A arquitetura do Hotel é linda e as instalações são incríveis.

O box do nosso quarto era muito apertado. Não condiz com a fartura de espaço do restante do quanto e hotel. Além disso, todas as vezes que íamos usar o chuveiro, a agua vazava para fora e praticamente alagava parte do banheiro.

Borgo Egnazia is a genuinely outstanding property — luxurious and impeccably maintained down to the smallest detail. The food is excellent too, both in quality and variety. The whole resort is designed to recreate the feel of an authentic local Italian village, and it does so remarkably well. As an Italian myself, I'll admit I personally prefer visiting a real, original village over a recreated one, but that's more a matter of taste than a flaw — the execution here is genuinely impressive, and most guests will love it.

The starters are bland with no flavour, the meat is overcooked (asked for a medium rare, got a medium to well done). The creamy mashed potatoes were lumpy and the bone marrow was baked to within an inch of its life. The best part to the $816 meal was the bread.

After hearing so much about Borgo Egnazia, my expectations were incredibly high, and I'm happy to say that the resort delivered one of the most memorable luxury stays I've ever had. Breathtaking, the entire property felt like an authentic Puglian village rather than a hotel. Every corner is beautifully designed, with white stone architecture, olive trees, peaceful courtyards and immaculate gardens that create a sense of calm. It's a place where you immediately slow down. Our room was elegant, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and every interaction with the staff felt warm and genuine. The service throughout the stay was polished without ever feeling formal or forced. Breakfast deserves a special mention because it was honestly one of the best hotel breakfasts I've experienced. The selection of fresh pastries, local cheeses, seasonal fruit, freshly baked breads and made-to-order egg dishes was exceptional. Everything tasted fresh and showcased the flavours of Puglia. Throughout the day I enjoyed several restaurants and bars, and every meal was consistently excellent. The seafood was incredibly fresh, the handmade pasta was outstanding and the local olive oil and wines elevated every dish. Cocktails at sunset were another highlight, beautifully crafted and served in a relaxed atmosphere. The Vair Spa is absolutely worth visiting. The treatment areas are peaceful and beautifully designed, and my massage was one of the best I've had. The thermal facilities, relaxation spaces and wellness experience made it easy to spend several hours there without feeling rushed. It truly feels like a sanctuary. The fitness facilities also exceeded expectations. The gym is modern, well-equipped and never overcrowded. There were plenty of wellness activities available, from morning fitness sessions to cycling around the surrounding countryside, making it easy to stay active while still enjoying a relaxing holiday. One evening we had the opportunity to experience one of the resort's special events, and it was unforgettable. The atmosphere, live entertainment, local food stations and attention to detail made it feel like a celebration of Puglian culture rather than a typical hotel event. It's easy to understand why Borgo Egnazia has earned such a strong reputation for hosting weddings, celebrations and international events. Is it expensive? Absolutely, however, the combination of exceptional hospitality, outstanding food and beverage, world-class spa facilities, excellent fitness amenities and the unique atmosphere made it feel like much more than just another luxury hotel. If you're looking for a destination that combines authentic Italian charm with five-star comfort and unforgettable experiences, Borgo Egnazia is truly something special.

I never write bad reviews, but feel strongly inclined to do so. This is my first bad review ever! My husband and I have stayed in luxury properties all over the world (Four Seasons, Belmond Properties, Ritz) and understand great experiences. This fell short in all categories. The property is beautiful, but feels cold and lacks a soul. It feels like Las Vegas's Cesars Palace in Puglia (without the shopping). Over the top extravagance (we could not believe how huge it is) - but contrived and extremely fake. The staff is very robotic and lacks the polish and warmth that we are used to in 5 star resorts. The biggest disappointment was that this is essentially a kid's camp. Nothing against children and families, but we were surprised that during what we thought would be a romantic experience - we were surrounded by children in all areas of the property (no joke - crying babies in strollers). We left dinner one night to sit at the bar because the chaos of the family dynamic at La Frasca was unacceptable. Certain areas of the property are dedicated to children - and they even have puppet shows for children in the main square during the evening. We did bring our service dog (very well-trained miniature poodle) with us and I think discriminated against us because of that. When we arrived they refused to put us in the ocean view suite that we booked in the main building because of our dog and "upgraded us" to a villa in the main village. The villa was nice, but in the middle of the family chaos. Not expected! To top it off - Puglia has some of the best food in all of Italy and the food quality at Borgo Egnazia was the worst we had in all of Puglia. Couples looking for a romantic, calm get-away - Beware. This is a Kid's Camp.

