Słabe śniadanie - brak jakiegokolwiek warzywa, jajecznica z proszku i mnóstwo słodkich rzeczy:(

Excellent breakfast! The staff was very helpful and attentive.

Breakfast was good

The room was cleaned once in the time we were there. And it had no soap or shampoo.

excellent location to visit South Beach

Very expensive parking

No tissue, one cup for coffee, no courtesy water. Shower door doesn’t close properly. Had to reach in the shower to adjust water temperature-very inconvenient location to adjust water temperature. AM staff was not friendly. T. V. didn’t work. Alarm in room didn’t work. No wake up call available.

Great location close to everything

$42.00 per night for parking on top of my weekly stay rate

Very clean hotel and staff was absolutely amazing. I left my Apple Watch behind and notified the hotel. They responded immediately and informed me that is was turned in by cleaning staff and would mail it to me.

Room and breakfast

My room was given away when I arrived abd they couldnt figure out what happen but told me someone checked in for me when noone was able to do that. they had to find me a last minute room so thank god someoen didnt show up. I traveled with my 2 kids abd I booked for 2 twin beds and they end up having to give me a 1 bed room. Basically I would never book again. mind you I booked months in advance and paid months ahead.

The location was very good, and the room was clean and spacious enough. We were also able to get our room earlier, so a big thank you to the team for that. We requested a late check-out, and it was kindly granted. We really appreciated that. However, there seemed to be some confusion with the housekeeping team. Shortly after we had arrived, someone knocked on our door and asked if we were going out. Some time later, there was another knock. We did not answer immediately because we were resting, but then the door was opened and a cleaning staff member tried to come into the room again. We eventually asked at the reception if we had been properly checked in, and they confirmed that everything was in order. We also informed the front desk staff about this incident during our stay. Other than that, everything went well. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could have been more varied, as there was not much to choose from. Everything else was clean, although the window sills in the restaurant could have been cleaner.

Good location.

Ubicación, comodidad de ambientes

Que el house keeping ers inter diario

Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

There wasn't a lock on the bathroom

Excellent location Very clean Very large rooms Excellent value for money

The location is very convenient for short taxi rides to south beach, little havana and wynwood walls. There are a bunch of restaurants at a walking distance across the tracks. The staff is very helpful. The parking garage has plenty of spaces

The hotel is starting renovation as most rooms look very dated.

It smelled and looked so clean

Nothing

Location was nice, plenty to access within walking distance.

Our first stay prior tom getting on our cruise, we had to request shampoo and there was none in the container they provided. We also had to ask for additional towels, we booked a suite room for 6 but we only had enough for 4. This same exact issue happened a week later when we stayed again after getting off our cruise.

Location was great , close to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Clean Hotel , comfy room definitely will stay again

Absolutely nothing , we loved it

Elegant hotel with good location

The breakfast selection is somewhat limited by European standards, and the level of cleanliness is acceptable but not exceptional.

Location

They don’t have early check in…So if you are going on a cruise and get to Miami early you with not be able to check in

Would be better if the room had hot water for showers. Very bad. No shower 😩☹️☹️

No hot water

I was told as I made my reservation that I had to pay $35 to park but it was not listed on booking after I asked for corporate number the manager came out and was almost mad that I wanted a refund because I stayed in not paying $35 to park as I just paid $200 for my stay. The ac barely worked I took out the screens and u could tell they haven’t been cleaned in a while

Close to every thing

Staff was unfriendly

I would like to start out saying Victoria, you were absolutely amazing… and Gladys went above and beyond for us on our vacation. We had a really bad experience at a prior hotel. We came there and they just absolutely made the rest of our time in Miami Amazing. We appreciate you both so much thank you, The Stone family.

Very clean and good location.

Location, onsite parking, cleanliness

They didn’t clean our room and breakfast was very basic

Not the hotels fault, but there was a fellow guest who was scolding other guests for lots of dumb things at breakfast.

Best location , near to several restaurants, stores , target and design district, all walking distance! Great breakfast, simple but very good. Staff is amazing!

Very fast check in... and everything good

The staff was wonderful and very personable

Location. Not knowing the city I wish it would of been closer to a beach. But that is on me for not researching better

Excelente atención; nos atendió makki 🙌🏼 excelente todo !
