Superb place!!

No lifeguard on the beach.

It was wonderfully quiet, spacious and relaxing.

The top pool was a little less attractive. Also sadly a new hotel was being built next door so we didn’t use the lovely beach. They had big boats bringing rock in and diggers moving it around all day. It didn’t spoil our break but it did make us stay away from the beach area.

Personnel très gentil qui ont été réactif quand nous avons demandé un surclassement. Notre nouvelle chambre était incroyable avec vue sur la mer et juste au dessus de la plage privée. Le resort est très jolie mise à part les deux bâtiments du haut et le petit déjeuner à améliorer, le reste est très bien avec la piscine et la plage qui permet de faire du snorkeling, à noter une petite supérette très pratique. L'endroit est excentré de la ville mais c'était voulu, obligé de prendre le bateau d'Andaman wave master depuis Krabi, bien faire attention à ce point.

Notre chambre avant notre surclassement, située dans le bâtiment tout en haut du resort, la vue est vraiment le seul point positif car un rafraichissement des chambres est vraiment nécessaire, ce n'est clairement pas au niveau du reste. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux mais la qualité n'est pas au niveau, on aurait préféré moins de choix mais une qualité au dessus.

Le personnel est très présent, à l’écoute , souriant. Le bungalow était très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Un choix de restauration correct

This was a beautiful resort. The beachfront bungalow was gorgeous and its position and outlook were superb.

Some rubbish along the rocky shore line that perhaps should be collected up because of the wildlife. Also we didn’t use one beach because extensive building work of a new resort was going on next to it all day and evening.

L'endroit est tout simplement sublime, une carte postale idyllique.

C'est un très grand hôtel, nous étions loin des services (existence d'une navette pour relier notre chambre de l'entrée de l'hôtel). Pour ce resort, je pense qu'il est préférable de réserver une chambre plus haut de gamme que le prix d'entrée de gamme, car le lit n'était pas du tout confortable la chambre petite, la climatisation bruyante.

Hatte nicht mal eine Poolbar es war zwar ein Restaurant dort aber der ganze Tag kein Personal dort. Man muss das trinken weit weg holen.

Despite the huge difference between the rooms, no refund or price reduction was offered, which was extremely disappointing considering what we had originally booked.

We loved every moment of our stay here. Tucked away in a fabulous villa with great space.. beautiful surroundings..we went to relax...perfect resort for that with great swimming pool..lovely sea swims..good breakfast..we really enjoyed eating in the hotel restaurant..the staff were attentive and food was delicious. They were very helpful on departure as our flights were cancelled. They lent us a phone to call the airlines..gave us access to the VIP room to be in the cool in peaceful surroundings.

L'hôtel est situé tout au bout de l'île ce qui permet d'être plus au calme et loin du vacarme de Tonsai. Le personnel y est très attentionné et le complexe hôtelier est très bien aménagé : jolie balade au bord de la mer pour aller de sa chambre a l'accueil/restaurant, massage thaï, piscine, plage privé... Petit déjeuner compris sous forme de buffet à volonté très complet : du breakfast anglais au petit déjeuner en français en passant par les plats typiques thaïlandais. Chambre impeccable. Nous sommes également passé par l'hôtel pour une excursion en bateau vers Phi Phi Ley + Snorkeling à un prix relativement correct.

Le restaurant est plutôt bon mais à des prix relativement élevés par rapport à ce qu'il est possible de trouver en Thaïlande. Prévoir des frais supplémentaires pour les aller-venues en longtail boat entre l'hôtel et le centre de l'île.

I liked absolutely everything about phi phi resort, exceeded my expectation in every way. 10/10. The necahes are pristine and pure, room is luxury and breakfast is delicious. Once you book this resort they sort out everything for you from how to come from airport, drop, pickup to your day today schedules of going to maya bay and all.

The location was great. Food was good. Rooms had an amazing sea view to enjoy. Mesmerising sunset point inside property premises. Private boat tours available at reasonable prices.

