Dit hotel ligt aan een idyllisch strand. Vanuit je strandstoel kan je genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Het personeel is ongelooflijk vriendelijk en gedienstig. Je kan lekker cocktails drinken in de bar. Het ontbijt is in orde. Je kan in het hotel fijne excursies boeken. We hebben genoten van de rust en de heerlijke locatie.

Rooms, breakfast was fabulous!! The chef was very attentive walking round checking the food. There was sooooo much choice!!! Sea was soo warm and calm and nice sand. The best bit is you get to see sunrise and sunset (clouds permitting) from the front and back of the resort. Nice pool. Some nice restaurants along the beach and the long boats moored up looked fabulous! Great for a few days pure chillout as on a quiet part of the Island. Already booked to go back.

Die Anlage ist weitläufig, sehr grün und gepflegt. Das Personal ist äußerst Freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, geräumig und sehr sauber. Diese Unterkunft könnte man fast mit 4* bewerten. Gibt nichts zu meckern.

Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass der Traktor und die Mopeds, ständig am Strand auf und ab fahren. Der Strand wäre grundsätzlich sehr, sehr schön und die Lage wäre traumhaft. Man kann den Strand nicht so genießen, wie man es andernorts gewohnt ist. Am Strand liegen ist unmöglich.

Dommage qu il n’y ai pas d’animation sur la plage comme on peut le voir très souvent en Thaïlande d’autant plus que l’hôtel se trouve très loin du centre donc il faut obligatoirement prendre les longboat la nuit il n’y a pas d’autres solutions, donc un peu d’animation serait vraiment un plus. Les transats sont un peu vieillissant mais cela reste un petit détail

La playa es muy linda, el hotel, la piscina, todo hermoso.

No es que no me haya gustado pero es incomodo si uno quiere ir al centro...hay que hacerlo en barco y el regreso por la tarde noche es caro. Es para instalarse en el hotel y descansar.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα.... Μην πάτε πουθενά αλλού. Ήταν το καλύτερο κατάλυμα στο καλύτερο σημείο. Χαίρομαι πολύ που δεν επέλεξα να μείνουμε στο Τονσάϊ καθώς εκ των υστέρων που πήγαμε για βόλτα, είδαμε ότι ήταν πολύ βρώμικο, είχε παντού σκουπίδια και κάθε άλλο παρά ειδυλλιακό ήταν.... Σε αντίθεση με το Erawan στον κόλπο Laem Tong... Το δε δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν, ήταν τόσο μπροστά στη θάλασσα... Νο 1301.... πιό κοντά στη θάλασσα δεν γινόταν...στην ίδια ευθεία με τη reception και δίπλα στην πισίνα. Με ωραία βεράντα, άνετο, μεγάλο... Η πρωτοχρονιά μας εκεί ήταν ξεχωριστή. Να σημειώσω ότι έχω μεγάλη φοβία για όλα τα είδη ζωυφίων και όλα τα έντομα και είχα ενημερώσει το κατάλυμα. Το άγχος μου ήταν μεγάλο, καθώς σε πολλά ξενοδοχεία στα σχόλια διάβαζα για κατσαρίδες, ποντίκια κλπ... Προληπτικά είχα πάρει και μαζί μου από K-othrine μέχρι σίτες και κουνουπιέρες... Δεν χρειάστηκα τίποτε από όλα αυτά... ευτυχώς. Δεν υπήρξε το παραμικρό πρόβλημα καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Το συστήνω το ξενοδοχείο ανεπιφύλακτα. Ήμασταν στον παράδεισο... Πηγαίναμε ξυπόλητοι στα ειδυλλιακά εστιατόρια δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο και νοιώσαμε μιά άλλου είδους ελευθερία... μία απίστευτη ευτυχία. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα. Θα ξανά έρθουμε.

L'hôtel n'est plus entretenu comme un resort. Les fontaines sont éteintes mais l'eau est stagnante, cela laisse un ressenti de vieillot. Concernant la chambre, couchage ok, grand espace mais la SDB était dans son jus et la douche fuitait de partout, installation ancienne et joints d'étanchéité usés. Le petit déjeuner était moyen côté gustatif.

It’s very far from any towns or villages - there’s a beach with 3 restaurants in it and they, and the hotel’s restaurants, are expensive.