Honestly the most amazing hotel I have ever visited. Truely nowhere else like it. Feels as though you are immersed in a Puglia village with the most amazing staff and facilities. Honestly no need to ever leave the grounds. The decor and layout of the rooms is perfect. Plenty of amazing restaurants and bars to visit as well as the private beach club.

Undoubtedly one of the worst hotel experiences ever. We checked out and fled after six hours. Avoid this overpriced tourist trap at all costs. Some of their spectacular errors: No airport transfer, although it had been confirmed well in advance. After waiting for 20 minutes at the airport, we called the hotel and they scrambled to find a driver. When checking in, I asked about the status of tours I had requested via email. I was told they receive so many emails that they cannot respond to all of them. They had no clue if anything had been scheduled. We were told we needed to wait for someone to show us around the place before we could check it. Four hours later, the person showed up. One of his memorable quotes when I asked about the status of tours I had requested was "well, sales won't like me telling you this, but you really don't need to do those, they're not worth it." Waited two hours for room service to deliver two vodka tonics to the room. After calling again, they delivered two bottles of mixers. Two days after our six-hour stay (we moved to a fantastic hotel nearby), I finally received a response from the concierge on my email requesting tours. My email had been sent a week before we got to the hotel. Definitely not worth the money or aggravation. There are so many other lovely hotels that are welcoming and have wonderful customer service. Don't waste your time or money at a place that doesn't deserve either of them.

Hard to describe how perfect this place is. The property is beautiful, with arches overflowing with bourgainvillias and nature. We found the staff all incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. Nicole was brilliant and looked after us during our stay. Lucia looked after us at lunch she brought joy to every meal. There’s plenty of restaurants and activities to get into on site too, from beach front dining, poolside drinks and golf

Pools could have been warmer

Frühstück hervorragend, Essen im Restaurant ebenfalls. Im Zimmer wurde das Wasser nicht ersetzt, Badezimmer könnte besser sauber gemacht werden.

Am Strand kostete ein "Strand-Bett" € 220 (inkl einer sehr kleinen Schale Beere und einer Flasche Spumante). Das dünkt mich viel zu viel für Hotelgäste.

Borgo was a super luxurious hotel, the pool & facilities were spectacular. The staff were super helpful & friendly. The breakfast selection was superb. The room was very comfortable and the spa and treatments were well worth the cost. We were on our honeymoon and they upgraded our room and sent champagne which was very thoughtful.

The hotel is not in walking distance of anything, you definitely want to make sure you have a car if you want to explore the surrounding towns. The beach club was alright, they were doing work on the deck so it was difficult to get down to the water.

A wonderful stay, an incredible and spacious property, delicious breakfasts, and a very beautiful spa area. During our stay, my mother celebrated her birthday, and we received a wonderful gift from the staff on this occasion. I highly recommend this place to everyone 🤍

This is an incredible Borgo! The overall design, attention to detail, service, rooms are in a totally league of its own; highest standards we have ever seen ( and believe me we have been to a few 7 star resorts! ) . The staff must be changing their Armani outfit a few times a day, to look so fresh throughout the day! Special thanks to Luana, Fabrizio and tennis coach for making our stay all the more memorable!

In all my life of traveling this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at it has a private beach , beautiful views , it's own pool and square with a store and a ice cream shop they also rent go karts it basically is its own little town I loved it definitely worth visiting they also have a great buffet .

Mostly fantastic… A stunning hotel that seems to never end, everything from the rooms, the spa, the restaurants, the pools, is absolutely beautiful. So many tiny details that make this place special. The only minor negatives for us, the staff were lovely but it all felt a little bit anonymous like we were on the constant the conveyer belt of guests. We also didn’t get a lot of information and had to work things out for ourselves, like how to hire bikes, what services were available etc. - for example we only realised on the very last day that it’s possible to get room service (which would have been great!). The little kitchenette is beautiful but almost entirely pointless - there is a hob but no cutlery, plates, pans. I get that most guests won’t want to cater for themselves here, but we were surprised we couldn’t even find a plate and knife to cut some fruit. It would also have been helpful to have a print out of the kids club activities to help persuade the kids in (we couldn’t). Am I glad we went - absolutely. Would we go back - not sure.