Vegetarian and Vegan options were very less in the breakfast spread and also in the restaurant. Having increased vegetarian options would be great

Our stay at Phi Phi Natural Resort exceeded our expectations. The place is incredibly beautiful, with nature truly surrounding the resort and stunning beaches just steps away. The staff were extremely kind and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The atmosphere was peaceful and not overcrowded, making it the perfect place to disconnect and relax. A truly beautiful experience overall.

It is the most relaxing vacation I have ever taken. The resort has a small private beach that is very tranquil and away from th crowd. The water is gorgeous and the view is breathtaking.

The villa is quite dated that needs some maintenance. But nothing too major that will affect the stay.

El resort tiene una playa privada que es perfecta para pasar tu estancia en phi phi, aislados del mundo. La piscina también está muy bien con vistas a la playa.

El gimnasio no tiene apenas máquinas. Es un resort de 4 estrellas y normalmente este tipo de hoteles, tienen gimnasios con más variedad. El resort está en la otra parte de la isla cuando llegas con el ferry y la única forma de acceder al mismo es por mar, por lo que hace que tu estancia en phi phi muy limitada de movilidad.

The location is great for limited activities as it is not near the pier u have to pay every time you get out of the hotel which is 300 bth so for a family is at least 1500. had a lovely breakfast and lots of snorkeling to do .The overall experience was good.

Ruhige Lage. Sehr schöner tropischer Garten um die Bungalows. Schöner geräumiger Bungalow. Der untere Bereich mit Bad war leider nicht klimatisiert und daher sehr warm . Moskitonetz überm Bett war vorhanden. Bade- und Schnorchelmöglichkeiten ums ganze Gelände. Und es gab viele Fische und Korallen! Tolle Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Günstige Preise beim Ausflugsprogramm! Lustige Abholung bei der Ankunft mit dem Traktor.

Preise im Hotelrestaurant haben westeuropäisches Niveau. Der Hotelsupermarkt hatte humane Preise. Leider kein Nutella beim Frühstück. Ansonsten war das Frühstück ganz gut.

Ten Resort jest jak ogrodowe łabędzie robione z opon i bielone dla niepoznaki.😎 Masakra. Chciałabym to wszystko wiedzieć przed decyzją o wyborze hotelu. Wyłącznie z tego powodu rozwinę swoją opinię o szczegóły. Domek (typowy kampingowy) delux z widokiem na morze - rzeczywiście opis się zgadza z faktami ale! Tak brudnych szyb nawet z widokiem na śmietnik nie powinno być w żadnym hotelu (część dla własnego komfortu umyłam sama). Zasłony w tłustych plamach wielkości arbuzów ściany w szafie pokryte warstwą kurzu w której można tworzyć obrazy. Z sufitu w łazience wiszą zeschłe liście. Woda pod prysznicem nie spływa. Już po minucie stoisz w mydlinach i tym co do nich dołączy z odpływu. Klapki dla gości przygotowane w pokoju - jedną para tłusta i w białych plamach, druga zdarte fronty na maksa. Żelu pod prysznic brak - wisi pusta butelka. Jak poprosiliśmy o uzupełnienie po dwóch wizytach house keeping -.wpadła pani z butelką po wodzie mineralnej i coś tam dolała. O papier toaletowy musisz prosić bo jeśli podczas sprzątania jeszcze jest choć kawałeczek papieru to ci nie zostawią nowej rolki. Śniadanie - w części restauracyjnej wszędzie walają się zużyte chusteczki, sałata, resztki innego jedzenia, papierki od cukru. Kelnerzy chodzą między stolikami i kompletnie nie zauważają. Wokół restauracji dokładnie to samo. Po śniadaniu zbierają ten syf, ale tylko częściowo ( chustki i salata- tak, papierki po cukrze - nie 🙈 W czterogwiazdkowym hotelu musisz na śniadanie przynieść kupon, bo nie daj Boże oszukasz, ale za to nie ma problemu żebyś wpadł z całą rodziną w piżamach. A jak bardzo chcesz to możesz nawet w samych spodenkach - serio. Personel będzie wyrozumiały wobec gołych torsów 🙈. Śniadanie - gotowa herbatka zapażona 3 godziny wcześniej tak smaczna czarna wystarcza za wszystkie smaki. Tragiczne pieczywo, jeszcze gorsze pancakes i desery/ ciasta. Najfajniejszy w tym luksususie jest check-out.