Un endroit de rêve au bout du monde, calme sans la foule des autres spots. Un établissement dans son jus ce qui justement lui donne un charme fou, surtout les bungalow. Et la plage a volonté.

Die Unterkunft ist schön gelegen, mit einem großen weiten Strand. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Am Strand gibt es eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants.

Das Hotel ist nur mit dem Speedboot von dem Pier in Koh Phi Phi zu erreichen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit mit einem Roller oder Auto hinzukommen, weshalb man bei mehreren Ausflügen ziemlich viel Geld zahlen muss. Es gibt auch keine Supermärkte oder einen 7-Eleven in der Nähe, nur ganz kleine überteuerte Minimärkte am Strand. Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teich den man auf den Hotelbildern sehen kann ist anscheinend kaputt oder nicht in Betrieb, da es leer war. Viele liegen am Pool oder am Strand waren kaputt. Das Zimmer sah auf dem ersten Blick gut aus, aber beim genauen hinsehen war es schon gut schmutzig. Im Bad waren sämtlichen Armaturen verkalkt und rostig, an der Decke waren dunkle/schwarze Flecken (vermutlich Schimmel). Die Zimmertür sowie die Balkontür waren so verzogen das sämtliche Insekten und Salamander ins Zimmer gelangen konnten.

We stayed at P.P. Erawan Palms Resort on Ko Phi Phi Don, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. We paid 16,000 baht for a Mountain View room, deliberately avoiding the advertised 120-step rooms due to knee issues. Despite this, our assigned room was still located a long and physically demanding distance from reception and the restaurant, requiring multiple steep and uneven staircases and hills. The access was so difficult that we didn’t use the breakfast service at all as it was too much effort to walk there and back. After the first night, we politely requested a room closer to the front of the resort. The hotel agreed but moved us into a basic room worth around 4,000 baht — a substantial downgrade. When we asked for something closer in value to what we had originally paid for, we were told we would need to pay an additional 1,800 baht to move up one category (still a far lower grade room than we paid for), despite the resort being nearly empty. We were then told to contact Trip.com, who agreed this reflected poor customer service and refunded us 2,000 baht. We chose to check out after only two nights of our four-night stay. The location is beautiful, but the lack of flexibility, empathy, and basic customer care was unacceptable. We would not return and cannot recommend this resort — particularly for guests with mobility concerns.

Hatten einen Bungalow gebucht, zu dem man sehr weit laufen und viele Treppen steigen musste. Haben deshalb ein downgrade in Kauf genommen, die Differenz aber nicht erstattet bekommen.

Le petit déjeuné est très correct il y a ce qu’il faut pour tout les goûts. L’emplacement est à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, des commerces et de la fête le soir. L’hôtel reste au calme ce qui est agréable.

Nous avions choisi une chambre pour son accès privé à la piscine , donc un peu plus cher que les chambres standard.Cependant, dès le matin, des clients passent et restent juste devant la porte de la chambre pour discuter, ce qui enlève complètement l’aspect privé et calme que nous attendions. Dautre part , nous avons constaté de mauvaises odeurs venant de la salle de bain qui ont perduré toute la semaine.

Transportation to the hotel takes a bit long, but if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, it’s definitely worth it. The sea is beautiful; however, sometimes the tide goes out. During those times, we either used the pool or joined a boat tour. The boat tour was very enjoyable — you can arrange it directly through the hotel. The nice part is that you can book the tour privately for just two people (or with a few additional people) at a reasonable price. We booked it as a couple and it was perfect. They took us to the bays we wanted, and it was very calm and beautiful.

When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that our reservation made through Booking had not been received. However, they resolved the issue in a short time and checked us into our room. We had booked a Deluxe room, and I did wonder what would have happened if that room type had not been available. On our return, we had serious issues with the Andaman boat company, which we believed was partnered with the hotel. They were unable to pick us up at the agreed time, and we almost missed our flight. For this reason, I strongly recommend double-checking and repeatedly confirming your transfer times.

