One time it was so loud I even evacuated the building. But it was not like this every day just for maybe 2 days. I believe they were technicians working on it.

Horrible experience. Rooms not ready upon checking. Clerk at reception simply threw his hands up in air and asked us to go somewhere else. I was also charged extra and now fighting to get my money back. They are not responding to calls and emails.

No hicieron la habitación en los 3 días que estuvimos. No nos dieron el tipo de habitación que teníamos reservado. El área de desayuno no estaba bien dimensionado, y la comida era repetitiva.