It was for the second time that we stayed in Borgo with our two children. The property is amazing, it has both rustic and luxury charm. Completely in a traditional Puglian masseria style. All the staff members we encountered were very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. Not forget to mention that they are all the same as a year before, which is always a good sign. A special compliment is for a breakfast quality and breakfast team. I should say, its the best breakfast experience I had in my life. The variety and quality of food and preparation styles is beyond any expectations. Our 9 y.o daughter loved the kids club a lot. Young staff members who operating the club are very engaged and enthusiastic with lots of ideas for various activities. Our daughter never became bored whenever she went there. The only moment for improvement I would mention is the lack of the hooks in the bathroom. There was no place to hang up your clothing or a bathrobe. The only hook in the bathroom was placed above the toilet, which is a bit weird. We will definitely come back again!

Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Mitarbeiter leisten Absolutes Top-Service. Die Anlage ist toll angelegt und mit Strand-Shuttle-Service, mehreren Pools, verschiedenen Sportmöglichkeiten und einem schönen Spa ausgestattet. Wir haben hervorragende Speisen und Getränke, vor allem das Frühstück sehr genossen.

Kleinigkeiten um welche sich die freundlichen Mitarbeiter sofort gekümmert haben.

I like the idea of several accommodations—rooms, villas, houses—and different places that evoke a small village. The sea isn’t very close; you have to cross the road twice. Still, there is a shuttle every 20 minutes that can take you to the rocky beach, the restaurant is covered, so it’s good to use even in the spring period. Very welcoming rooms, spa and indoor pool with heated water. Breakfast is a hotel-standard buffet in Puglia. The restaurant is nice, but the food isn’t anything special.

It seems that the hotel is losing its positive appeal; I think it must have been very beautiful when it first opened. Now it feels like a hotel geared toward large groups and it needs to be refined. During our stay, a group for a wedding was about to arrive, occupying much of the property, and the staff wasn’t very clear about what was open and what was closed, and how long we could stay on the property after check-out. The restaurant had a very nice atmosphere, but I expected better food; breakfast was average—good food but nothing special, although the breakfast staff were very well prepared and trained. One issue is that at night, in the “house” area, if someone talks in the open area, you can hear everything.

I would especially like to highlight the Kids Club – it was thoughtfully organized and very well managed. The bed linen was exceptionally comfortable and ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The overall service was outstanding, always attentive and friendly. A special highlight was the turn-down service in the evening – so carefully done and with great attention to detail. Fenomenal facilities with great garden. The staff was super nice, friendy, always ready to give some directions and recommentations. Breakfast was excellent.

The Italian restaurant within the property charged 34 and 20 eur per glass of wine. It was a local wine. No explanation abot the wine was given to us. The purchasing price for this botlle was 15 eur for 0,75l online. It was a real ripoff. The wine list was not on the table. The waitress was quickly showing us the selection of the wines on i-pad and the one could easily miss the prices showed. Overall this was the only negative experience in this resort.

Il soggiorno più bello mai avuto in un hotel. L’hotel ha tutto quello che una persona può immaginare (golf, piscina, mare, biciclette, tennis, qualsiasi attività). Lo staff è meraviglioso e con un accoglienza genuina. Trattamento per le persone celiache eccellente!

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca, dato il livello della struttura mi aspettavo dell’acqua o un piccolo goodbye-gift per il viaggio.

Le personnel est très compétents et à l'écoute. On se laisse porter dans cet hôtel. Les chambres sont confortables. J'étais à l'étage avec vue sur les piscines et les oliviers. Magnifique. Petite attention de l'hôtel avec des petits cadeaux dans la chambre.

Nous avons eu du mal à effectuer le règlement et nous avons dû appeler l'hôtel et nous y reprendre à plusieurs reprises pour qu'il nous renvoie le lien de paiement.