Das hôtel ist der absolute traum direkt an den wunderschönen weißen puderzucker Strand Die zimmer werden. Perfekt gereinigt das personal ist mega lieb und versucht jeden wunsch zu erfüllen. Natürlich ist es ein hotel auf einer einfachen insel also man darf keinen fünf sterne luxus erwarten. Dennoch gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Das frühstück ist wunderbar. Sogar besser als wir erwartet hatten und man kann direkt am strand frühstücken. Das ist ein traum. Der pool und das meer liegen vielleicht gerade mal fünfzig meter auseinander. Dazwischen die ligen, auf welchen man immer einen platz auch im schatten findet. Wir hatten die einfachste zimmerkategorie, welche auch vollkommen ausreichend war? Unsere kinder hatten ein zimmer mit schöner großer terrasse. Welches auch wunderbar war eine kategorie höher. Am Strand gibt es 3 Lokale von Örtlichen Anbietern, wo man essen kann, aber wenn man vor dem Hotel steht und läuft links den Strand bis zum Ende und dann eine kleine Anhöhe Hinauf, da stehen so kleine Rollertaxis, die fahren einen in den Nachbarort? 300 bath hon und zurück für bis zu 4 Personen Wo es jede Menge wirklich süße schöne Restaurants gibt, um günstig zu essen, dort kann man auch für kleines Geld massagen machen. Ansonsten kann man direkt am strand örtliche anbieter mit long taylboden für ausflüge buchen. Wir hatten ein boot für vier stunden für sieben personen für zwei tausend bad. Die strände die man anfahren möchte kann man auch individuell vereinbaren. Im hotel nehmen die pro person bis zu zwei tausend bath. Wir hatten in dem hotel vier übernachtungen. Dieses hotel und der strand war das highlight unseres urlaubs obwohl die anderen hotels in khao lak und phuket höherwertiger waren.

Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Das, was man hätte meckern können war so gering, dass es nicht erwähnenswert ist.

I was very surprised by this hotel, from the photos online I thought it would have been an average stay. However, staff were amazing, the rooms were so much nicer, the food was amazing, great buffet breakfast, great internet. Really peaceful atmosphere and felt very private. Restraunt close by with amazing food. Short boat road to Phi Phi city.

Could have had room service later, it closed quite early.

Es muy tranquilo. Solo hay 3 resort en la zona

Perdieron en el cambio de habitación una bolsa con pertenencias de valor. Solicite la cámara para que revisen que paso y borraron la grabación. Por lo tanto no es un lugar seguro. La gerencia no se hizo cargo de nada ademas de decir que era mi problema cuando ellos se ocuparon del traslado de equipaje. Además las habitaciones tiene olor a humedad. La limpieza deja bastante que desear.

Die Lage ist toll, das Resort liegt direkt am Meer. Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit Pool- und Meerblick, das war traumhaft. Die überdachte Terrasse ist mit bequemen Liegesesseln ausgestattet. Das Meer hat hier eine unglaubliche Farbe. Neben dem Resort gibt es drei einfache Restaurants am Strand, wo man günstig essen kann. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Meget hårde senge, det kæmpe minus. Rummet er meget dårlig isoleret, så hvis man er lyd sensitive, bliver det lidt svært og sove, da man kan høre naboen snorke og dyr lyde udefra.

Das Zimmer „Standard“ war absolut Top! Sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank mit Wasserflaschen die täglich aufgefüllt werden. Das Bad mit großer Dusche! Die super ruhige und tolle Lage an einem sehr, sehr schönen Strand! Klasse Frühstück mit Blick auf das Meer 🌊.

Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

L'emplacement en pleine nature nous a permis de profiter du calme et de la beauté de l'île, en dehors des plages trop frequentées, et grâce à la proximité du débarcadère nous avons pu explorer l'autre côté de l'île qui était à l'abri du vent. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit bar au coucher de soleil et la possibilité d'aller au village en 10 mn pour 100 bahts en taxi moto. La disponibilité du personnel très sympathique, et les massages.

La porte de douche qui ne ferme pas... Résultat : de l'eau partout à chaque douche ! Robinetterie un peu vétuste également. Dommage que certaines personnes ne parlent pas anglais, y compris à la réception mais heureusement il y avait un jeune français dans l'équipe ! 😉

Alleen per boot was de ‘bewoonde wereld’ te bereiken. Op zich niet erg, maar de vertragingen van de boten heeft wel een regelmaat. Daarnaast word je geacht een half uur vantevoren aanwezig te zijn, geen afgeschermde wachtruimtes of stoelen.