Très déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel n’était pas aimable ni accueillant, ce qui donne une très mauvaise première impression. Dans la chambre, il n’y avait pas de café disponible et, pire encore, les capsules présentes avaient déjà été utilisées — ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing. La chambre était extrêmement éloignée de l’accueil, sans aucun service de transport ou assistance pour les déplacements, ce qui est très contraignant, surtout avec des bagages. La plage de l’hôtel est rocheuse et pratiquement impraticable : il est presque impossible de s’y baigner correctement. De plus, il n’y a aucun véritable endroit convivial dans l’hôtel pour boire un verre ou se détendre en fin de journée. Pour le prix payé, les prestations ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

The sunset viewpoint, the chill vibe, the amazing snorkeling at private beach (saw a small shark(apparently they are cool), the water is really clear. A different PhiPhi experience with no crowd.

None but know that it is a secluded area and you need to pay boats to go to Tonsai area

Que dire, à part que c'était incroyablement relaxant et beau! L'hôtel est situé à la pointe de l'île, isolé, avec quelques hôtels à proximité. Vous serez loin de l'agitation du coeur de l'île, mais c'est un choix. Vous aurez une mer transparente, belle, des paysages à couper le souffle! Le bungalow supérieur est vraiment bien, grand, avec une belle terrasse. Vous pourrez manger sur place au restaurant, sur la plage. Comme on a fait un circuit de trois semaines en Thaïlande, on était content de faire un break au calme!

Des prix dans la chambre différents de la réalité, un site Web qui annonce happy hour mais enfin de compte "seulement saison basse " l'impression d'être pris pour un pigeon. Et le resort d'a côté détruit c'est sale et bateaux chantiers sur la plage qui gâchent le paysage

Красивый зеленый оазис на острове Пхи Пхи, нас заселили в уютную виллу, далеко от ресепшена , но ходит электрокар с 7 до 22 часов , красивый бассейн и в целом территория , приветливый персонал , хорошо организовано заселение и выселение , трансфер до пирса ( на тракторе😁) .

Рядом с отелем идет стройка во время прилива поход на пляж не комфортный, валяются доски с гвоздями, щебенка , своего песочного пляжа у отеля нет, только с камнями для снорклинга

Beautiful villa, very comfortable gigantic bed, very good breakfast and amazing snorkelling just there-better than on some snorkelling tours!

Wenn ihr eine Idee habt, zwei Tage im Paradies zu verbringen, dann ist der Natural Resort. - genau das richtige! Wir verbrachten zwei Tage dort und wollten gerne noch einen Tag länger bleiben, aber es war komplett ausgebucht. Auch die Hotels in der Nähe hatten keinen freien Zimmer! Wir hatten ein Superior Bungalow, und es war fantastisch. Es hatte thailändische Charme, und uns gefiel sehr gut wie sparsam, die mit Ressourcen umgehen. Der Frühstück war der Wahnsinn! Europäisch als auch thailändisch. Es gab nichts, was deine Seele nicht wünschte. Das Hotel hat eigenen Strand und es ist einer der schönsten Fleckchen, wo man baden kann. Ich empfehle wärmstens dieses Hotel für Pärchen und Erwachsene, weil für Kinder älter als vier Jahre, denke ich schon ein bisschen langweilig wird, sonst meiner Meinung nach, jeder müsste wenigstens einmal in seinen Leben dort gewesen sein. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Es gab nichts, was uns persönlich nicht gefallen hat

Le complexe est tellement grand qu’ils sont super organisés, petite voiturette pour aller à l’accueil aux chambres, 2 plages privés une avec plus de rocher et l’autre vers l’accueil, de nombreuse piscines sur le complexe. Très belle chambre, avec salle de bain bien équipée. Très grand petit déjeuner ( buffet) de bonne qualité. Des serviettes de plages, tongs, parapluie (qui peut faire parasol), chaises longues gratuites vers l’accueil, spectacle de feu le soir. Les cocktails sont extras, le restaurant a une carte énorme ( un peu européanisé) mais les prix sont assez élevés

Pour aller au port principal de phi phi (Tonsai) 3 navettes en speed boat jusque 15h ( 300 bath) et après c’est les bateaux privés à longues queues au prix assez élevés.. 1500 bath par allé. Pas vraiment de possibilité d’y allé le soir ce qui est vraiment dommage. Si vous voulez du calme ce st parfait pour vous, car les plages sont très belles.