Это великолепный отель , я была в восторге , после пляжа Ката это просто рай , тихо , спокойно , отель маленький но всё близко , море , бассейн , когда отлив купались в бассейне или собирали ракушки , ресторан порадовал разнообразием и кофе в зернах было очень вкусным . Рекомендую!

Не сразу разобралась с водой в душе , мылась прохладной , но нужно подождать и пойдёт горячая 🤣

Stort, men spartansk rom. Temmelig slitt badeværelse. Støy fra både aircondition og kjøleskap. Hvorfor må airconditionen være rettet direkte mot sengen? Ingen møbler på balkongen. Treg betjening i restaurantene, antagelig pga en noe merkelig logistikk rundt bestillinger.

Utrolig koselig sted. Hadde bestilt en Bungalow Superior Garden og et Dobbeltrom Superior. De oppgraderte Dobbeltrommet til Bungalow slik at vi bodde ved siden av hverandre. Gode senger og rent og pent. God frokost. Fantastisk nydelig strand og gode restauranter både på hotellet og langs stranden i nærheten. Supert personale.

L’hôtel est accessible uniquement en bateaux (25min), l’hôtel propose une navette bateau or uniquement jusqu’à 16h, passé cette heure là il vous est nécessaire de prendre un long boat au port ou les locaux vous allume sur le prix ( 1800 bath = équivalent de 50€) pour uniquement 25min de bateau, je vous laisse faire le calcul si vous restez plusieurs jours et que vous souhaitez vous balader en ville qui est uniquement accessible en bateau le budget devient vite élevé.

Nous avions un bungalow, on avait une odeur très très forte dans les douche WC quand voulait même plus y aller pour prendre une douche ou aller au WC.

The Erawan Palms is located on one of the best beaches in Phi Phi (white powdery sand and blue, clear, calm water). It is on the secluded north coast of Phi Phi and thankfully, a good 30 min boat trip away from busy, chaotic Tonsai). I loved every day here. I stayed in a Mountain Bungalow (number 304/305) which was a cute cocoon up on the hill (about 50 steps up) near the very secluded sunset pool. The bungalows have dark wood furnishings, large beds and spacious balconies. They provide a darkened and cooling environment which offers a welcome break from the sun and heat. If you want to be near the secluded sunset pool, ask for a bungalow on the 300 row (Bungalow 301 is closest to the pool and has a pool and sea view out of the side window). Every day at around lunch time, the staff will kindly bring a comp plate of tropical fruit to your room (It's best to put this in your room fridge if you want to save it for later). There's pineapple, dragon fruit, mango, Thai apple etc on the plate. Fantastically refreshing when cooled in the fridge. They also offer you a 'Welcome' young coconut to drink when you check in (drink this because it's rich in much needed electrolytes). Housekeeping is excellent; they make sure that your room is very clean and replenished and the staff even fold your room towels into pleasing animal shapes; elephants, birds etc. The hotel has its own restaurants which offer Thai and Italian food and casual cuisine such as burgers. It also offers the guests low key entertainment (this is a quiet resort, not a party venue). Be sure to check out the excursions that the hotel offers and the SCUBA diving and snorkelling shop next door. There is Loh Bakao Bay village just 2 miles away; you can take a taxi at the end of the beach (taxis are near The Holiday Resort infinity pool) for 100 baht and they'll take you straight to the bars and eateries there. It's a lovely small village, so please take advantage of it. Camel Rock Bar and the Sunset Bar (opposite Camel Rock by the bridge) are good places to eat and drink. My stay at Erawan Palms was wonderful. The staff are great and the hotel is far away from the madness of Tonsai (Thankfully). It offers a relatively chilled stay, away from the party crowd. Check out a map of Phi Phi to be sure of where you are staying. The party animal village of Tonsai is a good 30 mins away from this resort; it is up to you to research the location of your accommodation prior to going to Phi Phi. Some resorts are in the busy Tonsai while others (like Erawan) and more secluded and quiet. Other resorts such as The Cove and Relax Beach also remote too. Phi Phi is an island of contrasts and you need to study the location of your resort carefully prior to booking. Erawan Palms could be improved though. 1. They need to improve the sunset pool with a lick of paint and some nice tropical plants. It looks neglected as it is, and it needs some TLC. It's a great place to have a quiet swim and a sunbathe away from other guests, but it needs enhancing aesthetically. 2. Some of the steps around the resort are uneven and too dated and need to be rebuilt soon. TIPS: A---if you are staying in the Mountain Bungalows, you can get up there far easier by taking the staircase or steep road near the Mexican restaurant (La Terraza Del Mar). This route is far easier, and uses up less energy; **however at night it is closed off at around 10 pm. B---If you visit Maya Bay from the hotel, be sure to leave the resort very early or very late. You need to be at Maya Bay by 6.45 a.m. to catch it at its best. OR, get to Maya Bay at 4 pm. (In other words, 6.45am to 7.30 am is the quiet time, and so is 4 pm to 5pm). At 8 am to 4pm: the hordes of tourists are there and it becomes a total mare. Your experience of Maya Bay will be ruined if you are there between 8 am and 4 pm. Don't do it. C--- if you visit Bamboo island, be sure to get there early at around 8 am to experience the quieter time. D--- visit the SCUBA dive and snorkelling shop next to Erawan Palms to plan your dives and snorkelling. They offer a reasonable rate there. Get a long tail boat to nearby Loh Moo Dee beach for some excellent swimming in crystal water. Well worth a visit. It is largely secluded and is a breathtakingly clear in the high season sea. There is some good snorkelling and diving there too. E---one of the best restaurants on the island is close to Erawan Palms. It is called 'Chili and Pepper'. Is is located at the end of Laem Tong beach near the taxi rank (stroll through the Holiday Resort right to the end). The steps to Chili and Pepper are crooked and steep, so if you have mobility issues, sadly you'll have to avoid it.

Ein Resort in bester Lage. Es ist wesentlich ruhiger als am Tonsai Pier und dennoch findet man alles, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gibt fast keine negative Punkte. Einzig, das Badezimmer ist arg klein geraten. Macht aber nicht viel aus.

The resort is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush plants, with charming bungalows and apartments built using wood and traditional architecture, offering lovely views. The overall concept is very well done and blends perfectly with the natural surroundings. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of food options to choose from. As a nice touch of nature, we even spotted a Varan during our stay, which added to the authentic tropical experience. The resort is located very close to Laemtong Pier, on a calm and peaceful side of the island — completely opposite to Tonsai Pier on Phi Phi Don, which is lively and chaotic with many backpackers. That area is fun for a day trip, but this resort is ideal for relaxation. The property was very clean and has a restaurant and bar open from lunchtime until the evening. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The terrace felt a bit crowded at times, and there was limited natural shade on the beach, which could be improved for added comfort.

We have stayed in 7 different hotels during our holiday in Thailand and this was unanimously our favorite place for the whole family. We wanted a few days away from the crowds and tourists to recharge our batteries and this place was superb for exactly that. Really good rooms, small details, fantastic breakfast, we absolutely loved it all. Thank you!!

A quiet location and beautiful views. A good dive shop onsite.

There was mould in the shower, but overall the property was in good shape. Just a minor point, but it would be nice to have a drinks/food service around the pool.

Great place, at beachfront with lovely staff. Very clean and organised. Breakfast delish - good selection of asian and europeam dishes.

No właśnie jakoś obiekt nie zachwycił, plaża niestety słaba ( nie było tego widać na zdjęciach) ale wystarczyło przejść troszkę i było rajsko. Sam obiekt jakby zaniedbany, okna boczne były po prostu nieumyte jakby od zawsze, kilka warstw brudu, łazienka też średnio czysta, śniadania bardzo słabe.

Zdecydowanie plaża oraz brak czystości no i śniadania kiepskie.

Nice hotel directly on the beach..in certainly the best area/beach of the Phi Phi island. price/ quality is worth. Pictures from rooms on the website looks not so nice : this time it is the opposite.. the rooms are really better than the pictures ! :-) We will come certainly come back again. This beach is not so far from Tonsaï Pier where all the people arrived No use to take a private boot to do the transfer, some companies are doing it in reasonable price.

Massages area : nice view in front of the beach ...but uncomfortable : hard massage table, no intimity for massage (have no curtains, 'face ' to everyone' ...and as bitten by Mosquitos as we are outside. Old sunshades which give an false idea of the rest of the hotel when you passed from the beach...which really don't reflect the hotel and the comfort.