Hotel przy pięknej plaży, oaza spokoju i ciszy, rozległy teren pełny bujnej i zadbanej roślinności. Pokój niewielki ale funkcjonalny z pięknym widokiem z tarasu. Bardzo czysto a obsługa miła i uśmiechnięta.Śniadanie obfite z dużym wyborem dań, kawa z expresu i omlety robione na bieżąco przez kucharzy. Małym minusem jest dojazd do hotelu drogą morską.

Frühstücksbuffet eher Lieblos. Keine veganen Option. Sitzbereich beim Frühstück im Gegensatz zum restlichen Hotel sehr lieblos gestaltet.

Cudowne miejsce, doskonała pogoda (styczeń), wspaniała plaża, cisza i spokój. Doskonałe śniadania, wystarczająco wyposażony pokój, uśmiechnięty i zawsze skłonny do pomocy personel, doskonałe masaże za niewielką cenę. Lokalna restauracja (dość nisko oceniana na google - doskonała jeśli chodzi o dania kuchni tajskiej, nie rozumiem ocen niskich, które dotyczą zamawianych fish&chips czy hamburgerów - kto spodziewa się burgera pierwszej klasy na wyspie w Tajlandii?? Restauracja jest 5/5 i tyle.

Klimatyzacja w pokoju działa albo na maksimum, albo wcale - można by to podregulować. Spłukiwanie wody w WC to koszmarne zadanie, któremu czasem udaje się podołać, a czasem nie. Ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem jest słabe, ale wystarczające, temperatura jest OK. Cholerne komary!

Nous avons été mal accueilli, obligé d’attendre et de porter nos bagages, attente de 30 minutes à l’accueil, parce que soi-disant notre chambre n’était pas prête. Nous avons été placés dans les bâtiments immeubles tout au fond. Tout en haut. Chambre 1203. Vieillot, mal insonorisé, matelas super dur, plage avec des bouteilles plastique de partout, trop de chlore dans la piscine. Pas de navette après 22 heures pour nous ramener… et surtout, une odeur très désagréable dégoût dans cette chambre

Staff were extraordinarily welcoming and pleasant. The location and grounds were serene. The room was spotless and well appointed. Onsite services (restaurant, massage) were convenient. Great value compared to other available properties.

All the staff was incredibly friendly, but one woman in the reception area was rude to my wife.

Coffee in the room is lousy and at the breakfast. It is incredibly long way to get coffee. Water was not hot enough in the shower. The stepped down into the bathroom is dangerous at night as you might not notice that. Also, I wish they would hire somebody to pick up the plastic on the beach as we were doing that ourselves and one person could easily pick up the entire beach and keep it clean.

- unglaublich schönes Resort, tolle Natur, hübsche Anlage & Zimmer - sehr gutes Frühstück - immer genügend Liegen vorhanden - Abholservice vom Zimmer super aufgrund der Weitläufigkeit - ein paar tolle Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar (Jasmin, Banyantree)

- die An- und Abreise ist leider absolut nicht angemessen: da es auf der Insel weder Autos noch Roller o.ä. gibt kommt man ausschließlich per Shuttle-Boot für 300 Baht p.P. zum Ressort oder für einen völlig überzogenen Preis von 1800 (!!!) Baht (ca. 50€) one-way per Longtail-Boot, was eine absolute Frechheit und Abzocke ist. Die Shuttles fahren leider nur 4x/Tag, sodass man vor 9 oder nach 16 Uhr nicht mehr hin oder weg kommt, was für Ausflüge etc. super ärgerlich ist. Aus unserer Sicht sollte das Hotel hier unbedingt eigene Shuttles zu einem angemessenen Preis anbieten. Falls man viel erkunden will ist die Lage des Hotels daher leider nicht zu empfehlen. Zum relaxen hingegen ein absoluter Traum.

Это лутьший отель на побережье , мы изначально жили в соседним и захотели продлить наше прибывание но в отеле не было свободных номеров и мы забронировали здесь и какое было мое удивление что этот отель был намного круче во всем . Он стоил дешевле и мы сняли бунгало . Я была в восторге , фото не передаёт всей красоты и великолепия . Територия огромна , гуляла как в парке и всё не смогла покорить , пляж разнообразен и камни и песок на любой вкус я брала маску и плавала , но берите во внимание сильные отливы , сложно было выходить , красота морского дна великолепна , можно даже не брать дайвинг и так всё видно , потрясающе ! Завтрак на великолепной терассе с видом на море , завтраки вкусные , в ресторанах дороже чем в местных кафешках но порции больше и вкуснее мы перепробовали во всех ресторанах еду и в этом отеле кухня лутьше всех !

Нет такого . Но это спокойный отдых и после 22.00 всё закрывается .

Fantastisk vakkert, stille, et vakkert sted for rekreasjon. Flott utsikt fra bassenget, estetisk. God frokost.

Vi bodde i leilighetene og her luktet det muggsopp. Linoleum på alle gulv og det føltes som gulvet "gav etter". Veldig lytt mellom rommene.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Das wirklich hart arbeitende Personal (immer in der Sonne und am sauber machen) war immer super freundlich

So ziemlich alles andere. Viele Mitarbeiter sind extrem abgehoben und unfreundlich. Die Lage ist eine Katastrophe, wer zu 2 reist und in die Stadt möchte muss 1200 Baht hinlegen. Für ein privat Boot heißt es zwischen 800-1200 am Pier wollen aber alle 3000 wer gut verhandelt bekommt 1500-2000 raus. Alles ist kaputt oder fleckig. Pool Anlagen haben jeweils 6-10 liegen. Strand Katastrophe

Velká spokojenost, jako rodina s dospívající mládeží jsme měli dva bungalovy. Ubytování zasazené do krásné zahrady. Snídaně byly výborné a rozmanité. V okolí plno malebných restaurací s místní kuchyní. Pláž klidná. Městečko v docházkové vzdálenosti. Velká spokojenost!

The garden was amazing and the beach had very good snorkeling just outside the hotel.

The sunbeds was all taken all the time. Can’t understand why they didn’t have more of them since there was lot of space around the garden and the pool.

Very nice resort with private beach, swings, infinity swimming pool, sunset view point, small private villas with all needed amenities. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and nicely organized. Room service, reception and hotel manager were very polite and took good care of the guest. Welcome drink and napkin available at checkin. Arranges taxi transfer to the nearby port if needed to take ferry for Phuket etc. We could do snorkelling at private beach with few colourful fishes in the morning. Perfect place for honeymooners.

Swing at the sunset point broke and fall over my wife who barely managed to survive with help of us and other guests. However, Hotel staff took responsility, gave first aid and also gave a free lunch for our family as a caring gesture. Little pricy but worth it. We had to pay for snorkeling equipments as well ! Our stay was short we should have stayed at least 2 nights there.

Beautiful location! We booked a deluxe cottage room and it was definitely worth the extra money! Private little paradise! Food at the restaurant for lunch and dinner was really delicious! It doesn’t state it on the menu, but most things can be made vegetarian which was awesome for us! Breakfast had a decent variety, wish there was a milk alternative (almond, coconu, oat or soy) for coffee. We did the 6 hour private longboat tour one day which took us to several locations around the islands! Highly recommend snorkeling at Bamboo beach between 4-6pm! Saw sea snakes and 3-4 large Blacktip reef sharks, puffer fish, etc., so rad!!!!! Drinks at the resort are a little pricey and most leave a lot to be desired. However, the beer is good and we found the passionfruit daiquiri to be refreshing and delicious. We loved the private location and didn’t mind using the longtail boat taxis when we needed to go anywhere. As mentioned in other posts, they can be expensive, so shop around a bit for the best price. To us, it was worth the extra money for the private, quiet location. Wish there was more space for snorkeling/swimming…roped off areas were kind of small, but still enjoyable. Overall, we loved our stay here.
